This paper presents the develop-ment of electromagnetic wave detecting equipment for diagnosis of enclosed switchboard. High voltage power equipments are very important equipment of the key industries and the private enterprise power line accidents are national plans because of those set off casualties lose of power equipments and communication networks. Therefore the necessity of the development of detecting for power equipment diagnosis is demand for prevention of high voltage equipment accidents. This paper is the development of electromagnetic wave detecting equipment for diagnosis of high voltage equipment. This paper establishes the diagnosis method for high voltage power equipments, that secures original technique and possesses detecting technique for electromagnetic wave. By the study we developed electromagnetic wave detector and we applied this equipment application tests at the place constructed high voltage equipments.

When an accident is happen due to using a bad Wire Compressor, some public resentments are caused and It cause lawsuit for we. In case, we will undergo a colossal financial loss. in addition to, Guide to improve quality of operation by using the number of times of pressing and pressing pressure with cooperative private enterprise. And because of needs for Thermal, Electrical and Chemical factor analysis of connection point of sleeve, expect to try improving problems of wire presser whole our company. We expect that reduce fault and save cost by this process. Consequently, we will prevent power losing and black out due to line faults by expulsion of inferiority equipment and prevent heating and line fault. This is possible using Alarming and Auto Locking Wire Compressor that is improve on this study.

Among EC areas. the B2B EC market is being spotlighted as an important interesting research area considering its size and the potential impact on companeies and the whole society. In comparison with private consumers in B2C EC. business buyers in B2B EC have to precisely keep track of the purchase records. and integrate them with the buyer's e-procurement system, which might have been implemented as a part of integrated ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. There are three approaches for such integration between ERP and e-marketplace in B2B EC; Two previous approaches are Inside-Out approach and Outside-In approach. And a newly, one is b-cart approach. In this paper, we try to survey these three approaches and make a comparison analysis. From this research. we identify that the b-cart approach is the most efficient framework in integrating ERP with e-marketplace in B2B EC.

Family business is the oldest and the most prevalent type of entity in the world. In India, 85% of the enterprises are owned and/or managed by families, contributing to two-third of GDP. Thus the survival of family firms, which also generates 79% of private sector employment, is of paramount importance. Effective succession planning and innovation to gain competitive edge are the two key ways to ensure family firm survival. In this paper, the interplay between family succession and innovation is qualitatively studied using case study approach. Successors and Predecessors are interviewed to gain insights in the areas of succession planning and innovation. It is observed that family succession has a positive relationship with innovation, i.e. the presence of founding family members in the ownership and/or management of the enterprise has a positive influence on innovation tendency of the family firms. The findings contribute to the family business literature on succession planning and innovation, and their inter-relationship.

본 연구의 목적은 신용보증기관에서 신용보증을 이용한 사회적기업의 비재무정보를 사용하여 생존율과 생존시간을 추정하고 생존시간에 영향을 주는 요인들을 검증하여 이해관계자에게 정보를 제공하고 생존율을 향상시켜 기업의 고용을 유지·확대하여 사회·경제적 비용을 감소시키는데 기여하고자 한다. 연구방법은 비모수적 분석방법인 카플란마이어 분석법(Kaplan-Meier Analysis)으로 생존분석을 실시하였다. 연구대상 기업은 2009년부터 2018년 사이에 설립된 621개(정상기업 577개, 부실기업 44개) 기업을 표본으로 선정하였다. 사회적기업의 대표자정보와 기업정보로 구분하여 생존시간에 영향을 주는 요인들을 검증한 결과 대표자 신용등급, 대표자 주택보유여부, 여신거래기간, 기업 신용등급이 생존시간에 영향을 주는 유의미한 변수로 도출되었다. 향후 금융기관들은 사회적기업 대출심사시 생존에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 반영하여 기업의 건전성을 유인하고, 고용유지와 사회적비용 감소에 기여할 수 있을 것이다. 정부나 민간단체 등 지원기관들은 사회적기업의 성장과 지속가능성을 위한 정책수립, 교육훈련 등에도 다양하게 활용이 가능할 것이다. 본 연구를 계기로 사회적기업의 성과와 더불어 기업의 부실과 관련하여 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대하여 더욱 관심을 갖고 연구가 지속되길 바란다.

많은 기업에서 방대한 데이터를 안정적으로 처리하고 업무시스템을 통합하기 위하여 SOA(service oriented architecture) 기반의 ESB(enterprise service bus) 모델을 적용하고 있다. 그러나 SOA 구축을 위한 기존 웹 서비스 기술은 안전하게 데이터를 교환하기에는 한계가 있어 웹 서비스 보안 기술의 표준화가 진행되고 있지만, 실질적인 적용이 미흡한 상황이다. 이와 같은 환경으로 구축된 대규모 업무시스템을 사용하는 내부의 종단 사용자는 다양한 조직과 역할로 구성된다. 종단 사용자가 규정된 일정한 권한을 넘어 인가되지 않은 정보를 취득하여 개인의 이익이나 악의적인 목적으로 이용하고자 하는 경우 기업은 외부의 공격보다 더 큰 피해를 입을 수 있다. 본 논문은 종단 사용자가 이용하는 웹 서비스 기술의 보안 위협을 식별하여 대응 할 수 있는 보안 아키텍처를 제안하고자 한다.

금융회사에서는 내부자에 의한 개인정보유출 방지 및 내부통제 강화를 위하여 E-DRM(Enterprise-Digital Right Management), 개인정보검색, DLP(Data Loss Prevention), 출력물보안, 인터넷 망 분리시스템, 개인정보모니터링 시스템 등의 보안 솔루션을 도입 운영하고 있다. 하지만 개인정보유출 사고는 계속해서 발생하고 있으며, 이 기종 보안 솔루션간의 독립적인 로그 체계로 인하여 개인정보문서의 회사 내부유통 및 외부반출 관련한 정합성 있는 유통경로의 연관 분석이 어렵다. 본 논문은 보안문서를 기반으로 하여 업무시스템 및 이 기종 보안 솔루션간의 로그를 유기적으로 정합성 있게 연관 분석할 수 있는 연결고리 체계 방안을 제시하고, 업무시스템을 통하여 개인PC에 생성되는 보안문서나 개인이 작성한 보안문서에 대한 Life-Cycle 관리방안 및 개인정보가 포함된 보안문서에 대한 유통경로 추적을 위한 효율적인 탐지 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

In modern society, the enterprises or the public organization have devised consistent means and methods with keen competition in high intelligence, high specialization and high competition for surviving in the struggle for existence. In the rapidly changing modern society like that, guard services are not free any more in the simple business. It will be survived only with consistent self-development and various abilities. Recently, it is on a trend that the enterprise including venture business requires the man of ability having many-sided thought, knowledge and capacity. That is, the era of a man with multi-function has come. The guards engaged in their present posts have to make efforts self-development consistently. And they have to work for self-development with theoretical knowledge acquirement about the expert knowledge escaping from simple function and business. The constitution including universities that train the guard should not adjust to the demand of quantitative manpower required in the enterprise organization with the training of the guard with simple functions only. It needs settlement as a curriculum with technology like ideology and knowledge breaking from short curriculum centered on function only in order to come to stay the recognition about guard services as expert services that the industrial society requires. The education centered on simple function should be replaced in the use of a high school, private academy and special guard institution. In addition, it requires a quality as the auxiliary, division, decision-making and spokesman according to the business role. Also, it requires the martial arts capacity, the communicative capacity, the sports or reports capacity, the guard driving capacity, the policy and assistant capacity and the information and analysis capacity, etc in individual. Lastly, it need each guard's change of cognition most of all. As part of the guard's adaptive plan according to the social change, it was enumerated like the mentioned above. It is important for the guard to prepare for the change of era and to build up quality and capacity before anything else.

본 논문에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경을 기반으로 하는 실시간 엔터프라이즈 워크플로우 관리 시스템을 구현하는데 있어서 반드시 수반되어야 하는 워크플로우 모델링 방법론으로서 정보제어넷 기반 클라우드 워크플로우 모델을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 모델은 클라우드 서비스 배치모델을 기반으로 하는 클라우드 워크플로우 아키텍처, 즉 조직 수준 클라우드 배치모델, 커뮤니티 수준 클라우드 배치모델, 공적 수준 클라우드 배치모델, 혼합형 클라우드 배치모델 등으로 분류되는 클라우드 배치모델에 따른 클라우드 워크플로우 아키텍처를 지원하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이 모델은 전통적으로 엔터프라이즈 워크플로우의 대표적인 정형적 모델링 기법인 정보제어넷 모델링 방법론을 클라우드 배치모델과 연계할 수 있도록 확장시킨 수학적 그래프 모델이다. 결론적으로, 본 논문에서는 제안된 정보제어넷 기반 클라우드 워크플로우 모델을 적용할 수 있는 클라우드 워크플로우 아키텍처와 그에 따른 클라우드 워크플로우 서비스를 설계함으로써 제안된 모델의 적용가능성을 검증한다.
