정보기술의 혁신과 네트워킹 기술의 발달에 따라 디지털복제, 디지털전송이 급속하게 증가하고 있다. 그러나 아날로그환경에서와 마찬가지로 디지털환경에서도 공공의 이익과 문화발전을 위하여 저작권을 제한하는 것은 불가피하다. 본 연구는 첫째, 공정사용을 위한 저작권 제한의 국제적인 동향과 미국 일본 등의 입법례를 살펴보았다. 둘째, 최근 국제적으로 쟁점이 되고 있는 RAM 저장과 화면현시와 관련된 디지털복제의 문제를 검토하였다. 셋째. 네트워크환경에서의 사적 복제, 도서관 등에서의 복제, 학교교육목적의 복제에 관련하여 공정사용 법리를 적용할 시 제기되는 문제점을 구체적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과, 아날로그환경을 염두에 두고 제정된 저작권 제한의 문제점들을 해결하기 위해서는 저작권법이 개정되어야 함이 드러났다. 끝으로 본 연구는 디지털 사적 복제를 통제하기 위한 제도적 장치로서 '저작권집중관리제로 의 활성화 방안과 '사적복제보상금제도' 의 방안을 제시하였다

본 연구는 인천공항의 비항공수익 비중이 과연 지나치게 높은 것인가라는 연구 질문에서 출발하게 되었다. 공항의 전통적 비즈니스 모델에 기반 한 항공수익은 여러 규제로 인해 성장의 한계를 가지고 있지만, 경쟁력 향상을 고민하는 공항운영주체들에 의해 비항공수익 증대에 대한 관심이 커지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 공항의 비항공수익이 공항사용료에 미치는 영향을 다루고 있으며, 공항산업의 핵심이슈 중 하나인 민영화 요인을 연구에 반영하였다. 또한, 인천공항 단일 사례가 아닌 전 세계 178개 공항을 대상으로 실증 분석하였다. 연구결과 국제공항의 비항공수익 비중이 높을수록 공항사용료는 낮아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 민간지분율은 비항공수익 비중과 공항사용료 간의 인과관계를 양(+)의 방향으로 조절하였다. 이는 공항의 민영화 추진이 상업 활동 증대를 통한 공항사용료 감소효과를 상쇄하는 결과를 초래할 수 있는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 조절효과에 대한 가설검증은 그림으로 이해하기 쉽도록 도표로 제시하였다.

본 논문에서는 개인의 일상생활에 필요한 컨텐츠를 제공하는 스마트 미러를 소개한다. 음성인식으로 지정해놓은 명령어를 입력하면 디스플레이에서 원하는 컨텐츠를 출력하는 스마트 미러를 제작하였다. 현재 제작한 스마트 미러의 컨텐츠는 시간과, 날씨, 지하철정보, 일정, 사진이 있다. 시중의 개인 가정용으로 판매하고 있는 스마트 미러는 비싼 가격으로 인해 보급이 어려운 상태이지만 본 논문에서 제시하는 스마트 미러 제작을 통해 제조 단가를 낮출 수 있으며, 음성인식으로 더 편리하게 이용할 수 있다.

Excessive gingival display is an esthetic issue that is commonly managed by different procedures. Lip repositioning is a modality to address concerns of affected patients. The aim of this review was to investigate the scientific evidence on outcomes and long-term stability of lip repositioning surgery with or without myotomy. The electronic search was conducted in three databases: MEDLINE, Embase, and the Cochrane Library up to October 2019. No publication status, language, or time restrictions were applied. The electronic search was complemented by a manual search of the reference lists. Three hundred thirty-eight studies were screened by title, and 16 articles remained for data extraction. The included studies assessed the lip repositioning procedure in 144 patients aged between 15-59 years (134 females and 10 males). Based on the available data, lip repositioning with myotomy/muscle containment can be a successful treatment for minor discrepancies in gingival display in selected cases. However, further well-organized controlled clinical trials are recommended to derive a conclusion about the long-term stability compared with other alternatives.

웹 서비스 기술의 발전에 따라 인터넷의 이용자가 생산자이면서 동시에 소비자로서 인터넷 공간을 이용하는 웹 2.0이라는 개념이 도래하였다. 웹 2.0 개념의 인터넷 공간에서는 소셜 웹 서비스를 통하여 셀 수 없이 많은 다양한 형태의 웹 콘텐츠가 만들어지고 있다. 따라서 실세계에서도 다양한 유형의 사용자들이 웹 콘텐츠를 공유할 수 있도록 하는 능동형 디스플레이 시스템이 등장하였다. 능동형 디스플레이 시스템은 실세계에서도 다양한 유형의 사용자들이 웹 콘텐츠를 공유할 수 있도록 한다. 그러나 지금까지는 시스템의 개인적인 웹 콘텐츠를 공유하는 기능이 미비하였다. 본 논문에서는 실세계에서 사용자의 신원을 파악하여 사용자의 블로그나 공개 카페와 같은 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 웹 콘텐츠를 대형 디스플레이 장치 혹은 멀티미디어 재생 장치를 통하여 표현하는 능동형 디스플레이 애플리케이션을 개발하였다. 이를 위하여 사용자의 프로필과 웹 콘텐츠 정보를 등록하고 관리할 수 있는 소셜 콘텐츠 프레젠테이션 서버를 개발하였다. 또한, 실세계에서 디스플레이 장치에 근접한 사용자를 능동적으로 식별하고 직관적 사용자 인터페이스를 통하여 웹 콘텐츠를 디스플레이 장치 화면에 나타내는 소셜 콘텐츠 프레젠테이션 클라이언트를 개발하였다. 그리고 직관적 사용자 인터페이스를 통하여 콘텐츠의 공유를 현장에서 지정하는 현장 스크랩 서비스와 또한 다양한 종류의 의견 제시를 현장에서 지원하는 현장 피드백 서비스를 개발하였다.

멀티미디어 타이틀을 재생하기 위해서는 운영체제에 의존적인 재생기가 필요하다. 재생기의 중복 개발에 따른 데이터 호환성 및 소모적인 리소스 사용 등의 문제점을 야기한다. 이 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 논문은 멀티미디어 타이틀 컨텐츠를 인터넷 문서로 제작하고, 인터넷 브라우저를 이용하여 재생할 수 있는 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 멀티미디어 타이틀에 저작된 내용을 인터넷 페이지로 재생성하고자 한다. 멀티미디어 데이터의 공간동기화를 위해서 CSS Layer를 기반으로 화면 구성을 하고, 졸업앨범에서와 같이 학생의 신상 정보를 이용해서 만들어지는 멀티페이지 화면을 인터넷으로 재구성하기 위해서, 멀티미디어 타이틀의 전용 DB 데이터를 인터넷에서 사용 가능한 XML 데이터로 변환하여 인터넷 문서에 연동하여 서비스 가능하도록 하였다. 인터넷 페이지의 스크립트에 의해서 인적정보를 갖는 XML 데이터와 리소스 정보를 이용하여 멀티미디어 전용 재생기와 같은 효과를 얻을 수 있다. 결과적으로 인터넷이 접근 가능한 어떤 곳이든 전용 재생기 없이 멀티미디어 타이틀을 인터넷 브라우저를 이용하여 재생할수 있다.

Coping with the rapid change of competition in retail industry, retail firms have dreamed various differentiation strategy to obtain their added value and their life. And they have considered CRM strategy that can differentiate with other retail firms in order to develop some new differentiation factors. So we searched new factors that is best for "T store" and found CRM strategy such as the optimization for product portfolio considering private-brand products and the optimization for product display for customer demands. This study is meaningful in that it has suggested a new CRM strategy model, which can manage new various differentiation factors of a retail firms considering its core competence. We verified and altered retail firm's business model using system dynamics. By simulation results, CRM strategy need long time to obtain visible and satisfactory performance of "T store".

This paper explores the role of entrepreneurship education in a modern economy and how the government, academic, and nonprofit sectors in the United States have responded to this growing field. There are several sectors that play important roles in the entrepreneurship education landscape in the United States. Over the past decade, there has been increasing participation of Federal and state governments. This recent trend suggests the field may be increasing in maturity and legitimacy, showing promise for expanding the reach of entrepreneurship education programs. Programs sponsored by nonprofit organizations and private foundations complement government initiatives and display an effective means of leveraging knowledge and resources across the relevant sectors. Thus, new initiatives, whether initiated by government or academia, should learn from the successes of this sector as well as be carefully considered within the context of existent programs and services. Nonetheless, the potentially dynamic environment of the entrepreneurship education field in the United States offers a specific opportunity to leverage the experience in mentorship activities at the post-secondary education to address a possible gap in these activities at the secondary education level.

For happy life, it is first of all essential to live healthily although wealth is important too. Korean government has enforced National Health Insurance Program and has improved it every year. However, health security still leaves something to be desired in Korea. Although Korean government also enacted National Health Promotion Law in 1995, the national health promotion policy has not been effectively carried out because of the problems of institution related to policy implementation and expenses of organizations. Also, community health services have failed to realize the anticipated results. Especially, health education services which are deeply related to national health consciousness are not well accomplished. Therefore, the average life span of Korean people is 73.5 years which display the level of the developing countries, while it is 74.7 years in the developed countries. Various health education services which Korean government and private organizations are carrying out are not activated. At this time, national health behavior and Quality of life will be greatly enhanced if "Mobile Health Education Teams" play active roles with new image, visiting vulnerable areas to health problems all over the country.e country.

The purpose of this study is to analyze efforts of the mesa trends on the modern fashion design. For the study documentary research and qualitative content analysis have been carried out. Articles in magazines, seminar reports, and news related to trends were collected and analyzed to develop mega trends nowadays. As results, $2002{\sim}2006$ mega trends were extracted to Co-divergence, Emotional tech, Bi-dentity, Private+One and $2002{\sim}2006$ design trends extracted to Camouflage, Transformation, Modular system, Blur, Ease. The influences of mega trends and design trends on the modern fashion design have been proved. Those were expressed as eclectic style, deconstructionist style, reductive style and functionalist style in fashion design. The present era could be defined as cultural pluralism blended with various cultures and styles. Fashion as the essential display of contemporary culture and society has been successfully confirmed in this study.
