This study was conducted to find out the status and factors of private health insurance subscriptions by life cycle and to identify differences in medical usage behavior by life cycle. Using the SPSS 26 program as the 12th-15th (2016-2019) data of the Korea Welfare Panel, the difference subscriptions was identified as Chi-square by demo social and health characteristics of 58,223 people, and the factors affecting subscription were analyzed by polynomial logistic analysis and average analysis was performed for medical use behavior. As a result of the analysis, the biggest factor in purchasing private health insurance was household income, private health insurance coverage is the highest in growth period, and multiple subscriptions were made depending on household income. In youth, household income, spouse, and no disability, and middle age, household income, economic activities, spouses, and health levels were largely influential factors. The rate of private health insurance coverage in old age was the lowest, and low-income households, poor health levels, and people with disabilities were lower. The increase in medical use by private health insurance subscribers also occurred during growth and youth. It is necessary to strengthen the national health insurance coverage, and the role of private health insurance to supplement it should be established in time for the life cycle to complement each other, eliminating blind spots of medical security and maximizing people's health and well-being.

This paper examined the effects of private health insurance (PHI) on the use of endoscopy, sonography, CT, MRI, and PET among Koreans. The data used was the four waves of the Korea Health Panel (2008-2011), and the number of subjects was 141,862 visits. We employed a pooled logistic regression mode which was corrected with cluster errors. The results showed that PHI was positively related to the use of endoscopy, but not related to the use of sonography, CT, MRI, and PET. It is, however, recommended that health policy makers pay attention to the effects of PHI on the use of sonography, CT, MRI, and PET.

This paper examines the changing roles of ownership in the economic growth by using a panel data set of 30 provinces in China for the period (1999-2010). With the use of absolute and relative presence variables, this study shows that private enterprises have emerged as the engine of economic growth in China in the later period (2005-2010). The growing size and number of private enterprises are positively linked to growth. However, though foreign-invested enterprises have been acclaimed as the main contributors to economic growth in China, they have minimal effect on the economic growth in the later period. State-owned enterprises have a significant and negative effect on the economic growth in the later period. The results can be interpreted that the engine of growth in China has been changed over time from other ownerships to private ownership. Private companies have developed a lot in every respect and started to lead the economy for long-run growth. China initiated its economic growth by adopting foreign capital and it is still the top destination for foreign direct investment among developing countries. However, to sustain the growth over a long period, private sector should be of great importance and perform a key role in the view of catch-up economics.

Construction management(CM) in the private building sector has been leading the growth of the CM market in Korea. The use of CM services during pre-construction stages has been recognized as a critical factor to succeed in construction projects. Understanding clients' needs of pre-construction CM services is important for CM fedms to strategically prepare and cope with market needs. The objective of this paper is to investigate the level of use of CM services in private building projects during pre-construction stages, and to identify key characteristics and implications. The most distinctive characteristics include the high demand and use of cost management and time management services during pre-construction stages.

Nursing Homes are different from other medical facilities, because they have a living space. And most of residents in a nursing home have dementia, therefore nursing homes are in control of outdoor activities for resident's safety and most of residents live in the living room at the daytime. The purpose of this study is analysis of spacial behaviors of residents in the living room, and reflection of the analysis into the architectural plan of nursing homes.There are two activities, individual activity and social interchange activity, in a living room and the role of a living room is semi-private space that includes both of them. Most numerous activities are watching TV and take a eat. Activities are different in accordance with the position at the living room. Individual activity and social interchange activity is same ratio in the middle and the ratio of social interchange activities are more than individuals in outside of living room. but alcove use of private.The types of living rooms are distinguished by combination of functions of livingroom, activity-room, and diningroom. The activity of use of residents have been shown different phases following the types of livingroom. The type of combination has been seen high rate of use and private activities and social communications are expressed evenly. The type of mixing has been seen low rae of use, but two activities, the above, are equal. The type of separation has been seen not only low rate of use, but also there has been only private activities.

As the demand for national security and national safety is gradually increasing in accordance with the trend of the times and social environment, and the use of private areas for effective prevention and supply required for the demand for safety services, this paper analyzed the Japanese private security testing system for the introduction of the Korea security certification system as a way to secure expertise in the private security industry and drew the following conclusion. First, certificate segmentation should be carried out according to the clearly divided field and scope of the expense operation. Second, it is necessary to distinguish the qualification of the private security qualification according to the level. Third, it is necessary to utilize the combined evaluation method through the departmental and practical tests. Fourth, an assessment should be made through the link between departments and practical subjects. Fifth, the diversity of the acquisition methods should be placed to ensure the gainer's accessibility. This paper examines the relationship between IT investment and the improvement of efficiency from the perspective of organizational contingency by the type of organizations and their maturity in IT use in terms of their history of e-commerce use. Organizations are divided into private and public in nature, and into experienced and inexperienced in e-commerce. An analysis was performed on data from 286 organizations in tourism industry. Comparison among the four groups showed differences in competitive and operational efficiency.
