This paper presents the develop-ment of electromagnetic wave detecting equipment for diagnosis of enclosed switchboard. High voltage power equipments are very important equipment of the key industries and the private enterprise power line accidents are national plans because of those set off casualties lose of power equipments and communication networks. Therefore the necessity of the development of detecting for power equipment diagnosis is demand for prevention of high voltage equipment accidents. This paper is the development of electromagnetic wave detecting equipment for diagnosis of high voltage equipment. This paper establishes the diagnosis method for high voltage power equipments, that secures original technique and possesses detecting technique for electromagnetic wave. By the study we developed electromagnetic wave detector and we applied this equipment application tests at the place constructed high voltage equipments.

As internet is spreaded widely, the number of cyber terror using hacking and virus is increased. Also the hacking to the internet shopping mall go on increasing. If the large shopping mall is attacked by the hacker, a number of user's information are exposed to the hacker. The private information as like a resident registration number, user's real name, the date of user's birth, the mobile phone number, the office phone number / address, the home phone number / address and so on include the information. These information are used in the phishing e-mails / call and spam. And them are selling and buying maliciously. The large internet shopping mall 'auction' was hacked in April, 2008. After the incident, this paper suggested a countermeasures on the hacking for the internet shopping mall. The technical item and political item are included among the countermeasures. The countermeasures can protect the hacking not only the internet shopping mall but also the web sites basically.

The article views some essential issues of this competence including awareness of pedagogical values, the construction of the pedagogical process, pedagogical communication and behavior; pedagogical technology, its essence, structural components, understanding of innovative components of professional activity, requirements for the design and engineering of pedagogical technologies.

Recently, as the demand for physical security technology to prevent leakage of technical and business information of companies and public institutions increases, the high tech companies are operating X-ray security checkpoints at building entrances to protect their intellectual property and technology. X-ray security checkpoints are operated to detect cameras and storage media that may store or leak important technologies in the bags of people entering and leaving the building. In this study, we propose an X-ray security checkpoint system that automatically detects a storage medium in an X-ray image using a deep learning based object detection method. The proposed system consists of an edge computing unit and a cloud-computing unit. We employ the RetinaNet for automatic storage media detection in the X-ray security checkpoint images. The proposed approach achieved mAP of 95.92% on private dataset.

By analyzing the adaptive capacity, market formation and policy direction as functional areas of Technological Innovation System (TIS), the article evaluates the progress of renewable energy transition in the Maldives, with the inclusion of ideas from Mauritius and Cabo Verde. On the policy direction in the Maldives, technology roadmaps produced with assistance from International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) and Asian Development Bank (ADB) are evaluated. Although there are inducing factors such as the Solar Risk Management Initiative, the progress of energy transition is hindered by the lack of technical capacity and local value chain. The findings indicate the importance of facilitating and establishing industry and knowledge networks, incorporating innovation policies, greater involvement of the local private sector along with international investors, and taking water-energy nexus to achieve complementary targets. The study adds value to knowledge by offering a simplified TIS framework, with a current insight of the energy transition in Small Island Developing States with a focus on the Maldives.

The increase of social interest for the e-Learning industry leads to the increase of e-learning contents and the system providers which are targeted at private education companies and public institutions. As the e-Learning is used in various areas, the evaluation for evaluation criteria and suitability are needed to provide a high-quality service and reliability. Previous works suggested the evaluation criteria for quality certification, however, the technical evaluation criteria are not provided. In this paper, we suggest the technical evaluation criteria for quality certification of e-Learning contents and describe the detailed features. Through the proposed work, we can establish the technical evaluation criteria and suggest detailed evaluation items for them by providing examples. It is expected that the proposed study is able to be utilized in e-Learning industry, if the policy is reflected and notified according to the feedback of the results of the trial service.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the efficiency of 90 domestic passenger shipping routes using the DEA Window model as a Decision Making Unit (DMU). Data from 2015 to 2019 are divided into three windows, and efficiency was analyzed by using the number of passenger ships of sails, gross tonnage and distance traveled as input variables and transportation performance of the general public and islanders as output variables. As a result of the analysis, improvements are derived and presented for routes with low relative efficiency. In particular, the efficiency is evaluated for general routes operated by private operators as profit routes and auxiliary routes supported by the government as non-profit routes. In addition, scale efficiency (SE) is derived by using the technical efficiency (TE) of the CCR model and the pure technical efficiency (PTE) values of the BCC model. It is found that the inefficiency of the route was due to pure technical efficiency (PTE) rather than scale efficiency (SE). It will be necessary to consider the improvements for each route shown in the analysis results of this study when establishing the policy for the domestic passenger shipping route.

This study researched the status and prospect of a natural dye program in Gyeongsang region that focused on private centers with sufficient infrastructure and abundant human resources were available for natural dyes. The entire site for metropolitan cities that have difficulty in securing the land are limited (as well as smaller) because they are closer to the city; in addition, they do not own the drying house and the agricultural land for natural dyes. It is understood that the one-time program of all centers researched help to promote and maintain the centers rather than generating profit; in addition, it is shown that Jun - Aug (summer) is preferred over Dec - Feb (winter). This program uses natural indigo; consequently, natural dye program for hobby and education is operated when it is required because the number of participants are low in most cases, Persimmon Juice is used for the dyeing raw materials. Programs in operation are often outsourced with other institutes registered under private certification system; therefore, many cases of starting business are found in the institutes operating programs directly after obtaining the certification. Their plans do not allow for investment in facility such as enlargement of experience center and prospect of program; in addition, business value is generally bright for business strategies that include an exhibition shop for natural dye products and program development.

Everyone has the desire to be well shaped. Modern people in the $21^{st}$ century utilize their external appearance as a tool to express their personalities and social activities for the improvement of cultural life and the acceleration of information transfer. The expression of beauty is a method of communication from the view point of creation in addition to the exchange of meaning & value, and it has become a method of image transfer due to the increased desire for a better appearance. The beauty industry was established in 1948 by the execution of the 1st hairdresser's license test, and has been developed in full scale through the enactment of the public health control act. Therefore, beauty education is currently qualitatively and quantitatively developed, and the educational role of the beauty institute has expanded to include training beauty professionals. Private beauty institutes provide students with beauty related education in preparation for the national technical qualification examinations or private beauty association tests. These beauty education opportunities enable aspiring beauticians to attend various beauty competition events and acquire a sense of accomplishment. The purpose of this study was to determine how the quality of the beauty educational institutes affects the re-registration rate, and to analyze the effect of the beauty educational institutes quality on the intention of re-registrations using a survey. The study results show that variables such as 'lecture satisfaction', 'internal environment satisfaction', 'facility satisfaction', and 'tuition satisfaction' are significantly related to the rate of re-registrations, with 'lectures satisfaction' especially having the largest influence on re-registration.

In this paper, characteristics of transactions by investors were examined based on the relationship between South Korea's stock market trends and the amount of net purchasing by investors. The study period is from January of 2004 to December of 2011, a total 1,991 days on 96 months. Data used for correlation and regression analysis include the value of the KOSPI index at the end of each month, the monthly net purchase amount of each of the groups, as well the daily volume, the daily price. In this study, the long-term phase of the market divided by refining. and each of the investment position of invest group was investigated. As a result, foreign investors are a net selling position when market was rising phase of the tertiary. And private investors were a net short positions when the market was decline phase of the tertiary. Regardless of the flow changes, the private investors had opposite position to the flow of the mark, also they had opposite position to the position of the foreign investors.
