한국의 민간경비산업의 영역을 확대하기 위해서는 다음과 같은 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 민간조사업법의 영역을 민간경비와 접목하여 확대해야 할 것이다. 둘째, 요인경호법, 대테러법, 대통령 경호실법에 관련하여 민간경비의 역할을 모색할 필요가 있을 것이다. 셋째, 산업보안 관련법 중 산업기술의 유출 방지 및 보호지원에 관한 법률안이 통과됨으로써 기업보안과 민간경비산업 분야의 접목을 통한 민간경비의 다양성과 세분화, 복합화가 필요할 것이다. 넷째, 시큐리티 컨설팅 즉, 통합시스템 관리 서비스를 위해 민간경비업체의 투자와 전문분야의 양성 및 사업의 확대방안의 연구가 모색되어져야 할 것이다. 다섯째, 청원경찰법과 경비업법의 통합성에 대해서 교육과정과 목적, 의무가 큰 차이가 없으므로 정보기관의 협조를 통한 통합화를 적극적으로 추진할 필요가 있다고 사료된다. 여섯째, 민간경비 서비스에 대한 경찰 및 일반시민, 그리고 민간 경비원들 간의 의식전환이 이루어져야 한다. 일곱째, 경비협회의 역할도 중요하다고 사료된다. 마지막으로 경찰청과 경비협회의 의사소통에 관한 문제에 대해서도 정보수집, 대처능력이 권력의 힘에서만 볼 것이 아니라 이제는 경찰청뿐만 아니라 국가기관, 국정원, 검찰, 경호실, 군 등의 기관들과의 상호협력방안을 모색할 필요가 있다고 생각한다.

2014년 1월부터 아 태지역 Tokyo-MOU에서는 새로운 점검체제인 NIR를 도입하여 항만국통제(PSC)를 시행하고 있다. NIR의 가장 큰 특징은 기존 TF방식과 달리 회사의 안전관리수준까지 평가하여 선박의 위험도 수준을 고위험, 표준위험, 저위험 선박 등 3단계로 분류하고 그 수준에 따라 PSC 점검주기를 달리하는 것이다. 특히, 국제안전경영(ISM)코드의 안전관리체제(SMS)와 관련된 결함과 6개이상의 결함수, 출항정지이력 등은 선박의 위험도수준 평가에 큰 영향을 미치게 되었다. 이에 따라 선박과 회사들은 변화된 PSC환경에 대비하기 위하여 종전과는 다른 안전관리체제의 적절한 이행과 시스템 보장이 각별히 요구된다. 정부대행기관 및 주관청에서도 기존과는 다른 새로운 PSC 대응방안이 필요하다. 구체적으로는 선박과 회사간 유기적인 협력과 지원체제 강화, 심사주체와 객체의 변경을 통한 타성 극복, 정부대행기관에 대한 주관청의 관리감독 강화 그리고 민 관 협력체제 운영을 위한 네트워크 구축 등의 방안이 있다.

Enterprise security management system: Enterprise Security Management (EMS) is centralized integrated management of other kind of security solutions such as intrusion cutoff system, intrusion detection system and virtual private network. With the system, it is possible to establish security policies for entire IT system through interlocking of solutions. A security system of company network is progressing as a ESM(Enterprise Security Management) in existing security solution foundation. The establishment of the security policy is occupying very important area in ESM of the security system. We tried to analyze existing ESM system for this and designed security solution structure for enhancing the inside security. We applied implementing directly IDS system and tested. 화상회의 시스템에 대한 시장의 수요가 매우 빠르게 증가하고 있다 그러나 화상회의 및 음성회의 시스템을 구축하는 비용이 매우 높아 일부 대기업과 관공서를 중심으로 제한적으로 설치되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 IP-PBX(Private Branch Exchanger)시스템을 이용하여 음성 교환 및 음성회의 그리고 화상회의를 인터넷을 이용하여 하나의 시스템에서 할 수 있도록 한 하이브리드 IP-PBX시스템을 개발하였다. 본 시스템은 통신비용의 저감과 음성 및 화상회의를 할 수 있는 시스템 구축비용을 대폭 저감할 수 있도록 하는 하이브리드형 IP-PBX 설계하여, 그 타당성을 실험을 통하여 입증하였다.

The soil nailing system is becoming common as reinforcement method of slope face in soil. It has application to obtain slope stability method and scaffolding system. It has some troubles when the soil nailing system is applied to the downtown because it could be invaded someone's private area. Thus, in this paper, wedge type removable soil nailing system which can easily remove deformed bar in final excavation step is developed. Field pull-out test is performed to evaluate deformed bars removal and pullout resistance characteristics. According to this result, application of Wedge Type Removable Soil Nailing System is performed.

Private companies are increasingly required to take more substantial actions on climate change. This study introduces the principle and cases of climate (physical) risk estimation for 11 private companies in Korea. Climate risk is defined as the product of three major determinants: hazard, exposure, and vulnerability. Hazard is the intensity or frequency of weather phenomena that can cause disasters. Vulnerability can be reflected in the function that explains the relationship between past weather records and loss records. The final climate risk is calculated by multiplying the function by the exposure, which is defined as the area or value of the target area exposed to the climate. Future climate risk is estimated by applying future exposure to estimated future hazard using climate model scenarios or statistical trends based on weather data. The estimated climate risks are developed into three types according to the demand of private companies: i) climate risk for financial portfolio management, ii) climate risk for port logistics management, iii) climate risk for supply chain management. We hope that this study will contribute to the establishment of the climate risk management system in the Korean industrial sector as a whole.

인터넷을 통해 기업간 혹은 기업과 개인 간의 중요 업무에 관련된 정보의 교환이 점점 증가추세에 있다. 특히 ED의 발달로 인하여 기업의 업무처리의 시간단축과과 인건비 절감의 이점을 누릴 수 있으나 정보노출 및 보안사고가 발생되고 있다. 정보의 노출로 인하여 기업에는 막대한 손실 또는 생존위기에 이르게 하기도 한다. 흔히 IP의 부족현상과 정보의 암호화 및 인증화의 노출로 인하여 피해를 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 전통적인 EDI방식과 VPN을 연동하고 정보의 중요도에 따라서 전송의 속도 및 보안의 강화를 구현한다. 이는 전통적인 EDI 방식과 VPN의 IPSec와 L2TP의 방식을 연동함으로써 사용자는 비용의 절감 및 정보의 보호 등의 이점을 얻을 수 있으며 기업 역시 비용절감과 암호화를 네트워크 계층에 따라 선택이 가능하도록 한다. 전송속도의 개선으로 인하여 기업과 사용자 모두 원활하고 안정적인 EDI 업무가 가능하다.

The limits of current DN(Defense networks), private and closed network, become to reality; for Example, high expense of construction and maintenance of networks, restriction of new subscribers on DN. Therefore, a network using web environment that reflect fast development of If and IS(Information Security) technology is demanded for MND. Meeting the requirement of reliable IS system and extension and improvement of DN using common network, we can reduce the expense to extend, maintain, repair DN, form the environment that makes military business cooperate better with civil company and government agency, advance implementing Defense computing and networking service for field small size units that was a exception of Defense digitalization. But it is essential to construct DN based on common network that there are security requisites; confidentiality, integrity, availability, efficiency, log, backup, restoration, that have to be realized at demanding level for IS. This thesis suggested four measurements; replacement DN with common network to resolve the requirements of building new network and improvement of performance for private DN, linkage with common network for new requirement, distribution of traffic using common network, configuration of DN using Internet and Proposed a refinement of IS management organization to treat security threat of common network flexibly, and LAN IS standard model of DN based on the web environment.

This paper, wireless internet such as Wi-Fi has a vulnerability to security. Blockchain also means a 'Ledger' in which transaction information that occurs on a public or private network is encrypted and shared among the network participants. Blockchain maintains information integrity by making it impossible for a particular node to tamper with information arbitrarily, a feature that would result in changes in the overall blockchain hash value if any one transaction information that constitutes a block was changed. The complete sharing of information through a peer-to-peer network will also cripple hacking attempts from outside, targeting specialized nodes, and prepare for the "single point of failure" risk of the entire system being shut down. Due to the value of these Blockchain, various types of Blockchain are emerging, and related technology development efforts are also actively underway. Various business models such as public block chains such as Bitcoin, as well as private block chains that allow only certain authorized nodes to participate, or consortium block chains operated by a select few licensed groups, are being utilized. In terms of technological evolution, Blockchain also shows the potential to grow beyond cryptocurrency into an online platform that allows all kinds of transactions with the advent of 'Smart Contract'. By using Blockchain technology, the company makes suggestions to overcome the vulnerability of wireless Internet.

The article assesses the role of the human factor in management, analyzes the personnel policy, as well as the style and methods of management at the enterprise. The purpose of the article is to study the place and role of personnel management in the general management system of an organization.
