The Effect of the Characteristics of the Urban Area on the Apartment Price Level of the Area (연담도시권 특성이 지역 아파트가격 수준에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was conducted with the aim of confirming the relevance and effect of the characteristics of the cities and cities in the neighborhood area, focusing on the sale price per square meter of apartment. Specifically, it was intended to determine whether cities in the relevant city and neighborhood area have differential characteristics between the metropolitan area and the non-metropolitan area, whether industrial characteristics, urban planning and development project characteristics, and location characteristics. Comparing the research results of the city and metropolitan area, it was found that there was a correlation in all areas of population characteristics. Industrial and urban planning projects and development project characteristics sectors are not significant in the city, but they appear significant when analyzed in the urban area of the year. When classifying and analyzing the metropolitan area and the non-metropolitan area, both the metropolitan area and the non-metropolitan area were significant in the population sector, and only the distance from Gangnam-gu was significant in the local sector. Since the population is concentrated in the Seoul metropolitan area now, the sale price per square meter of apartments is also concentrated in the Seoul metropolitan area, which is believed to result in such a result. This is judged to be an analysis that appears because the characteristics of the developable status of the metropolitan area and the non-metropolitan area are different. Accordingly, this study shows that the characteristics of neighboring areas as well as the city should be analyzed when analyzing the factors affecting the sale price per square meter of apartment, and suggests that housing market monitoring needs to be carried out together.

A study on connotative meaning of foods to elderly Korean (한국노인의 식품에 대한 개념 연구)

  • This study was designed to investigate and quantify components of the connotative meaning of foods, and to analyze the correlations between food concepts and food frequencies on elderly Korean. It involves adapting a communications research tools, the semantic differential and demonstrating its use with two population groups, urban and rural aged. The data were collected by interviewing 217 males and females of 70 years of age and older living in urban and rural areas. To assess how they feel and what they know about foods, the instrument which contains concepts of price, taste, goodness of health, interest, usuality, likes and dislikes, appetite, fattening, quality, and nutritive value about foods were developed. The result shows that there are significant correlations between food concepts and food frequencies. The more affirmative concepts the elderly have, the more food frequencies tend to be. positive concepts are appeared on the meat, fishes, vegetables & fruits, Kimchi and the rice, but negative connotations are appeared on the milk and sugar. There are significant differences between the urban and rural elderly on food concepts.

  • Recently, As the high rise buildings have been demanded due to the rising current of land price, the permanent drainage method have been applied during and after the construction as a way to reduce the buoyancy acting on the bottoms of the foundations in the basement. This method has brought about the consolidation subsidence of the ground and turned out to be the problems of sinking hole and foundation re-settlement. The representative methods to be used for extending the life cycle of the existing building structure which is tilted by the foundation re-settlement or differential settlement of the foundation can be divided into the building structures reinforcement and soil reinforcement. The purpose of this study is to analyze and present the application example of steel pipe pile method to extend the life cycle of the six -stories building tilted in a soft ground.

The Empirical Evidence on Government Bond Market Integration in East Asia

  • This research intends to investigate the progress made in East Asian bond market integration thus far. Price-based measures (AAD indicator and beta-convergence measure), quantity-based measures and econometric techniques (co-integration test, error correction model based Granger causality test) are employed in the analysis. Even though East Asian government bond markets have become more integrated since 2001, the differentials among the markets still remain significantly high. The bond market integration process seems slow. The convergence of bond markets sped up in 2003 and after the 2008 world financial crisis, implying the important role of government policies in integrating the regional bond markets. East Asian bond market integration may need more government-directed measures.

FORECASTING OF FINANCIAL TIME SERIES BY A DIGITAL FILTER AND A NEURAL NETWORK

  • The approach to predict time series without neglecting the fluctuation in a short period is tried by using a digital FIR filter and a neural network. The differential waveform of the Nikkei average closing price is filtered by the FIR band-pass filter of 101 length. It is filtered into the five frequency bands of 0-1Hz, 1-2Hz, 2-3Hz, 3-4Hz and 4-5Hz by setting the sampling frequency 10Hz. The each filtered waveform is learned and forecasted by the neural network. The neural network of the back propagation method is adopted in the learning the waveform. By inputting the data of 20 days in the past, the prediction of 10 days ahead is carried out. After learning the time series of each frequency band by the neural network, the predicted data far each frequency band are obtained. The predicted waveforms of each frequency band are synthesized to obtain a final forecast. The waveform can be forecasted well as a whole.

  • Currently A demand of high precision workpiece is increasing in industry. At present, roundness measuring machine using Air bearing, coordinate measuring machine that are used from measurement station. but these machines will not be able to apply to In-line process. because of like these machine's price are very expensive and measurement time is long. also, the complexity of conventional roundness measurement method based on fourier transform, it makes difficult to development analysis program. This work present new architecture of a Out-diameter measuring system fur analysis of roundness of product. In this system, the influence of table motion errors is minimize by using two LVDT sensor and knife edge contact tip. We are produce a test machine and make an experimenter on Out-diameter of test bearing. The measurement result compared with roundness measuring machine.

  • Intensive competition in the electricity market and demand for higher quality service force the utilities to change their strategies in setting price and quality combination. As cost-up by homogeneously enhancing the electricity service quality may reduce their competitiveness, differential service is to be taken into consideration. Priority Service, which provides customers with a selection of service options at a range of prices and reliability for all or portions of their loads, has drawn attention from utilities in an increasingly competitive environment. Priority Service is to enlarge service options for customers who have diverse needs for supply reliability.   • This study was developed through the secondary battery module charging/discharger possible utilization in the production process equipment circuit. The developed module is ensuring construction of efficient and productive charging and discharger through this research a limit on the yield and the price of existing single -channel charge and discharger circuit as a 5V 70A grade secondary battery Formation charge and discharger for up to 1 board 4 channels. In order to improve the sensing accuracy, through a robust differential amplifier circuit described using 16bit Analog-Digital Converter and noise was secured 16bit resolution sensing. The configuration also made demands for property Rise / Fall Time. Data Acquisition, discharge efficiency and also to fit the sink circuit temperature level for mass production.

  • Group level discriminations are observed in employment relations and other transactions in the form of residential occupational and production segregation and differential treatments. Recent developments in the rational theories of discrimination both on the market level and the non-market level are reviewed in terms of their relative strengths, weaknesses and complementarities. Taste discrimination could remain much suppressed in the market but could effect much chain reaction through various ways of statistical discrimination, price discrimination, human capital investment and segregation. Taste discrimination could also take the more structured form of co-workers' requiring compensation for reduced productivity due to increasing interactions with members of different language and culture in a non-segregative system. If could also be viewed in the framework of brand learning models. Non-market models of discrimination are seen to be an essential part to explain extended modes of discrimination.
