기성복의 구매 및 사용시 불만족 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Consumer Dissatisfaction in the Purchase and Use of Clothing)

  • The purposes of this study were to determine the consumer dissatisfaction factors in the process of purchase and use of clothing, and to investigate the relationships between the dissatisfaction factors and selected variables-clothing importance, evaluative attributes, price, shopping stores. The research questionnaires selected from the pilot study were administered to 547 female subjects in the age of twenties. The dissatisfaction factors identified as a result of the factor analysis were as follows: (1) 'price' factor ($21.6\%$ of the total explained variance), (2) 'product assortment' factor ($21.5\%$), (3) 'purchase decision-making' factor ($19.9\%$), (4) 'quality' factor ($18.6\%$), (5) 'informa­tion and service' factor ($18.4\%$). By these five factors, the $34.7\%$ of the total variance were explained. The factors were validated by the multiple regression analysis. The purchase decision­making factor has the greatest explanatory power suggests that psychological aspects are more important to clothing dissatisfaction than any other objective aspects. The relationships between the dissatisfaction factors and the selected variables were found to be as follows: 1) The higher clothing importance scores, the higher product assortment related dissatisfac­tion score. 2) The higher the purchase price, the lower the price related dissatisfaction, but the higher the product assortment related dissatisfaction scores. 3) The department store and the national brand chain store shoppers had higher product assortment related dissatisfaction compared to the small retail store and discount store shoppers.

구기자 노지재배 투자 수익성 분석 (ROI(Return on Investment) Analysis of Open-field Cultivation of Lycium Chinese Miller)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 구기자를 새로이 재배하고자 하는 사람들이나 재배면적을 늘이고자 하는 사람들에게 구기자의 경영실태 및 소득과 투자 수익성을 분석하여 투자에 대한 정보를 제공하고자 하는 것이다. 수익성 분석기법은 IRR, B/C Ratio, NPV를 이용하였다. 구기자 주산단지인 충남 청양, 전남 진도지역의 52가구의 구기자 재배농가를 대상으로 2009년 5월부터 9월까지 작업공정별 투입노동 및 자재비 등에 관해 면접방문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 현지판매가격과 투자수익성의 판단기준이 되는 가격을 기준으로 IRR, B/C Ratio, 조수익, 소득, 순수익, 소득율 등을 구하였다. 할인율 3%를 적용하였다. 최근 5년간 농가평균판매가격 kg당 15,000원은 B/C Ratio가 0.89로 나타나 투자수익성이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 적어도 수익성을 맞출려면 IRR=3.00%, B/C Ratio=1.00을 나타내는 구기자 판매가격이 16,800원/kg이상이 되어야 한다고 판단되며, 이때의 소득율은 21.75%인 것으로 나타났다.

친환경농산물 소비행태 조사 -대형할인마트 고객을 중심으로- (A Survey of Consumer's Consumption Characteristics of Environmental-Friendly Agricultural Products (EFAP) -Focused on Consumers in Discount Stores-)

  • 본 연구는 소비자들의 친환경농산물 소비 성향을 조사하여 친환경농산물의 생산과 유통을 활성화하고 친환경 농업의 지속 가능한 발전 방향을 모색하고자 하였다. 그 결과 전체의 90.4%가 친환경농산물에 대해 알고 있는 것으로 조사되었으며 응답자의 대부분이 방송, 언론 등을 통해서 친환경농산물의 정보를 얻는 것으로 나타났고 76.4%가 친환경농산물을 구입한 경험이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 친환경농산물 구매경험군은 주1회 구매, 구매이유는 농약 등 유해물질로부터 안전해서, 친환경농산물 구입비가 차지하는 비율은 월 식품비의 20% 미만, 주로 구입하는 친환경농산물의 종류는 엽채류, 과일류 순이며, 구입처는 대형할인매장과 농협직판장이었다. 일반농산물과 비교하여 영양적 품질, 관능적 품질, 안전성에 대한 인식은 우수하다고 나타났으나 가격에 대한 만족은 낮았으며, 유통상의 문제점은 생산, 제조자의 낮은 신뢰성이었다. 친환경농산물 비구매경험군의 소비행태를 조사해 본 결과 일반농산물과 비교하여 영양적 품질, 관능적 품질, 안전성에 대한 인식은 우수하다고 나타났으나 일반농산물에 비해 20-30% 정도 비싸기 때문에 가격에 대한 만족도는 낮았다. 선뢰성 확보방안으로 생산자에 대한 지도단속 강화가 가장 필요하였으며, 가격, 품질 등 문제 해결 시 93.2%가 구입할 의사가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 실태조사 결과, 첫째는 소비자의 신뢰성을 확보하여야 할 것이고, 둘째로는 소비 확대를 위해 가격 경쟁력을 확보하며, 마지막으로는 생산 제품의 종류 및 품목수가 다양화되기를 제언하고자 한다.

부산항 컨테이너부두 임대료 산정체계 표준화 방안 (Standardization of the Lease Fee Assessment System of Busan Port Container Terminals)

  • 부산항만공사(BPA)가 관리하고 있는 부산항 컨테이너부두는 민간운영사가 임차하여 운영하고 있다. 운영사가 BPA에 납부하는 연간 임대료는 BPA의 2010년도 연간 매출액 2,444억원의 약 66%에 달하는 1,609억원으로, BPA 총수입의 대부분을 차지하는 매우 중요한 수입원이다. 그러나 부산항의 컨테이너부두 임대료는 부두 신설에 따라 운영사 선정 입찰시 적용한 임대료 산정체계의 차이, 1999년 임대료 산정체계를 수입공유제에서 고정임대료제로 변경하면서 부두별로 적용한 임대료 산정방법 및 산정기준의 상이, 북항과 신항간 임대료 산정시기의 차이 및 그에 따른 임대료 산정기준의 상이 등으로 형평성 논란을 빚어왔다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현행 부산항 컨테이너부두 임대료 산정체계의 문제점을 분석하여 임대료 산정체계의 표준화 방안을 제안한 후 신설부두와 기존부두를 대상으로 컨테이너부두 표준 임대료 산정체계 적용 사례를 제시하였다. 임대료 산정체계를 표준화하기 위해서는 할인 현금흐름법(DCF법)으로 산정방법을 일원화해야 한다. 또한 주요 임대료 산정기준이 되는 산정기간, 할인율, 물가상승률 및 임대료 인상률, 임대료 산정물량, TEU당 매출단가, 인건비 등의 제반 운영비용을 표준화해야 한다. 신설부두에 대해서는 표준화된 임대료 산정체계를 그대로 적용할 수 있으나, 기존부두에 대해서는 특히 임대료 산정물량, 투자비 및 재투자비, 장비 및 시설유지비 등을 신설부두와 달리 적용해야 한다. 표준화된 임대료 산정체계를 도입할 경우 임대료 산정체계의 객관성과 일관성은 물론 부두간 임대료 수준의 형평성을 도모할 수 있다. 또한 표준화된 임대료 산정체계를 도입하여 임대인의 투자비회수 관점과 운영사의 운영수지보전 관점 임대료 수준을 동시에 고려한 적정 임대료를 산정함으로써 임대 차인 간 이익의 균형을 도모할 수 있다. 본 연구는 컨테이너부두 임대료 산정체계의 표준화에 관한 초기의 연구라는 점에서 학술적인 의의와 실무적인 기여가 있을 것으로 기대된다. 향후 운영비용 추정 및 적정 운영원가 산정을 위한 비용함수 및 활동기준원가계산(activity based costing) 방식의 도입, 임대료 산정물량의 적정화를 위한 과학적 기법 도입 등 보다 다양한 시각이나 방법론으로 후속 연구가 이루어지기를 기대한다.

큰느타리버섯 재배사의 경제성 분석 (Economic Analysis of Pleurotus Eryngii Cultivation Facilities)

  • The analysis used in this work was cost-benefit analysis method. All future costs and returns of a given mushroom house were discounted to the time of initial investment (present) by means of 3.5% discount rate. Then the cost of ownership was compared to the return from the system. This analysis method has been developed and coded into a balance sheet for use on a EXCEL program. Using this programmed analysis,a large number of the case studies were examined using different combinations of economic conditions. These results will be very useful to individuals considering investment in a mushroom house, or any similar production system. By the way of the sensitivity analysis for each important parameter, the change of the marginal cost-benefit period could be finally determined. These parameters were typically construction cost of mushroom house, cost of cooling system, required cooling and heating energy amounts, unit price of mushroom media bottle, growing number of media bottles, production weight per unit bottle, sale price of mushroom, and annual number of growing period, etc.

심해저 망간단괴 개발사업의 경제적 타당성 재평가 (An Economic Feasibility Study of Manganese Nodule in Korea Area: Clarion-Clipperton Fracture Zone)

  • The purpose of this paper is to investigate economic feasibility of manganese nodules in Korea area (Clarion-Clipperton Fracture Zone). We assumed that the production scale of manganese nodules were 3.0MT or 1.5MT and analyzed that the capital cost and operating cost were estimated in the four sectors, exploration, mining, transportation and metallurgical process. The capital cost and operating cost evaluation reflects the latest technical practices. First, for analyzing economic feasibility, the scenario suggests that the production of 4 metals can be made for 25 years. Assuming the discount rate at 8.0%, equity capital at 50% and tax at 27%. When manganese nodule were mininged 3.0 MT, economic feasibility analyses showed that IRR was 12.8 and pay-back period was 9.2 years, and when manganese nodules were mininged 1.5 MT, economic feasibility analyses showed that IRR was 4.0 and pay-back period was 11.8 years. This study indicated there is economic validity of at the product of manganese nodules 3.0 MT. In addition, we carried out a sensitivity analysis at the change of cobalt price on mining 1.5 MT. The result of sensitivity analysis clearly showed that economic validity is high at increasing of cobalt price 50% up.

경기미의 유통개선 방안에 관한 연구;미곡종합처리장의 벼 가공 및 판매를 중심으로 (Improvement of Marketing and Distribution of Gyeonggi Rice Brand)

  • Gyeonggi rice has been placed relatively favorable market position in the domestic rice market. With the superiority of its quality, gyeonggi rice has been well recognized to consumers. The price of gyeonggi rice has placed higher position than that of others. But, gyeonggi rice are facing crisis on the competition by regional brands. Therefore, this study was carried out to find the differentiated marketing strategies on problem related with the product differentiation and brand marketing of gyeonggi rice. In order to find out how much the effort on the product differentiation of gyeonggi rice affects the price and brand recognition, fifty RPCs in gyeonggi province were surveyed. As the results, $22{\sim}23%$ of harvested rice which was gathered into RPC was come out 'obscurity of production origin' when we consider material hull rice in the original production territory by collecting time and channel. With comparing sales weight of gyeonggi rice by the place of shipment, agricultural cooperative channel was the highest by 44.7%. And, wholesaler comes to 17.7%, discount outlet store was 13.9%, large quantity delivery in business was 11.1%, and department store was only 5.2%. Finally, we could consider to adopt the traceability system on gyeonggi rice distribution system from production to consumers' table to get consumers' credibility and compete imported high quality rice.

Sensitivity Analysis of JLSP Inventory Model with Ordering Cost inclusive of a Freight Cost under Trade Credit in a Two-stage Supply Chain

  • This study analyzes the distributor's inventory model in a two-stage supply chain consisting of the supplier, the distributor and the end customer. The supplier will allow a credit period before the distributor settles the account with him in order to stimulate the demand for the product he produces. It is also assumed that the distributor pays the shipping cost for the order and hence, the distributor's ordering cost consists of a fixed ordering cost and the shipping cost that depend on the order quantity. The availability of the delay in payments from the supplier enables discount of the distributor's selling price from a wider range of the price option in anticipation of increased customer's demand. As a result, the availability of a credit transaction leads to an increase in inventory levels. On the other hand, in the case of deteriorating products in which the utility of the product perish over time, the deterioration rate with time plays a role in reducing inventory levels. In this regard, we analyze the effect of the length of the credit period and the degree of product deterioration on the distributor's inventory level. For the analysis, we formulate the distributor's annual net profit and analyze the effect of the length of credit period and deterioration rate of the product on inventory policy numerically.

  • In accordance with changes in life style, people's desire to eat out is getting changed in their preferring factors from whether they can buy food they want to eat fast and easily to mood of the dining space, content and quality of service, hygiene condition of restaurant, quiet location and surrounding circumstance, and discount coupon and price destruction. In addition, consumers who begin to recognize the seriousness of environmental pollution prefer health-oriented food. On the other hand, excessive presence of competitors, growing personnel expense, increasing expenditure in accordance with swelling price of rent and material expenditure, increase of tax burden, decrease of income because of credit card service charge and high expected level by consumers make it difficult for restaurant's owners to manage restaurant business. Therefore, this study purposes to establish development of menu from the consumer's and the supplier's point of view and propose how to develop menu aiming at convenience, health and diversity.

Modeling Coordinated Contracts for a Supply Chain Consisting of Normal and Markdown Sale Markets

  • The results of a study of the coordination effect in stocking and promotional markdown policies for a supply chain consisting of a retailer and a discount outlet (DCO) are reported here. We assume that the product is sold in two consecutive periods: the Normal Sales Period (NSP) and the subsequent Promotional Markdown Sales Period (PSP). We first study an integrated supply chain in which managers in the two periods design a common system so as to jointly decide the stocking quantities, markdown time schedule, and markdown price to maximize mutual profit. Next, we consider a decentralized supply chain. An uncoordinated contract is designed in which decisions are decentralized to optimize the individual party's objective function. Here, three sources of system inefficiencies cause the decentralized system to earn a lower expected system profit than that in the integrated supply chain. The three sources are as follows: in the decentralized system the retailer tends to (1) stock less, and (2) keep a longer sales period, and the DCO tends to (3) stock fewer leftovers inventories and charge a higher markdown price. Finally, a numerical experiment is provided to compare the coordinated model with the uncoordinated model to explore factors that make coordination an effective approach.
