PURPOSES : The bridge section of the expressway has a worse driving environment than the general section. However, traffic safety countermeasures are focused only on the bridge section. Traffic safety countermeasures on the section before entry to the bridge and the section after exit from the bridge are applied only when the bridge has a long-span section. Accordingly, this study will verify the necessity of extending the application of traffic safety countermeasures to areas that are affected by the bridge. METHODS : This study determines the areas that are affected by the bridge as well as the areas that are affected by locations with frequent traffic accidents and suggests the risk factors by affected areas through canonical discriminant analysis. For the analysis, traffic accident data for 3 years, which occurred on bridge sections in six major expressway lines, were used. RESULTS : The numbers of traffic accidents were 469 before the bridge, 281 on the bridge, and 468 after the bridge. The variables that have impact on the seriousness of accidents are as follows: speeding, excess manipulation of the steering wheel, and failure to secure safety distance for accidents that occurred before the bridge section; speeding, excess manipulation of the steering wheel, and dozing off for accidents that occurred on the bridge; and speeding and failure to secure safety distance for accidents that occurred after the bridge section. CONCLUSIONS : Areas affected by the bridge show higher accident rates than the bridge section; therefore, imposing traffic safety countermeasures on the integrated section of the bridge and the affected areas is required. It is believed that the results suggested in this study could be effectively used in the prevention of traffic accidents by imposing custom-made safety countermeasures for each section.

In modern society, a spontaneous phenomenon that community residents' participation in crime prevention sphere is increasing now due to the recognition that it is extremely difficult to control crime only by the limited official power(police) is spreading in the society. In the consideration of crime occurrence, the fear of crime does not belong to a certain person any more, but it turns to a matter of common interest for all people. If the recognition of community problems is well understood and analysed, the effect of community residents' participation in crime prevention will appear more eminent and definite. For a long period of time, thanks to the community residents' participation in crime prevention, it has been possible to sustain safety and stability of local community. Ultimately not only the police could reduce the crime problems but local community could decrease a fear of crime. In this study, for maximized effect of crime prevention, it is focused on the role of the community residents' participation in crime prevention. For desirable interrelations among service group and residents, police, first the review of situational crime prevention and community crime prevention theory was studied. And the community residents participation to crime prevention activity in U.S.A, Japan etc was reviewed. By interviewing actual participants in community crime prevention activity, the problems and countermeasures of the community residents' participation in crime prevention activity and desirable direction was suggested

As conservation of global environment has becoming a major outstanding issue of the world, the International Maritime Organization(IMO) has been legislation a convention for prevention of air pollution from ships. By the new convention, use of air pollutants such as SOx, NOx, Freon and Halon Gas shall be restricted. In this regards, analysing these requirements of the convention is required as the convention will also be applied on restriction of discharging exhaust gases from ships by establishing a requirement of SOx and NOx discharged. The purposed of this study is as follows ; 1) Introducing of the backgrounds of legislating the convention for prevention of air pollution from ships and major contents of the convention and a countermeasures on the convention by Korea. 2) Reviewing by analyzing the influence on domestic industies concerned by restriction of SOx, NOx in exhaust gases and sulphur content of fuel oil. 3) Preparing a countermeasure on the convention properly.

전자금융사기의 수법이 계속 진화하고 있다. 이에 대응하기 위해 다양한 연구와 대응방안이 제시되었으나 근절하기 어려운 상황이다. 본 연구는 MS사(社)의 Threat Risk Modeling 기법을 통해 전자금융사기의 위험을 분석하고 그 대응방안을 제시하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 분석 결과 인증수단의 차이에도 불구하고 파밍의 위험이 높으며 추가적인 인증수단이나 기기보안 혹은 사용자 인증 기반의 보안체계 만으로는 공격을 예방하기 어렵다는 것을 확인하였다. 이에 따라 보안수단별 거래 한도의 재조정, 계좌인증 등 예방수단 및 추가적인 물리적 보안수단의 도입, 전자금융사기 예방제도의 연계와 홍보 및 사용자 인식 개선을 통한 종합적인 전자금융사기 예방 정책의 수립 시행을 제안한다.

The major purpose of this study is to find the problems that the statistics of industrial accidents showed and to prevent the preventive countermeasures for effective security management. An industrial accident is a disease resulting from exposure during employment to condition or substance detrimental to health or life. This is caused by the conditions of employment and is not projected by the man. This results generally from the comprehensive factors. The claiments of 1990 are 7,542,752 members and the economic deficit is up to 2,696,757 million won. Because of this severe damage, the preventive of the industrial accident is highly required. The way of preventive countermeasures could be presentation as follows. First, for securing the safety, precaution about the tools, machineries and working condition is needed from the time of installation. Second, a traing system for the managerial class the specialists or engineers should be established. Cultivation of the appropriate personnel and enhancement of technique for safety are prerequists for reduction of the industrial accidents. Third, the health checkup system must be improved. For the prevention of the occupational disease and good health of the workes, experts who knows workers health must be appointed. In conclusion, industrial accident is not unavoidable result of the advance of the industries but the result of the incapability of management that can not meet the requirement necessary for the prevention of industrial accident. Therefore, each corporation should be regard the above mention and make effective safety control that is free from the industrial accident. The implement of organizational safety programs, similar to the application of company health plan, involves shared administrative responsibilities among top executive line personnel, staff specialists, first line supervisors, and organizational employment.

본 논문에서는 국가간 컴퓨터범죄의 대응방안에 대해 연구하였다. 오늘날 컴퓨터 관련 범죄는 기술 발전의 속도만큼이나 훨씬 더 지능화, 다양화, 첨단화 되고 있는 현실이다. 특히 기술발달과 이에 따른 대량 생산체제로 인한 컴퓨터 장비의 저가화 경향은 누구나 고도의 컴퓨터 장비를 소유할 수 있게 되었고, 최첨단 네트워크 환경과의 결합을 통해 컴퓨터범죄가 자행되고 있으며, 그 피해상황은 어마어마하다. 또한 최근의 컴퓨터범죄는 나날이 발전해가는 양태를 보이고 있어 예방은 고사하고. 사후대응조차 힘든 지경인 것이다. 특히 국가간 발생하는 컴퓨터범죄의 경우에는 개별국가들의 상이한 법체계로 말미암아 해결이 더욱 힘들다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제인식을 기초로 컴퓨터 범죄에 대해 그 구체적인 유형을 살펴보고, 컴퓨터범죄의 해결을 위한 국가간 컴퓨터범죄의 대응방안에 관해 경찰 수사절차를 중심으로 살펴보고자 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 드론 기반 스마트 방역 연구로서 드론을 방재 분야에 활용을 통한 대응방안과 기대효과를 연구하는 것이다. 현행 방재업무의 문제점에 대한 검토와 이에 따른 대응안을 환경적, 시장적, 기술적 접근으로 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째로 환경적 측면에서 드론 기반 관제를 활용한 방재업무의 활용 효과는 산림, 조류인플루엔자, 가축, 시설지역, 모기 유충, 해충 등 광범위한 활용과 AI 및 콜레라 등 각종 방역업무 단순화 및 효과적 방역체계 제공 할 수 있다. 둘째, 시장적 측면에서 방역방법의 신기술 도입을 통한 국내 표준화 드론을 활용한 소독방역 임무 활용에 따른 축산·가축 방역 관련 법령, 행정규칙의 기준마련, 관련 산업의 동반성장과 신시장 발굴, 가축 질병 방역에 투입되는 연간 예산 절감의 효과를 가져온다. 셋째, 기술적 측면은 (1) 새로운 가축 질병 방역형태인 다중드론 활용 소독 방역의 현장적용, (2) 드론 산업 소프트웨어 분야의 혁신, (3) 다양한 시장에 적용 가능한 드론 관제/제어 통합시스템으로 산업 다변화, (4) 빅데이터 드론 이동로 3차원 공간정보 분석 정밀 드론 교통정보제공으로 안전성 높은 비행 보장, (5) 다수의 드론 동시 자동 임무 비행이 가능하여 저비용 고효율 시스템 보급 실현, (6) 고도의 정밀 비행기술 불필요에 따른 분야별 드론 이용자 증가로 고찰되었다. 본 연구는 문헌 조사와 전문가의 의견을 기반으로 작성되어 향후 연구 분야는 드론 기반 서비스에 대한 실증적 자료를 기반으로 그 효과에 대해 입증하는 작업이 필요하다. 본 연구의 기대효과는 드론을 방재업무에 적극적 활용 지원 또는 이와 관련된 정책을 수립하는데 이바지 한다.

Purpose - Through multinational corporate ethics and environmental, social, and governance (ESG), various policy and strategic countermeasures for transparent management in the management and economic fields are presented. Research design, data, and methodology - A literature review is conducted to find important areas for transparent management and to summarize and present transparent management countermeasures based on simple brainstorming opinions from experts. Result - Issues facing transparent management are presented. In particular, multinational enterprises present cases involving prevention of transfer prices and tax avoidance in relation to Industry 4.0. Additionally, a plan is presented to establish a corruption-free economic system through the practice of ESG transparency, ethical management of social enterprises, and transparent management. Conclusion - According to the brainstorming opinions of experts, ESG management and ethical management should be the cornerstone of transparent management in the future. Therefore, it is necessary to institutionally supplement the imposition of digital taxes on fourth industrial companies.
