The purpose of the study was to search for the developmental plan of the environmental agriculture by investigating the farming consciousness and the actual condition of farmers engaged in environmental agriculture. A case study along with personal interviews were carried out to investigate the farming consciousness and actual conditions of environmental agriculture in Hongsung area. The results of the study were as follow; 1) Farmers engaged in environmental agriculture had higher educational level and was generally younger in age than that of farmers in general. There were many Christians among the farmers engaged in environmental agriculture, however, there was no significant difference in terms of religion and farming career between the groups of practicing and non-practicing environmental agriculture. 2) Farmers practicing environmental agriculture were more interested in preservation of agricultural environment than the higher prices of agricultural products. 3) Most of the farmers practicing environmental agriculture wanted to take technical education on environmental agriculture and were highly interested in the preserving traditional agricultural style. 4) Farmers practicing environmental agriculture were more satisfied with a present farming life as well as government's agricultural policy than non-practicing farmers, and had plan for increasing scale of farm.

In order to test the hypothesis that the pulmonic valve, when used to replace the aortic root as a pulmonary autograft, will remain a viable anatomical structure and will grow and develop normally along with the host, we performed aortic valve replacement with the pulmonary autograft in 15 neonatal piglets. The weight of the donor was 9.3 $\pm$ 0.2 kg, the recipient 9.6 $\pm$ 0.3 kg. Measured diameters of pulmonic annulus were 14 $\pm$ 0.2 mm for autograft and 14.2 $\pm$ 0.2 mm for pulmonary artery homograft. Operation was performed under cardiopulmonary bypass with deep hypothermia [20oC at low flow perfusion [70 ml/kg/min . The mean operation time was 227 $\pm$ 10 min., bypass time 152$\pm$ 7.6 min. and aortic cross clamp time 73$\pm$ 4.6 min.. 9 piglets survived more than 12 hours. One survived 12 days and died of pneumonia and the latest one survived in good condition and sacrificed at postoperative 6th week for cardiac catheterization and pathologic examination that revealed the viability and growing of the pulmonary autograft. Currently we are able to complete the operation with good preservation of cardiac function, and our postoperative care has evolved to the extent that we are now confident enough of having an acceptable percentage of long term survivors to undertake a definite study in this regard.

This study reviewed the library cooperation of the National Library of Korea and regional public libraries in Korea, and analyzed the actual condition and cooperation program of public libraries in Incheon. The results of this study proposed some directions to improve cooperation among public libraries in Incheon as follows: to strengthen infrastructure of local public libraries; to build up the position of regional representative library and set up effective management of library policy organization authorities; to resolve the problems derived from multiple administrations and harmonize communications among public libraries; to appoint and administer strongpoint libraries; to specialize local libraries concerning characteristics; to expand and improve the existing library cooperative programs such as shared purchasing, interlibrary loan, preservation, cooperation with small libraries etc.

In the present highly changing era, every dimension from Technology to Education, Environment to Sanitation and from Agriculture to our Food basket is getting changed. Our experiences say that the most affected ethnic group from this rapidly changing pattern of our food intake, lifestyle are our adolescent. This is also a fact that our adolescent passes their 2/3 of time of a day in their schools. In this regard our school system needs to formulate their comprehensive approach to Health for our adolescents. On other hand Ayurveda, the ancient Indian system of Medicine had expressed views on a concept of Holistic Health thousand years ago. This research article is an attempt of borrowing this valuable concept from Ayurveda and suggesting to introduce them into our comprehensive school health programme such as concept of wellness, quality of life, Holistic Health and measures related to diet and lifestyle for preservation, promotion of health and prevention of disorders etc. This manuscript also evaluates the existing approaches of school health programmes towards current scenario. Now a day's our food habits, dietary intake and the life style are not at the level of satisfactory condition this lead to early onset of metabolic chronic disorder especially in our adolescents because on the basis of age-immunity relationship they are easily targeted. The chronic metabolic disorders results into overweight, obesity, anxiety, mental trauma, distress, over- fatigued, incapable for physical work, getting tired soon. This article provides a space to rethink and reformulate our school health programmes in light of our ancient tradition of medicine.

To evaluate the value of a preserved tree as rural landscape resource, the growth environment and health condition was investigated, and the image evaluation was implemented on land~ape architectural major undergraduate students for zelkova trees in Yesan-gun. The image evaluation results of zelkova trees were as followings; 1) Typical image of preserved tree examined by Semantic Differential Scale were 'Old', 'Big', and 'Good'. 2) The 'big' image of zelkova tree and the height of tree, the width of tree crown, the breast girth of tree, the root girth of tree, the external formation of tree, and the health of tree bark is mutually related. Especially, the correlation between the 'big' and the external formation and the width of tree crown is high. 3) Typical image of preserved tree examined by Likert Scale were 'Natural', 'Green', 'Peaceful', and 'Rural'. 4) The preservation necessity for preserved tree was highly related with the state of ground, and the management necessity for preserved tree was highly related with contamination level and the state of ground. The appropriate management plan for preserved tree are proposed to improve the quality of rural landscape(basis of these results).

We investigated changes of immunoglobulin G (IgG) concentrations by heating and drying condition. Also it is performed to group for commercial product by promoting of IgG preservation and reducing of protein denaturation. The result was that content of IgG in colostrum was higher than normal milk. Especially, IgG content of colostrum within 12 hrs after parturition was over 44.67mg/ml and it is 60 times of normal milk. IgG contents was reduced rapidly according as passage of the time. IgG content of the sample heating at 30min at 65$^{\circ}C$ was still a little higher that heating for 10sec at 72$^{\circ}C$. IgG denaturation of heat treatment at 100$^{\circ}C$ for 10sec was lower than at 85$^{\circ}C$ for 30min. We investigated the changes of IgG concentrations of kinds of market milk different with heating processing. This result showed that IgG denaturation ratio by ultra high temperature pasteurization (UHT) was higher than long time low temperature pasteurization (LTLT). On the other hands, IgG content by spray drying was 14.5mg/g and freezing drying was 10.8mg/g. It showed that denaturation of protein content by freezing drying was more than spray drying.

Excavated costumes included clothing that had been buried together with the corpse and shroud and unearthed during the excavation or the process transferring the tomb. The remains may easily get damaged under a different condition from the burial place, having gone through the deterioration process together with the corpse. In particular, since they are vulnerable to microbial propagation, suitable storage and conservation treatment immediately after excavation are required. Although more of them are unearthed in various parts of the country owing to exponential land development activities, they are rarely preserved properly due to a lack of appreciation of their value and a dearth of expert. Therefore, scientific examination and emergency preservation measures for the excavated costumes shall be described.

Meniere's disease is not a life-threatening but life-altering inner ear process characterized by episodic vertigo, fluctuating hearing loss, tinnitus, and ear fullness. The etiology and pathophysiology of the symptoms is still disputed. Thereby the treatment of Meniere's disease is empirical. As yet, no treatment has prospectively modified the clinical course of the condition and thereby prevented the progressive hearing loss. We experienced two cases of Meniere's disease treated with herbal medication and acupuncture. 62 year-old male and 64 year-old female patients had definite Meniere's disease. Banhabaeckchulchunma-tang was administered in both cases. After treatment Vertigo attacks were completely controlled in both, whereas Hearing level remained unchanged. Tinnitus was improved in one patient and unchanged in the other. Therefore, Banhabaeckchulchunma-tang and acupuncture could be a safe and simple therapeutic modality that is effective in controlling the vertigo ; however further studies must be done on hearing preservation and tinnitus.

In this paper, we propose a privacy-preserving emergency call scheme, called PEC, enabling patients in life-threatening emergencies to fast and accurately transmit emergency data to the nearby helpers via mobile healthcare social networks (MHSNs). Once an emergency happens, the personal digital assistant (PDA) of the patient runs the PEC to collect the emergency data including emergency location, patient health record, as well as patient physiological condition. The PEC then generates an emergency call with the emergency data inside and epidemically disseminates it to every user in the patient's neighborhood. If a physician happens to be nearby, the PEC ensures the time used to notify the physician of the emergency is the shortest. We show via theoretical analysis that the PEC is able to provide fine-grained access control on the emergency data, where the access policy is set by patients themselves. Moreover, the PEC can withstandmultiple types of attacks, such as identity theft attack, forgery attack, and collusion attack. We also devise an effective revocation mechanism to make the revocable PEC (rPEC) resistant to inside attacks. In addition, we demonstrate via simulation that the PEC can significantly reduce the response time of emergency care in MHSNs.
