The purpose of this study is to establish the basis of cash wages calculation of the extra cost for the local characteristics by analyzing the local differences of the extra costs of households with the disabled. It was analyzed by comparing the average population by combining the '2011 Survey on disability' and the '2011 municipal budget with disabilities' to analyze the local difference of the extra costs. The highest region of the extra costs was Incheon, and the highest region of the extra cost preservation was Seoul. The highest region of the disabled budget rate was Daejeon, and the highest region of the disabled per capita budget was Jeju. According to a independent two sample t-test, the disabled budget rate and per capita budget of the highest regions of the extra cost preservation were higher than the lowest regions of the extra cost preservation. With policy proposals first, the increase in cash wages of the extra cost for the local characteristics second, the increase the disabled budget and per capita budget of the local governments third, the plan for a decrease of the extra costs according to the extra cost items of local.
This writing is about an effort to try to preserve and transmit the materials related to Jing-Ju(京劇) who is the Chinese traditional theatrical art. The plan to preserve the materials of performing arts is very important because its collection and preservation about them are much more particular than other genres. China got the great results in this field because of China Jing-Ju Yinpeixiang (中國京劇音配像) project. Jing-Ju Yinpeixiang project is a kind of project to restore and preserve the materials which reproduced Jing-Ju repertoire by inserting the performance method of Yinpeixiang (音配像: put together images to sounds) by later actors and actresses of Jing-Ju in recordings of 1950s to 1960s by remained famous ones. Also, this is the large scale culture project that more than 170 institutions and more than 3000 persons participated in during the total 21 years that it first started in 1985 and was completed in the end of 2006. Thanks to this project, China got to have the almost perfect materials which reproduced live performances to add the images of junior actors and actresses who accurately imitated performances of 115 famous actors and actresses including each type of role, schools and great actors from 1907 to the end of 20th century in their voices. This is the only method to restore the materials in this world and very creative. It's been 15 years since TV broadcasting first showed its fruition to Chinese people. The Chinese government gave the positive judgement on this project and prepared to hold the big event which celebrated itself this year. But very little is known of this process and there is no any study in Korea. This writing tried to clarify what Jing-Ju Yinpeixiang project is, what it has meant to Chinese people and what results it has gotten after it's been 15 years since the first show was on TV.
This paper showed results of the risk management project in detail which was conducted by National Archives of Korea(NAK) in 2010. In the project NAK examined its long-term preservation business of electronic records using DRAMBORA(Digital Repository Audit Method Based on Risk Assessment). NAK has defined 44 different risk elements related to its business activities, assessed and classified them into several grades according to the severity calculated by risk probability score and risk potential impact score, and developed precise management plans for two of the most serious risks. This paper introduced the management plan for one of them. The risk was numbered with NR04 and described by 'Loss of integrity of records information'. This paper explained mitigation strategies, contingency organization, disaster control responsibilities, and personal mission cards for the NR04. This paper planned to give comprehensive understandings to Records Management Organizations about the risk management approaches as an effective way for business management through the case study.

Cultural property means the remains of cultural activities of a race as recognized with significant cultural value that would have significant historic and/or artistic value. This type of cultural property would not be restored once damaged that its preservation and succession would be immensely important. In particular, the intangible cultural property is the 'cultural property without certain shape' that appropriate conservation and facilitation suitable to its characteristics have to be materialized. For this purpose, this study has taken a look of the record status for 16 cities and provinces with the designated intangible cultural properties and presented with the efficient record plan for desirable conservation and succession.
In order to address housing issues, alleviate the concentration of urban populations, and resolve other issues regarding residential spaces, large residential complexes have been developed in Korea since the 1970s. The changes to the residential culture due to such development projects propagated rapidly, making the apartment complexes the most representative form of housing in Korea. In developing such large-scale complexes, plans for public open spaces, which play an important role in formulating the quality of residential environment, have been mostly the same, only utilizing the spaces remaining after planning other types of spaces. The current study looks at the case of Tama New Town development project, a Japanese new town development project that has a similar public open space system in large scale residential complex development projects in Korea. In doing so, the current study aims to identify the features of public open space plans. In the conclusion, the study first finds that various public open spaces must be reviewed and introduced in term of predicting social demands. Second, the study suggests the policy-makers should actively introduce pedestrian paths as a public open space. Third, the study deduces the planning implications of applying the principle of original landscape preservation.

Due to an inability to accommodate for the rapidly increasing number of printed materials, Korean academic libraries are facing serious space shortage problems. Very few academic institutions have the funds to expand existing libraries or construct new facilities in order to accommodate the influx of printed materials. Despite not having the luxury to create new space, many establishments continue to implement the open access system. Seeing that such a system is only user friendly when used in a spacious facility, the maintenance of the open access system is unreasonable. Only few libraries consider the space efficient closed access system which helps to resolve storage space shortage. In the current state of the problem, improving the efficiency to which books are stored in existing storage areas within a library facility is the only appropriate solution. Enacting methods to improve physical space utilization within a fixed volume library facility will undoubtedly diminish the space shortage issue at hand. In this article, several space efficiency improvement approaches are discussed. Methods of book storage plan re-layout (floor, plan, ceiling, height, bookshelf design), book arrangement possibilities, and the reduction of the physical volume of reserved materials are each examined.

Academic research libraries are seeking a long-term preservation plan for journals for cost-effective stewardship. The emergence of shared print archives has given the library community the opportunity to resolve the problem of the lack of library storage and build a collaborative long-term archiving plan for the print journals. The purpose of this study is to examine Western Regional Storage Trust(WEST), the largest print journal archiving program in North America, and identify their strategies for building a distributed, retrospective print repository service for journals. Based on the analysis, this article will discuss the development of new trends of collaborative library management in a digital age.
Architectural Bureau(建築所, Kunchukso) that Imperial Japan set up in the Dept. of Treasury (度支部, Takjibu) executed many construction works from Oct. 1906 to Aug. 1910. In the meantime, this bureau produced many architectural records. But they were hardly preserved. Because Imperial Japan disposed the architectural records which had the historical value in according to the legal and administrative criteria. Nevertheless, it is important to inquiry precisely the architectural records considerating that the buildings that Architectural Bureau made were the products of government initiated construction and its activities influenced those of similar architectural bureaus after 1910. The results are summarized as follows : First, Architectural Bureau put through all processes from plan, design, executation to examination. Second, Architectural Bureau were producted many architectural records which cotained not only drawings but also various types of documents. Third, Architectural Bureau applied the preservation method at the first time in order to control buildings. Therefore, we can verify many informations that the drawings didn't give by analyzing the architectural records. In conclusion, we can establish the foundation that clarify the facts of buildings under the rule of Japan Imperialism and grasp the meanings if we raise the value of records and draw up the use plan by seeking new the architectural records and dividing them into the several groups on the production organizations.

For a long time, Relational Databases have been widely used in many enterprises. Even though the Relational Databases have merits such as excellent power of data preservation, concurrency controlling as a standard model in databases, there are a demerit in the inconsistency of objects and relations. Against this backdrop, NoSQL is being magnified as a new solution for Big Data since it can be operated without any schema. In this paper, we research on not only merits and demerits of Relational Databases but also the comparison between application databases and integrated databases. And then, we define NoSQL for Big Data and check its characteristics.
