Multistage screening is a common practice when a component has a critical effect on the function of the assembly. A defect in a component might incur malfunction of an electronic device, resulting in a great amount of loss. Multistage screening, including duplicated screening inspections, may provide a good solution for this problem when inspection errors are present. In the company studied here, the manufacturing process of the multiple layer chip capacitor includes two-stage screening. In the first stage, screening inspection is performed repeatedly until no defects are found in the lot. In the second stage, sampling inspection is performed by a group of experts prior to shipment. In this article, we review the procedure used in the field and suggest a revised model of the multiple screening procedure and solution method for this situation. The usefulness of the proposed model is discussed through a practical example.

Therefore, grasp problem investigating safety actual conditions for city gas institution and study about solvable plan is required this. As eco-friendly energy is in the spotlight, lots of countries are out to develop and disseminate renewable energy. However, Korea still remains in relative newcomer position for renewable energy. To overcome the present condition, it is necessary to carry out a study of establishment of renewable energy policy that is appropriate the present situation of Korea from examples of advanced countries. Among several renewable energies, wind energy is known to be the most reliable energy. Germany that has increased the share of wind energy in total energy supply is a representative leading country for wind energy. Therefore wind energy policy in Germany will be a role model for that in Korea. In this study, as a research of portfolio for wind energy policy of advanced countries, a wide survey for current status of wind energy and energy policy in Germany is carried out.

As the new industry of this 21centuries, theme park is the important position to the front leader countries as a new growth engine due to its industrial-economical and cultural-social effect. While domestic theme park industries show lower competitive position with global theme park in aspect of management and qualities and have weak brand power. The global situation of present service robot industry of the world is the beginning stage and the time for strengthening competitive position and the best opportunity becoming global leader of world markets by prior occupation through provision of factitious market creating big demand. Robot theme park is possibile to provide such big demand of various robot and this paper present of ideas for robot theme park.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the Korean situation of education for librarianship by comparing library education in the United States of America, the United Kingdom and Korea. The qualifications of librarians, educational institutions and the present trends of education for librarianship in the three countries are described and compared. It was not intended to find out similarities and differences as the three countries share no similar cultural and historical backgrounds. Compared with the education of the two countries, Korea has more ways to qualify librarians, more library schools, and lower academic levels for librarians. Library Associations or Institutes of the U. S. A. and the U. K. are involved in library education by accrediting library schools or library school curricula, but the Korean Library Association has nothing to do with library education. In case of present trends in library education, Korean institutions seem to lag behind in coping actively with the changes occurring in the modern society. Based on the findings, some suggestions are recommended.

At present, deterioration in service quality, which caused by increased network traffic from a lot of users in the same network, makes smooth communication service difficult. In this paper, we present policy-based QoS management system for VoIP service in order to supply smooth VoIP service to users. The presented system can guarantee quality of VoIP service even in huge traffic situation, and makes it possible to operate whole network in an efficient manner.

The Korea National Agricultural College (KNAC) was established as a special three academic years(six semesters) course by the Presidential Act in July 1995 and opened on March 20, 1997. According to the Act, the students of KNAC are granted free boarding in dormitory, full support of educational expenses, and, after completion, exception in military service and financial support for farming, which is their obligation to do for a double period of the total school year. With these institutional favors KNAC is hight expected to bring up promising young farm managers in Korea. However, actual competitive young farm managers are brought up by the well organized education with emphasis on learning by doing approach. With the relation to the education this study was performed to review and examine present situation of faculty organization, facilities and equipments, curriculum including field training in home land and oversea's counties. This study found out that there were undesirable aspects such as unbalanced faculty members among the departments, lack of practice farm land and limited budget in field training, which should be improved to achieve the objectives of KNAC.

A helicopter is used in a variety of situations because of its usability. Its operation, needs human skill. The authors are working on automatization of human skill. Helicopter operation is one of such fields of practicing human skill. This is why the present paper deals with helicopter (model helicopter) operation. Full operation of a helicopter needs more complicated system in both aspects of software and hardware, and also requires more training for operation. From the purpose here that helicopter operation is for checking the applicability of the authors' idea for automatization based on experience, attitude regulation in hovering is the target. In the present paper, a human operator's operation is recorded as a time series of operation actions, and the record is reorganized as the correspondence between the helicopter's attitude and the proper operation action required in that particular situation.
