The aim of the present work is to study the nonlinear behavior of the laminated composite plates under transverse sinusoidal loading using a new inverse trigonometric shear deformation theory, where geometric nonlinearity in the Von-Karman sense is taken into account. In the present theory, in-plane displacements use an inverse trigonometric shape function to account the effect of transverse shear deformation. The theory satisfies the traction free boundary conditions and violates the need of shear correction factor. The governing equations of equilibrium and boundary conditions associated with present theory are obtained by using the principle of minimum potential energy. These governing equations are solved by eight nodded serendipity element having five degree of freedom per node. A square laminated composite plate is considered for the geometrically linear and nonlinear formulation. The numerical results are obtained for central deflections, in-plane stresses and transverse shear stresses. Finite element Codes are developed using MATLAB. The present results are compared with previously published results. It is concluded that the geometrically linear and nonlinear response of laminated composite plates predicted by using the present inverse trigonometric shape function is in excellent agreement with previously published results.

본 연구에서는 밀레니얼 세대를 중심으로 한 욜로 추구 현상의 기저 매커니즘을 파악하여 지각된 경제 불황의 현재 편향적 소비 행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 또한 지각된 경제 불황이 소비자의 현재 편향적 선택 행동에 미치는 영향을 매개하는 요인으로 개인의 고정주의 성향을 제안하고 이를 실증적으로 검증함으로써 암묵적 이론 관련 연구 결과를 확장하고자 하였다. 학부생을 대상으로 한 세 번의 실험 연구에서 부정적 경제 상황이 점화되거나, 부정적 경제 상황을 더 높이 지각한 소비자들은 현재 편향된 소구에 대한 더 높은 선호를 보고하였고, 현재에 편향된 대안을 선호하는 경향을 보여주었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 저성장과 코로나 19 사태로 경기 침체를 경험하는 현 상황에서 마케터에게 보다 효과적이고 유용한 실질적 지침을 제공한다.

Free vibration analysis of power law and sigmoidal sandwich plates made up of functionally graded materials (FGMs) has been carried out using finite element based higher-order zigzag theory. The present model satisfies all-important conditions such as transverse shear stress-free conditions at the plate's top and bottom surface along with continuity condition for transverse stresses at the interface. A Nine-noded C0 finite element having eleven degrees of freedom per node is used during the study. The present model is free from the requirement of any penalty function or post-processing technique and hence is computationally efficient. The present model's effectiveness is demonstrated by comparing the present results with available results in the literature. Several new results have been proposed in the present work, which will serve as a benchmark for future works. It has been observed that the material variation law, power-law exponent, skew angle, and boundary condition of the plate widely determines the free vibration behavior of sandwich functionally graded (FG) plate.

We present analysis and some computational methods for boundary optimal and feedback control problems for Navier-Stokes equations. We use one example to illustrate our methodology and ideas which are applicable to general control problems for Navier-Stokes equations. First, we discuss the existence of optimal solutions and derive an optimality system of equations from which an optimal solution may be computed. Then we present a gradient type iterative method. Finally, we present some numerical results.

Emerging infectious diseases are usually a public concern. The presence of new emerging infectious diseases is a topic to be reported on and discussed about in medicine. Several new emerging infectious diseases have occurred within the present decade. In this specific review, the author briefly reviews the important new emerging human viral infections that first appeared in Asia during the present decade, 2001 - 2010.

For the present study, three heat pipes with different thickness of sintered metal wick were manufactured, and their operational performances, such as capillary limit and thermal resistance were tested and compared with theoretical predictions. Experimental results showed good agreement with those by the theoretical model, and that seemed to present that the sintering process we had developed ;n the present study was valid.

In this study, we developed an analysis method of plate forming by induction heating, verifying the effectiveness of the present method through a series of experiments. The phenomena of the induction heating involves a 3D transient problem, coupled with electromagnetic, heat transfer, and elastoplastic large deformation analyses. To solve the problem, or present an appropriate model and an integrated system. Using the present analysis model, or can estimate the plate deformation in heating without experiments and simulate the plate bending process of induction heating.

The present survey aimed at analyzing factors influencing the development of the university library collection, with the special reference to the case of the Education Collection of the Pusan National University Library. For this, the present researchers have identified two areas of influencing factors, i.e.., library factors and user factors. Library factors included collection development policy, manpower, materials received as gift and budget. User factors included faculty and students. For analyzing the factors, the present researchers have relied on qualitative research techniques, using heavily documents produced within the case library, interviews librarians, faculty and students, and observation.

The purpose of this paper is to establish a framework of the information system design for the distribution management in the confectionery industry. First, we present the characteristics of distribution information system and the distribution information flow in the confectionery industry. Next, we present a sketch of the computer-communication system as the mechanism for improving communication within the distribution system and design the subsystems of distribution information system. And we design the data structure for manipulating distribution information. Finally, we present the case study in which we design the distribution information system in the confectionery industry.

The internet (internetworking), as we know from the words "international"or "interstate", meant originally to connect computer network, but at the present time generally it means one particular network connecting the world. We are being surrounded by the internet so rapidly that I would like to describe its historical background, present status, further it′s subjects, future prospect of th internet.
