한국제조기업의 전유방법 선호분석: 특허와 영업비밀을 중심으로 (Anlaysis on Perference of Appropration Methods in Korean Manufacturing: Focusing on Patents and Trade Secrets)

  • 본 연구는 기업 혁신 산업 특성이 기업의 전유전략에 미치는 영향을 특허와 영업비밀의 상대적 선호를 중심을 '한국기업혁신조사' 2005, 2010, 2014년 자료를 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과 벤처기업, 고기술산업에 속한 기업, 정부의 연구개발 자금지원을 받은 기업, 제품혁신 수행기업과 연구개발 지출이 높은 기업에서 특허를 영업비밀보다 상대적으로 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 기업규모와 연구개발 협력여부는 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 이는 산업별 특성을 고려한 전유제도 정책이 보다 효과적일 수 있다는 것을 보여준다. 높은 시장집중도를 가진 산업에 속한 기업들은 영업비밀을 선호하는 것으로 나타났으며, 이러한 특성은 소기업과 벤처기업에서 명확히 나타났다. 이는 선도기업의 전략적 특허출원의 증가가 소기업과 벤처기업의 특허활동을 제약할 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 과도한 전략적 특허의 증가는 궁극적으로 소규모 기업들의 기술활동을 저해할 가능성이 있기 때문에 불필요한 전략적 특허의 남용을 방지할 수 있는 정책적 노력이 필요할 것이다.

  • This paper explores desirable features of annual salary system a corporation can adopt to design it for R&D personnel or staff. This research, in particular, purports to examine how effective the money compensation is used to motivate R&D personnel and some differences with respect to their research areas, educational backgroudns and professional positions. In addition, the paper analyzes the motivational effectiveness of non-money compensation by comparing the preference level of the money and non-money rewards such as recognition, autonomy and responsibilities, etc. The response of R&D personnel as analyzed in this paper would provide a helpful reference for designing an annual salary system in R&D group.

  • Open innovation concept is advocating the importance of the customer roles in firm's innovation. As a result, crowdsourcing community is drawing attention as a strategic asset for open innovation across diverse industries. Considering that the goal of crowdsourcing community is harnessing innovative ideas, understanding the characteristics of user-favorable and organization-adoptable ideas can enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of idea crowdsourcing. In our approach, we extracted idea content-based characteristics such as subjectivity, negativity, prosocialness, and depth of idea to examine what are the factors that affect user preference and organizational adoption. An analysis of 71,134 ideas from MyStarbucksIdea.com shows that there are significant differences between user-favorable and organization-adoptable ideas in terms of idea characteristics. Lastly, both theoretical and managerial implications are discussed.

  • 본 연구에서는 전후 선진국을 중심으로 이루어진 기술혁신정책의 기조변화와 그것을 반영하고 또 선도하는 기술혁신이론의 전환을 살펴보았다. 1980-90년대를 전후해서 등장한 새로운 기술혁신정책의 기조는 사용자 지향성의 강화, 임무지향성에서 경제 사회 지향성으로의 전환, 능력의 향상 등으로 요약될 수 있다. 한편 정책기조의 이와 같은 변화는 혁신체제론을 통해 기술혁신이론에 반영되었다. 상호작용적 학습과 혁신능력을 중심으로 논의를 전개하고 있는 혁신체제론은 이러한 기술혁신정책의 변화를 이론체계 내에 상당부분 수용하였다. 그러나 최근 기술혁신정책에서 강조되고 있는 사회적 측면들은 아직까지 혁신체제론에서 본격적으로 다루어지지 않고 있다. 이 글에서는 향후 혁신체제론의 중요한 연구과제 중의 하나를 '사회'를 이론체계 속에 포괄하는 것으로 파악하고 그러한 작업을 위한 출발점이 될 수 있는 논의를 다루었다.

조직 내 4차 산업혁명의 기술 적용에 관한 연구 (The Technology Application of Fourth Industrial Revolution in Organization)

  • The purpose of this study is to empirically examine organizational change for a technological application of the fourth industrial revolution. The theoretical background of this study utilized organizational change management, the fourth industrial revolution, technological innovation, and voluntary acceptance. This research method used structural equations, cluster analysis, and analysis of variance. According to the results of the study, the organizational implement system, organizational leadership, and organizational operating system provided a positive effect on the voluntary technology acceptance of organization members. The voluntary technology acceptance provided a positive effect on the effectiveness of individual task innovation. However, organizational institutionalization among the independent variables did not affect voluntary acceptance. All independent variables except the organizational institutionalization had a partial mediating effect in the mediating effect verification. Meanwhile, The three groups by the cluster analysis were classified as new technology apathy, preference, and anxiety groups, and differences appeared among groups in the importance of organizational change variables. The organizational implement system in the technology apathy group and the organizational operating system in the technology anxiety group have a positive effect on voluntary technology acceptance. The technology preference group shows that a positive effect on organizational leadership and a negative effect on organizational institutionalization for voluntary technology acceptance. This study analyzed the technology application of the fourth industrial revolution in the organization based on the theory of organizational change. There has been reexamined the organizational change theory based on the new technology acceptance by the change of external environment in the fourth industrial revolution and the importance of technology innovation. As a practical implication, firms that are interested in a new technology of the fourth industrial revolution should prioritize preparing an implementation system when designing organizational changes.

기업가특성이 벤처창업의지와 창업에 대한 자신감에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Proclivity for Entrepreneurship and Its Affect on the Venture Creation)

  • 많은 논의에도 불구하고 기업가특성에 관한 연구는 상대적으로 덜 알려져 있다. 기업가특성에 관한 연구의 진행이 부족한 것은 기업가특성을 규명하는 이론과 방법이 기인할 수 있다. 그러나 기업가특성에 관한 적절한 연구는 지속적으로 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구의 모델은 기업가특성을 측정하기 위해 성취동기, 위험감수성, 혁신추구성의 개념을 사용하였다. 본 연구에서 기업가 특성이 높은 학생집단이 그렇지 않은 학생집단보다 창업의지와 창업에 대한 자신감이 높게 나타났다. 또한 성취동기, 위험감수성, 혁신추구성 등 대부분의 기업가특성이 창업의지와 창업에 대한 자신감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 규명되었다.

  • 최근 들어 레저업계에서는 상품판매의 활로를 다양화하기 위해 동종업종은 물론 타 업종에 이르기까지 제휴를 적극 활용하고 있다. 이렇듯 레저업계의 전략적 제휴에 대한 적극적인 활용을 위한 win-win전략의 수행이 필요하다. 본 고에서는 레저업체들이 네트워크마케팅 시스템과 제휴하여 멤버십프로그램 및 보상 프로그램을 회원들에게 제공할 때 이용자들의 선호도에 있어 변화가 있는지 테마파크를 예를 들어 실증적으로 연구해 보았다.

신규 융합형 방송서비스 속성에 대한 소비자 선호 분석을 통한 미래 방송서비스 시장 예측 (Forecasting Future Broadcasting Service Market based on the Consumer Preferences for the Attributes of New Convergence Broadcasting Services)

  • Under the recent trend of telecommunications and broadcasting convergence, much more various forms of new convergence broadcasting services are being introduced than ever before. Owing to the unique advantages, new convergence broadcasting services are expected to bring drastic changes to the current broadcasting service market. In this research, we attempt to examine what kind of attributes critically affect the competition among new convergence broadcasting services, and how much competitive they will be, based on the quantitative information about consumer preferences for the important attributes of new convergence broadcasting services. Conjoint survey was used in order to obtain stated preference data of consumers. From the results, some implications are obtained as follows. First, even though new convergence broadcasting services have many unique advantages, still price is the most important for the consumers. Second, it is expected that considerable consumer valuation exists for the unique advantages of new convergence broadcasting services like mobility and dual-way interactivity, which will add the competitiveness of those services in the future. Third, since midterm advertising puts negative utility on consumers, broadcasting services with midterm advertising will not be preferred to those with neither advertising nor midterm advertising. Fourth, service coverage and the number of consumers using the same broadcasting service have a significant feedback effect on the competition between broadcasting services from the dynamic aspect. Lastly, the consumer preference can be affected by demographic variables like age and gender, and broadcasting service usage patterns such as channel switchover for escaping advertisement and frequency of using other recorded media. Main findings of our research might become useful information for both telecommunication and broadcasting companies, contents providers, advertisers, and policy and regulation makers to cope with the uncertain environment of telecommunication and broadcasting convergence.

순위형 로짓모형을 이용한 농업인의 혁신네트워크 연계 특성 (Interconnected Characteristics of Innovation Networks of Farmers Employing Ranked Logit Model)

  • This study analyzed the probability that experiment stations, agricultural technology and extension centers, provincial agricultural research and extension services, central government organs, or civilian and other related organs will be the first choice of the compositional subjects of local innovation networks. While gender effect was statistically insignificant, educational level, income, main acquired information, sources of necessary information, and frequency of information acquisition sessions were significant, and the preference ranking model was highly relevant. According to the analysis, highly academic and business-related information was most likely to be acquired from the civilian sector; agricultural technology such as technology, crops/plants, storage, and circulation was most likely to be acquired from experiment stations and provincial agricultural research and extension services; and information on agricultural production was most likely to be acquired from agricultural technology centers.
