  • In the modern age. Building is getting higher and larger according to owner and social demands. Now when we are facing the need of the cost down and the reduction of economic loss. In this paper, the characteristics of the present conditions of site management were investigated with the field survey. And The Purpose of this study is to suggest the rational plans of construction planning in site management. The method of site management. however depends on experience of a construction manager. in order to solve this situation, it is necessary to create a method of site management that is adequate for the condition of construction. By cultivating excellent sub contractors, we can expect precise construction with a few experts. improvement in qualify of construction from standardization, computerization of each process. And the expectancies of this paper are that it can be used as efficient data for improvement of system to systematize site management work in Korea.

  • In these days there are many troubles - system data error, control malfunctions, cable overheating - in water treatment plant. Specially DAF(Dissolved Air Floation Process) plant has high frequency than previous water treatment process. DAF plant has diverse equipment, nonlinear loads for the precise control. But there is no sufficient overall study about harmonics condition of water treatment plant just taking a following partial action without a fundamental solution. On designing of power system, designer should have regard to harmonics condition, but there is no guide reflected harmonics condition on DAF plant This study says what is the result of guideless design about harmonics. With the result of diagnosis and analysis in DAF plant, economical efficiency and safety of plant will be upgraded in the next design.

  • The kicker modulator was upgraded and installed in 1995. The PLS-II injection kicker modulator is configured with series resonant circuit. A total of four kicker magnets are used to distribute the normal storage ring beam orbit toward the septum magnet wall. Only one kicker modulator is used to drive the four kicker magnets. It is not adjust the current magnitude and timing of magnets. During the kicking, the beam has oscillation of 2 mm horizontal direction and $200{\mu}m$ vertical direction in present injector system. Our goals is to decrease the oscillation less than $300{\mu}m$. To give balanced current for all four magnets and to have precise timing between magnet current, we have plan to divide kicker power supply into four individual power supply. In this paper, the design of new individual kicker power supply and Fabrication of the new injector system is presented.

  • An effective logistics management is necessary for successful construction projects. So, prompt and precise logistics information collecting and management is needed, but there has been no systematic and effective method for this, Therefore, in this research, a standardized plan for RFID application in logistics management that could comprehend processes in building construction projects, was developed. With the 7 generalized process types that comprehend processes in construction projects, critical factors that should be considered for RFID applications were derived, and systematic and efficient application method for building projects were developed.

  • Overseas countries' government and facility management industries make efforts to ensure precise and fluent data from building information modeling (BIM). In facility management, a large amount of data and information are necessary to continue the process activities. Facility condition assessment, which is performed to make budget plan for the maintenance and operation requires the related facilities' documentation and information. However, it depends on the owner and the user of the facility to provide accurate and complete information to consultant. The problems as follows: (1) owner and user should provide documents and information, and (2) the consultant cannot verify the provided information. To solve these problems, we suggest a methodology to produce the information for FCA through BIM. First, all of the essential documentation and assessment elements are listed. Next, the documents and elements are separated out, whether they are able to be extracted from BIM or not. Then, the list indicates only the data that is linked with BIM. The suggestion is expected to provide the required information through the connection to BIM with accuracy and completeness and to present another BIM application use for facility management.

  • The International Maritime Organization (IMO) states that the recommended horizontal accuracy for coastal and offshore areas is 10 m, the Alert Limit (AL) is 25 m, the time to alert is 10 seconds, and the integrity risk (IR) is 10-5 per three hours. For operations requiring high accuracy, such as tugs and pushers, icebreakers, and automated docking, the IMO dictates that a high level of positioning accuracy of less than one meter and a protection level of 0.25 meters (for automated docking) to 2.5 meters should be achieved. In this paper, we analyze a method of calculating the user-side protection level of the centimeter-level precision Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) that is being studied to provide augmentation information for the precision Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PNT) service. In addition, we analyze standardized integrity forms based on RTCM SC-134 to propose an integrity information form and generate a centimeter-level precise PNT service plan.

  • Chronic lateral ankle instability (CLAI) is a major complication of acute ankle sprain that can cause discomfort in both daily and sports activities and may lead to degenerative changes in the ankle joint as the long-term sequelae. The precise cause of CLAI remains debatable and is most probably multifactorial. However, identifying chronic lateral ankle ligament injury is critical in determining the primary etiology and formulating an appropriate treatment plan. This review discusses the features and effectiveness of various imaging techniques in diagnosing chronic lateral ankle ligament injury.

  • As the demand of high accuracy positioning for dynamic users increases, Network RTK is actively researched for dynamic users. Network RTK is a system which provides precise positioning in the range of about 50 to 70km radius using carrier phase measurements from several reference stations. By configuring multiple clusters, which provide Network RTK corrections independently, as a single system, it could provide precise positioning for a wider area. In this paper, we have studied how to efficiently operate multiple clusters in the Korean Peninsula. We analyzed the computational load according to the configuration of a multi-cluster system and proposed a method of selecting the main reference station and system infrastructure configuration for efficient operation. In order to analyze the effects of each proposed method, 71 clusters were constructed using the reference stations of the National Geographic Information Institute and simulations were conducted. As a result of the simulation, system computation amount was reduced by 66 % and system configuration cost was reduced by 90 %.

  • Objective : The precise intra- vs. extradural localization of aneurysms involving the paraclinoid internal carotid artery is critical for the evaluation of patients being considered for aneurysm surgery. The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical usefulness of T2-weighted threedimensional (3-D) fast spin-echo (FSE) magnetic resonance (MR) imaging in the evaluation of unruptured paraclinoid aneurysms. Methods : Twenty-eight patients with unruptured cerebral aneurysms in their paraclinoid regions were prospectively evaluated using a T2- weighted 3-D FSE MR imaging technique with oblique coronal sections. The MR images were assessed for the location of the cerebral aneurysm in relation to the dural ring and other surrounding anatomic compartments, and were also compared with the surgical or angiographic findings. Results : All 28 aneurysms were identified by T2-weighted 3D FSE MR imaging, which showed the precise anatomic relationships in regards to the subarachnoid space and the surrounding anatomic structures. Consequently, 13 aneurysms were determined to be intradural and the other 15 were deemed extradural as they were confined to the cavernous sinus. Of the 13 aneurysms with intradural locations, three superior hypophyseal artery aneurysms were found to be situated intradurally upon operation. Conclusion : High-resolution T2-weighted 3-D FSE MR imaging is capable of confirming whether a cerebral aneurysm at the paraclinoid region is intradural or extradural, because of the MR imaging's high spatial resolution. The images may help in identifying patients with intradural aneurysms who require treatment, and they also can provide valuable information in the treatment plan for paraclinoid aneurysms.
