The purpose of this study was to investigate the temporary librarians' employment status that have been placed in over 80% of the school libraries and deduce the issues of their job status for proposing some solutions to improve their job performance. To achieve the above research purposed in this study, the related literature was reviewed and analyzed and an interview was conducted with the librarians in the Chungbuk province and a survey was distributed in the same province. As a result, first, a high correlation was found between the total satisfaction and the factors as follows; 'working satisfaction', 'employment conditions', 'working environment', 'interpersonal relations' etc. In the difference verification based on the satisfaction in accordance with the employment status, a difference of satisfaction was found between the pre and post analyses of the unlimited contractions. Second, the most overall review of the temporary librarians' job performances in relation to the 'reading and lending performances was conducted, regardless of the librarian certification. Third, the temporary librarians working at the school libraries responded that 'the manpower developer' was the most difficult consideration in relation to their employment statuses. And, asked about the solutions for the improvement of their job conditions, most of the librarians wanted their job security.

As the design of the pillar width (PW) of the parallel tunnels in downtown area, in which are located in plains zone with deep alluvium compared with mountain tunnels, is directly related with pre-compensation payment and costs of the underground area, it has to be planned as to keep minimum distance while securing the stability of the parallel tunnels. Although PW of downtown road tunnel in Korea is standardized as 1.5D(D: diameter of the tunnels), PW sometimes has to be reduced within 1.5D to adjust the tunnel lines to the city plan in the cases of the inlet and outlet of the tunnels. In this paper, the design and the analyses of optimum PW of the NATM type road tunnel in the downtown area are introduced. The relationship among the tunnel line planning and underground compensation fee, and ground characteristics are evaluated. In the determination of PW distance, the numerical analyses of underground road tunnels were performed, including the use of the strength decrease method and strength/stress ratio method. In the cases of inlet and outlet part of the tunnels where the stability of the pillars is poor due to contiguous construction of the parallel tunnels, the reinforcement methods are recommended for securing the stability. Numerical verification was performed for the reinforcement proposed.
A field soil highly contaminated with petroleum hydrocarbons (JP-8 and diesel fuels) was employed for its remediation by a lab-scale thermal desorption process. The soil was collected in the vicinity of an underground storage tank in a closed military base and its contamination level was as high as 4,476 ppm as total petroleum hydrocarbon (TPH). A lab scale directly-heated low temperature thermal desorption (LTTD) system of 10-L capacity was developed and operated for the thermal treatment of TPH contaminated soils in this study. The desired operation temperature was found to be approximately $200-300^{\circ}C$ from the thermal gravimetric analysis of the contaminated field soils. The removal efficiencies higher than 90% were achieved by the LTTD treatment at $200^{\circ}C$ for 10 min as well as at $300^{\circ}C$ for 5 min. As the water content in the soils increased and therefore they were likely to be present as lumps, the removal efficiency noticeably decreased, indicating that a pre-treatment such as field drying should be required. The analysis of physical and chemical properties of soils before and after the LTTD treatment demonstrated that no significant changes occurred during the thermal treatment, supporting no needs for additional post-treatments for the soils treated by LTTD. The results presented in this study are expected to provide useful information for the field application and verification of LTTD for the highly contaminated geo-environment.
Process mining in big data environment utilize a number of data were generated from the business process. It generates lots of knowledge and insights regarding implementation and improvement of the process through the event log of the company's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. In recent years, various research activities engaged with the audit work of company organizations are trying actively by using the maximum strength of the mining process. However, domestic studies on applicable sales auditing system for the process mining are insufficient under big data environment. Therefore, we propose process-mining methods that can be optimally applied to online and traditional auditing system. In advance, we propose continuous monitoring information system that can early detect and prevent the risk under the big data environment by monitoring risk factors in the organizations of enterprise. The scope of the research of this paper is to design a pre-verification system for risk factor via practical examples in sales auditing. Furthermore, realizations of preventive audit, continuous monitoring for high risk, reduction of fraud, and timely action for violation of rules are enhanced by proposed sales auditing system. According to the simulation results, avoidance of financial risks, reduction of audit period, and improvement of audit quality are represented.

The purpose of this study was to identify the actual condition and problems of Mongolian teacher quality management of selection and qualification and to recommend improvement. We examined the Mongolian teacher qualification management system with four criteria based on previous research. The results of this study are as follows. Mongolian government established quality management mechanisms such as selection of pre-service teachers, verification of teacher certificate, and appointment of in-service teachers, and teacher qualification standards. These Mongolian teacher selections and qualification systems were operated to attract the manpower required for teaching, to verify their qualifications and to induce professional development. However, the systems have not been able to verify the teachers' ability to practice in the field. We also found that the systems themselves were criticized for failing to guarantee conformity, fairness and transparency. Based on the results of this study, we discussed and draw policy implications for improvement of teacher quality management of selection and qualification in Mongolia.

To verify the newly developed decision assisting expert system for nitrogen fertilizer application NES to Illinois cornfields, a couple of N rate studies from Dr. Howard and five Illinois Agricultural Experiment Stations were applied. Four types of recommendations including the current Illinois recommendation, Hoeft recommendation, NES, and maximum economic recommendation were compared with each other for the crop yields, profits, recovery rate, and N losses to cornfields. The N rate of NES recommendation, considering productivity index (PI), soil organic matter content (SOM), and pre-sidedressing nitrate concentration (PSNT) level, was the lowest in comparison to those of other recommendations. However, N recovery rate in NES was generally higher and the resulting N loss was lower than others. But, adherence to the recommendations may also reduce farmers income if environmental expense did not considered. Therefore, NES will be more effective by adding the factors including environmental expense, tillage systems, crop rotation, and other agricultural management parameters.

The number of dementia patients in Korea is estimated to be over 800,000, and the severity of dementia is becoming a social problem. However, no treatment or drug has yet been developed to cure dementia worldwide. The number of dementia patients is expected to increase further due to the rapid aging of the population. Currently, early detection of dementia and delaying the course of dementia symptoms is the best alternative. This study presented a methodology for early diagnosis of dementia by measuring and analyzing amyloid plaques. This vital protein can most clearly and early diagnose dementia in the retina through AI-based image analysis. We performed binary classification and multi-classification learning based on CNN on retina data. We also developed a deep learning algorithm that can diagnose dementia early based on pre-processed retinal data. Accuracy and recall of the deep learning model were verified, and as a result of the verification, and derived results that satisfy both recall and accuracy. In the future, we plan to continue the study based on clinical data of actual dementia patients, and the results of this study are expected to solve the dementia problem.
The purpose of this study is to clarify the relationship between coaching and self-esteem, career decision-making self-efficacy, and career preparation behavior through field experiments. To accomplish the purpose of the study, as the purposeful sampling was selected 50 male university students in Chungnam, South Korea. This experimental design, 25 university students were assigned to an experimental group, and another 25 university students were assigned to a control group. The experimental group had four sessions of coaching program. The control group did not have any coaching sessions. After four coaching sessions, questionnaires were administrated again. To conduct ANCOVA, pre-measurement scores for each dependent variable were included as covariates and post-measurement scores were included as dependent variables. The result proved the effect of coaching on self-esteem, career decision-making self-efficacy, and career preparation behavior. As the results of analysis, for control group, there was no difference between before and after measurement for each dependent variable. However, there was statistically significant difference between before and after measurement for each dependent variable in experimental group. This result confirmed that coaching caused increase in the level of self-esteem, career decision-making self-efficacy, and career preparation behavior. The result like this has a significance to be able to be used as a basic data that used efficiently in the field of career guidance and HRD for university student.
This study is an experimental study on the single group pre-post test design for the convegenced of an integration support program for home-based cancer patients and the verification of its effects. Targeting total 33 home-based cancer patients in J city, total 30 sessions of the convegenced integration support program composed of cancer-related knowledge education, stress management, cognitive behavioral approach, and exercise for revitalization were provided three times a week for ten weeks. In the results of this study, the convegenced integration support program reduced stresses of the subjects and also improved their hopes and self-esteem. Thus, this program is considered as a onvegenced integration support program suitable for home-based cancer patients. In the future, it would be necessary to seek for the nursing interventional strategies for the expansion for this program to regional health centers or community institutes performing the convegenced integration support program for cancer survivors, so that they could continuously participated in the program.
Objective: This study aims to verify the conventional deadlift motions using by two different grips, thereby elucidating the grounds for effective training methods that can minimize the risk of injury. Method: Total of 18 healthy young adults were recruited for this study (age: 25.11±2.19 yrs., height: 175.67±5.22 cm, body mass: 78.5±8.09 kg, 1-RM: 125.75±19.48 kg). All participants were asked to perform conventional deadlift with two types of grips which are overhand grip (OG) and underhand grip (UG). In each grip, participant perform the deadlift with 50% and 80% of the pre-measured 1-RM. A 3-dimensional motion analysis with 8 infrared cameras and 3 channels of EMG was performed in this study. A two-way ANOVA (group × load) with repeated measure was used for statistical verification. The significant level was set at α=.05. Results: There were significant differences in grip type and weight on the right shoulder joint, and only significant difference in grip on the left shoulder joint (p<.05). The hip joint ROM was significantly increased as the weight increased in both types of grips on phase 1, while the ROM of hip joint was significantly decreased as the weight increased only in the case of OG on phase 2 (p<.05). In case of the OG, as the weight, increased significantly increased L1 ROM and L3 ROM were revealed on phase 1 and phase 2, respectively (p<.05). Moreover, as the weight increased, UG revealed significantly decreased L5 ROM on phase 1, while both grips showed significantly increased ROM on phase 2 (p<.05). In addition, the erector spinae and the biceps femoris, which are synergist for the motion, showed a significant difference in both types of grip according to the weight (p<.05). The muscle activity ratio of gluteus maximus/biceps femoris showed a significant difference only in the UG according to the weight (p<.05). Conclusion: In conclusion, beginners might be suggested to use the UG for maintaining the neutral state of the lumbar spine and focus on the gluteus maximus muscle, which is the main activation muscle. For the experts, it may recommend alternative use of the OG and UG according to the training purpose to minimize the compensation effect.
