2009 year new execution of appointments for secondary school teachers was announced at 2004 year by Ministry of Education. The new school teacher appointment has been developed and studied in various aspects of appropriate qualification for good school teacher. In the results of the studies by Korea School Mathematics Education Association and pre-exams by Korea Institute for Curriculum and Evaluation, the Probability and Statistics chapters are less revaluated as 7.5-10%, but we argue those more than 15% as along with our recent Korean school texts reviews(Lee, et al., 2005).

The purpose of this study is analyzing the frequent defect about each inspection part of Pre-qualification of residential building reconstruction and finding the cause of occurrence so that can supply a solution of the problem during the plalnning and constructure. The frequent defects are naturally following the deterioration and more occur in the structure body than a skin. The meaning that supply the cause and the managing method for preventing frequent defects about each inspection part is as follows. To prevent the defects, it is needed that the choice of the appropriate materials, giving a sufficient space for facilities, reliable constructure for the part of expecting the defects. The quality of life will go up due to making a good dwelling environment and extending the life cycle of structures from the inspection and managing the part of expecting defects.

Purpose : The goal of the present study is to provide the basic information to medical control which is the most important improving factor of pre-hospital medical treatment. Method : A total of 749 records of direct medical control were collected from 119 EMTs in emergency medical information center of Daejeon, Chungcheongnam-do and Chungcheongbuk-do from March 1, 2010 to February 28, 2011. Results : The 119 EMTs should record the level of qualification of EMT and general patient history taking precisely when they receive direct medical controls. The doctors should take medical controls within the task range of qualification of EMTs. Conclusion : It is necessary to establish the guideline of medical direction and protocol of prehospital emergency care. The quality improvement of pre-hospital emergency services will be possible by the guideline and protocol.

This paper is concerned with identifying the importance of the pre-qualification factors used in selecting contractors and also in determining the importance of various criteria used for the award of contract. The study was carried out through questionnaire survey administered to a population of 60 respondents in consultancy and client's organisation. The data analysis included a statistical comparison of means and interpretation. The result of this study showed that experience of the contractor is the most important prequalification factor while technical expertise is the most important criteria in the award of contract. The result of this study will enable clients, consultants and contractors to lay emphasis on the influencing factors in terms of pre-qualification and award of contract.

본 논문은 정지궤도위성 관측탑재체 고속 데이터 전송을 위한 X-대역 이중모드 고전력 채널필터의 우주인증모델에 대한 멀티팩터 시험을 통하여 설계시 요구되는 8 dB 마진과의 비교 검토를 수행하였다. 해석적인 요구되는 마진을 시험을 통해서도 충족하며, 만족한 시험결과를 얻었음을 확인하였다. 멀티팩터의 설계 및 시험은 ECSS의 규격을 준용하여 시험이 실시되었으며, 이를 근간으로 설계시 마진을 충분히 확보되면, 별도의 시험 없이 우주인증 모델용 필터 개발에 있어서 참조하여 사용할 수 있을 것으로 제안한다.

Purpose: This paper evaluates the performance of the pre-control(PC), an alternative to statistical process control techniques and compares with a control chart considering the tolerance of process. Methods: The previous studies for PC have drawbacks that PC with two linked stages, qualification and running, are discussed separately and independently. Hence this paper analyzes the performance of PC by integrating two stages. Results: Average outgoing quality limits to grasp the outcome of PC are provided by computational results for two process capability indexes, $C_p$ and $C_{pk}$ and the usefulness of PC from comparative experiments with modified control charts is commented. Conclusion: Helpful guidelines for quality managers to apply PC in practice and areas of process for PC to be more benefit are presented.

A three-dimensional physical part can be fabricated from a three-dimensional digital model in a layer-wise manner via additive manufacturing (AM) technology, which is different from the conventional subtractive manufacturing technology. Numerous studies have been conducted to take advantage of the AM opportunities to penetrate bespoke custom product markets, functional engineering part markets, volatile low-volume markets, and spare part markets. Nevertheless, materials issues, machines issues, product issues, and qualification/certification issues still prevent the AM technology from being extensively adopted in industries. The present study briefly reviews the standard classification, technological structures, industrial applications, technological advances, and qualification/certification activities of the AM technology. The economics, productivity, quality, and reliability of the AM technology should be further improved to pass through the technology adoption lifecycle of innovation technology. The AM technology is continuously evolving through the introduction of PM materials, hybridization of AM and conventional manufacturing technologies, adoption of process diagnostics and control systems, and enhanced standardization of the whole lifecycle qualification and certification methodology.

본 연구는 몽골의 교사 선발 및 자격 질 관리체제의 운영 실태 및 문제점을 분석하고 개선방안을 제시할 목적으로 수행되었다. 선행연구 분석을 바탕으로 설정한 네 가지 기준을 토대로 몽골의 예비교사 및 현직교사 선발 및 자격 질 관리 실태를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 몽골은 중앙정부 차원에서 예비교사 선발 및 교사자격검정, 그리고 현직교사 임용 방식 및 교사자격체계를 명문화하여 운용하는 등 질 관리 기제가 마련되어 있다. 예비교사 단계에서는 대학입학시험 점수로 예비교사를 선발하고, 시험 검정을 통해 예비교사 자격을 검증한다. 현직교사 단계에서는 교육청과 학교 차원의 전형을 토대로 교사를 선발하고 있으며, 일련의 자격체계를 통해 교사의 승진을 관리하고 있다. 이러한 몽골의 교사 선발 및 자격 질 관리 체제는 교직에 필요한 인력을 유인하고 그들의 자격을 검증하는 한편, 전문성 계발을 유도할 목적으로 운용되고 있으나 교사로서의 현장실천 적합성을 검증하지 못한다는 한계가 역력했으며, 제도 자체가 적합성 공정성 투명성을 담보하지 못한다는 비판이 제기되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 연구결과를 토대로 몽골 교사 선발 및 자격정책의 개선을 겨냥한 과제로서 교원양성기관의 학생선발 적합성 제고, 교사자격시험에 교실 실천 기반 검증 추가, 현직교사 선발에서 단위학교 전형의 공정성과 투명성 제고, 교사자격체계가 교사 전문성 계발 유도 및 동기 유발 기회로 작동하도록 재구조화 등의 방안을 제시하였다.

입찰참가자격 사전심사(Pre-Qualification: PQ)에 포함된 여러 평가항목 중, 신인도 항목에 포함된 환산재해율의 평가는 재해발생에 대한 결과에만 치중하고 있어 산재은폐, 공상처리 등의 부작용이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 기업의 적극적인 안전관리활동 및 재해예방에 대한 노력을 평가할 수 있는 사전평가지표의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 사전평가지표 수립을 위한 기초자료의 제공을 목적으로 미국 LA 지역의 공공기관에서 적용하고 있는 PQ 심사 자료를 수집 분석하여 다양한 안전관련 평가내용을 파악하였다. 그 결과, LA 지역은 과거 프로젝트에서 발생한 재해뿐만 아니라 산재보험 및 재해발생 당시의 규정위반 여부 등 다양한 사후안전관련 평가를 실시하고 있으며, 기업의 안전교육 및 재해예방 프로그램, 안전관리 계획 등 사전안전관련 내용도 평가에 반영하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 국내에서도 PQ심사에 환산재해율을 포함한 다양한 사후안전관련 평가와 함께 사전안전관련 평가지표를 수립하여 반영한다면, 기존 환산재해율의 기능을 강화함과 동시에 기업의 적극적인 안전관리활동을 유도하고, 나아가 건설산업의 재해율 감소를 기대할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구에서는 운영방식이 다른 영재교육 기관의 보조교사 활동에 참여한 예비교사의 영재교육에 대한 인식을 분석하고자 하였다. C지역의 대학부설 과학영재교육원과 교육청 지원 기숙형 영재교육원의 보조교사 활동에 참여한 예비교사 74명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 하였고, 분석된 결과를 바탕으로 7명을 심층 면담하였다. 연구 결과, 학기 중에 이루어지는 두 영재교육원 간의 교육 분야, 교육 일정, 교육 방법의 차이에 따라 보조교사의 영재성과 영재교육 담당 교사의 자질에 대한 인식이 다르게 나타났다. 대다수 보조교사는 주요 역할인 수업 관찰에서 어려움을 가장 많이 느끼며 이와 관련된 체계적인 연수의 필요성을 제안하였다. 영재교육 현장에서 장기간의 실제적 지도 경험을 가진 보조교사의 영재교육에 대한 인식을 바탕으로 영재교육을 위한 예비교사 훈련 방법에 대한 개선책을 찾아보고 영재교육원의 운영 방향을 재조명하고자 하였다.
