This study provides the method how to improve the productivity of a project using CM's constitutive methods. Construction industry in Korea was protected by the government and they have been grown with only their construction technology until today. It results Korean Construction is behind the advanced countries in terms of Engineering fields and construction management skills. This study compares the difference between the construction system of Korea and Europe and Asia. And then, it proposes the method how to compete with the other countries. which introduce the CM technique into the construction project in the beginning stage. Hopefully, this study is recognised as the basic strategy to improve the capability of Korean construction management.
Being a symbolic image to let traditional 'mother wonlee' contents characters known widely, need to be made in a way that can deliver the powerful message of korea An-dong traditional local contents and the value of regent story. As for the contents character develope methods and the scope of the study, an theoretical study was conducted based on literature review, and, factor plus fiction field surveys, and the legend story and then an effect of character marketing on global contents with original identity. 'mother wonlee' pre-production plaining have been analysis with creative described based on the ancients features and the classification of ancient original characters, and the situation and the concept of An-dong local place. as a results this thesis is show up how to make up a main character develop processing and make a features design processing of the characters who different age and a scenes. as a conclusion is drawing about a 'Wonlee' and 'Eungtea' both main Character plaining processing and graphics; traditional face, all clothes, body proportion, etc. Also we trade to traditional patten with character planing. it will be a high value industry which facilitates a variety of industries in conjunction with marketing traditional source characters in global. Recognizing the value of traditional story main character design and graphics marketing and utilizing the value through various media will create infinite value, enabling the global marketing.
Purpose: The definition and factors of passive design being the sustainable method of building plan through the preceding research is deducted and the effect of passive design within the public library by applying the deducted factors in the case of built public libraries and further the realization plan of green library aimed to be reviewed in this research. Method: This study is to induce common elements of architecture plan for public library and passive design, and assess application level of re-classified elements of sustainable public library in order to analyze present condition of passive design applied on facilities of public library. First, related laws and planning standards of public library will be reviewed, then the definition of passive design will be considered using advanced research. Through advanced research related to planing elements and passive design for library induced from various plans for library standards, a common ground of induced passive design element will be transformed into assessment items and practices to be analyzed. Result: Libraries which are and are not preliminarily certified by G-SEED will be compared with each other in order to analyze the effects of passive design on G-SEED. Even though various passive elements such as load reduction of air conditioning and energy efficiency exist, there are no assessment tool within G-SEED. The fact that there are only standards for temporary methods such as utilization of construction material and installation of equipment highlights the challenges in quantitative evaluation.

Objectives: Patient dose verification is clinically the most important parts in the treatment delivery of radiation therapy. The three dimensional(3D) reconstruction of dose distribution delivered to target volume helps to verify patient dose and determine the physical characteristics of beams used in intensity modulated radiation therapy(IMRT). We present Beam Intensity Scanner(BInS) system for the pre treatment dosimetric verification of two dimensional photon intensity. The BInS is a radiation detector with a custom made software for relative dose conversion of fluorescence signals from scintillator. Methods: This scintillator is fabricated by phosphor Gadolinium Oxysulphide and is used to produce fluorescence from the irradiation of 6MV photons on a Varian Clinac 21EX. The digitized fluoroscopic signals obtained by digital video camera will be processed by our custom made software to reproduce 3D relative dose distribution. For the intensity modulated beam(IMB), the BInS calculates absorbed dose in absolute beam fluence, which are used for the patient dose distribution. Results: Using BInS, we performed various measurements related to IMRT and found the followings: (1) The 3D dose profiles of the IMBs measured by the BInS demonstrate good agreement with radiographic film, pin type ionization chamber and Monte Carlo simulation. (2) The delivered beam intensity is altered by the mechanical and dosimetric properties of the collimating of dynamic and/or static MLC system. This is mostly due to leaf transmission, leaf penumbra, scattered photons from the round edges of leaves, and geometry of leaf. (3) The delivered dose depends on the operational detail of how to make multileaf opening. Conclusions: These phenomena result in a fluence distribution that can be substantially different from the initial and calculative intensity modulation and therefore, should be taken into account by the treatment planing for accurate dose calculations delivered to the target volume in IMRT.
Recently, alteration on chemical treatment on the root and removal of pathologic bacteria, which is the main reason for periodontal disease, by complete removal of infected cementum layer was been emphasied In this study, teeth extracted due to periodontal disease were root planed using periodontal curette and roto bur. Then they were treated with different concentration of Tetracycline HCI at different time. The state of root surface and change in the pre and post treatment was observed. The results were as follows. 1. The group treatment with periodontal curette and saline showed remaining plaque, debris and irregular surface and no dentianl tubule orifice could be seen. 2. The group treatment with periodontal curette and tetracycline HCI showed process compoed with decacified material and there was concanity seemed to be a lacunae of cementocyte. 3. The group treatment with roto bur and saline, there was no remaning plaque and partial dentinal tubule orifice could be seen but smear layer covering them.4. The group treatment with roto bur and tetracycline HCI showed various shape and size dentinal tubule orifice could be seen. From the results, roto bur showed cleaner surfaces than treatment with periodontal curette. But still smear layer existed. Thus for regeneration of periodontal tissue, chemical treatment using tetracycline HCI should follow roto bur treatment. And it is considered that the treatment time is more important than the concentration of tetracycline HCl.
Putrefactive activity within the oral cavity is the principal cause of halitosis. The most common intraoral sites of oral malodor production are tongue, interdental and subgingival areas. The other foci may include faulty restorations, sites of food impaction and abscesses. Periodontal disease frequently involves pathological oral malodor, which is caused mainly by volatile sulfur compounds(VSC), such as hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan, and dimethyl sulfide. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the association between oral malodor and periodontal status. Volatile sulfur compounds in mouth air were estimated by portable sulfide monitor($Halimeter^{TM}$). The results were as follows : 1. The levels of volatile sulfur compounds were significantly greater in a periodontitis group than in a control group(P<0.01). The amounts of VSC in mouth air from patients with periodontal involvement were four times greater than those of the control group. 2. The significant positive correlation was found between VSC concentrations and the number of pocket depth above 4mm(P<0.01), but correlation between VSC concentrations and plaque score was not statistically significant(P>0.05). 3. In the periodontitis group, VSC concentrations of pre-treatment significantly decreased after scaling and root planing(P<0.01). 4. No statistically significant correlation was found between VSC concentrations and sex / age in the periodontitis group. The above results indicate that periodontal disease may play a role as an important factor of oral malodor and deep periodontal pockets are a source of volatile sulfur compounds.
The organized community is the one of the best system for the effective public health administration, and a model area was selected for the study to see what would be achieved when a certain small community is placed under the special public health control based on the family unit. The 178 families involved total of 875 populations. The rate of vaccination with B.C.G. among 191 infants and children could be increased upto 100.0% from 72.5% of the time when the basic study was performed after 8 months period of this study; 99.0% from 47.1% with D.P.T.; 96,9% from 71.7% against smallpox; 83.2% from 69.1% against poliomyelitis; but only 25,7% from 21.5% against measles. The status of family planing was 36.8% among 155 women of possible conception at the time of the basic research. And, at the end of this study, the number of women utilizing one of the methods of contraception for family planning were increased upto 52.9% among the same number. The most frequently utilized method was 34.1% of oral pills followed by 30.5% of intrauterine device; but both of which had higher rate of interruption of use because of the complications, 14.3% and 16.0% respectively. The 10 pregnant women at the time of basic research experienced normal deliveries during the period of study and they had received pre and postnatal health care through this health center. The status of oral hygiene, pulmonary tuberculosis control, and parasitological examination were also reported as well as the cases with diseases seen among the population and vaccinations performed against other infectious diseases. The stress on discussion was placed upon the effectiveness of public health administration when it is undergone on the individual family unit to achieve the best results. However, the shortness of both personnel and material resources were considered to be the one of the major difficulties retarding the generalization of the idea obtained through this study based on family unit public health administration.
In smart cities around the world, urban environments have become more convenient due to information and communication technology(ICT). However, extant studies reveal that the level of life satisfaction of citizens has not improved compared to that of the pre-smart city and citizens are skeptical about the role of the smart city. This is largely because local culture and needs were neglected during the planing and development of the smart city. The research was conducted on Cambodia as a pilot site and our findings indicate that middle age group's population is significantly small and the society is at risk of losing its culture. Therefore, this paper opens up various ways of embedding cultural programs using technology in order to pass down cultural heritage to young generation, provide an emotional attachment to the inhabitants and further build up a new phase of cultural legacy. This will engender cultural uniqueness to the city and intrigue tourists around the world resulting in the growth of the tourist industry. This research will contribute locally by providing a sense of community to the public and globally by suggesting applicable methodology to other cities that are under the similar context.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the abrasion-resistance of root surface after NaF iontophoresis, Nd:YAG laser irradiation and combined treatment 50 anterior teeth with flat interproximal root surface that had been extracted due to periodontal destruction were selected. All teeth were treated by the same procedure as conventional periodontal root treatment, such as scaling and root planing, root conditioning with tetracycline HCI(lOOmg/ml, 5min). The pre-treatment weight of each tooth was measured by a dial scale(SHIMADEU Co, LIBROR EB-220HU, capacity 220.000 g, Japan). All teeth were divided into 5 groups as follows: Nd:YAG laser irradiation(group 1, 1 W, 100 mJ, 10Hz, fiberoptic-root surface distance=5mm, $10\;sec.{\times}6times$, EL.EN.EN060, Italy): NaF iontophoresis(group 2, $150{\mu}A$, 4 min}: Nd:YAG laser irradiation following NaF iontophoresis(group 3): NaF iontophoresis following Nd:YAG laser irradiation(group 4): No treatment(control group). Electric toothbrushing (Oral-B, Brown Co, Germany) was conducted during 1 hour($lO\;min.{\times}6\;times$). Subsequently post-treatment weight was remeasured by the same method as pre-treatment weight measurement. The difference of abrasion rate among all groups was statistically analyzed by ANOVA(SAS program). Following results were obtained: 1. The abrasion rate was significantly lower in Nd:YAG laser irradiation group than NaF iontophoresis group(p < 0.001). 2. The abrasion rate was significantly lower in combined groups of Nd:YAG laser irradiation and NaF iontophoresis than either Nd:YAG laser irradiation group or NaF iontophoresis group(p < 0.001). 3. There was no significant difference in abrasion rate according to application order in the combined groups(p > 0.05). 4. The abrasion rate was significantly lower in all experimental groups than control group(p < 0.001). The results suggest that combined treatment of Nd:YAG laser irradiation and NaF iontophoresis on exposed root surface after periodontal therapy can enhance the abrasion-resistance of root surface and may inhibit the root caries development.

Overseas expansion of domestic construction over the past 10 years has been fast growing. But as a result of simple construction business practices and a focus on EPC, sales margins was reduced. Domestic construction companies have been trying to redirect business to high-value-added-areas but have faced difficulty because there areas are current monopolized by global leading companies in the field of PMC. They have recently carried out 16 PMC related project in order to expand their experience and increase their competitiveness. Most of these construction companies that do PMC overseas have been focusing on the civil engineering sector. analyzing the important and performance result 50 separate PMC tasks in detail using IPA, it became clear that domestic construction companies should also focus on tasks and were analyzed in order to advance to overseas architecture PMC sector overseas. There are large gaps in the importance and performance result of both the planning and pre-construction phase. Importance compared to the current performance levels in the planning phase gap is largest, pre-construction phase has been analyzed in the following order. In particular, one should strengthen detailed tasks in the planing phase. This study is expected to be used as a basic to determine the performance level and tasks items. It is expected strengthen the capacities of domestic companies in the PMC field, for especially in the high value-aded-areas as indicated in the results of the analysis from this study.
