Constructions sites are affected by Diversity workplace, complexity of construction, Change of place, Mobility of workers and so on. In a single establishment, Prime contractors and subcontractors have to conduct their work at the same time. There are a lot of unpredictable risks when the construction is running, coordination between contractors is very important to do a risk assessment under the condition. Large Construction companies were investigated by previous studies. Survey research is applied to the risk assessment. In the writing, Risk assessment of the entire lower level. Because of the low level of risk factors to find. Also, There was a limit to investigate accidents. Confirmed that Effort to derive a risk factors were desperately of the risk assessment. Results were obtained through previous studies. The PCM is several experts should be joined. Various lean design and construction methods such as target value design, pull planning, value stream mapping have successfully transformed the commercial building construction industry into achieving improved productivity, higher design and construction quality, and meeting the target values of construction projects. Considering the significant advantages of lean, the accelerated dissemination and adoption of lean methods and tools for construction is highly desirable. Currently, the lean design and construction body of knowledge is imparted primarily through publications and conferences. However, one of the most effective ways to impart this soft knowledge is through getting students and trainees involved in hands-on participatory games, which can quickly help them truly understand the concept and apply it to real-world problems. The COVID-19 Pandemic has raised an urgent need of developing virtual games that can be played simultaneously from various locations over the Internet, but these virtual games should be as effective as in-person games. This research develops an online 3D simulation game for Target Value Design that is as effective as in-person games or possibly better in terms of knowledge capture and retention and enjoyable environment and experience. The virtual game is tested on volunteers using feedback from pre-and post- simulation surveys to evaluate its efficacy.

In domestic construction industry, now demand for airport facilities, gymnastic facilities, mass meeting facilities, sales facilities is increasing. Because of this, demand for huge space is also increasing. In making huge space, existing PEB(Pre-Engineered Building) and Pipe Truss, As span is lager and larger, steel weight is increasing and hard to apply for large span. For solving this problem, Many program was proposed, and in that Space Frame was rising. But in domestic construction there are very rare practical use for Space Frame. In this study, we wish to introduce Space Frame that has several advantages in construction expense, construction time, constructibility and also with analyzing example for applying Space Frame, wish to investigate characteristic of Space Frame. Go forward better, through comparison of other different old method and basic character of Space Frame, confirm advantage of Space Frame that have infinite development possibility and revitalize the Space Frame in domestic study and further more wish to raise practical use for Space Frame.

In the inner turn key constructions the problems of uniform types are repeatedly occurred, and, especially, many problems happen up to the stage of pre-construction(from a bid to a contract) owing to the specialties of the turn key constructions. So the claim factors of the Korean turn key constructions were abstracted in antecedent paper. When the technicians meeting the interior turn key constructions for the first time and working here now are well acquainted with only these factors, many claims will be prevented. By analysing the degree of claims by claims factors through the questionnaires to the experts about the abstracted factors and surveying the amount of the claims through the case studies, what factors exerted how much of influence on the claims was tested and analyzed. Studying and Managing the factors affecting the claims much led the technicians in charge of internal turn key constructions to the prevention and the proper solution of the site claims.

The Dutch construction industry has introduced a compulsory preemployment medical examination (PE-ME). Best-evidence contents related to specific job demands are, however, lacking and need to be gathered. After the identification of job demands and health problems in the construction industry (systematic literature search and expert meeting), specific job demands and related requirements were defined and instruments proposed. Finally, a work ability assessment was linked to the instruments' outcomes, resulting in the modular character of the developed PE-ME. Twenty-two specific job demands for all Dutch construction jobs were identified, including kneeling/squatting, working under time pressure, and exposure to hazardous substances. The next step was proposing self-report questions, screening questionnaires, clinical tests, and/or performance-based tests, leading to a work ability judgment. "Lifting/carrying" is described as an example. The new modular PE-ME enables a job-specific assessment of work ability to be made for more than 100 jobs in the Dutch construction industry.

Article 64 of the Enforcement Decree of the National Contract Act The requirement of the pre-amendment statute related to the adjustment of the contract price was 5% or more of the price fluctuation rate from the date of the contract. The method of adjusting the contract amount was also changed to determine the contractor's desired adjustment method at the time of contract. Alleviating these requirements and revising the empowerment of contract partners is intended to prevent difficulties in achieving smooth objectives by applying to public construction contractors without unfairly benefiting or unfavorable to contract partners. Even if the standards are relaxed and the rights are secured as described above, if the existing provisions for the adjustment of price fluctuation are applied, unlike the original purpose of the government system, the Korea Bank's price economic statistics classification method and the contract construction classification criteria applied in public construction work Due to the inconsistency, it can be seen that the amount of adjustment for price fluctuation by construction type is excessive and underestimated. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze problems through cases and to make appropriate construction cost adjustment through improvement measures.
