This study analyzes the present condition and the environment of the university education centered on the practice in the film field and suggests the effective development plan for the new or improved practice. Recently, as a new breakthrough in infant education in the rapidly declining educational environment, the introduction of arts education, on-site self-study, and practice-centered laboratory exercises are increasing students' satisfaction. However, compared to trend, our practical education and creative education programs are lacking in reality. In this study, we analyze and study the effective development method of education through researching the satisfaction pattern and the education program of the students who are the center of the production practice shown in the movie image production, and building the paradigm, I would like to suggest a direction for the production education.

This study attempted to examine the effect of education and training on organizational performance based on HCCP research through the systematic review of previous studies. For this, 29 papers used HCCP data were selected and analyzed, and the research results are as follows. First, the research results showed that education and training had a positive effect on non-financial performance such as organizational commitment and job satisfaction, and financial performance such as sales and operating profit. Second, in order for education and training to affect organizational performance, job satisfaction, organizational culture, and education transfer were found to be important factors. Third, for effective transfer of education and training, it is necessary to establish a system that can be applied to the field after education and training, finally, it suggested the need for research to be conducted to reveal the practical effectiveness of education and training by measuring the degree to which education and training contributed to financial performance more closely.

Education has recently witnessed a rapid increase in the use of edutech worldwide. This study focuses on Korean workers and explores an edutech-based learning model for vocational education and training. Based on analyses of edutech cases and interviews with edutech experts, a draft edutech model was designed and the validity was evaluated based on two Delphi surveys with a panel of experts in the field. The study's findings suggest that edutech-based employee education and training should prioritize LXP orientation (last CVR=1, last Mean=4.70) , implement adaptive learning through learning analytics (last CVR=1, last Mean=4.90), enhance the human touch effect using edutech (last CVR=1, last Mean=4.90), and emphasize the importance of designing curricula that apply edutech in a step-by-step learning process while incorporating suitable instructional design for the key technologies involved in vocational training programs. In addition, it was revealed that there is a strong need to implement a method that makes each stage of the learning process more effective (before, during, and after). Edutech-based vocational training program should consider the interests of all stakeholders, including learners, instructors, vocational training institutions, and government agencies. Given the promotion of government-sponsored vocational training projects in Korea, the findings of this research are likely to have significant implications for the future of Korea's education and training policies.

In this paper, the operation of the Korean digital key talent training project (K-Digital Training) supported by the Ministry of Labor in 2022 began in 2021, and through public offering in the second half of 2022, 403 training courses are held to secure 33,000 annual training personnel. Accordingly, because of performance analysis on learning satisfaction in each field of the state-led talent development program to respond quickly to future industrial changes by fostering digital talent, the overall satisfaction with the program was very high at 4.27 on average. However, the initial expectation for employment linkage is decreasing from 4.2 to 3.91 at the end of learning. Therefore, it is expected that the satisfaction level of the program can be continuously improved only when the organizations participating in the program are prepared in advance for employment linkage

The purpose of this study was to realize and apply Taekwondo's technology and the fact that actors on stage and screen have much in common. In the meantime, there have been many prior studies on the development of the theoretical field. However, there is a slight lack of practical development and development plans, and it is time to improve. This seems to be a lack of practical experience leading to the creation of physical images. In that sense, I think that it should be supported by the complement of concrete and detailed research that seeks to make changes in open technology significantly. Considering this situation, it is necessary to further develop the practical field in parallel with the theoretical field. Therefore, I suggested the principle of physical behavior through Taekwondo technology and the development of acting skill. The performance training using these taekwondo techniques is meaningful research.

Evidence-based training (EBT) improves a pilot's competency and confidence based on the data(Evidence) from actual aircraft accidents, incidents, operations, and training for safe operation in the fast-paced and large-scale air transportation field. It is a training/assessment program that strengthens resilience for problem solving. As a way to apply this evidence-based training(EBT) to the educational system of ATO and to resolve the problems, I propose 3 improvement plans. They are evaluation criteria that apply the core competencies of EBT to the educational evaluation system, the way to improve the system for standardization of practical test examiners and instructors and also the ways to use Flight Simulation Training Devices(FSTD).

The government is operating a course evaluation-type qualification system for the purpose of overcoming the limitations of the test-type qualification system and cultivating talents with practical skills applicable to related industries. However, there is a part that does not match the purpose of the course evaluation qualification system by educating competency units in the field of surveying rather than the field of cadastral field in the education and training course of the course evaluation qualification. Therefore, this study closely analyzed the course evaluation qualification system in the cadastral field and suggested improvement plans accordingly. First, NCS in the cadastral field has not been supplemented or developed since its development in 2014, and there are many parts that do not conform to the current laws, so supplementary development is necessary. Second, It was proposed to improve the optional competency unit in the field of surveying to the NCS competency unit in the cadastral field. In addition, if the 12 competency units of the current NCS in the cadastral field are designated as essential competency units and education and training are operated, it will be possible to foster working-level talents with sufficient competency at the cadastral engineer level. However, for practical system operation and application, supplementation and development of NCS in the cadastral field, which is used for education and training of the course evaluation qualification system, must be preceded.

Purpose: This study used an exploratory sequential approach (mixed methods) design to explore essential meaning through comparing and analyzing the experiences of nursing students in virtual simulation practice and high fidelity simulation practice education in parallel. Methods: The study participants were 20 nursing students, and data were collected through focus group meetings from July 17 to August 5, 2020, and via online quantitative data from November 10 to November 15, 2020. The qualitative data were analyzed using Giorgi's phenomenological method, and the quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal-Wallis H test analysis of variance and Spearman's ρ correlation. Results: The comparison between the two simulation training experiences was shown in five contextual structures, as follows: (1) reflection of the clinical field, (2) thinking theorem vs. thinking expansion, (3) individual-centered learning vs. team-centered learning, (4) attitudes toward participating in practical training, (5) metacognition of personal competency as a prospective nurse, and (6) revisiting the method of practice training. There was a positive correlation between satisfaction with the practice and the clinical judgment ability of high fidelity simulation, which was statistically significant (r=.47, p=.036). Conclusion: Comparing the experiences between virtual simulation practice training and high fidelity simulation practice training, which has increased in demand due to the Coronavirus Disease-2019 pandemic, is meaningful as it provides practical data for introspection and reflection on in-campus clinical education.

In order to understand how to increase the use of virtual training content at K University's online lifelong education institute, this study examined the use experience, content recognition, field practice replacement, and requirements, focusing on the examples of operating institutions. To this end, 12 institutions that operated virtual training contents distributed by the K University Online Lifelong Education Center in 2020 were selected for in-depth interviews and qualitative analysis was conducted on the interviews of 11 institutions. As a result of the analysis, first, the experience of using the contents of the virtual training operating institution was aimed at changing the educational environment, supplementing theoretical learning, and improving the sense of practice. Second, according to a survey on the recognition of virtual training content, if the importance and utilization of the content are high, it can be replaced by on-site practice in non-face-to-face classes, such as experiences of facilities and equipment, attracting interest and attention. Third, in many cases, the perception of replacement for field practice is not unreasonable to use as a pre-training material for field practice, but it is difficult to replace field practice. Fourth, content quality improvements can be summarized as content quality improvement, content access and manipulation improvement, dedicated device development, training for instructors, and curriculum systematization. Fifth, institutional requirements include improving the quality of virtual training content itself, equipment support, curriculum systemization and characterization, systematic curriculum and detailed content sharing, detailed guidance on using virtual training content, introducing how to use content, and recruiting instructors. This study is meaningful in that it sought ways to improve the utilization of virtual training content based on the perception of virtual training content operating institutions.
