The purpose of this study is to suggest an improvement plan for the practical evaluation method used to determine the national technical qualification in field of flower design to improve its development. First, an advisory committee was formed, after which comparisons, an analyses and matching were conducted of the currently used national technical qualifications and competency units and the competency unit elements of the National Competency Standards in an effort to strength practical skills and industrial field abilities in the field of flower design. Second, we visited an industrial site to understand the practical and technical aspects as well as the facilities and equipment used in the flower design field. The status of workers in the industrial field in the field of flower design was then analyzed. Through this process, practical examination questions were developed for improve the evaluation method. In addition, to ensure a properly configured result, a pilot test was conducted involving those majoring in the field of flower design. To investigate the feasibility of the developed exam, a survey focusing on targets related to flower design was conducted. Based on the results, by suggesting an improvement plan for the practical evaluation method of national technical qualifications in the field of flower design, it is possible to improve knowledge, technical aspects, and literacy, allowing us to train outstanding technical professionals. In the end, this study can be expected to contribute to the improvement of the flower design industry.

Purpose: This study aims to make suggestions for the implementation of the job-based dental technician practical exam. Methods: The duties of dental technicians and the recent trends in the dental technician field were defined and identified, respectively, to achieve the purpose of the current study. The practical test system of domestic and foreign national tests was comparatively analyzed to seek improvements. Additionally, the direction of the practical test to be taken in the future was investigated through a public hearing of domestic experts. Results: As a result of this study, the job site of dental technicians was recently found to be undergoing many changes, and it can be observed that related laws and the work site have already changed. Comparison of overseas test systems showed that Korea was limited to a rather small evaluation range; in general, the scope of the evaluation of the practical tests in foreign countries was widely conducted. In the results of the public hearing, opinions exist that the evaluation range of the practical test was expanded and that new subjects were needed, but the opinion on the existence of practical difficulties was mainly mentioned. Conclusion: The evaluation range of the current practical examination subjects should be expanded and the evaluation of digital dental engineering subjects should be added to proceed with the job-based practical examination. However, it seems that efforts should be made gradually through various efforts in the future due to practical difficulties.

The present paper extends the idea of tightened-normal-tightened sampling scheme to group acceptance sampling plans under the time truncated life tests. We consider three famous distributions that are widely used in the area of reliability such as the generalized exponential distribution, the Weibull distribution, and the Birnbaum-Saunders distribution in the proposed sampling plan. The plan parameters are determined such that the producer's risk and the consumer's risk are satisfied at the specified median life. Extensive tables showing plan parameters are provided at various values of the experiment time and the consumer's risk for each of three distributions for the practical use. Some examples are given to illustrate the procedure of the proposed plan.

Recently, as a part of measures against large-scale natural disasters in Korea, disaster prevention matters are strengthened in urban planning. With the introduction of the disaster vulnerability analysis system, plans for disaster prevention are being reinforced in urban planning. However, there are many problems to be solved at the stage of operation and practical application of the law. When disasters occur, we are focusing on response and recovery plans. Therefore, it is not enough to construct a comprehensive disaster prevention system to prevent disasters in advance. The established disaster prevention plan is difficult to plan management centered on disaster prevention due to factors such as economic efficiency, convenience, and comfort. This study is a basic study for supporting disaster prevention mitigation plan. For this purpose, the analysis of the actual situation of disaster prevention plan at home and abroad and improvement plan were derived. ased on these improvement plans, we have developed a method to apply the element technology of urban design to the test bed to reduce sediment disaster. The test bed was investigated and examined in the disaster hazard area of Busan and Seongnam city. And the defense technology is applied to the selected site, and the basis of the disaster prevention plan and design is proposed. If the proven techniques are reflected from the urban planning stage, it will be possible to contribute to the mitigation of sediment disaster caused by the city.

For last 10 years, there are big progress and many efforts in the development of HTS power equipments by some country including South Korea. Especially HTS cable system is the strongest candidate among them from the viewpoint of applying to real grid, because of the feature of it, compact and large capacity. In South Korea, transmission level 154kV, the world top voltage class, HTS cable system was installed and has been tested in KEPCO Gochang Underground Cable Test Field since the early of 2010 in order to meet test requirements made by KEPCO, the only grid company in South Korea. The type test of it will be completed by October 2010 and subsequently long-term load cycle test will be performed during 6 months. Also in the near future, KEPCO has a plan to demonstrate transmission level HTS cable system in real grid, in order to meet practical requirements and confirm the feasibility of it. This paper says the test plan of transmission level 154kV HTS cable system and the way how to test it.

The purpose of this study was to develop a standardized scale to diagnostic life planning in late adolescence. A preliminary 32 item scale was developed through a literature review & a survey. 896 people responded to an online survey using the preliminary scale. A series of test, such as test-retest, item-to-total correlation, factor analysis and Cronbach' ${\alpha}$ reliability were conducted using the survey data and a scale comprising 31 items was constructed finally. The diagnostic scale for life planning in late Adolescence consisted of seven factors : (1) complete growth minds (2) life- plan (3) variety experiences (4) close relationships (5) management of healthy body (6) practical finance-plans (7) active preparation of future job. The scale is useful as a guideline for managing life of the late Adolescence. And it is helpful to them to make plan for the better life.

Because stone cultural heritages in Korea are mostly situated outdoors without any notable protection, there are severe damages from physical, chemical and biological weathering. And this in turn causes deformation and structural damage. To counteract this problem and increase durability, various kinds of conservation materials are used in the conservation and restoration treatment. However, there are not many practical and technological experiments on this subject. Accordingly this research is for analysis of effect for treatment to make use a resin of the ethyl silicate for the granite in Mt. Nam of Gyeongju. It takes a long time to confirm the test result regarding durability and side effects of the conservatives after treatment. So we built up an artificial environment through freezing and melting test, and evaluated the conservation materials. As a result of this experiment, porosity and absorptivity was increased in accordance with processing of freezing and melting test. But other things such as elastic wave speed, elastic modulus, uniaxial compressive strength and tensile strength was decreased. It will make a plan to form a method of research systematically for mechanism and element of weathering and to elicit a correlation among experiment of artificial weathering and practical natural weathering from next research.

Korean-Automated Guideway Transit (K-AGT) was successfully developed through Light Rail System Development Project. Since then, the domestic development rate of on-board signalling system of light rail has been improved up to 90% by Practical Utilization Project of Light Rail. After utilization project, furthermore, POSCO ICT has developed the wayside signalling system of CBTC, including wireless communication equipment. KRRI carried out the performance test of the wireless communication, interfacing and using the other CBTC equipments of KyungSan Test Line so as to see whether it conforms IEEE 802.11x, international communication standard in view of operational concept of CBTC. In this paper, we presents the test plan, test items, and the analysis results of maximum communication distance tests between on-board and wayside radio sets.

The purpose of this study is (1) to develop the teaching plan based on Practical Problems solving on the area of food habits in home economics class and (2) to investigate the participation of teaching, the attitude of teaching method and food life. The subject of this study was two classes consisted off 66 students(male 26. female 40, 33 for each class) who are the first grade of middle school. The comparison group was taught by lecturing. while the experiment group by cooperative learning. The period of this experiment was three weeks: from June 7th to Jun 23th. 1999. The experiment was conducted through 5 classes. First of all students identify the problem of food habits and seek and evaluate information. Students evaluate actions and reflect on decision and evaluate action. The statistical method for the study was a paired T-test. The results of this study are as follows: 1. After experiment, the participation of teaching(p<.05) and the attitude of teaching method(p<.01) in the experiment group showed a statistically significant difference. Therefore the students in the class based on the practical problems solving took an active part in teaching 2. The practical problems solving is more effective than the lecturing in doing guide the positive attitude of teaching. 3. Through the experiment the attitude of food life in the experiment group showed a statistically significant difference(p<.05) Therefore the practical problems solving is more effective than the lecturing in changing positive attitude of food life.

본 연구는 가정과 교육을 통해 셀프리더십을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하기 위하여 '청소년의 자기관리' 내용을 중심으로 실천적 문제 중심의 교수-학습 과정안을 개발하고 이 수업이 셀프리더십 향상에 효과가 있는지를 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 경기도 고양시에 소재한 중학교 2학년 2개 학급을 대상으로 실천적 문제 중심 수업을 적용하고 셀프리더십의 향상 정도를 대응표본 t검정으로 알아보았다. 개발된 교수-학습 과정안의 총괄 학습목표를 '자신을 존중하고, 자신의 시간관리 및 장기목표를 스스로 계획하고 실천할 수 있는 능력을 길러 자신을 삶을 스스로 통제하고 조절할 수 있는 주도적인 청소년이 되도록 한다'로 정하였다. 학습 내용요소로 '나의 자아 존중감 향상', '나의 주장 훈련을 통한 자아 존중감 향상', '인생의 목표 설정', '시간자원의 중요성', '시간자원의 주도적인 관리'로 정하여 6차시의 교수-학습 과정안을 개발하였다. 개발된 교수-학습 과정안을 적용한 결과 실천적 문제 중심 수업방법이 셀프리더십 향상에 효과가 있다는 결과를 얻었다. 또한 셀프리더십의 하위요인인 의사소통기술, 학습능력기술, 집단관리기술에서 수업 전후에 유의미한 차이를 보이고 있었다. 이를 통해 실천적 문제 중심 가정과 수업은 현대사회에서 요구되는 자기 스스로를 이끌어 갈 수 있는 셀프리더십을 갖춘 인간을 키우는데 적합한 교수-학습 방법이라고 할 수 있다.
