The more the satisfied customers increases in customer satisfaction survey, the more the company has difficultly in improving the customer satisfaction. In addition, the effectiveness of practical application of customer satisfaction survey decreases due to its constitution limitation on its data analysis. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to develop a new method to identify the strategy meanings and find the dissatisfied factors of satisfied customers using the satisfied customers reclassification. This study focuses on the satisfied customer segmentation using Latent Class Analysis. The case study shows that the satisfied customers are divided into three subgroups using Latent Class Analysis and we draw meaning results such as satisfaction and dissatisfaction factors through analyzing each group. This study is expected to play the role as the groundwork for the revitalization of customer satisfaction survey.

According to Department of labor guideline "2012-104 (2012.9.26.)" This study is to suggest the basic information and the improvement for the application of risk assessment on a construction site by group interview & survey of construction worker who is the practice of the subject and then numerical analysis about awareness and action plan of Safety and health. The result of group interview and survey of construction worker, most of construction worker feel the danger during the work. Then construction worker analysis results that risk assessment helps to change & raise awareness of safety and reduce an industrial disaster. Easy Safety management activity such as TBM & safety education active will be necessary for safe worksite and then I suggest the TBT(tool box talk) active which combines TBM & safety education.

RFID/USN, are recognized as the new growth engines for the future, regardless of the advanced and developing countries. RFID, in particular, already entered practical stage by global companies. EPCIS, which is the one of the EPC golabal network components, makes a huge load on the system due to the large amount of entering data by following events. In this study, a data model developed based on ER-WIN by collecting four kind information that occurred in the EPC global networks. This model supports both in processing of high performance and huge capacity of data by a considerable storage capacity and input speed. A simulation was developed in order to verify the performance. Each model tested several times and results were compared.

Based on a comprehensive framework that reflects lifecycle requirements of KMs and BPMs, we propose an PKMS(Process based KMS) for integrating KMs and BPMs in order to combine the advantages of the two paradigms. This paper first defines the priority order of knowledge according to knowledge type and classifies it into three groups which consist of Basic KM, Practical KM and Reference KM. Then, it suggests PKMS knowledge map composed of much core-knowledge each of which has information about a unit of the related business process. Using the PKMS Knowledge map, we can directly provide related core-knowledge related for the business process while a person is working a unit of business process. This paper designed the PKMS applied to employment insurance business part. Long term goal of the concepts is to concern a change management organization of knowledge on PKMS.

The supervisory remote control system as a special technology has a lot of practical applications. Korean Standard Certificate, suitable for the korean industrial standards is one which was designed not only to spread and utilize the industrial standard established for the industrial standardization, but to protect the consumer. In this study, the practical effects of the Korean Standard Certificate will be examined in various fields, based on the small medium enterprises which achieved the KS Certificate. In order to look into how the system has effects on the performance of the management in a company, the method of the actual approach will be used. In the end, the purpose of this study is to find the plan in which KS Certificate can be helpful to the development of the company.

This study examines managerial aspects of the institutional household(IH) whose importances become crucial in modern society. To analyze idiosyncratic managerial characteristics of the IH, the study delves into three aspects of IH in comparison with other organizations such as family, public organizations, for-profit organizations. The comparison is done in the reference of $\circled1$ conceptual elements, $\circled2$ general managerial settings, and $\circled3$ practical managerial processes including planning, organizational, personnel and human resources development, and finacial management. The analysis shows us that the IH possesses both common and unique characteristics and needs to develop its generic managerial theories.

This research is for an innovative health information service cases based on Information Communication Technology (ICT), conducted at a general hospital in Korea. Modern management considers customer satisfaction as a baseline standard of performance and a possible standard of excellence for any business organization including the college. Quality function deployment(QFD) is a structured approach to seek out voice of customers, understanding their needs, and ensure that their needs are met. The strategy value proposed by Chien et al. combines importance, satisfaction, performance, and ability to enhance decision making effectiveness. But in their model, the correlation among the strategic alternatives isn't considered the decision chain and is therefore eliminated. This paper proposes how to calculate the new weight of columns to consider various strength levels of correlations matrix, representing the correlation among the strategic alternatives, using normalization procedure. The aim of this paper is to present and original customer satisfaction survey conducted in the college. Thus, this paper presents an original customer satisfaction survey in the college and provides to demonstrate the practical usage of the design model to compare this model with Chien's model.
