It is an important matter to manage data gathered from equipment in the manufacturing environment. However, systematic management about these data is sparsely deployed in the practical fields. This paper proposes a middleware monitoring system that efficiently supports acquisition of data from the equipment, efficiently compensates the lost data and flexibly maintains extensibility of the system. Through the result system of this paper, the data gathered from the equipment are easily stored into the database and the system status is able to be monitored in real-time. Furthermore, because the data are stored in the XML format, they are utilized in other systems in straightforward manner, which enhances the interoperability of the system. Especially, it enables ease interface to SAP, implements light-weight system by a simplified business logic and strengthen the extensibility and maintenance ability.

In this paper, we analyze process of implementing and successful enabler of Postal Logistics Integrated Information Systems(PostNet) through a case study on Korea Post. PostNet was integrated by considering contingently organizational integration (organizational structure redesign), strategical integration (business process reengineering), and technical integration(data integration, application integration, and integrated platform implementation). And also integration was implemented for supporting three aspects. PostNet has implication for advanced integration with business mission and operational efficiency by comparing integration with physical level and hardware level. Korea Post has the biggest logistics network, organization, and service in logistics industry area. The results of this paper will suggest theoretical framework for the future information system integration, and will be utilized as a practical guideline for the information system integration.

The reform of the mixed ownership system of vocational colleges in China is an important driving force in the development of vocational education. The purpose of this study is to discuss the operation direction of the reorganization of the mixed ownership system of vocational colleges at this stage in accordance with the guidelines for vocational education reform in China. Therefore, this study analyzed the necessity and existing problems of reforming the mixed ownership system of vocational colleges using literature research methods. As a result of the study, it was found that the reform of the mixed ownership system of vocational colleges should be continuously developed by preparing measures in terms of legal support, providing incentives, and improving the evaluation system. This study has academic and practical significance in that it suggests the need to reform the mixed ownership system of Chinese vocational colleges, analyzes problems, and prepares policy measures.

The purpose of this study is to establish and propose a post-diagnosis checklist for the revitalization of domestic regional co-brands that have not been activated despite many strengths. First, I looked into the brand revitalization methodology through prior researches and among them, referring to the cause-remedies model, the cause of the deactivation of the co-brand and the currently used revitalization method were examined through case studies and expert interviews. Regarding the currently used method, the reason for using the method was inferred, and the factors corresponding to the cause and effect were found and categorized in the inferred sentence, and the corresponding detailed items were set and the checklist items were presented. Although this study has a limitation in that there is no practical checklist verification, it is expected that a specific activation plan will be presented through verification of future studies.

The purpose of the study was to suggest how and what human rights education goes with civil democracy education. Analysis of civil democracy education contents in the 2022 revised general education curriculum draft and that of the 2030 OECD Education project have been performed to find out what contents are necessarily included. Results are as follows: Firstly, human rights education needs to be adopted as an independent subject to be delivered with detailed and organized information. Secondly, actual experiences in diverse curricular and extracurricular activities need to be provided. Thirdly, a human rights-friendly atmosphere needs to be established to update teachers' perception and upgrade competency regarding human rights education. Lastly, it is expected that these activities facilitate adoption of human rights education curriculum into 2022 general education.

North Korean defectors are experiencing economic hardship due to the prolonged COVID-19 outbreak. In order to solve this problem, interest in starting a business is increasing. This study targeted the current and previous government, and discovered major topics through text mining of news data on North Korean defector starting a business to examine the start-up support policies according to the keynote of the present regime. Additionally, key factors for successful start-ups were derived through interviews with North Korean defectors who have done them. As a result of the analysis, it is necessary to focus on women and the youth, and to actively expand specialized entrepreneurship education and financial support for North Korean defectors. In addition, it was confirmed that there is a need for a practical and continuous entrepreneurship education program.

This study compares the perspectives of experts and the public on the 2015 revised curriculum. To do this, research papers and newspaper articles were collected from October 2013 to May 2020. During this period, 1152 research papers and 692 newspaper articles were collected, and semantic network analysis was performed. As a result of the study, the educational expert group showed great interest in the core concept of the development of the revised curriculum focused on the abstract concept, while the public focused on the practical problems and consequences of the revision rather than the development of the revised curriculum itself. These results not only show the gap between the perspectives of the educational expert group and the public but also raise the need for effective communication to bridge the gap.

Drum Set are representative instruments that use grips in modern popular music. Depending on how and how clearly you hold the basic grip, it also affects your performance ability. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics, strengths, and weaknesses of each grip, derive the resulting complex effects, and present practical application plans to the drummers. The research method is largely divided into traditional and matched grips, and in detail, German, American, French, and hybrid styles are included to analyze the performance method utilized. It also refers to the grip method of all drummers from the 1930s to the present, which was registered in Drummer World, an overseas drum site. This study proposed several application plans by classifying and analyzing the most basic grip methods in drum set in detail. I was able to see that the performance impact was different depending on the grip, and I think it will be more helpful for future performances if I understand both the positive and adverse functions of each grip and play it.

The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the Vietnamese economy. In the midst of a complex disease that compelled people to limit their interaction, customers' shopping habits shifted from "offline" to "online" transactions. Mobile payments have also grown in popularity. The goal of this study is to figure out what factors influence the use of mobile payments by hotel clients in Can Tho after COVID-19. The research team also examines how those factors influence customers' willingness to use mobile payment and makes recommendations to better the current situation. Primary data was collected from 227 persons using online surveys and processed with SPSS software for this study. To analyze the correlation relationship between the elements determining the intention to use, the Cronbach alpha, EFA, Correlation, and Regression methods used to assess the scale are applied. Perceived Trustworthiness, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Ease of Use all have positive effects on customers' propensity to use, according to the findings. Perceived Security, on the other hand, has no bearing. The findings of this study have significant theoretical and practical implications for the development of mobile payment services in Can Tho, particularly following the implementation of COVID-19.
