In this paper, practical problems for current feeder service between Busan port and west coast of Japan were extracted through in depth interviews with Japanese feeder vessel companies, shippers, and port authority based upon which major criteria (elements) for improvement of the feeder network are structured in hierarchic order and weighed relative importance through AHP method. From the questionnaire answered by Korean and Japanese port users and experts the weights of criteria were calculated and the shipping service was ranked the first by both parties with 0.235 and 0.217, respectively. The port service and support system ranked the second and the third, whereas the port marketing was shown to be the lowest of all. Considering the overall weights, the increase in a port loading and unloading speed of port service was followed by provision of dedicated deck for feeder vessel of port facilities for Korean respondents. Therefore, speed up of the port operations and providing docks for feeder vessel are to be firstly provided for more efficient feeder operations, which would be the basis for the construction of optimal transportation network.

The aim of this study is to show that using a Web-Based Instruction system is a better method to help counteract deficient teaching, learning conditions and facilities thus improving the students' interest, understanding, participation and skill development in Physical Education. The key findings of this study are as follows; The first advantage of using this system is that the theory of Softball is explained with the use of pictures rather than text, thus improving the students' understanding. The second is the method in which practical skills are explained and demonstrated. Action image sequences are used as opposed to the old method of using stationary pictures. This means that the learners can clearly see and understand why and, more importantly, how to use these skills. The third advantage is the technique used to teach the application of these skills. Using active rather than passive learning and thus engaging the student encourages improved participation and learning. The fourth advantage comes in evaluation: both subjective and objective questions are asked in theoretical evaluation, and the teachers can evaluate the students' understanding and skill development by filming their actual Softball games. As Korea is expected to enter an aging society in near future, the number of patients who need a long-term prescribtion is expected to increase as well. In particular, Korea shows the highest in both the incident rate and the death rate among OECD member nations. The current situation requires more strict monitoring and management for patients' taking medicine, there are a few practical problems such as personnel expenses. Recently the concept of directly observed treatment (DOT) that is based on the IT technologies has been introduced. This paper, therefore, proposes a digital DOT system with a smart pillbox and drives key requirements for the smart pillbox that plays an important and essential role in the proposed digital DOT system.

Activated sludge sewage treatment processes are difficult to be controlled because of their complex and nonlinear behaviour, however, the control of the dissolved oxygen level in the reactors plays an important role in the operation of the facility. For this reason, this study is designed to present a system which accurately measures DO, MLSS, pH and ORP in the aeration tank to alleviate situations above and provide the automatization of a sewage treatment plant (STP) using new DO control system. The automatic control systems must be guaranteed the accuracy. Therefore, the proposed automatic DO control system in this study could be commercial applications in the aeration tanks by means of operating cost analysis and user-friendly for operation and maintenance. We could get accurate data from the lab tank which has water quality checker because there was no vortex and air bubble during the measurement process. Improvement of confidence in the lab tank enabled effective and automatic operation of sewage treatment plants so that operation costs and manpower could be saved. If this result is put in place in every sewage treatment plant nationwide for practical purposes, it is estimated to cost 18.5 million dollars in installing the lab tank and to save 9.8 million dollars in management cost a year, except for cost saved by automation.

It is stipulated in Article 22, Paragraph 3 of Tourism Promotion Law that those who do not work for tourism can not use trade name including "Kwan Kwang" or terms similar with it, and even signs with Kwan Kwang or terms similar with it at a business establishment. The stipulation is, however, away from a reality. It only has a sort of apparent meaning even though it is the positive law. However, times are changed and are changing. A rule should reflect the stipulation suitable for contemporary culture. A term, restructuring, exists in the law related to tourism which is connected with tourist industry. In other words, there are many assumed stipulations away from the practical aspect, because of wrong systems. However, what does the restructuring mean in the law related to tourism\ulcorner The thing is to make new system or base appropriate to the present situation, and to study improvement ordinances in Article 12 of Tourism Promotion Law and stipulations for those. In order to do these, the contents of Tourism Promotion Law from Article 1 to 60 and stipulations of law related to tourism law should be studied. In doing so, limited paper could not cover all.cover all.

To achieve the safety management of an industry by using practical consequence analysis, parameters affecting damage area and financial loss by gas release accident were analyzed at pressure vessels containing flammable gas. As a result, the total financial loss cost was largely effected by the business interruption cost, and it was considered for equipment type and materials, process properties, and circumstances. Also, the consequences of the financial loss must be practically used more than the consequences of the damage area in industry.

The $21^{st}$ century is the age of sentiment and image. As industrial development pushes the demands of consumers for various goods, the marketing patterns of these goods have individualized. They are expressions embedded with various meanings. Retail shops, now going beyond the practical purpose of display and sales of goods, enhancing brand images and establishing a consumer-oriented strategy, play a key role in reacting to and creating overall cultural issues. This study will analyze and investigate the Prada retail shop, which has distinguished its brand image and effectively promoted its identity through a sustained management strategy. The Prada retail shop has established an image of a cultural icon through cultural marketing. It suggests individuality and creativity along with diversity It reflects the basic concepts of cultural marketing, freedom of expression combined with information and high technology. The Prada building symbolizes the brand itself. To foster these kinds of retail shops, data and information based on continuous studies must be provided and shared, and also the systematic reinterpretation and the effective presentation of expressive trends in interior design needs to be studied on an ongoing basis.

Auto-ID industries and their services have been improved since decades ago, and radio frequency identification (RFID) has been contributing in many applications. Product management can be the foremost example. In our industrial experiences, RFID in ultra high frequency (UHF) band provides much longer interrogation ranges than that of 13.56MHz; many more applications exist thereby. There should be several interesting and useful ideas on UHF RFID; however, those ideas can be limited due to the inevitable environmental circumstances that restrict the interrogation range in shorten value. This paper discusses the propagation interference among different types of readers (e.g, mobile RFID readers in stationary reader zone) in dense-reader environment. In most cases, UHF RFIDs in Korea will be dependent on the UHF mobile RFIDs. In this sense, the UHF mobile users accidently move into the stationary reader's interrogation zone. This is serious problem. In this paper, we analyze propagation loss and propose the effective channel allocation scheme that can contribute developing less-invasive UHF RFID networks. The simulation and practical measurement process using the commercial CAD tools and measurement equipments are presented.
