Recently, artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled products and services such as smartphones, smart speakers, chatbots are being released due to advances in AI technology. Thus researchers making effort to reveal that consumers' intention to adopt AI-enabled products. Yet, little is known about the intended adoption of AI-enabled products. Because most of studies has been not consideredthe perceived utility value of consumers for each attribute by classified based on the characteristics of AI-enabled products. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the difference in importance between attributes that affect the intention to adopt of AI-enabled products. For this, first, identified and classified the attributes of AI-enabled products based on IS Success Model of DeLone and McLean. Second, measured the utility value of each attribute on the adoption of AI-enabled products through conjoint analysis. And we employed construal level theory to see whether there are differences in the relative importance of AI-enabled products attributes depending on the temporal distance. Third, we segmented the market based on the utility value of each respondent through cluster analysis and tried to understand the characteristics and needs of consumers in each segment market. We expect to provide theoretical implications for conceptually structured attributes and factors of AI-enabled products and practical implications for how development efforts of AI-enabled products are needed to reach consumers need for each segment.

The global Industry has been shaped by start-ups that originated with knowledge-based innovative strategies or technologies in the 21st century. Specifically, laboratory start-ups that rely on research papers or patents for new technology development are recognized for their high survival rate and the creation of employment opportunities. Our study concentrated on 'I-Corps', which also introduced in Korea, standing for innovation corps is a laboratory startup program launched in 2011 by the NSF(National Research Foundation) to commercialize R&D results and foster entrepreneurship as part of the policy to build a start-up system at the national innovation level. In this study, we proposed and empirically tested a research model focusing on teams participating in the I-Corps program to determine how startup team diversity, among the team characteristics of laboratory startups, affected patent performance. As a result of the analysis, among the proposed variables, age diversity, educational background diversity, and value diversity had a significant impact on patent performance. The results of this study are expected to further strengthen the theoretical and practical foundations of researchers or practitioners of the I-Corps program, as well as related areas involving technology & laboratory startups, intellectual property and knowledge management fields in the future.
Purpose: The unique nature of life-and-death healthcare services sets them apart from other service industries. While many studies exist on the relationship between healthcare services and customer satisfaction, most of them focus on mildly ill patients, ignoring the differences between critically ill and non-seriously ill patients. This study discusses the actual quality of healthcare services for patients who are facing life-threatening illnesses and are on life support, as well as their right to protection and dignity. Methods: The survey conducted to 149 patients with the four major illnesses: cancer, heart disease, brain disease and rare and incurable disease, those who have experiences with senior general hospitals. Results: The basic statistics of this study are adequate to represent the four major critical illnesses, and the reliability and validity of this study's hypotheses, which were measured by multiple items, were analyzed, and the internal consistency was judged to be high. In addition, it was found that the convergent validity was good and the discriminant validity was also secured. When examining the goodness of fit of the hypotheses, the SRMR, which is the standardized root mean square of residuals that measures the difference between the covariance matrix of the data variables and the theoretical covariance matrix structure of the model, met the optimal criteria. Conclusion: The academic implications of this study are differentiated from other studies by moving away from evaluating the quality of healthcare services for mildly ill patients and focusing on the rights and dignity of patients with life-threatening illnesses in four senior general hospitals. In terms of academic implications, this study enriches the depth of related studies by demonstrating the right to protection and dignity as a factor of patient-centeredness based on physical environment quality, interaction quality, and outcome quality, which are presented as sub-factors of healthcare quality. We found that the three quality factors classified by Brady and Cronin (2001) are optimized for healthcare quality assessment and management, and that the results of patients' interaction quality assessment can be used to provide a comprehensive quality rating for hospitals. Health and human rights are inextricably linked, so assessing the degree to which rights and dignity are protected can be a superior and more comprehensive measurement tool than traditional health level measures for healthcare organizations. Practical implications: Improving the quality of the physical environment and the quality of outcomes is an important challenge for hospital managers who attract patients with life and death conditions, but given the scale and economics of time, money, and human inputs, improving the quality of interactions and defining them as performance indicators in hospital quality management is an efficient way to create maximum value in the short term.

This study aims to analyze the complex impact of technological changes in the Fourth Industrial Revolution era and demographic shifts in Korea on military personnel management, and to explore innovative strategies for the Korean military's workforce operations. The research findings indicate that changes in future battlefield environments and the introduction of advanced technologies necessitate a fundamental restructuring of military personnel, emphasizing a shift towards a highly specialized and elite workforce. Key research findings are as follows: First, the military application of cutting-edge technologies, such as unmanned systems, autonomous weapon systems, and AI-based decision support systems, is expanding. Second, this technological advancement requires a restructuring of personnel to foster a technology-intensive elite force, including optimizing troop size, reorganizing unit structures, and increasing the utilization of civilian expertise. Third, strategies for securing high-tech talent include strengthening internal technology talent development programs, establishing systems to attract civilian experts, and building a talent development system through industry-academia-research cooperation. The significance of this study lies in providing a theoretical and practical foundation for building a future-oriented and efficient Korean military organization by presenting innovative measures for military human resource management systems suitable for the Fourth Industrial Revolution era. For these changes to be successfully implemented, cooperation among relevant stakeholders, including the military, government, academia, and industry, is essential, supported by comprehensive national-level planning and support.
This study summarizes improvement strategies for addressing the imbalance problem in observed default data that must be considered when constructing a default model and compares and analyzes the performance improvement effects using data resampling techniques and default threshold adjustments. Empirical analysis results indicate that as the level of imbalance resolution in the data increases, and as the default threshold of the model decreases, the recall of the model improves. Conversely, it was found that as the level of imbalance resolution in the data decreases, and as the default threshold of the model increases, the precision of the model improves. Additionally, focusing solely on either recall or precision when addressing the imbalance problem results in a phenomenon where the other performance evaluation metrics decrease significantly due to the trade-off relationship. This study differs from most previous research by focusing on the relationship between improvement strategies for the imbalance problem of default data and the enhancement of default model performance. Moreover, it is confirmed that to enhance the practical usability of the default model, different improvement strategies for the imbalance problem should be applied depending on the main purpose of the model, and there is a need to utilize the Fβ Score as a performance evaluation metric.

In recent years, turnover intention among employees in China's banking industry has surged due to internal and external environmental pressures. This surge surpasses those occurring in other sectors. This rising trend in employee turnover has resulted in reducing employee turnover becoming a critical priority for banks in their ongoing development. Traditional leadership styles have proven inadequate for addressing this issue, requiring a shift towards more effective management approaches. This study explores the potential of servant leadership, a management style that prioritizes employees' needs, supports their development, and motivates them to realize their potential, as a means to mitigate rising turnover intentions. The research focuses on employees in the Chinese banking sector so as to examine the impact of the servant leadership management approach on their turnover intentions. Job crafting is investigated as a mediating variable, while stress mindset is assessed as a moderating variable. Data were collected from 401 valid questionnaires across 62 teams, comprising 62 leaders and 339 employees. Hypotheses were tested using SPSS 26.0 and HLM 6.0. The findings reveal that: (1) servant leadership significantly reduces turnover intentions; (2) job crafting mediates the relationship between servant leadership and turnover intentions; and (3) stress mindset positively moderates the influence of job crafting on turnover intentions. This study provides empirical evidence supporting the relationship between servant leadership and turnover intentions. The study's findings offer valuable insights into how to enhance employee management practices. It also discusses the theoretical and practical implications of integrating servant leadership into the banking sector, highlights the study's limitations, and proposes directions for future research.
Chatbots are becoming increasingly popular as interactive communication tools that provide not only convenience but also a friendly and humanized experience. Due to the interactive nature of chatbots, they can exchange information with users to perform various tasks, and users sometimes intentionally provide inaccurate information. Considering social presence of conversational agents, perceived risk of providing personal information, and trust in algorithms as key influencing factors, this study explores the effects of those factors on the intention to provide inaccurate information in the context of online dating services and examine whether these effects vary across types of conversational agents. We conducted an analysis of structural equation model using data collected from Amazon Mechanical Turk (MTurk). The analysis results showed significant relationships between factors related to the intention to provide inaccurate information and empirically confirmed that those relationships vary by types of conversational agents. Out findings have academic implications for the behavior of providing inaccurate information in online environments and practical implications for designing chatbots to reduce such intentions. We also discuss the ethical implications of the consequences of inaccurate information online.
Small-scale excavation sites in construction-defined as those involving excavation projects less than 10 meters deep-often lack dedicated safety managers, creating challenges in safety management. This study aims to develop an accident case-based checklist that enables workers to manage safety independently at these sites. Accident data from the past five years were obtained from the Construction Safety Management Integrated Information system, and the causes, types, and contributing factors of accidents were analyzed based on this data. These analyzed causes were linked to specific checklist items, resulting in a new checklist comprising 14 items divided into pre-construction and during-construction phases. To ensure the logical structuring of these 14 items, a group of experts conducted a survey employing pairwise comparisons. The results indicated that all items are essential for safety management at small-scale excavation sites. Furthermore, the reliability of the developed checklist was validated using newly occurring accident cases, confirming that each accident was associated with the checklist items. The checklist proposed in this study is expected to contribute to practical and effective accident prevention in small-scale excavation sites.

The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate the Marital Equality Education Program for women farmers and their husband. Based on the empirical research result of 980 women farmers as basic study for developing this program, marital equality theory, system theory, strong family perspective, stress coping theory, anger control theory, modified Couple Communication Program, marriage enrichment methods, 7 session program was developed. The contents of every session were Reviewing Marriage Relationships, Coping Role Stress, Marital Equality, Self Expression & Speaking, Understanding Spouse & Listening, Anger Control& Resolving Conflict, and Enhancing Marital Relations. The effectiveness of this program was evaluated by pretest, post test, and follow-up 1 month later through 35 rural couples(women farmers and their husband) and it was analyzed by paired t-test and qualitative evaluation was also investigated. The major results were as follows : This program was effective in improving their self-esteem, marital satisfaction, coping role stress & conflicts, and husband's egalitarian role attitude & practice. The results suggested the program had also Positive impacts on the marital equality and relationships. Future research and practical implications were added.
