As of 2006. 3. the twitter offered in the USA has been one of the propaganda instrument used with ads and politics functioning speedy information diffusion on SNS communicated with others through 140 letters of short messages. and while twitter is using propaganda instrument, it keeps on trying to verify how it has an effect on. So, on the paper, I suggest new simulation model of information diffusion based on probability being able to predict the range of proliferation after it analyze the existing influence and the diffusion force on verification methods. It designed algorithm of verification and algorithm of prediction to use twitter's Open API with Python basement. It proved effectiveness on the model through the analysis to operate the twitter of practical local autonomous entity.

The objective of this paper is to increase the performance by selecting the optimal value in outputs of two algorithms that are Generlized-Lagrange and LMS(Least Mean Square). This paper presents superior performance by mixed two of conventional algorithm arbitrary. Based on the analysis from various simulation, it is observed that proposed method is better performance in terms of practical WLL(Wireless Local Loop) environment.

The primary focus of this study is to develop a practical safety management manual that can be served as a guideline for building deconstruction works over the entire deconstruction processes; say, pre- and during the deconstruction process. Built upon the analysis findings of domestic deconstruction codes and laws, deconstruction manuals from several countries, and actual deconstruction practices, a safety manual is proposed. Total of 940 safety items are included in the manual according to the predetermined 15 safety categories. To improve the efficiency of end users' utilization, the proposed manual is embodied in the form of e-safety manual. Detailed descriptions and discussions on research findings are elaborated. in the main text.

This paper describes the system development for the Ground Control Point collection and management through the major coastline region in KOREA, which will collect and manage the ground control point based on high resolution satellite image database. A reducing variation of quality characteristics is a typical example of quality improvement. In such a case, we treat the quality characteristic, as a response variable and need to find active factors affecting the response from many candidate factors since reducing the variation of the response will be achieved by reducing variation of the active factors. In this paper, we first derive a method of selecting an active factor by linear regression. It is well known that correlation between factors deteriorates the precision of estimators. We, therefore, examine robustness of the selecting method against the correlation in the data set and derive an evaluation method of the deterioration brought by the correlation. Furthermore, some examples of selecting and evaluation methods are shown to demonstrate practical usage of the methods.

This thesis is concerned with the design of control chart based on the sample median which is easy to use in practical situations and to analyze the properties for non-normally distributed Weibull process. In this cases are use to the quality characteristics of the process are not normally distributed but skewed due to the intermitted production, small lot size and sample size is small one n=3 or n=5, etc. And when it relates unsymmetrically distributed process, model designed median control chart is more effective than Shewhart $\bar{x}$-chart which assumed on normal distribution, when we exactly should be known Weibull distribution or estimated. The median control chart in this thesis is more robustness compared with other conventionally developed control chart.

Kano model has been widely used to identify and classify customer attributes of a product or a service. The first step of Kano model application is the derivation of customer attributes, and brainstorming has been used conventionally for the purpose. A typical advantage of brainstorming is to get many ideas in a relatively short period, but the practicability of the derived ideas are known to be not so good. The derivation of good and practical ideas is important for the successful use of Kano model. Wish list, bug list and forced connection method as well as brainstorming were applied to PMP(Portable Multimedia Player) in order to derive customer attributes. To compare the idea generation methods, the derived attributes are classified and compared using Kano model.

This study examines the personal characteristics, organizational attitudes, technical performances, and reward preferences of R&D professionals with Ph.D. degree in large private companies in Korea. Based on survey data from 887 professionals in nine different R&D organizations, the following results are found; 1) R&D professionals with Ph.D. degree exhibit higher autonomy preference, need for achievement, self-efficacy, technical career orientation, and performance proficiency than other R&D professionals; 2) As their organizational tenure increases, performance proficiency and transfer career orientation increases but their socialized level of organizational goals and values does not change; 3) They produce more technical publications and exhibit more positive organizational attitude than other R&D professionals; 4) They are more likely to prefer job content, professional, and job security rewards. These empirical findings suggest several theoretical and practical implications for the management of R&D professionals with Ph.D. degree in the large Korean firms.

The goal of the present research was to develop a mean to determine indices of drought warning and emergency necessary to manage drought and establish water supply contingency plan for the municipal and industrial water supply system in urban areas. To do this, we worked on the Sayun catchment which is the main water source of Ulsan and used measured hydrologic data (storage, inflow, supply, outflow) from 1980 to 1996. The indices of drought calculated by the method of Phillips drought index based only on monthly precipitation do not pertinently represent drought phenomena in case water supply is from dam or reservoir in an urban area. Therefor, we developed the drought index technique including inflow, storage, outflow and supply which are the chief factors of drought management. The result showed that the method of Phillips drought index considering the capacity of water supply was excellent when applied to practical drought phenomena.

The public libraries have managed reading classroom as a way of life-long education. This reading education is very important to children and young people. But reading education program done by the public libraries is not scientific and systematic. The purpose of this study are to identify real situation of the reading classroom management program through a practical materials(ex: the schedule of reading classroom) and a questionnaire survey of librarians managing this program and to provide developing model for effective reading education management program in public library.
