웹기반 교육이 중학생의 교통안전 지식과 태도에 미치는 효과 연구 (The Effectiveness of WBI(Web-Based Instruction) on the Knowledge and Attitude of Traffic Safety among Middle School Students)

  • Korea has the highest traffic accident occurrence rate in the world. It means that we are forced to face a tremendous amount of economic loses and great cost of life. Even though this phenomenon consistently has arose as a public issue every year and many researchers have emphasized the importance of safety education as the fundamental solution, we are still trying to make a long-lasting and effective traffic safety education programs for children and adolescents. The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of web-based learning for traffic safety in Korea middle school. For this purpose, the instructive model was constructed based on the ASSURE model and a special web-site of education was developed on behalf of practical use of multi-media learning materials for the traffic safety. The research subject was represented by 259 students from second grade in 2 middle schools located in Seoul Korea. The traffic safety education program using web-site was preceded to the 136 students as a case group for 45 minutes total 3 times. Other 126 students are control group those who did not get with this program. The survey was conducted before and after the education. The results of this study were as follow: 1. The knowledge analysis from the comparison between before and after of the lesson showed case group and control group scored average at 11.25 points and 10.97 points. However, after they attended programs, case group scored 13.57 points and control group scored 10.85 points. The difference from the result of the case group was statistically significant(p<0.001). 2. The attitude analysis from the comparison between before and after of the lesson showed case group and control group scored averages at 29.59 points and 28.21 points. However, after they attended program, case group scored 37.23 points and control group scored 32.71 points. The difference from the result of the case group was statistically significant(p<0.05). 3. Regarding the domain analysis by means of web-based traffic safety education, only the case group had a statistically significant score in the case of knowledge 'safe utilization of bicycle' and 'The Characteristic of Automobile and Safer Mode of Walking for Pedestrian'(p<0.01, p< 0.001), and in the case of attitude 'safe walking and crossing' 'The Characteristic of Automobile and Safer Mode of Walking for Pedestrian'(p<0.01, p<0.001). 4. Web based instruction for traffic safety was effective in terms of improving students' knowledge and attitude for traffic safety.

현실요법을 적용한 집단상담프로그램이 사춘기 여성의 신체상과 우울에 미치는 효과 (A Study on the Effect of the Group Counseling Program Developed by Applying Reality Therapy on the Body Image and Depression of Adolescent Women)

  • The purpose of the study is both to develope the group counseling program applying Reality Therapy, by which positive body image could be conceived by adolescent women, by helping them identify their bodies as what they are, and then admit their real bodies, and also find out some practical methodologies of self-esteem, and to verify the program to show how effectively this program can be applied to them. Data were collected by self-reported questionnaires(body image and depression) from 59 high school girls in Seoul who were selected by criteria of this study, from the 1st of September to 10th of November, 2000. The experimental group participated in the group counseling by applying Reality Therapy with 8 sessions for 4 weeks. Descriptive statistics, homogeneity test, hypothesis testing, reliability were performed statistically by utilizing SAS pc program, and additionally the reaction due to the change of body image by adolescent women was also analyzed. The results drawn through the present study are as follows: 1. A hypothesis that 'adolescent women who participated in the group counseling program by applying Reality Therapy may get higher points on body image than adolescent women who did not participated' has been adopted (t=6.73, p=.000). 2. A hypothesis that 'adolescent women who participated in the group counseling program by applying Reality Therapy may get lower points on depression than adolescent women who did not participated' has been adopted (t=5.28, p=.000). 3. After applying the group counseling program, the degree of depression for upper group who obtained higher preliminary points on depression has decreased rather meaningfully more than that for lower group who obtained higher preliminary points(t=5.58, p=.000). 4. Reactions associated with positive change in body image of adolescent women who participated in the group counseling program by applying Reality Therapy has been shown to be body acceptance, enhancement of self-esteem, and change of value judgment of beauty. 5. The difference in the motivation and attitude of each group has been observed, by analyzing the reactions obtained from those who show the highest change of body image and those who show the lowest change of body image through the group counseling program by applying Reality Therapy. According to the present studies, it can be concluded that the group counseling program by applying Reality Therapy has turned out as an effective strategy for nursing intervention for adolescent women, by helping them form positive body images and reducing depression.

성인간호학 교육의 학습목표와 국가고시 문제 개선방안 (The Future Direction of Learning Objectives and National Nurse's Licensing Examination in Adult Health Nursing)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify a model based on f the learning objectives in adult health nursing curriculums. The model can be eventually reflected in Korean National Nurse's Licensing Examination (KNNLE). Methods: The model was developed through a series of practical analysis by the task force team from June to October, 2011. The research team conducted the data synthesis and analysis from the learning objectives of adult health nursing drawn from selected national and international universities, from the adult health nursing areas in KNNLE, and from the current disease prevalence from clinical data in the representative university hospitals in Korea. Results: The current disease prevalence and mortality rates are on the increase especially for malignant neoplasm, heart diseases, suicide and diabetes. The items on the KNNLE of adult nursing are categorized by body systems into digestive system (15%), introduction (13.8%), respiratory system (11.3%), and cardiac system (11.3%). While the current system-based learning objectives covers extensive areas of adult health nursing, the core items are required to be selected based on core competences and core learning objectives to restructure the items of KNNLE. The first revised model is to consolidate and restructure the items microscopically in the subjects of adult health nursing by system. The second proposed model from macroscopic perspective is to build a comprehensive scheme of nursing curriculum by encompassing 8 subjects under current KNNLE and adjust the number of items accordingly. Conclusion: The items of KNNLE need to be gradually redesigned by considering the intervention need at clinical practice and the modified learning objectives of adult health nursing. Based on the job analysis on core competences for newly employed nurses performed by the Korean Accreditation Board of Nursing, it is necessary to establish the core learning objectives of adult health nursing and set up standards for core items in KNNLE.

간호학과 남학생들의 학과 적응 경험 (Adaptation Experiences of Male Students in the Department of Nursing)

  • 본 연구는 간호학과에 재학 중인 남학생들을 대상으로 학과 적응 경험의 구성요소와 도움을 주는 요인을 밝혀냄으로써 지도적 중재에 필요한 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 참여자는 간호학과에 재학 중인 남학생 7명이다. 심층면담을 통하여 수집된 자료는 Giorgi의 현상학적 분석 절차에 따라 분석하였다. 참여자의 학과 적응 경험의 핵심 구성요소는 '미래 진로에 대한 희망과 기대', '현실적 문제에 따른 갈등과 방황', '타협과 마음 다스림', '자기 성장을 위한 노력'으로 축약되었다. 이 구성요소들 간에는 인과적, 촉진적, 순환적 특성을 보여주었고, 학과 적응과정은 시간적 맥락에 따라 구조화 하고 있다. 이들이 원만한 학과 적응을 위해서는 자신의 의지력 강화, 확고한 진로의식 고취, 적응 전략의 채택 등 자신의 내적 통제가 중요하였으며, 가족과 친지, 선배 및 학과 교수의 지지가 학과 적응에 도움이 되는 요인으로 드러났다. 연구 결과를 토대로 제언하면, 간호학과 남학생들의 학과 생활 부적응으로 인한 탈락률을 파악하고 그 요인을 분석하는 후속연구가 필요하다. 또한 이들이 학과 생활 적응에 필요한 다양한 대처방식과 실천적 지지체계의 구축 및 지도 프로그램을 개발하여 적용하는 것이 필요하다.

장애인의 디지털정보화역량, 디지털정보화활용 수준, 일상생활만족도 간 관계: 지각된 사회적 지지망 수준에 따른 다집단 분석 (Relationship between Digital Informatization Capability, Digital Informatization Accessability and Life Satisfaction of Disabled People: Multigroup Analysis of Perceived Social Support Network)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 장애인의 디지털정보화역량, 디지털정보화활용 수준, 일상생활만족도 간 구조적 관계를 탐색하고, 지각된 사회적 지지망 수준에 따라 구조적 관계에 차이가 있는지 확인하는 것이다. 2017년도 디지털정보격차 실태조사의 장애인 표본 데이터의 1,639명이 분석 대상이며, 구조방정식 모형 분석 방법과 다집단 분석 방법을 활용하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 디지털정보화역량은 디지털정보화활용 수준(β=.65), 일상생활만족도(β=.08)에 직접적으로 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 디지털정보화활용 수준 또한 일상생활만족도(β=.44)에 직접적으로 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 장애인의 디지털정보화역량이 디지털정보화활용 수준을 매개로 일상생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 간접효과(β=.29)가 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 확인되었으며, 직접효과보다 간접효과가 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 장애인의 지각된 사회적 지지망 수준에 관계없이 디지털정보화역량, 디지털정보화활용 수준은 일상생활만족도에 유사한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구결과는 장애인의 일상생활만족도를 높이기 위해서는 디지털정보화역량 향상을 위한 교육도 중요하지만, 장애인이 디지털 기기를 활용하여 여가생활, 문화생활, 사회적 상호작용, 사회참여 등이 가능한 접근성과 활용성이 높은 디지털 및 온라인 환경을 조성해 주는 것이 필요함을 시사한다.

집단 변인에 따른 임신 및 수유에 관한 의식 및 영양 교육 요구도 비교 - 임신수유부, 의료전문인, 여대생 집단 비교 - (Perception and Service Needs about Nutrition Education of Pregnant and Lactating - To Compare with Pregnant and Lactating Women, Health Specialist and College Women -)

  • The major purpose of this study was to develop the nutrition education contents and material through the basic data from the service provider and the consumer. And also, to find out the differences of attitude and needs between the service provider (SP breastfeeding specialist), present consumer (PC, pregnant or lactating women) and future consumer (FC, college women). There were types of questionnaires, which consisted of needs and attitudes toward child and maternal nutrition, as well as the personal characteristics of the study subjects. The subjects consisted of 113 breastfeeding specialists who served at medical related institutions, 197 pregnant or lactating women and 309 college women. The self-administered questionnaires from subjects were collected from October to November 2005 in Seoul and Kyunggi Province. The data was analysed by SPSS Win 12.0, ANOVA and Kruskal-Wallis test. The results of this study were as following: 1) The most Important determining factors on breastfeeding was 'medical specialist's support' (3.51) and the next one was 'knowledge of maternity care practice' (3.39). And the importance score of determinating factors on breastfeeding was significantly different between each group (p < 0.001). The groups of consumer (3.50 at PC and 3.59 at FC) considered the service provider (3.32) more important. The service providers considered a more effective determining factor to be 'husband and family support' and 'peer support' than the others (p <0.001). 2) To compare the effective factors of breastfeeding practices between the three groups, the service providers were more significantly considered than the otters such as 'attendance of intervention program' (p < 0.001). But the PC group considered the most effective factors wis 'mother's job after delivery'. 3) The self-evaluated score of the breastfeeding knowledge was the most high in SP; the score was significantly different between groups. The knowledge score of nutritional aspects in human milk was most highly evaluated. But maternity care practice and public acceptance marked the lower evaluation score than other issues. 4) The desirable types of educational material was mass media, and the next was printed matter such as booklets. Two kinds if consumers preferred DVD or VCR tapes than and the service provider group (p < 0.001). 5) The priority contents of nutrition service PC group wanted the information about infant care more than maternal care (p < 0.05), but FC group's priority was significantly different compared with PC group (p < 0.001). The priority of SP group pointed out the information of practical child care methods. The results showed the needs of nutrition service, education channels, and perception toward effective factors on consumer behavior changes were significantly different between each group. Thus the result of this study may suggest that consumer oriented nutrition service programs must be developed.

미적분학의 기본정리에 대한 교사의 Folding Back 사고 모형 제안 (Design of Teacher's Folding Back Model for Fundamental Theorem of Calculus)

  • 본 연구에서는 먼저 수학사에서 미적분학의 기본정리의 발달 과정을 고찰하고 기하적, 대수적, 형식적 관점에서 그 발생과정을 구분하여 배열한 다음, 이를 바탕으로 학생들이 겪을 수 있는 인식론적 장애와 교과서의 관련 내용을 분석하였다. 그리고 미적분학의 기본정리와 관련된 수학사, 학생들의 오류, 교과서 분석 내용을 바탕으로 미적분학의 기본정리를 학생들에게 의미충실하게 지도할 수 있도록 교사의 'folding back 사고 모형'을 개발하였다([그림 V-1] 참조). 'folding back 사고 모형'은 미적분학의 기본정리와 관련된 수학사, 학생들의 오류, 교과서 분석 내용을 바탕으로 교사가 어떤 교수학적 중재를 활용하는지를 결정하는 단계와 미적분학의 기본정리 개념의 역사발생적 배열 및 학생의 개념 이해 수준을 고려하여 재구성한 '발생적 이해 수준에 따른 개념 모형'([그림 V-2])을 중심으로 제작되었다. 'folding back 사고 모형'의 교수학적 중재 단계에서는 교사가 실제 수업을 설계할 때 활용할 수 있는 자기질문 형식의 'folding back 사고의 적용 요령'(<표 V-1>)을 개발하여 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 'folding back 사고 모형'은 Pirie-Kieren(1991)의 이론에서 제시된 folding back 개념을 활용하여 교사가 실제로 수학 수업을 설계할 때 수학사와 학생의 오류를 고려할 수 있도록 개발된 사고 모형이다. 이는 수학 교사의 전문성 신장을 이끌고 학생에게는 교과 내용을 배우면서 사고력을 향상 시킬 수 있는 수업을 제공하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

우리나라 노인의 신체기능 요인과 차별경험의 관련성 연구: 노인실태조사(2014, 2017) 자료 분석 (Relationship between Physical Function Factors and Discrimination Experiences of the Elderly in Korea: The 2014 and 2017 National Survey on Living Conditions and Welfare Needs of Korean Older Persons)

  • Background: Supporting the elderly population is presented as a social issue, and it affects age discrimination, which forms a negative perception and avoids the elderly. Since age discrimination lowers the quality of life of the elderly and hinders social unity, it may be important to research related factors. This study examined the physical function as a factor that influences discrimination experiences and aimed to identify the relationship between physical function factors and discrimination experiences. Methods: In this study, we analyzed 20,225 elderly from the 2014 and 2017 survey of living conditions and welfare needs of Korean older persons, conducted nationwide among older than 65 years. Physical function factors are activities of daily living, instrumental activities of daily living, sight discomfort, hearing discomfort, chewing discomfort, and leg strength as factors of interest. We performed multivariable logistic regression that reflected survey characteristics, adjusting for socio-demographic factors, health related factors, and social-support factors. Results: The number of elderly who faced discrimination experiences was 1,175 (5.8%). The results showed that the odds ratio of facing a discrimination experience in the dependent group was significantly higher compared to the independent group when being transferring out of the room (4.05; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.50-10.88) and difficulty in hearing (1.25; 95% CI, 1.05-1.49). Even with respect to chewing ability, which was significant in models 1 and 2, they face more discrimination experiences (1.30; 95% CI, 1.11-1.53). Conclusion: These research results indicate that an important strategy for preventing age discrimination is to understand the physical function conditions of the elderly and promote the physical functions of the elderly related to transferring, hearing, and chewing; it is necessary to develop a practical intervention plan that considers these aspects.

고온 환경에서 지구성 스포츠의 운동수행력 향상을 위한 냉각요법의 전략 (Cooling Strategy for Improving the Performance of Endurance Sports in Heat)

  • 고온 환경에서 실시하는 운동은 지구성 운동수행력에 부정적인 영향을 미친다는 사실은 잘 알려져 있다. 이러한 관점에서 지구성 선수들의 운동수행력 향상을 위한 운동 전과 운동 중 냉각요법의 다양한 중재방법에 관한 연구들이 제시되고 있지만 스포츠 현장에서 실용적으로 적용시킬 수 있는 구체적인 방안에 관한 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 이 총론은 운동유발성 열 스트레스로부터 회복과 운동수행력 향상을 위해 냉각요법에 적용된 중재방법에 관한 연구들을 분석하여 운동 전과 운동 중 그리고 운동 후에 적용될 수 있는 중재방법들을 논의하였다. 실험실 상황에서 실시된 연구결과들은 대부분 지구성 운동수행력 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 몸통냉각과 목냉각 같은 국부 냉각요법의 중재방법과 맨톨과 얼음슬러리 섭취 등의 중재방법이 스포츠 현장에서 더 실용적인 중재방법으로 적용될 수 있다. 하지만 대부분의 연구들이 실험실 상황에서 이루어졌기 때문에 스포츠 현장에서 실질적인 경기와 훈련 중에 적용할 수 있는 효과적인 중재방법에 대한 연구가 필요한 실정이다.

마인드셋이 객실승무원의 스트레스, 직무성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Mindset on the Cabin Crew's Stress and Job Performance)

  • 본 연구에서는 마인드셋의 긍정적 역할과 객실승무원 스트레스 관리의 필요성을 인식하여 마인드셋이 스트레스, 직무성과에 미치는 영향관계을 분석하고자 하였다. 분석을 위해 K 항공사에 재직 중인 객실승무원을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 총 266부를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 연구의 가설을 검증하기 위해 설문을 바탕으로 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 측정모형분석, 측정모형의 타당도 검증, 구조방정식 모형분석을 하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 마인드셋은 객실승무원의 스트레스 하위요인인 역할 스트레스, 보상 스트레스, 관계스트레스에 모두 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 둘째, 객실승무원의 스트레스가 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 보상 스트레스는 직무성과에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 관계 스트레스는 직무성과에 긍정적인 영향관계를 확인하였으며, 역할 스트레스와의 관계에서는 유의미한 결과를 갖지 못하였다. 셋째, 마인드셋은 직무성과에 유의미한 긍정적 영향관계를 나타냈다. 이러한 연구결과는 마인드셋의 긍정적인 효과를 확인하고 조직성과에 기여함을 나타내는 결과이다. 또한, 항공사 객실승무원의 마인드셋 변화를 위한 프로그램을 마련하고 실전 업무에서 적용될 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다.
