  • 수요자원은 단방향 소통의 수요관리차원에서 활용하는 방법과 수요자원의 효율성 제고와 사업모델 창출적 방법인 양방향 소통의 시장 친화적으로 활용하는 방법으로 구분할 수 있다. 세계적 추세는 수요자원을 전력시장과 통합하는 공급자와 소비자간 양방향 소통의 흐름으로 진행되고 있다. 여기서는 우리나라의 CBP 시장을 고려한 수요자원시장과 전력시장의 통합화를 위한 방안으로 수요자원과 발전자원의 경쟁 방안과 하루전에너지시장, 하루전 예비력시장, 용량시장의 기본 설계 및 운영방향을 제시하였다.

  • In this paper, economic analysis of Energy Storage System for power system is performed. Economic analysis is performed to show the benefits of Energy Storage System. Results illustrate the advantages of Energy Storage System not only acting as an alternative generation resource but also giving a better reliability and stability in power system.

  • This paper will be introduce a new paradigm and prospects for energy supply system in near future which produces electric and district heat cogeneration with dispersed power grid with small nuclear power units. Recently, in nuclear field, a lot of effort has been done in nuclear major countries to develop small and medium reactor for enhancement of nuclear peaceful use as like in district heating, electric power generation, seawater desalination or hydrogen generation. This paper presents a new way and prospects for power source in distribution system by using the distributed & remote cogeneration system using small reactor.

  • This paper proposes a new heuristic algorithm of a low power hardware allocation for Design Automation. The proposed algorithm works on scheduled input graph and allocates functional units, interconnections and registers by considering interdependency between operations and storage elements in each control step, in order to share registers and interconnections connected to functional units, as much as possible. The low power factor of the capacitance is reduced during the allocation. As the resource number reduce maximal . This paper shows the effectiveness of the algorithm by comparing experiments of existing system of the non low power.

  • 우리나라의 가장 큰 섬인 제주도는 육지계통과 연결된 직류연계선 및 제주도내 발전기를 이용하여 전력을 공급받고 있다. 정부와 우리 한전은 제주도의 지속적인 전력수요 증가에 능동적으로 대처하고 안정적 전력공급을 위해 2011년 제주 추가 직류연계선과 2013년 LNG 발전소 건설을 제3차 전력수급기본계획에 반영 추진중이다. 이 논문은 제주 추가 직류연계선 및 LNG 발전소 건설 타당성, 사업여건의 변동에 따라 제주도의 전력공급신뢰도와 발전원 MIX 전망을 검토하였다.

  • 기후변화에 대응하기 위한 친환경 전기차의 확산이 전 세계적으로 가속화되고 있는 추세이다. 우리나라는 전기차 20년까지 20만대를 보급할 계획이다. 한전은 이러한 정부 정책에 앞장서기 위해 전기차 충전인프라 확산 비즈모델을 개발하고, 전국 단위의 구축을 계획하고 있다. 전국에 충전인프라를 확산하기 위해 민간참여형 충전서비스 사업을 추진할 예정이며, 한전 자체적으로 전국에 Star-Network 형태로 전기차 충전망을 구축하여 사내 업무용과 일반인들도 쉽게 이용할 수 있도록 할 것이다. 또한 태양광 등 신재생을 이용한 전기차 충전으로 주행하도록 함으로써 온실가스를 제로화시키고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 전국 단위에 전기차 충전망을 구축하기 위한 방안을 제시하고 전기차 활성화에 기여하고자 한다.

Optimal Duplex Selection for Decode and Forward Relay Systems with Power Allocation

  • In decode and forward relay systems, choosing the duplex mode is an important factor to the performance. To satisfy the performance requirement, self-interference must be mitigated for the full-duplex relay (FDR), and the resource efficiency must be increased for the half-duplex ratio (HDR). Therefore, if a wise scheme to consider these two factors exists, decode and forward relay systems are used more effectively. This study proposes a new duplex selection scheme for decode and forward relay systems. The proposed duplex selection scheme chooses the better duplex mode according to the channel statistical conditions with optimal power allocation. The simulation results show that the proposed duplex scheme with optimal power allocation has lower outage probability than the FDR and the HDR.

Cross-Layer Resource Allocation in Multi-interface Multi-channel Wireless Multi-hop Networks

  • In this paper, an analytical framework is proposed for the optimization of network performance through joint congestion control, channel allocation, rate allocation, power control, scheduling, and routing with the consideration of fairness in multi-channel wireless multihop networks. More specifically, the framework models the network by a generalized network utility maximization (NUM) problem under an elastic link data rate and power constraints. Using the dual decomposition technique, the NUM problem is decomposed into four subproblems - flow control; next-hop routing; rate allocation and scheduling; power control; and channel allocation - and finally solved by a low-complexity distributed method. Simulation results show that the proposed distributed algorithm significantly improves the network throughput and energy efficiency compared with previous algorithms.

  • The trends of economic business environment have been changed to the ultimate competion, diverse market and need of new technology. To enforce the international competitive power, continuous technology innovation should be propelled. But the characteristics of small and medium company make it hard to get lead of market share. The industry of transportation and stevedoring machinery also have the same situation as small and medium company. This paper try to present the way of competitive power. The Strategic technology innovation for the industry of transportation and stevedoring machinery consists of product strategy, process design strategy, infra-structure strategy and R&D. There are benefits and shortcommings to get the competitive power for the industry of transportation and stevedoring machinery. Therefore the onclusion presented that capital for reverse engineering, export policy, human resource, thechnical cooperation with the institutions are required.
