Gompertz 곡선을 이용한 비선형 일사량-태양광 발전량 회귀 모델 (Non-linear Regression Model Between Solar Irradiation and PV Power Generation by Using Gompertz Curve)

  • With the opening of the small power brokerage business market in December 2018, the small power trading market has started in Korea. Operators must submit the day-ahead estimates of power output and receive incentives based on its accuracy. Therefore, the accuracy of power generation forecasts is directly affects profits of the operators. The forecasting process for power generation can be divided into two procedure. The first is to forecast solar irradiation and the second is to transform forecasted solar irradiation into power generation. There are two methods for transformation. One is to simulate with physical model, and another is to use regression model. In this study, we found the best-fit regression model by analyzing hourly data of PV output and solar irradiation data during three years for 242 PV plants in Korea. The best model was not a linear model, but a sigmoidal model and specifically a Gompertz model. The combined linear regression and Gompertz curve was proposed because a the curve has non-zero y-intercept. As the result, R2 and RMSE between observed data and the curve was significantly reduced.

  • Gear is general mechanical elements that used for power transmission between two shafts that interval is comparatively short. and it delivers big power as accurate ratio of speed. The profile of Spur gear which is the most basic factor is divided into Trochoidal fillet curve and Involute curve. Involute curve is used a lot of a shaped curve of machine parts such as a gear, a scroll compressor and a collar of centrifugal pump. However, It is poor to study the modeling of Trochoidal fillet curve and the three dimensions model shaped mathematical curve. This paper describes a mathematical model of profile shifted involute gear. and this model is based on Camus's theory. We draw three dimensions gear have accurate mathematical function using ADS, VisualLISP. and To check accuracy and perfection, we make a program of checking Interference. and use for this study.

라오스 남능강 유역 다중 저수지 시스템의 최적 수력발전 운영규정 곡선 개발 (Development of Multi-Reservoir System Operation Rule Curves for Hydropower Maximization in the Nam Ngum River Basin of Lao PDR)

  • 라오스 정부는 증가할 것으로 예상되는 전기 수요량을 충족하기 위해, 남능강 유역 내에 기존 8개소의 발전소 외에도 발전소 댐을 지속적으로 개발하고 있거나 기존 발전소의 발전 설비용량을 증설하고 있다. 이에 따라 라오스 정부는 발전소를 효율적으로 운영하기 위해 기존 저수지 운영규정 곡선(reservoir operation rule curve)을 갱신할 필요성을 제기하였다. 본 연구는 이를 위해 범용적인 동적 계획법(Dynamic Programming:DP) 프로그램인 CSUDP를 활용하여 발전소에서 생산되는 연간 발전량을 극대화하기 위해 현재의 단독 운영체계 외에 연계 운영체계도 검토하였다. 이의 결과로부터 적절한 운영규정 곡선 형태(URC/LRC, MRC)를 추출하였고, 이를 HEC-ResSim 프로그램의 저수지 운영 세트의 운영기초 자료로 입력하여 연간 발전량을 모의하였다. 모의된 연간 발전량과 기존의 운영규정 곡선, 운영실적, 그리고 현장 운영자의 의견 등을 종합하여, 대상 발전소의 연간 발전량을 최대화하는 최적의 저수지 운영규정 곡선(reservoir operation rule curve)을 개발하였다. 이 경우, 저수지를 연계하여 운영하는 체계가 저수지 단독의 운영체계보다 연계에 따른 시너지 효과로 약 2.5 %의 발전량을 더 생산하는 것으로 모의 되었다.

  • 통계적분석에서 가장 대표적인 가정이 정규성 가정이므로 데이터의 정규성 검정은 매우 중요하다. 이 논문에서는 정규성 검정을 위해 경제학에서 소득분배의 불균형에 관한 척도로 널리 이용되는 Lorenz curve를 변형한 새로운 플롯과 검정통계량을 제시한다. 그리고 제한한 검정을 W검정 (Shapiro and Wilk (1965)), Lorenz curve를 이용한 TL검정(Kang and Cho (1999))과 몬테칼로 방법을 이용하여 검정력을 비교한다. 제안된 검정이 특별한 대립분포의 경우를 제외하고는 대부분 검정력이 높았다.

  • This paper describes the optimization problem of real power rescheduling and present an algorithm based linear programming for studying the load-shedding and generation reallocation problem when a portion of the transmission system is disabled and at power flow solution cannot be obtained for the overload of some lines. And in case initial is infeasible, solution could not be converge. So this paper gives an algorithm being lie infeasible quantities within limit. The paper describes a LP-based algorithm to obtain the solution in power dispatch related to overload situations in power system and it is easily extened under various objective. The optimization procedures is based in linear programming with bounded variables and use the multi-segment curve method for a objective function and the validity of the algorithm is verified with two examples : 10-bus system and 57-bus system.

  • 일반적인 FOCV MPPT는 VOC와 VMPP와의 관계인 ${\alpha}$를 외부에서 지정해준다. 하지만 외부환경 (조도나 온도)에 따라서 태양전지의 ${\alpha}$값이 변화할 가능성이 있다. 본 논문에서는 저전력 IoT 센서의 구동을 위한 태양열 에너지 하베스팅을 위해 IV Curve를 이용한 태양전지 전력 계싼회로를 제안한다. IV Curve를 이용한 태양전지 전력을 직접 계산하여 FOCV MPPT를 개선함으로써 보다 높은 효율의 MPPT가 가능하고 외부환경의 변화에도 충분히 Maximum Power Point Tracking이 가능해지게 된다.

Improved Global Maximum Power Point Tracking Method Based on Voltage Interval for PV Array under Partially Shaded Conditions

  • The power-voltage (P-V) curve of photovoltaic (PV) arrays connected in parallel to bypass diodes would have several local maximum power points (LMPP) under partial shading conditions (PSC). Conventional maximum power point tracking (MPPT) methods fail to search for the global maximum power point (MPP) because the searched peak point may remain at the LMPP on the P-V curve under PSC. This study proposes an improved MPPT algorithm to ensure that PV arrays operate at global maximum power point (GMPP) under PSC. The proposed algorithm is based on a critical study and a series of observations of PV characteristics under PSC. Results show the regularity of voltage interval between LMPPs. The algorithm has the advantages of rapidly reaching GMPP, maintaining stability, and recovering GMPP quickly when the operating condition changes. Simulation and experimental results demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed algorithm.

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the validity examination of the J-R curve characteristics for the nuclear reactor pressure vessel steels and Al alloys by the load ratio analysis. The results of the load ratio analysis are compared with those of the J-R curve which are obtained by the ASTM unloading compliance method. The crack length calculated by the load ratio analysis is agree well with the measured final crack length. The slope of the exponential J-R curve estimated by the load ratio analysis is slightly smaller than that by the ASTM unloading compliance method. The J-R curve obtained by the ASTM unloading compliance method is over-predicted and should be offsetted due to the initial negative crack. On the other hand, the load ratio analysis method can evaluate the J-R curve by only load-displacement curve without particular crack measurement equipment.

A Fast Contingency Screening Algorithm for On-line Transient Security Assessment Based on Stability Index

  • This paper describes a new ultra-fast contingency screening algorithm for on-line TSA without time simulation. All machines are represented in a classical model and the stability index is defined as the ratio between acceleration power during a fault and deceleration power after clearing the fault. Critical clustering of machines is done based on the stability index, and the power-angle curve of the critical machines is drawn assuming that the angles of the critical machines increase uniformly, while those of the non-critical ones remain constant. Finally, the critical clearing time (CCT) is computed using the power-angle curve. The proposed algorithm is tested on the KEPCO system comprised of 900-bus and 230-machines. The CCT values computed with the screening algorithm are in good agreement with those computed using the detailed model and the SIME method. The computation time for screening about 270 contingencies is 17 seconds with 1.2 GHz PC.

ON TRANSLATION LENGTHS OF PSEUDO-ANOSOV MAPS ON THE CURVE GRAPH

  • We show that a pseudo-Anosov map constructed as a product of the large power of Dehn twists of two filling curves always has a geodesic axis on the curve graph of the surface. We also obtain estimates of the stable translation length of a pseudo-Anosov map, when two filling curves are replaced by multicurves. Three main applications of our theorem are the following: (a) determining which word realizes the minimal translation length on the curve graph within a specific class of words, (b) giving a new class of pseudo-Anosov maps optimizing the ratio of stable translation lengths on the curve graph to that on Teichmüller space, (c) giving a partial answer of how much power is needed for Dehn twists to generate right-angled Artin subgroup of the mapping class group.
