Power control of CiADS core with the intensity of the proton beam

  • This paper reports the control method for the core power of the China initiative Accelerator Driven System (CiADS) facility. In the CiADS facility, an intense external neutron source provided by a proton accelerator coupled to a spallation target is used to drive a sub-critical reactor. Without any control rod inside the sub-critical reactor, the core power is controlled by adjusting the proton beam intensity. In order to continuously change the beam intensity, an adjustable aperture is considered to be used at the Low Energy Beam Transport (LEBT) line of the accelerator. The aperture size is adjusted based on the Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) controllers, by comparing either the setting beam intensity or the setting core power with the measured value. To evaluate the proposed control method, a CiADS core model is built based on the point reactor kinetics model with six delayed neutron groups. The simulations based on the CiADS core model have indicated that the core power can be controlled stably by adjusting the aperture size. The response time in the adjustment of the core power depends mainly on the adjustment time of the beam intensity.

배터리 잔량과 태스크에 따른 저전력 알고리즘 연구 (A Study on Low Power Algorithm for Battery residual capacity and a Task)

  • In this paper, we proposed low power algorithm for battery residual capacity and a task. Algorithm the mobile devices power of the battery residual capacity for the task to perform power consumption to reduce the frequency alters. Task is different in power consumption according to kinds of in time accomplishment device to use. Adjustment of power consumption analyzes kinds of given tasks from having the minimum power consumption task to having the maximum power consumption task. Control frequency so that power consumption waste to be exposed to battery residual capacity can be happened according to the results analyzed. Experiment the frequency by adjusting power consumption a method to reduce using [7] and in the same environment power of the battery residual capacity consider the task to perform frequency were controlled. Efficiency was proved compare with the experiment results [7]. The experiments results show increment in the number of processing by 45.46% comparing with that [7] algorithm.

Energy-efficient Relay MAC with Dynamic Power Control in Wireless Body Area Networks

  • Wireless body area network (WBAN) is an emerging short-range wireless communication network with sensor nodes located on, in or around the human body for healthcare, entertainment and ubiquitous computing. In WBANs, energy is severely constrained which is the prime consideration in the medium access control (MAC) protocol design. In this paper, we propose a novel MAC protocol named Energy-efficient Relay MAC with dynamic Power Control (ERPC-MAC) to save energy consumption. Without relying on the additional devices, ERPC-MAC employs relaying nodes to provide relay service for nodes which consume energy fast. Accordingly the superframe adjustment is performed and then the network topology can be smoothly switched from single-hop to multi-hop. Moreover, for further energy saving and reliability improvement, the dynamic power control is introduced to adjust the power level whenever a node transmits its packets to the coordinator or the relaying node. To the best of the authors' knowledge, this is the first effort to integrate relay, topology adjustment and power control to improve the network performance in a WBAN. Comprehensive simulations are conducted to evaluate the performance. The results show that the ERPC-MAC is more superior to the existing standard and significantly prolongs the network lifetime.

의료보험 수가수준의 조정을 위한 의료보험경제지수 (Medical Insurance Economic Index: MIEI)의 개발 (The Development of the Korean Medical Insurance Economic Index(MIEI))

  • The current method of rate adjustment for inflation is based on the evaluation of the financial performance of hospitals. The method has the disadvantage such as too complicated, expensive process as well as low reliability. This study, therefore, develops the 'Korean Medical Insurance Economic Index(MIEI)' as a new model for the rate adjustment with the use of the macro economic indices. In addition, we calculate the 1992∼1998 rate adjustment with the MIEI, and examines the validity of the MIEI by comparing with the conventional method. Medical costs are classified into nine categories : physician salaries, nurse·pharmacist·medical technician salaries, assistants & others salaries, material cost(by imports), material cost(by domestics), depreciation & rent paid(by imports), depreciation & rent paid(by domestics), power utilities, other administrative costs. Then the category weight which is the ratio of category in the total cost is calculated. Macro economic indices are selected for each cost category in order to reflect the concept of the each cost category and inflation during the year of 1992∼1998. Finally MIEI which integrate all category according to the category weight and selected macro indices is calculated. The mean of hospital MIEI which weighting by amount paid by insurers was cacluated. The result from the application of empirical data to the MIEI model is very similar to that of the current method. Furthermore, this method is very simple and also easy to get social consensus. This MIEI model can be replaced the current method based on the analysis of the financial performance for the adjustment of medical fees.

중년기 부부갈등이 부부적응에 미치는 영향 -긍정감정과 성역할태도의 매개효과- (Effects of Middle-aged Marital Conflicts on Dyadic Adjustment -Mediating Effects of Positive Emotion and Sex-role Attitude-)

  • 본 연구는 중년기 성인을 대상으로 부부갈등이 부부 적응에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 부부갈등과 부부적응의 관계에서 긍정감정 및 성역할태도의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 구조방정식 모델을 적용하여 분석하였다. 연구 참여자는 총 270명의 중년기 기혼 남녀이며 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였으며 2012년 4월 12일에서 6월 24일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과, 부부갈등은 부부 적응에 유의한 직접적인 영향력을 가졌고 긍정감정은 부부갈등과 부부 적응 간의 관계에서 유의한 부분매개효과를 보였으나 성역할태도는 부부갈등과 부부 적응간의 관계에서 매개관계가 성립되지 않았다. 수정모형의 적합도 지수들은 양호하게 나타났으며( ${\chi}^2$=38.90 표준${\chi}^2$=1.77(CMIN/df), GFI=.97, AGFI=.94, NFI=.98, SRMR=.02, CFI=.99, RMSEA=.05) 부부 적응에 대한 모형의 설명력은 88.9%였다. 이러한 결과는 부부갈등과 긍정감정을 변화시킴으로서 중년기의 부부 적응을 증진시킬 수 있음을 의미한다. 본 연구결과는 효율적인 부부교육 프로그램 개발 및 부부관계증진 전략 개발에 기여할 것이다.

가정폭력 피해여성의 애착손상 및 상태-특성 불안이 부부 적응에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Attachment Injury and State-Trait Anxiety on the Marital Adjustment of Battered Women)

  • 본 연구는 가정폭력 피해여성을 대상으로 한 부부 적응 프로그램 개발을 위하여 가정폭력 피해여성의 애착손상 및 상태-특성불안이 부부 적응에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위하여 실시되었다. 연구대상자는 총220명의 가정폭력 피해여성이었으며 구조화된 자가 보고식 설문지를 이용하여 2014년 3월 20일부터 5월 6일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 자료 수집은 5개의 가정폭력 피해여성 거주 쉼터, 7개의 상담센터, 3개의 종교 관련 기관으로 총 15개의 기관에서 실시되었다. 자료 분석은 SPSS win 18.0 프로그램으로 기술적 통계, ANOVA test, Scheffe's test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, 다중회귀분석으로 실시하였다. 연구결과 애착손상, 상태불안, 특성불안은 부부 적응과 유의한 부적 상관관계를 보였다. 다중회귀 분석결과 결혼상태, 자녀수, 폭력기간, 애착손상, 상태불안, 특성불안이 부부 적응을 설명하는 유의한 변인으로 나타났으며 이들 변인들의 부부 적응에 대한 설명력은 60.0%였다. 이러한 결과는 가정폭력 피해여성의 애착손상 및 상태-특성 불안을 감소시키고 부부 적응을 증진시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발의 기초자료로 활용될 것이다.

Enhanced Markov-Difference Based Power Consumption Prediction for Smart Grids

  • Power prediction is critical to improve power efficiency in Smart Grids. Markov chain provides a useful tool for power prediction. With careful investigation of practical power datasets, we find an interesting phenomenon that the stochastic property of practical power datasets does not follow the Markov features. This mismatch affects the prediction accuracy if directly using Markov prediction methods. In this paper, we innovatively propose a spatial transform based data processing to alleviate this inconsistency. Furthermore, we propose an enhanced power prediction method, named by Spatial Mapping Markov-Difference (SMMD), to guarantee the prediction accuracy. In particular, SMMD adopts a second prediction adjustment based on the differential data to reduce the stochastic error. Experimental results validate that the proposed SMMD achieves an improvement in terms of the prediction accuracy with respect to state-of-the-art solutions.

간호 대학생의 셀프리더십, 감성지능, 학업적 자기효능감이 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Self-Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, and Academic Self-Efficacy on Adjustment to College Life of Nursing College Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호 대학생의 셀프리더십, 감성지능, 학업적 자기효능감이 대학생활 적응에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 실시하였다. 연구대상자는 일부 C시 지역 간호 대학생을 대상으로 하였고, 분석대상은 207명 이었다. 자료는 기술적 통계, t-tset, ANOVA, pearson correlation과 stepwise multiple regression으로 분석 하였다. 그 결과 대학생활 적응에 영향을 미치는 요인은 셀프리더십, 감성지능, 학업적 자기효능감이 대학생활 적응에 유의한 영향을 미치며 설명력은 26.2%이었다. 일반적 특성에 따른 대학생활 적응 관련성에서는 셀프리더십은 학년과 성적에서 차이가 있었으며, 감성지능은 학년과 인터넷사용시간, 학업적 자기효능감은 인터넷사용시간에서 차이가 있었고, 대학생활 적응에서는 학년에서 차이를 보였다. 대학생활적응과의 상관관계에서는 셀프리더십, 감성지능은 높은 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 결론적으로, 간호 대학생의 대학생활 적응에 셀프리더십, 감성지능이 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 간호 대학생의 대학생활적응을 위해서는 스스로에게 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 지속적인 과정인 셀프리더십과 감성지능을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발을 강화하는 것이 필요하다고 하겠다.

  • The ESS(Energy Storage System) connected with distributed generation is drawing attention due to improving the quality load leveling, peak shaving for enhancing reliability of the power grid. The grid-connected inverter makes frequency adjustment to the active power's charge discharge according to the load variation. In addition, the inverter is possible to act as a reactive power compensation device to eliminate harmonic operates as power factor change inhibiting, anti-transient voltage fluctuation, active filter. In this paper, we propose a design method of igbt stack considering the reactive power supply capacity to improve the quality and reliability of the inverter. Moreover, the grid-connected inverter considering the four-quadrant rated operation designed stack and verified the feasibility of the design through a thermal analysis.

전압.무효전력제어에 있어서의 최적운전 목표상태의 간략결정법 (A simplified method for the determination of the optimal operating patterns in system voltage-reactive power control)

  • The past several years have strongly anticipated the advent of a more integrated system control combining active power and voltage-reactive power controls. This paper presents a new approach to the intergrated system control with primary emphasis on the development of a new control method which combines the conventional economical load dispatching(ELD) and voltage-reactive power controls. The control method, in its fundamental principle, first determines the optimal active power allocation in accordance with the conventional ELD controller. By a proper manipulation of the remaining reactive power sources in the system, the control method then reduces the transmission losses of the system by the adjustment of system voltage distribution and also by the proper allotment of reactive power flows.
