PSTN/전용선을 이용한 ATM 통신방식의 전자지불 시스템 설계연구 (A Study of design Asyn communication eletronic cash system using PSTN / leased line)

  • The increase of vehicles stagnations leads to the increasing attention to the way customers pay and a large number of projects on electronic cash system. Tranport system is comprised of a number of advanced technologies, including information processing, communications, control, and electronics. Recently many research on a system which provides contact in order to protect driver's vehicle passage have been carried out. And some potential problems from that system are being reviewed by electronic cash system. In this papers, we suggest RF protocol developing technology using the concept of electronic cash. ATM electronic cash developing is consist of component of pre-developed coin throw, integration of component using its, and production of more requirement-satisfactory ITS solution. Result increase 15$\sim$40% pre-type vehicles stagnations. Especially, we expect this proposed concept would be well adapted to our national environments.

  • Next-generation wide-bandgap semiconductors such as SiC, GaN, and Ga2O3 are being considered as potential replacements for current silicon-based power devices due to their high mobility, larger size, and production of high-quality wafers at a moderate cost. In this study, we investigate the gradual modulation of chemical composition in multi-stacked metal oxide semiconductor thin films to enhance the performance and bias stability of thin-film transistors (TFTs). It demonstrates that adjusting the Ga ratio in the indium gallium oxide (IGO) semiconductor allows for precise control over the threshold voltage and enhances device stability. Moreover, employing multiple deposition techniques addresses the inherent limitations of solution-processed amorphous oxide semiconductor TFTs by mitigating porosity induced by solvent evaporation. It is anticipated that solution-processed indium gallium oxide (IGO) semiconductors, with a Ga ratio exceeding 50%, can be utilized in the production of oxide semiconductors with wide band gaps. These materials hold promise for power electronic applications necessitating high voltage and current capabilities.

  • Suspension insulator have made use of porcelain insulator mainly, but polymer insulator is using recently. Polymer suspension insulator have advantage that it is light than porcelain insulator. The ageing performance is excellent and it is possible for mass production. There is high possibility of mountain fire because a lot of potential inflammables such as fallen leaves are stacked on the ground Therefore surface aging of polymer insulator most of the overhead transmission lines in Korea are operated on the mountain need analysis of transmission line into forest fire. surface aging property is analyzed by SEM, EDX, XPS, FTIR, DSC in this paper.

Cell Fabrication and Performances of SOFC prepared by DBM and SPM

  • The research and development for the solid oxide fuel cell have been promoted rapidly and extensively in recent years, because of their high efficiency and future potential. Therefore this paper describes the manufacturing method and characteristics of anode electrode for solid oxide fuel cell, by the way, Ni-YSZ materials are used as anode of solid oxide fuel cell widely. In order to reduce production costs, we have fabricated single solid oxide fuel cell by doctor blade and screen printing method. Disk-type planar solid oxide fuel cell with an effective electrode area of about $7cm^2$ were fabricated and run for 500 h to investigate cell performance. The current density at a voltage of 0.7 V was $850mA/cm^2$.

  • Photoelectrochemical cell (PEC) is one of the attractive ways to produce clean and renewable energy. However, solar to hydrogen production via PEC system generally requires high external bias, because of material's innate electronic band potential relative to hydrogen reduction potential and/or charge separation issue. For spontaneous photo-water splitting, here, we design dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) and their monolithic tandem cell incorporated with a $BiVO_4$ photoanode. $BiVO_4$ has high conduction band edge potential and suitable band gap (2.4eV) to absorb visible light. To achieve efficient $BiVO_4$ photoanode system, electron and hole mobility should be improved, and we demonstrate a tandem cell in which $BiVO_4/WO_3$ film is connected to cobalt complex based DSSC.

  • Low-temperature polysilicon (LTPS) technology has continued to mature with the passing of each year since LTPS mass production began. The integration of complex circuits has become possible with advances in microprocessing, leading to the realization of panels with highly advanced functions. At the same time, efforts have been made to meet market demands for lower costs, thereby boosting competitive strength. Today, LTPS-TFT LCDs have become standard equipment for the monitors of digital still cameras, and inroads are being made into the massive cellular phone market. Micro displays such as electronic viewfinders, which were previously only possible with high-temperature polysilicon technology, can now also be made with LTPS, thus expanding the scope of the technology. AMOLED displays using the LTPS-TFT as a back plane are also approaching the stage of industrialization. The hidden potential for the OLED to replace the familiar LCD has prompted Widespread anticipation for this emerging technology. This paper reflects on the history of LTPS technology, then looks forward to its future prospects and suggests a variety of potential fields of application.

  • A Study on the application of ultrasonic with high frequency is carried out as a plan to rise the efficiency of the hydrogen fuel production in an electrolysis of water. KOH is selected as an electrolyte and concentrations are 0 %, 10 %, 20 %, and 30%. The solvent is city water. A measurable device of buoyancy by an electronic balance and a measurable device of voltage with a sensor of pressure are planned newly as a measuring device to measure the quantity of hydrogen production. An ultrasonic transducer with high frequency of 2 MHz is selected to give them the ultrasonic forcing. In results, it is clarified that ultrasonic influences the decrease of overpotential in the electrolytic solution. And basic data according to the pole interval and the temperature are obtained.

사회적 네트워크 분석을 이용한 전자산업 클러스터 연구 (A Study On the Clusters In the Electronic Industry Using Social Network Analysis)

  • 본 연구는 한국기업정보(주)에서 제공받은 2015년도의 5만 여개의 최신 기업정보를 활용하여 전자업체를 중심으로 거래 네트워크를 생성하여, 사회네트워크 분석을 포함한 새로운 분석을 시도하였다. 그 결과 97개의 10개 이상 기업으로 이루어진 클러스터들이 발견되었고, 전자산업 매출의 90% 이상을 차지하는 13개의 클러스터들을 주목하게 되었다. 사회네트워크 분석에서의 클러스터들은 소속 기업들이 해당 클러스터 안에서 거래를 완결하는 특성을 가지고 있다. 13개 클러스터들을 보면, 매출액이 많은 상위 5개 클러스터에 전자매출의 83%가 집중되어 있으며, 일부 예외를 제외하고는 각각의 클러스터들은 특정업체가 매출의 대부분을 차지한다. 그렇지만 이들 이외에도 후방생산연관효과가 특별히 높은 업체들도 발견하였으며, 중소기업에 미치는 영향력이 특히 큰 전자 업체들도 눈에 뜨인다. 후방생산연관효과가 높은 업체들은 성장 정책적인 측면에서, 그리고 중소기업에 영향력을 많이 미치는 전자업체들은 중소기업 육성 정책적인 측면에서 중시되어야 할 것이다. 그리고 작은 클러스터들의 합인 마지막 기업군은 매출 대비 고용이 매우 높은 특성을 지닌다는 사실도 발견하였다. 이 기업군에 높은 생산연관효과를 보이는 기업군과 전자업체들이 발견되었으며, 이들은 고용정책적 측면에서 중시될 필요가 있다. 거래를 중계하는 네트워크 특성인 사이중심성이 매출과 비례하지 않게 특별히 높은 클러스터들도 발견하였다. 사이 중심성이 높은 이들 클러스터들은 기술 발전의 가능성이 큰 기업 그룹들이기에 주목할 필요가 있다.

디지털위성중계기용 전원공급기 설계 및 구현에 대한 연구 (The Study on the Implementation and Design of Power Supply Unit of Digital Communication Satellite)

  • 본 연구는 디지털위성중계기용 전원공급기의 설계 및 구현에 대해 기술하였다. 위성버스의 PLDIU(: Payload Distribution and Interface Unit)와 전원공급기의 인터페이스를 제시하였고, 우주환경에 대한 WCA(: Worst Case Analysis)를 통하여 ESD(: Electro Static Discharge) 등의 발생에 대한 회로 오동작 가능성을 최소화 시켰다. 발사환경 시 발생하는 진동 및 우주 방사능에 의한 TID(: Total Ionizing Dose)에 대한 시뮬레이션을 통해 신뢰성 있는 전원공급기를 설계하였으며, 제작 후 우주환경시험을 통하여 기능 및 성능에 문제없음을 확인하였다.

  • 본 연구는 디지털위성중계기용 SHF 대역 저잡음증폭장치의 설계 및 구현에 대해 기술하였다. 잡음지수 최소화를 위하여 저잡음 증폭소자인 HEMT(: High Electron Mobility Transistor)소자를 적용하였고, 우주환경에 대한 사전 시뮬레이션 분석을 통하여 장비 오동작 가능성을 최소화 시켰다. 발사환경 시 발생하는 진동 및 우주방사능에 의한 TID(: Total Ionizing Dose)에 대한 시뮬레이션을 통해 신뢰성 있는 저잡음증폭장치를 설계하였으며, 제작 후 주요 성능지표에 대해 만족여부 확인 및 사전 성능 시뮬레이션 결과와 비교하였다.
