In this paper, We presents the actual condition of domestic 170kv GIS(Gas Insulated Swichgear)- Electrical Facilities of Private Use be examined by post. We are able to confirm the distribution characteristic analysis of GIS failure- type of industry, occurrence frequency, part and counter plan research for failure preventing.

To carry out systematic groundwater assessment, exploration and management and to use these for protection of optimal groundwater yield, a data analysis and management system is required. Thus, the object of this research was to develop and apply software that integrates GIS and groundwater modeling: GISGAM (GIS for groundwater analysis and management system). The GIS program ArcView and the groundwater-modeling program MODFLOW were used for the GISGAM. The program components consist of a pre-processor, a processor, and a post-processor for groundwater modeling. In addition, GIS functions such as input, manipulation, analysis and output of data were embedded into the program. In applying the program to pilot area, topography, geology, soil, land use and well databases, and a groundwater flow model were constructed for the study area. This case study revealed the advantage and convenience of groundwater modeling using GIS capabilities. By integrating GIS and the groundwater model, the impact of changing values of hydrogeological constants on model results could be more easily evaluated.

In recent, interests regarding open source software for geo-spatial processing are increasing. Open source remote sensing (OSRS) is regarded as one of the progressing and advanced fields in remote sensing. Nevertheless, analyses or application cases regarding OSRS are not enough for general uses or references. In this study, three kinds of OSRS software in consideration of international popularity, types of functionalities, and development environments are taken into account: OSSIM, Opticks, and ORFEO Toolbox (OTB). First, functional comparison with respect to these is carried out on the level of the preliminary survey. According to this investigation, OTB is chosen as the most applicable OSRS software in this study. Running on OTB, NIX format importing module and database connecting module are implemented for widely general uses and further application. As for an example case, airborne image of NIX format is used to region growing segmentation algorithm in OTB, and then the results are stored and retrieved in PostGIS database to test implemented modules. Conclusively, local customization and algorithm development using OSRS software are necessary to build on-demand applications from the developers' viewpoint.

본 논문은 1994 Northridge 지진에 의해 발생된 주거건물손상에 관하여 건물 교체시의 가격에 대한 상대적 수리비용의 개념으로 GIS기반의 손상평가에 관하여 기술하였다. 빌딩손상은 164개의 서로 다른 지역에서 얻어진 지진기록으로부터 유도된 지진매개변수와 빌딩위치 및 안전조사보고서를 바탕으로 평가하였다. 본 논문은 가장 심한 건물피해를 받은 위치를 규명하는 인식 알고리즘이 GIS를 통하여 개발되었다. 이러한 알고리즘은 지진 후 신속한 응급조치와 위성으로부터 얻어진 데이터를 짧은 시간에 분석할 수 있는 프레임을 제공한다.

A geographical resource analysis support system (GRASS) was incorporated to an input and output processor for the agricultural nonpoint source pollution (AGNPS) model. The resulting interface system, GIS-AGNPS was a user-friendly, menu-driven system. GIS-AGNPS was developed to automatically process the input and output data from GIS-based data using GRASS and Motif routines. GIS-AGNPS was consisted of GISAGIN which was an input processor for the AGNPS model, GISAGOUT a output processor for the AGNPS and management submodel. The system defines an input data set for AGNPS from attributes of basic and thematic maps. It also provides with editing modes so that users can adjust and detail the values for selected input parameters, if needed. The post-processor at the system displays graphically the outputs from AGNPS, which may he used to identify areas significantly contributing nonpoint source pollution loads.

최근 모바일 장비 및 시스템의 발달로 위치정보와 이동 객체에 관련된 많은 서비스들이 연구되고 있다. 궤적은 이동 객체가 시간에 따라 변하는 위치정보들의 모음이다. 기존의 데이터베이스 시스템에서는 이동 객체 데이터 타입을 지원하지 않는다. 이 논문에서는 공간 데이터베이스로 많이 활용되고 있는 PostgreSQL/PostGIS 상에서 궤적 데이터의 연산 및 질의 처리가 가능한 확장형 모듈로써 PostTrajectory를 제안하고 있다. 또한, 궤적 데이터에 대한 다양한 질의 요구 조건들을 충족시킬 수 있는 함수들을 구현하여 궤적 데이터의 효율적인 질의 처리를 가능하게 하였다.

170kV GIS(Gas Insulated Switchgear) is widely used in large industrial factory-electrical facilities of private use because has many benefits. But Other equipments's failures are occurred by GIS failures and give rise economic problems to user. Therefore we will examine the actual condition of the 170kV GIS-electrical facilities of private use and are able to confirm the distribution characteristic analysis of disconnecting switchgear. In this paper, we presents the actual condition investigation of the disconnecting switchgear of 170kV GIS-electrical facilities of private use by post - failure pattern, inspection method, test equipments and so forth.

The objectives of the paper are to evaluate cell based pollutant loadings for different storm events, to monitor the hydrology and water quality of the Baran HP#6 watershed, and to validate AGNPS with the field data. Simplification was made to AGNPS in estimating storm erosivity factors from a triangular rainfall distribution. GIS-AGNPS interface model consists of three subsystems; the input data processor based on a geographic information system. the models. and the post processor Land use patten at the tested watershed was classified from the Landsat TM data using the artificial neural network model that adopts an error back propagation algorithm. AGNPS model parameters were obtained from the GIS databases, and additional parameters calibrated with field data. It was then tested with ungauged conditions. The simulated runoff was reasonably in good agreement as compared with the observed data. And simulated water quality parameters appear to be reasonably comparable to the field data.

Based on real jobs, this study was carried out the Railway maintenance works in Taiwan. It hopes to use Geographic Information System(GIS) and Building Information Modeling(BIM) for changing the maintenance model from "post-damage repair" to "preventive maintenance". Accordingly, this research will build a Railway Repairing Database that installs all repair data. This database will also connect to GIS so that can be the source of analysis and statistic for repair paln. The main results of research are as follows: I. All data stored on cloud space that raises the ability to manage and plan on repair. II. Simplify the file work and increase the quantity of case data to the manager who can get more reliable source. III. The data offer objective judgment to avoid subjective argument. IV. Add the GIS information to improve the maintenance because of good analisis.

The defects making partial discharge(PD) in a C-GIS(Cubicle Insulated Switchgear) initiate acoustic wave which can be detected using acoustic emission sensor placed outside or inside the C-GIS enclosure. In this paper, partial discharge property for 2 locations for AE sensor and 3 locations for defects in C-GIS are presented and PD waveforms were analyzed by PRPDA(Partial Resolved Partial Discharge Analysis). As a result, using post amplifier having gain of 10,000 and band pass filter having $20kHz{\sim}300kHz$, resolution of waveforms AE sensor signal by detected was good. Noise level was about 80 mV.
