본 논문은 형이상학과 종교 그리고 도덕에 대한 니체의 비판을 정동을 통해 해명하고자 하는 시도이다. 인간의 실존적 건강을 위한 니체의 철학적 시도는 현실적 삶의 세계로서의 대지에 대한 긍정을 통해 비로소 실현될 수 있다. 생성하는 대지에 대한 긍정은 곧 이 대지를 쾌의 세계로 느낀다는 것을 의미한다. 하지만 형이상학과 종교는 지금까지 이편의 대지세계를 쾌에 반하는 불쾌의 장소로 가정했다. 다시 말해 형이상학과 종교는 인간의 고유한 정동을 억압해왔다. 형이상학, 종교 그리고 도덕의 관점에서 정동은 위험한 것이다. 하지만 니체에 의하면 정동은 오히려 인간의 자연성을 드러낼 수 있는 근본조건이다. 본 논문은 형이상학, 종교, 도덕에 대한 니체의 비판을 그의 정동 개념을 실마리로 하여 논의할 것이다

In this paper, we presetn the WWW (world-wide-web) base dtelePACS, which uses the communication network as asymmetric satellite data communication system (ASDCS). Web-based telePACS is imple-mented with JAVA language. Through the internet, web-based TelePACS can make it possible for remote hospital or doctor to access PACS data and information easily and cheaply. The ASDCS uses receive-only satellite links for data delivery and PSTN (Public switched telephone Network) modem or N-ISDN (narrow band integrate services digital network) for communication. The satellite communication linking shows the very high-seed performance such as 10-30 times faster than the modem linking.To solve the speed limits of internet, JPEG and wavelet compression methods were adapted in WWW-based TelePACS and were evaluated by PSNR (peak signal-to-noise ratio) and by radiological experts that 10:1 or less JPEG and wavelet compression may be acceptable for diagnostic purposes. Consequently, we get the conslusion that our system is suitable for tele-radiology and telemedicine world widely.

This paper addresses the key technologies for supertall building construction based on the Lotte World Tower project in Korea. First, the mega-mat foundation construction technologies are shown, including ultra-low heat concrete, heat of hydration control programs, and the logistics plan. Then, high strength concrete technologies of 50~80 MPa are introduced and discussed within the context of the highest pumping record in Korea at 514.25 meters. Structural design concepts of gravity load and lateral force resistance systems are introduced, along with surveying systems using GNSS and temporary installation plans of special heavy equipment like tower cranes, hoists, and high pressure concrete pumps. If it is possible to coordinate these key technologies and others, optimizing for the building's design and construction, supertall building construction can be successfully completed.

The registration of Dongeuibogam as UNESCO's Memory of world was not only a national triumph but also an internationally important event. This event got rid of the opinions that suggested Dongeuibogam was a medical system practiced only un the limited area of Korea and this event signified the restoration of Dongeuibogam's international and universal position. Therefore, ih is now our job to find Dongeuibogam's modern applications and restore its value. This study was carried out with the purpose of examining the significance of Dongeuibogam's registration as Memory of world from a medical history's point of view and finding its modern applications. The author discussed significance in three parts of Past Significance, Present Significance and Future Significance. As for modern applications, the author reviewed currently used applications and considered the possible ways to restore its original value as an alternative for future medical science.

Augmented Reality (AR) is a useful technology for various industrial systems. This paper suggests a new playground system which uses markerless AR technology. We developed a virtual playground system that can learn physics and kinematics from the physical play of people. The virtual playground is a space in which real scenes and CG are mixed. As for the CG objects, physics of the real world is used. This is realized by a physics engine. Therefore it is necessary to analyze information from cameras, so that CG reflects the real world. Various games options are possible using real world images and physics simulation in the virtual playground. We think that the system is effective for education. Because CG behaves according to physics simulation, users can learn physics and kinematics from the system. We think that the system can take its place in the field of education through entertainment.

WTR articles to date have addressed raising innovation capacity in lagging regions. We now move to the question of sharing the benefits of specific innovations, noting that one way to do this is to focus on a particular technology as a demonstration project within a capacity-building project. The word "sharing" implies mechanisms that go beyond simple buy-sell transactions. This paper catalogs a number of these mechanisms, which in fact include many well-known technology transfer techniques. The paper focuses in particular on two mechanisms, technology assessment and new institutions, the latter including three Korean institutions. A manager seeking to benefit from the several mechanisms currently must find them in as many different places. We therefore present the possible "roll-up" of sharing mechanisms as an opportunity in social entrepreneurship. We hope the paper will lead to an expanded list of sharing mechanisms, consideration of their feasibility in different regions, and ultimately a one-stop shop for managers seeking to benefit their own and other organizations by the sharing of innovations.

The cosmetic industry is dynamic, ever changing. New product are constantly evolved, old and obsolete products are replaced as the industry adopts to an ever changing market. Cosmetics are products 1the society. They often reflect the changing needs, values, and the lifestyles of the people and serve as an indicator of the political climate and economic state of a nation. Thus, it is likely the recent change in 11head of the U.S. government will strongly impact the cosmetic industry. The United States is the world`s largest market for cosmetics and toiletries, Many U.S. cosmetic and toiletry manufacturers, such as P & G, Colgate, Avon, Revlon and Estee Lauder, market their Products worldwide. Consequently, what happens in the U.S. often, sooner or later, affect markets and industries in other parts of the world. Frequently, changes that occur first in the U.S. with subsequently take place in other nations within a few years. The success and failure of the new economic policies of the Clinton Administration and the expected tightening of government regulations on environmental protection, and consumer protection will undoubtedly affect the industry. Possible changes in foreign policy will not only affect U.S. companies but also cosmetic manufacturers in other nations. This lecture will focus on possible changes in the cosmetic industry in America and how they will impact on Korea and foreign companies doing business in United States. It will also review important changes in federal and state regulations. New marketing trends, new raw materials and successful new products will be discussed.
