본 연구는 국토환경평가지도의 활용성을 제고하기 위하여 각종 개발사업에 따른 지역 및 개발사업의 환경적 특성을 반영한 개발 가능지를 분석하여 등급별 지도로 제작하고, 이를 국토환경성 평가지도와 비교하여 그 부합 여부를 평가한 것이다. 연구 결과 개발사업이 가지는 고유 특성과 환경성을 반영한 개발 가능지와 국토환경성 평가지도간의 차이가 발생함을 확인할 수 있었으며. 이로부터 전국토를 일률적인 기준에 의하여 제작된 국토환경성평가지도가 지역적 특성과 사업별 특성을 반영하지 못하고 있음을 검증할 수 있었다. 향후 국토환경성 평가지도의 실질적인 활용도를 높이기 위해서는 국토환경성 평가지도 서비스 시스템내에 지역 및 특정 개발사업의 특성을 추가적으로 분석할 수 있는 체계가 보완되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.

One of the important complaint factors by the patients using medical institutions is various kinds of waiting time. This research is about the causal relationships among waiting time(application of waiting time, perceived of waiting time, fairness of waiting, explanation of the delay, acceptance possibility), service values, and customer satisfaction. The subjects for this study were 256 out-patients currently using seven general hospitals in the Busan area. The findings of the empirical analysis are as follows: First, the good application of waiting time or fair waiting time procedure didn't actually affect perceived waiting time. Second, though the application of waiting time didn't affect acceptance possibility, the fair procedure of waiting time had an affirmative effect on acceptance possibility. Third, even when there was enough explanation about the need to wait, it could shorten perceived waiting time but failed to get sufficient sympathy or agreement from the patients. Fourth, the possibility of acceptance following the sufficient sympathy of patients had an effect on shortening perceived waiting time. Fifth, perceived waiting time lowered customer satisfaction, but had no negative effect on service values. Finally, the ranges of acceptance possibility by the patients were found to increase customer satisfaction and maximize service values. In conclusion, every medical institution needs to focus on, first of all, shortening waiting time for more customer satisfaction and improved service values.

전기화재의 주요 원인 중 하나인 트래킹은 서서히 진전하는 특징을 가지기 때문에 진전단계를 분석함으로서 화재가능성을 예측할 수 있다. 본 논문은 부하가 연결된 모의 전기설비에서 트래킹에 의한 전기화재 가능성을 예측하고자 시도하였다. 부하는 무유도 저항을 사용하였고, 트래킹은 모의 전기설비의 일부인 비닐캡타이어 타원형코드에 전해액을 적하하여 발생시켰다. 트래킹에 의한 전기화재 가능성을 예측하기 위해 모의 전기설비의 전체 전류파형을 검출하였다. 전류파형으로부터 트래킹 진전을 분석하기 위해 시간-에너지 변환과 확률분포를 이용하였고, 이를 신경망에 입력함으로써 전기설비 내에서 전기화재의 발생가능성을 4단계로 예측할 수 있게 하였다.

This study is to investigate the possibility of legislation that is the foundation of school complexation project and the architectural planning for the target facility as stipulated by related law. Since 2000, many schools have been established and operated in the whole of Korea, mainly in Seoul. However, on the frontline, there is still a lot of difficulty in carrying out the project due to the legal possibility related to the school complexation and the lack of understanding about the facility for school complexation as stipulated by the law. The purpose of this study is to present the possibility of the school complexation project based on related laws and to clarify the classifications of school complexation facilities which are stipulated by the related law, and to propose the foundation for the future school complexation project. The contents of this study were investigated through the literature survey on the theoretical review and related laws of school complexation, and various laws related to school complexation were classified based on this, and the possibility of school complexification prescribed by each law was analyzed. In addition, by classifying facilities subject to school complexation prescribed by the Act and analyzing the detailed standards stipulated in relevant laws for each facility, we propose the facilities that can be combined with school facilities, and utilize the data of this study.

본 연구는 순환골재에서 발생하는 오염물질의 특성과 오염가능성을 평가하기 위해 생산제품 순환골재의 용출시험을 실시하였다. 순환골재에 포함된 pH, 전기전도도, 탁도, TN, TP, COD 그리고 중금속 농도는 입경이 작을수록 높은 농도를 나타냈다. pH 농도는 9.9~11.4 범위로 토양보다는 높았으나 중금속 농도는 토양오염우려기준의 1지역 기준치 이내로 조사되었다. 용출시험 결과, 오염가능성은 입자크기가 작을수록 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 전기전도도와 탁도는 잠재적인 수질오염원이며, 10mm 이하의 순환골재는 용존성과 입자성 오염물질을 발생시킬 수 있기 때문에 잠재적인 오염원으로 평가되었지만, 현재 적절한 관리기준은 없다. 순환골재로 부터 수질오염 가능성을 평가한 결과, 오염가능성이 가장 높은 항목으로는 pH, 오염가능성이 낮은 항목으로는 TN, TP, 오염가능성이 가장 낮은 항목으로는 중금속으로 나타났다.

DEA(data envelopment analysis) is a technique for evaluation of relative efficiency of decision making units (DMUs) that have multiple input and output. A DEA model measures the efficiency of a DMU by the relative position of the DMU's input and output in the production possibility set defined by the input and output of the DMUs being compared. In this paper, we proposed several DEA models measuring the multi-period efficiency of a DMU. First, we defined the input and output data that make a production possibility set as the spanning set. We proposed several spanning sets containing input and output of entire periods for measuring the multi-period efficiency of a DMU. We defined the production possibility sets with the proposed spanning sets and gave DEA models under the production possibility sets. Some models measure the efficiency score of each period of a DMU and others measure the integrated efficiency score of the DMU over the entire period. For the test, we applied the models to the sample data set from a long term university student training project. The results show that the suggested models may have the better discrimination power than CCR based results while the ranking of DMUs is not different.

본 연구는 장애인 생활체육 활성화를 위한 방안으로 장애인 스포츠협동조합의 가능성을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌 고찰과 장애인체육지도자 25명과 장애인 협동조합 운영자 20명을 대상으로 질문지법으로 조사하고 Excel과 SPSS V26 프로그램으로 분석한 결과를 자문위원회의 타당성 검증을 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 장애인스포츠지도자의 경제적 요인, 사회·환경적 요인, 제도적 요인에 현황과 장애인스포츠협동조합에 관한 인식과 장점, 발전 가능성을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 장애인스포츠협동조합은 명확한 계획, 지속적인 사업모델과 조합원의 단합과 운영자의 전문성이 중요하며, 장애인에 대해 잘 알고 있다면 장애인 스포츠협동조합을 통해 장애인스포츠 활성화는 가능할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Characteristic of Block Plans related to site types of Elementary Schools in Kangju city. With analysis of 17 elementary school plans, we reached same conclusions. First, there is a possibility of seeing 4 examples that contiguity road condition and proportion of site, neighborhood park location, district units planning, which as classification the condition to feature of location. But the condition which is considered actually from Block Plan appeared with only contiguity road condition and district units planning two onlines. Second, despite there are elements having the possibility effecting to Block Plan, some arrangement forms are repeatedly used. There is a possibility of searching for that cause that it falls in mannerism of space form, type and place when it follows the arrangement form of existing defined as school.

This study is as a part of the new disposal and recycling plans of heat-resource waste of Daegu dyeing industrial center we tried to examine applicable possibility of crushed thing(waste aggregate) as aggregates for mortar and concrete. To examine applicable possibility of waste aggregate as a lightweight-aggregate for concrete and mortar, we carried this study by mainly property examination of concrete according to replacement ratio of waste aggregate. We carried slump, unit weight, compressive strength and bending strength test according to replacement ratio of waste aggregate. As the result of that, if we use waste aggregate, lightweight of concrete and mortar will be possible. Specially it shows a strength improvement effect of cement hardening according to using this so it is judged that applicable possibility as aggregate for concrete and mortar is very excellent.

When a railway vehicle passes through curves & transitions, the running speed must be improved by proposing the standards on the maximum running possibility speed of each section on conventional line (Dongdaegoo-Namsunghyun) considering derailment safety. In this paper, To improve the maximum running possibility speed of railway vehicle which passes through curves which have high risk of derailment, the track alignment conditions of conventional line (Dongdaegoo-Namsunghyun) that present transition curve length in current railway construction regulations are controlled. We presented elevation way about the section maximum running possibility speed in conventional line by analysis result.
