간호대학생의 성격유형, 셀프리더십, 긍정심리자본이 학습몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Personality Characteristics, Self-leadership and Positive Psychological Capital on Learning Flow of Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study aims to investigate the influence of personality type, self-leadership, and positive psychological capital on the flow of learning of nursing students. Methods: The sample consisted of 179 nursing students. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}^{\prime}s$ test, Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis, and Hierarchical multiple regression. Results: Upon analysis, the relative influence of the variables that can improve learning flow, the influencing variables, were identified as self-leadership and self-efficacy. Conclusion: To increase the learning flow, supportive measures and strategies that increase positive psychological capital should be developed, successful cases of self-leadership be shared, and be incorporated into a culture that promotes learning flow. And to promote the learning flow, it needs political and environmental improvement, and institutional support of at the college level.

중·고령자의 긍정심리자본이 창업의지에 미치는 영향: 위험 감수성의 매개 및 자산상태의 조절 효과 (The relationship between positive psychological capital and entrepreneurial intention among middle-aged and elderly individuals: Mediation of Risk Sensitivity and Moderating Effects of Asset Status)

  • 본 연구는 최근 창업에 관심을 가지는 중·고령자를 대상으로 위험 감수성의 매개 및 자산상태의 조절 효과를 중심으로 중·고령자의 긍정심리 자본이 창업 의지에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 서울지역 중·고령 직장인 250여명을 대상으로 2019년 12월 1일부터 31일까지 설문조사를 하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 기술 통계량, 신뢰성, 요인분석을 통해 연구모형의 적합성을 검증하고 구조방정식 모형을 구축 후 AMOS 통계패키지를 이용하여 연구가설 검증과 매개 효과와 조절 효과를 분석하였다. 연구결과 긍정심리 자본이 위험 감수성에는 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있으며 자기효능감과 창업 의지, 복원력과 창업 의지 간의 경로는 0.042와 0.026으로 매개효과가 지지가 되며 창업 의지에 영향은 모형 간의 χ2 차이가 7.096으로 자산상태의 조절 효과가 있음이 확인되었다. 본 연구결과의 시사점으로 중·고령자의 창업에 필요한 긍정심리 자본과 창업자산 상태를 강화할 수 있는 프로그램의 융복합적인 개발이 요구된다. 후속 연구로는 대상 지역을 확대하고 다른 창업요인에 대한 분석이 필요하다.

체육계열학과 대학생들의 긍정심리자본과 경력계획 및 취업준비행동의 관계에 관한 연구 (The Study of Relations between Positive Psychological Capital, Career Planning, and Job Preparation Activities of Physical Education Students)

  • 이 연구는 체육계열학과 대학생들의 긍정심리자본과 경력계획에 따른 취업준비행동의 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 먼저 예비조사와 본 조사로 구분하여 실시하였다. 먼저 예비조사는 2015년 9월 경북 D대학교 재학생 중 3, 4학년 80명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 본 조사를 위한 설문조사는 2015년 9월에 앞서 예비조사를 실시했던 D대학 3, 4학년 재학생을 제외한 나머지 영남권에 있는 체육계열학과 대학생들을 대상으로 실시하였다. 본 조사에서 회수된 설문지는 310부였다. 그러나 수집된 자료 중 응답이 불성실, 불명확하거나 무응답 7명을 제외하였고, 총 303명으로 수집하여 빈도분석을 사용하였다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 SPSS 23.0 for Windows 통계 패키지 프로그램을 활용하여 다중회귀분석(multiple regression analysis)을 하였으며, 다음과 같은 연구결과가 나타났다. 첫째, 체육계열학과 대학생들의 긍정심리자본 중 복원력, 희망, 낙관주의는 경력계획에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 체육계열학과 대학생들의 긍정심리자본 중 낙관주의, 복원력, 자기효능감은 추업준비행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 체육계열학과 대학생들의 경력계획 중 구체성, 도전성 순으로 취업준비행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다.

PTCA 시술 환자의 인지적 평가와 위험요인수정행위 (Relationship between Cognitive Appraisal and Cardiac Risk Reduction Behavior Following Coronary Angioplasty)

  • Purpose: According to Lazarus & Folkman (1984), appraising a stressor as a threat is associated with negative psychological and physical adjustment, whereas appraising a stressor as a challenge is positive psychological and physical adjustment. This study examined how cognitive appraisal of PTCA(heart disease threat and treatment appraisal) related to the cardiac risk reduction behaviors(smoking cessation, low salt and low cholesterol diet, regular exercise and stress management) 6 weeks following discharge. Method: Data were collected from 50 subjects with successful primary PTCA. Result: Heart disease threat was negative related to treatment appraisal (r=-0.240, p=0.046). Psychological well-being was negative related to heart disease threat (r=-0.317, p=0.012) and positive related to treatment appraisal(r=0.402, p=0.002). The cardiac risk reduction behaviors score was negative related to heart disease threat(r= -0.296, p=0.018) and positive related to treatment appraisal(r=-0.291, p=0.020). Conclusion: More negative appraisal was related to lower the cardiac risk reduction behaviors score. But more positive appraisal was related to higher the cardiac risk reduction behaviors score. So, there is a need to develop the cognitive-behavioral intevention that increase the coping strategy to replace with positive appraisal.

부부클리닉 방문부부의 MBTI 성격유형과 결혼만족도, 이혼가능성, 긍정적 감정, 갈등조정방식의 관계 (Relationships between Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Psychological Type and Marital Satisfaction, Divorce Proneness, Positive Affect, and Conflict Regulation in Clinic Couples)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationships between the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) psychological type and marital satisfaction, divorce proneness, positive affect, and conflict regulation in couple visiting a clinic. Methods: Couples (n=62) who visited "M" couple clinic participated in the study. Data were collected from March to June 2009 using the Marital Satisfaction Scale, Marital Status Inventory, Positive Affect Inventory, and Conflict Regulation Inventory. Results: The couples showed no significant differences in marital satisfaction, positive affect, and conflict regulation according to similarities between spouses in MBTI types. However, they showed significant differences in divorce proneness of husband according to a similarity in the Sensing/Intuition indicator. They also showed significant differences in divorce proneness, positive affect, and conflict regulation between the couples for ISTJ (Introversion, Sensing, Thinking, Judging) or ESTJ (Extraversion, Sensing, Thinking, Judging) types compared to other couples. Conclusion: When nurses counsel couples, they should understand that differences in psychological type between spouses affects their marital relationship. In addition, nurses should educate couples on the characteristics of each type according to the couple's types and help them to understand each other, especially for couples where one spouse is the ISTJ/ESTJ type. These interventions will improve marital satisfaction and prevent the divorce in these couples.

성과압박이 긍정심리자본에 미치는 영향: 중용적 사고의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Performance Pressure on Positive Psychological Capital: Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Zhongyong Thinking)

  • 본 연구는 기업의 성과압박과 긍정심리자본 간의 관계에서 중용적 사고의 조절효과를 검증하는데 초점을 두었다. 특히 동양고전의 중용을 통해 부정적 효과를 완화시키는 주요한 효과를 살펴보았다. 이를 검증하기 위해 지방 소재공공기관 및 제조업과 서비스업에 종사하는 민간기업 종업원 239명의 설문자료를 토대로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 성과압박은 긍정심리자본에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 중용적 사고는 성과압박과 긍정심리자본 간의 부정적인 영향을 완화시켜주는 조절효과가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 결론에서 연구요약 및 실무적 시사점, 그리고 향후 연구방향을 기술하였다.

Chinese Female Consumers' Intention to Use Mobile Payment Services

  • Purpose - This study intended to investigate ways to influence on the Chinese female consumers' use of mobile payment services. For this purpose, this research investigated the relationships among security and compatibility of the mobile payment service, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, psychological benefit, and intention to use mobile payment. Research design, data, and methodology - This research developed a structural equation model in which the usefulness, the ease of use, and the psychological benefit are predictors and the intention to use is a dependent variable. Data were collected from China female in Jiangsu and Shandong province. Results - Empirical results showed that the security and the compatibility had a positive influence on the usefulness and the ease of use. The usefulness and the ease of use influenced on the psychological benefit respectively and the psychological benefit had a positive influence on the intention to use. Conclusions - This research contributed to the mobile payment service literature by showing how Chinese women consumers adopt the mobile payment service based on TAM. Moreover, current study introduced the security and the compatibility as antecedents of the usefulness and the ease of use and revealed the mediating role of psychological benefit. Managerially, theses results suggested retailing companies ways to influence on the Chinese female consumers' use of mobile payment services.

아버지 양육참여와 사회적 지지가 영아기 어머니의 양육스트레스에 미치는 영향: 어머니 심리특성의 매개효과 (Effects of Fathers' Parental Involvement and Social Support on Parenting Stress of Mothers with Infants: Mothers' Psychological Characteristics as a Mediator)

  • This study had two purposes. One was to investigate the interrelations between the mothers' parenting stress and fathers' parental involvement, social support, and the mothers' psychological characteristics. The other was to prove that the fathers' parental involvement and social support have an effect on the mothers' parenting stress, and that these effects are mediated by the mothers' psychological characteristics. For this purpose, the data of 1,754 2-year-olds and their mothers from the 2010 Panel Study on Korean Children were analyzed using PASW ver. 21.0 and AMOS ver. 23.0 to carry out descriptive statistics, correlation co-efficiencies, and structural equation model, along with the Sobel test. The results showed that the mothers' parenting stress had significant, negative correlations with the fathers' parental involvement, social support, and mothers' positive psychological characteristics. The findings also proved that not only the fathers' parental involvement, but also social support, had significant effects on the mothers' parenting stress, and that the mothers' positive psychological characteristics mediated these relations.

가정의 사회경제적 지위, 어머니의 심리적 복지감 및 양육행동과 아동의 친구관계가 학교적응에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of SES, Mother's Psychological Well-being, Child-rearing Behavior and Child's Peer Relationship on School Adjustment)

  • The main purpose of this study was to assess the effects of SES, mother's psychological well-being, child-rearing behavior and child's peer relationship on school adjustment. A total of 237 children enrolled in the 5th and 6th grade and their mothers were used for this study. Data was collected via questionnaires completed by children and their mothers. The path analysis of antecedent variables influencing child's school adjustment revealed two different patterns. Firstly, socioeconomic status influenced child's school adjustment through maternal psychological well-being. Secondly, maternal psychological well-being affected by socioeconomic status contributed to child's school adjustment through positive child-rearing behavior and positive peer relationship. Focusing on maternal psychological well-being and mother's child-rearing behavior, the implication for promoting child's school adjustment are discussed.

경영품질의 선행요인과 결과요인: 제조업 종사자를 대상으로 (Antecedent and Consequences of Management Quality: Focused on Employees of Manufacturing Industries)

  • The objective of this study ware to explore the antecedent and consequences of management quality and to examine the mediating effects of the management quality on the relationship between antecedent and consequences. In order to verify the relationships and mediating effect, data were obtained from 328 employees working in firms at Jinju, Masan, Changwon City were analyzed by using SPSS 12.0. and AMOS 5.0. The findings are as follows: First, antecedent(psychological ownership) was positively related to management quality. Second, there were also positive relationship between management quality and consequences(employee's attitude). Third, there were also positive relationship between psychological ownership and employee's attitude(job satisfaction, organizational commitment). Finally, management quality was a partial mediating effect on the relationship between psychological ownership and employee's attitude. Based on these findings, the theoretical and practical implications and limitations are discussed in conclusion.
