Thanks to the rapid development of information technologies, the data available on Internet have grown rapidly. In this era of big data, many studies have attempted to offer insights and express the effects of data analysis. In the tourism and hospitality industry, many firms and studies in the era of big data have paid attention to online reviews on social media because of their large influence over customers. As tourism is an information-intensive industry, the effect of these information networks on social media platforms is more remarkable compared to any other types of media. However, there are some limitations to the improvements in service quality that can be made based on opinions on social media platforms. Users on social media platforms represent their opinions as text, images, and so on. Raw data sets from these reviews are unstructured. Moreover, these data sets are too big to extract new information and hidden knowledge by human competences. To use them for business intelligence and analytics applications, proper big data techniques like Natural Language Processing and data mining techniques are needed. This study suggests an analytical approach to directly yield insights from these reviews to improve the service quality of hotels. Our proposed approach consists of topic mining to extract topics contained in the reviews and the decision tree modeling to explain the relationship between topics and ratings. Topic mining refers to a method for finding a group of words from a collection of documents that represents a document. Among several topic mining methods, we adopted the Latent Dirichlet Allocation algorithm, which is considered as the most universal algorithm. However, LDA is not enough to find insights that can improve service quality because it cannot find the relationship between topics and ratings. To overcome this limitation, we also use the Classification and Regression Tree method, which is a kind of decision tree technique. Through the CART method, we can find what topics are related to positive or negative ratings of a hotel and visualize the results. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the representation of an analytical approach for the improvement of hotel service quality from unstructured review data sets. Through experiments for four hotels in Hong Kong, we can find the strengths and weaknesses of services for each hotel and suggest improvements to aid in customer satisfaction. Especially from positive reviews, we find what these hotels should maintain for service quality. For example, compared with the other hotels, a hotel has a good location and room condition which are extracted from positive reviews for it. In contrast, we also find what they should modify in their services from negative reviews. For example, a hotel should improve room condition related to soundproof. These results mean that our approach is useful in finding some insights for the service quality of hotels. That is, from the enormous size of review data, our approach can provide practical suggestions for hotel managers to improve their service quality. In the past, studies for improving service quality relied on surveys or interviews of customers. However, these methods are often costly and time consuming and the results may be biased by biased sampling or untrustworthy answers. The proposed approach directly obtains honest feedback from customers' online reviews and draws some insights through a type of big data analysis. So it will be a more useful tool to overcome the limitations of surveys or interviews. Moreover, our approach easily obtains the service quality information of other hotels or services in the tourism industry because it needs only open online reviews and ratings as input data. Furthermore, the performance of our approach will be better if other structured and unstructured data sources are added.

Objective : This study aimed to systematically reviewed to identify, evaluate, synthesize the research literature and suggested to the research direction on the effectiveness of occupational therapy using a sensory integration approach. Methods : We analyzed 10 studies that identified the effectiveness of occupational therapy using a sensory integration approach for children and adolescents offering in MEDLINE/PubMed and http://ajot.aotapress.net between 1993 and 2011. Results : The subjects were the sensory modulation disorder and autism spectrum. The different intervention strategies were similar to a previous studies. Intervention dosage was over 20 sessions, 2~3days per week more than 10weeks. Occupational therapy using a sensory integration approach may result in positive outcome in motor performance, behavioral outcomes, academic and psychoeducational outcomes and tried to currently identify the effect of intervention outcomes in sensory processing and occupational performance using the GAS. Conclusion : Clinicians have a minimal idea planing a research design and a evidence running a study.
This study aims to verify the relationship between achievement goal orientation and life satisfaction. It consists of 450 athletes from high school, university, and professional teams as an object. After examining reliability and validity on questionnaires, the data, based on gender, was evaluated by analysis of variance, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The result says that male athletes have higher scores in Mastery approach and Performance approach - two of the four achievement motivation factors - which means a meaningful difference between gender. Life satisfaction also shows that male players have more satisfaction and indicates a big difference between gender. Finally, according to the multiple regression analysis on the Athlete's achievement goal orientation and life satisfaction, Mastery approach affects statically but Mastery avoidance does negatively on athlete's life satisfaction. The gender-based relationship between Athlete's achievement goal orientation and life satisfaction reveals that mastery approach gives positive effects on life satisfaction for both genders, but mastery avoidance influences negatively on male and female life satisfaction.
The current study investigated whether individual variation in motivational activation would predict the drug-use and interacts with discrete emotions to influence the responses to anti-drug advertisements. Motivational activation tendency indicates an individual's level to approach life-sustaining elements and defend life-threatening stimuli. Discrete emotion represents joy, sadness, and fear elicited by the advertisements. The experiment proceeded using both self-reports and physiological responses with 80 subjects. Results showed that approach motivation activation can be a target for anti-drug advertisements and in order to target individuals higher in approach activation, it is necessary to use the appeal type to elicit positive emotions such as joy.
Offshore oil and gas process plants are exposed to hazardous accidents such as explosion and fire, so that the structural components should resist such accidental loads. Given the possibilities of thousands of different scenarios for the occurrence of an accidental hazard, the best way to predict a reasonable size of a specific accidental load would be the employment of a probabilistic approach. Having the fact that a specific procedure for probabilistic accidental hazard analysis has not yet been established especially for explosion and fire hazards, it is widely accepted that engineers usually take simple and conservative figures in assuming uncertainties inherent in the procedure, resulting either in underestimation or more likely in overestimation in the topside structural design for offshore plants. The variation in the results of a probabilistic approach is determined by the assumptions accepted in the procedures of explosion probability computation, explosion analysis, and structural analysis. A design overpressure load for a sample offshore plant is determined according to the proposed probabilistic approach in this study. CFD analysis results using a Flame Acceleration Simulator, FLACS_v9.1, are utilized to create an overpressure hazard curve. Moreover, the negative impulse and frequency contents of a blast wave are considerably influencing structural responses, but those are completely ignored in a widely used triangular form of blast wave. An idealistic blast wave profile deploying both negative and positive pulses is proposed in this study. A topside process module and piperack with blast wall are 3D FE modeled for structural analysis using LS-DYNA. Three different types of blast wave profiles are applied, two of typical triangular forms having different impulse and the proposed load profile. In conclusion, it is found that a typical triangular blast load leads to overestimation in structural design.

Purpose: We evaluated failure pattern and treatment outcomes of observational approach on regional lymph node (LN) in cutaneous melanoma of extremities and sought to find clinico-pathologic factors related to LN metastases. Material and Methods: We retrospectively reviewed 73 patients with cutaneous melanoma of extremities between 2005 and 2016. If preoperative 18-F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG)-positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) findings were non-specific for regional LNs, surgical resection of primary tumors with adequate margins was performed without sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) and/or complete lymph node dissection (CLND), irrespective of tumor thickness or size. In patients with suspicious or positive findings on PET/CT or CT, SLNB followed by CLND or CLND was performed at the discretion of the surgeon. We defined LN dissection (LND) as SLNB and/or CLND. Results: With a median follow-up of 38 months (range, 6 to 138 months), the dominant pattern of failure was regional failure (17 of total 23 events, 74%) in the observation group (n = 56). Pathologic LN metastases were significant factor for poor regional failure-free survival (hazard ration [HR] = 3.21; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.03-10.33; p = 0.044) and overall survival (HR = 3.62; 95% CI, 1.02-12.94; p = 0.047) in multivariate analysis. In subgroup analysis for cN0 patients according to the preoperative PET/CT findings, LND group showed the better trend of LRFFS (log rank test, p = 0.192) and RFFS (p = 0.310), although which is not statistically significant. Conclusion: Observational approach on regional LNs on the basis of the PET/CT in patients with cutaneous melanoma of extremities showed the dominant regional failure pattern compared to upfront LND approach. To reveal regional lymph node status, SLND for cN0 patients may of importance in managing cutaneous melanoma patients.
The reason that an intelligent agent cannot understand the representation of its own perception or activity is caused by the traditional syntactic approach that translates a semantic feature into a simulated string, To implement an autonomously learning intelligent agent, Cohen introduces a experimentally semantic approach that the system learns a contentful representation of physical schema from physically interacting with environment using its own sensors and effectors. We propose that negation is a meta-level schema that enables an agent to recognize its own physical schema, To improve the planner's efficiency, Graphplan introduces the control rule that manipulates the inconsistency between planning operators, but it cannot cognitively understand negation and suffers from redundancy problem. By introducing a negative function not, IPP solves the problem, but its approach is still syntactic and is inefficient in terms of time and space. In this paper, we propose that, to represent a negative fact, a positive atom, which is called opposite concept, is a very efficient technique for implementing an cognitive agent, and demonstrate some empirical results supporting the hypothesis.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of domestic single-subject research related to the participation of students with intellectual disabilities in classes. Methods : We investigated a total of five papers to determine the features and qualitative levels of the papers being analyzed. Results : A total of 12 subjects were studied, and experiments were conducted at all stages. All research used a multiple baseline design. The independent variables were the positive behavior support approach (2), the strength-oriented activities approach, the self-decision teaching and learning model approach, and the self-monitoring approach. As a dependent variables, there were four pieces set up exclusively for class participation behavior, and one that was set up mixed with class interruptions behaviors. The qualitative level of the studies to be analyzed was 100% of the high level. Conclusion : Through this study, single-subject studies that applied interventions related to participation in class for intellectual disabilities in elementary schools have confirmed that effective interventions were applied and that the quality levels were reliable.
This paper aims to quantify the determinants of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries' exports by using an augmented gravity model. The gravity model was applied to the six members of the GCC (Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates and Oman) with datasets that consist of their major 55 trading partners. The findings of this paper reveal that the product of the exporter's GDP and its trading partner's GDP had a significantly positive effect on the exports of five GCC members, except for Qatar. Distance had a significant and negative effect on the exports of the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Oman, while it had a significantly positive effect on those of Bahrain and Qatar. The exporter's GDP per capita had a significantly positive effect on the exports of Bahrain, the UAE and Oman, while a negative effect on Saudi Arabia's exports. The exporter's population had a significantly positive effect on the exports of all six GCC members, while the importer's population had a significantly positive effect on the exports of Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar, yet, a significantly negative effect on Saudi Arabia's exports. Borders had an insignificant effect on the exports of the six members. The common language had a significant and positive effect on the exports of Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Oman. FTAs had a significantly positive effect on the exports of Bahrain and a significantly negative effect on Qatar's and Oman's exports. The membership of the GCC had a significantly positive effect on the exports of Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar, while it had a negative effect on Saudi Arabia's exports.
This study conducted a qualitative research based on interviews with school teachers and instructors operating external activities about how the management of one's own appearance influence the changes in subjective happiness and self-esteem by focusing on maladjusted students of two alternative schools and ordinary middle and high schools in Gyeongsangnam-do province. Happiness refers to a positive emotion that can be felt continuously throughout life such as life satisfaction, good experience, and positive way of thinking. The sense of happiness is the satisfaction that one feels by interpreting and evaluating his or her experience in a positive way and can be defined as the positive emotions that can be felt when one perceives and uses the strengths and resources that he or she has. Although the self-esteem is formed, changed, and developed throughout life, the self-awareness and self-evaluation develop more actively than other stages of development particularly in adolescence, and the adolescents with low self-esteem are faced with more serious behavioral, scholastic, and psychological issues. I hope the results of this study not only help current adolescents at risk to improve their self-esteem but also become a chance to see the issue of adolescents at risk as a part of social issue instead of limiting the issue as personal or domestic issue by expanding the application scope of the results to adolescents in middle schools and high schools who have the potential of going astray in order to approach the issue on the level of the entire society.
