GPS/DR기반의 차상열차위치검지방안 연구 (The study on scheme for train position detection based on GPS/DR)

  • 정밀한 열차제어를 위해서는 열차위치의 정확한 검지가 반드시 필요하다. 현재 일반적으로 널리 사용되고 있는 열차검지방법은 궤도회로를 이용하는 방법이다. 궤도회로는 구성이 단순하며, 신뢰성이 확보되는 장점이 있다. 하지만 열차는 궤도회로 위에서만 검지가 가능하므로 모든 지상구간에 궤도회로를 설치해야하며 설치 및 유지보수에 많은 비용이 소모된다. 또한 궤도회로는 폐전로 구성의 특성 때문에 불연속적인 위치검지만이 가능하다. 최근 통신기술의 발달과 차상제어장치의 첨단화에 따라 열차의 위치검지는 열차에서 직접 검지하는 방법들이 연구되고 있다. 차상중심의 위치검지방식은 열차의 위치, 속도, 시각정보를 연속적으로 측정하여 열차의 제어정보로 사용하는 방식이다. 이러한 차상중심의 위치검지방식은 무선기반 열차제어 및 자기부상열차제어와 같이 궤도회로의 사용을 최소화 하는 최근 열차제어시스템의 개발동향이다. 본 논문에서는 GPS항법 및 DR항법의 특징을 분석하고 GPS항법과 DR항법의 단점을 보완하는 구조를 가지는 GPS/DR기반의 차상열차위치검지방식을 제안하였다. 항법오차의 추정자로서 3차윈 위치 오차, 자세각 오차, 타코메타 환산계수 오차를 상태변수로 하는 5차 칼만필터를 사용하여 최적의 위치오차 및 DR항법용 센서의 오차 추정이 가능하도록 필터를 설계하였으며 모의시험을 통해 GPS/DR기반의 차상열차위치검지장치의 위치추정성능을 확인하였다.

핀풀러 신뢰도 예측 (Reliability Prediction of a Pin Puller)

  • 핀풀러의 신뢰도를 몬테카를로 시뮬레이션을 통해서 예측하였다. 예측방법은 응력-강도 간섭 모델에 근거한다. 이 모델은 강도가 응력보다 작을 경우를 고장으로 간주한다. 본 연구에서 강도는 핀을 예정된 거리까지 후퇴시키는데 필요한 에너지로, 응력은 이 핀의 운동을 방해하는데 소요되는 에너지로 간주하였다. 전자는 주로 화약량에 의해 결정되고 후자는 여러 가지 마찰력과 반발방지장치에서 소모되는 에너지에 의존한다. 응력과 강도 변수들은 해석적 성능 모델로부터 계산하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 방법은 많은 시료가 필요하지 않기 때문에 유사한 종류의 파이로 장치 신뢰도 계산에도 적용될 수 있다.

Wii Balance Board를 이용한 Sit-to-Stand와 보행기능 측정의 검사-재검사 신뢰도 (Test-retest Reliability of Sit-to-Stand and Gait Assessment Using the Wii Balance Board)

  • Background: Assessments of Sit-to-Stand (STS) and gait functions are essential procedures in evaluating level of independence for the patients after stroke. In a previous study, we developed the software to analyze center of pressure (COP) in standing position on Wii Balance Board (WBB). Objects: This purpose of this study is to measure test-retest reliability of ground reaction forces, COP and time using WBB on STS and gait in healthy adults. Methods: Fifteen healthy participants performed three trials of STS and gait on WBB. The time (s), vertical peak (%) and COP path-length (cm) were measured on both tasks. Additionally, counter (%), different peak (%), symmetry ratio, COP x-range and COP y-range were analyzed on STS, 1st peak (%), 2nd peak (%) of weight were analyzed on gait. Intra-class correlation coefficient (ICC), standard error measurement (SEM) and smallest real difference (SRD) were analyzed for test-retest reliability. Results: ICC of all variables except COP path-length appeared to .676~.946 on STS, and to .723~.901 on gait. SEM and SRD of all variables excepting COP path-length appeared .227~8.886, .033~24.575 on STS. SEM and SRD excepting COP path-length appeared about .019~3.933, .054~11.879 on gait. Conclusion: WBB is not only cheaper than force plate, but also easier to use clinically. WBB is considered as an adequate equipment for measuring changes of weight bearing during balance, STS and gait test which are normally used for functional assessment in patients with neurological problems and elderly. The further study is needed concurrent validity on neurological patients, elderly patients using force plate and WBB.

만성 견부통 환자를 대상으로 한 측방 견갑골 활주 검사의 측정자내 및 측정자간 신뢰도 (Intrarater and Interrater Reliability of the Lateral Scapular Slide Test in Patients with Chronic Shoulder Pain)

  • Purpose: The purposes of this study were to determine the intertester and intratester reliabilities of the Lateral Scapular Slide Test (LSST) method, and to examine if significant differences existed in scapular positions among the pain groups (right-shoulder pain group, left-shoulder, pain group and both-shoulders pain group). 27 female subjects (mean age = 51.6, mean height = 157.7 cm, mean weight = 57.5 kg) with shoulder pain were recruited for this study. Methods: The bilateral distances between the root of the scapular spine and T3/4 (RSS), and between the inferior scapular angle and T7/8 (IA), were recorded. Subjects were tested at three positions: the with arms with abducted at 0, 45 and 90 degrees in the coronal plane. The LSST measurements were performed by two testers, selected randomly. Results: The results were as follows: Intraclass correlation coefficients (ICCs) for the intertester reliability were excellent (ICC 0.78-0.94). And the ICCs for the intratester reliability were excellent (ICC 0.83-0.99). In the right-shoulder and both-shoulders pain groups, the right-side RSS and IA values of right side were significantly greater than of the left-side RSS values left side for the arms abducted at 0 degrees of right shoulder pain group and both shoulder pain group (p<.05). However, the side-to-side difference was less than 1.5 cm. Conclusion: Our results suggest that the LSST is highly reliable in identifying the abnormal scapular position of patients with shoulder problems. Future research should be continued to clarify the clinical usefulness of this method.

MATERIAL RELIABILITY OF Ni ALLOY ELECTRODEPOSITION FOR STEAM GENERATOR TUBE REPAIR

  • Due to the occasional occurrences of stress corrosion cracking(SCC) in steam generator tubing(Alloy 600), degraded tubes are removed from service by plugging or are repaired for re-use. Since electrodeposition inside a tube does not entail parent tube deformation, residual stress in the tube can be minimized. In this work, tube restoration via electrodeposition inside a steam generator tubing was performed after developing the following: an anode probe to be installed inside a tube, a degreasing condition to remove dirt and grease, an activation condition for surface oxide elimination, a tightly adhered strike layer forming condition between the electro forming layer and the Alloy 600 tube, and the condition for an electroforming layer. The reliability of the electrodeposited material, with a variation of material properties, was evaluated as a function of the electrodeposit position in the vertical direction of a tube using the developed anode. It has been noted that the variation of the material properties along the electrodeposit length was acceptable in a process margin. To improve the reliability of a material property, the causes of the variation occurrence were presumed, and an attempt to minimize the variation has been made. A Ni alloy electrodeposition process is suggested as a primary water stress corrosion cracking(PWSCC) mitigation method for various components, including steam generator tubes. The Ni alloy electrodeposit formed inside a tube by using the installed assembly shows proper material properties as well as an excellent SCC resistance.

Deep neck flexor endurance in university students: normative data and reliability

  • Objective: Deep neck flexor muscle endurance (DNFET) is important to cervical pain patients. However, there is no normative data of the DNFET hold time of Korean university students. The purpose of this study was to provide normative data and the reliability of the DNFET times of Korean university students and to compare the DNFET hold times between male and female subjects. Design: Cross-sectional study. Methods: The participants included 39 male and 39 female students with no cervical pain. Each DNFET was measured while the subjects kept their chin tucked in while in a supine (hook-lying) position and with the head lifted 2.5 cm off the bed. The DNFET was conducted on each subject twice and the mean values were obtained. After each measurement, the participants rested for 5 minutes. Inter-rater reliability was measured by intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) by three separate evaluators. Results: The inter-rater reliability was good, showing an ICC (2,3) value = 0.785 (95% confidence interval, 0.370-0.942). The DNFET time scores for men and women were $25.14{\pm}9.96$ seconds and $15.23{\pm}6.10$ seconds, respectively, in which the time scores of the men were significantly longer compared to women (p<0.05). Conclusions: Asymptomatic men displayed higher DNFET scores than women. This study can help clinicians test cervical function of patients and set an interventional goal. These findings serve as a basis that insists Korean women to increase their amount of physical activity.

회전자극 위치센서 없는 Brushless DC전동기의 운전에 관한 연구 (Operation of Brushless DC Motor without a Rotor Magnet Position Sensor)

  • 브러시 없는 직류전동기(BLDCM)는 일반 직류전동기에 비해 유지, 보수성, 응답특성, 효율이 좋으며, 구조상의 특성으로 냉각이 용이하다. 이러한 장점으로 여러 분야의 산업용 기계에 사용되고 있으며, 특히 브러시에서 나오는 전기 스파크가 없고 브러시 가루에 의한 문제가 발생하지 않으므로 화재나 폭발의 위험성이 있는 공정과 의료기기 등 정밀함과 청결함이 요구되는 곳에 사용될 수 있다. 그러나 이러한 형태의 전동기는 회전자의 자극을 검출하기 위한 위치센서가 필요하므로 전동기의 제어가 매우 복잡해진다 특히 전동기가 외부와 완전히 차단되어 높은 온도나 낮은 온도 등의 극한 환경에서 사용되는 경우에는 반도체 소자로 구성되는 위치센서로 인해 그 신뢰도가 떨어지게 된다. 본 연구에서는 BLDCM의 회전자를 검출하기 위한 센서를 사용하지 않고 BLDCM의 특성에 의해 발생되는 역기전압을 검출하여 회전자의 위치정보로 사용하여 BLDCM을 운전하는 방법을 연구하였으며, 역기전압 검출회로와 마이크로콘트롤러를 이용한 제어부를 구성하여 실험을 통해 가능성을 입증하였다. 운전방법은 최초구동을 위해서 비동기 구동명령을 인버터에 인가하여 강제로 BLDCM을 구동시켰다. 구동된 후 알고리즘 적용 속도범위(300rpm∼500rpm)에 이르면 전력선으로부터 검출한 역기전압을 이용해 회전자의 위치정보를 생성하고, 이 위치정보에 동기를 맞추어 인버터에 구동명령을 인가하였다. 실험을 통해 최초 비동기 구동명령 모드에서 정상운전 모드로의 전환이 부드럽게 이루어지는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 알고리즘 적용 최고 속도인 500rpm까지 정상적으로 운전되는 것을 확인하였다.

정상인에서 5가지 체간 안정화 운동자세가 초음파 영상을 이용한 복부근 두께에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Five Different Trunk Stabilization Exercise on Thickness of Abdominal Muscle Using an Ultrasonography Imaging in Normal People)

  • The aim of this study is to compare measurements of abdominal muscle thickness using ultrasonography imaging (USI) to those using a special transducer head device, during five different trunk stabilization exercises, ultimately to determine which exercise led to the greatest muscle thickness. Thirty eight healthy subjects participated in this cross-sectional study. The five types of trunk stabilization - i.e., a sit-up on the supine, an upper and lower extremity raise with quadruped on the prone, a leg raise in sitting on the ball, trunk rolling on the ball, and balance using sling on the prone position - were each performed with an abdominal draw. The thickness of the abdominal muscle - including the transverse abdominal (TrA), internal oblique (IO), and external oblique (EO) - was measured by USI with a special transducer head device, at rest and then at contraction in each position. Data were analyzed using one-way repeated ANOVA with the level of significance set at ${\alpha}$=.05. The results were as follows: 1) the TrA thickness was statistically significant (p<.05), whereas the IO and EO thicknesses were not (p>.05); 2) among the five types of trunk stabilization, TrA thickness significantly increased with the balance using a sling in the prone position, (p<.05), whereas no significant difference was noted for the four types of trunk stabilization (p>.05); 3) reliability data showed that there was a high degree of consistency among the measurements taken using the special transducer head device (ICC=.92). In conclusion, the balance using a sling in the prone position was more effective than any of the four other types of trunk stabilization in increasing TrA thickness in healthy subjects.

미세 그루브가 있는 무한폭 Slider 베어링의 윤활해석: 제1보 - 그루브 위치의 영향 (Lubrication Analysis of Infinite Width Slider Bearing with a Micro-Groove: Part 1 - Effect of Groove Position)

  • Surface texturing is widely applied to reduce friction and improve the reliability of machine elements. Despite extensive theoretical studies to date, most research has been limited to parallel thrust bearings, mechanical face seals, piston rings, etc. However, most sliding bearings have a convergent film shape in the sliding direction and the hydrodynamic pressure is mainly generated by the wedge action. The results of surface texturing on inclined slider bearings are largely insufficient. This paper is the first part of a recent study focusing on the effect of the groove position on the lubrication performances of inclined slider bearings. We model a slider bearing with one rectangular groove on a fixed pad and analyze the continuity and Navier-Stokes equations using a commercial computational fluid dynamics (CFD) code, FLUENT. The results show that the film convergence ratio and the groove position have a significant influence on the pressure and velocity distributions. There are groove positions to maximize the supporting load with the film convergence ratio and the groove reduces the frictional force acting on the slider. Therefore, the proper groove position not only improves the load-carrying capacity of the slider bearings but also reduces its frictional loss. The present results apply to various surface-textured sliding bearings and can lead to further studies.

실내 환경에서 White LED 마커 기반 무인 운반차의 직진경로 예측 기술 연구 (A Study on the Straight Path Prediction Technology of White LED Marker-based AGV in Indoor Environment)

  • 4차 산업시대와 함께 스마트 팩토리가 대두되고 있으며, 다품종 소량생산 시대를 맞이하여 무인 운반차는 작업공간에서 물건을 운반하고 정리하는 무인 운반차의 활용도가 빠르게 증대하고 있다. 기존의 무인 운반차는 실내 위치인식 및 이동을 위해 유도선 방식, 위치기반 방식을 사용하여 자신의 위치를 검출하였고 이러한 방법은 초기 고비용 및 유지/관리 보수의 단점이 있었다. 본 논문에서는 단점을 해결하고자 물류창고의 White LED 마커를 이용하여 위치 데이터와 White LED 마커 인식 이미지 데이터를 활용하여 칼만 필터를 통해 무인 운반차의 직전경로를 예측함에 하는 방안에 대해 검증하였다. 이를 통해 격자구조에서 대부분을 차지하는 직선 이동에 대한 신뢰성을 확보하였다. 또한 추가적인 위치 센서에 대한 의존도 또한 줄일 수 있을 것이라 예상된다.
