As more people want plastic surgery for various reasons, the demand for pleasant and aesthetical environment has increased also. This study, therefore, conducted literature and portal sites research before surveying women in their 20's and 30's who are more likely to be interested in and have plastic surgery. And we worked out a questionnaire to predict the customer demand and a survey board using specific vocabulary conveying emotional information as well as designs, targeting 120 people in Gangnam and Myeongdong areas. As a result, the respondents preferred natural designs, followed by modern and casual one with slight differences based on the areas. Thus, this is open to further studies. The preference for natural designs is considered to be related with the current interests in well-being and nature-friendly trend, coupled with new naturalism in the 21C. Hence, in order to add more colorfulness, minimalism, and vitality to the existing natural environment, one needs to seek motives from nature but make use of high-tech materials with strong colors to avoid boredom but create a lively indoor environment.

This study examined the main concepts of SOA and Web Services, and conducted technical analysis of major Web Services protocols such as SOAP, REST, SRW/U, and OAI-PMH that realize SOA, and suggested examples of SOAP and REST based Web Services establishments in foreign and domestic libraries respectively. In addition, it introduced application examples of Library 2.0 using Web 2.0 technology in foreign and domestic libraries and suggested how to apply SOA based Web Services protocol in Library 2.0. Finally, it proposed how to put Library 2.0 into practice applying meta-searching system integrating library OPAC, online bookstores, web portal sites and library union catalogs using REST based Open API.

This study suggests the establishment and applications of the News core thesaurus for efficient indexing and searching of news information. News core thesaurus was constructed as macrothesauri which can cover all of news subjects and then has microthesauri like politics, economy, society, culture, etc. as its subsets. In this research, News core thesaurus embodied 2,012 descriptors and 74 non-descriptors by SKOS(Simple Knowledge Organization System). It suggests measures that treat only special subjects in detail in weekly newspaper or biweekly newspaper with little information and special subjects, which is not daily newspaper, and use each microthesauri by merging or integrating in huge news archives or portal sites.

Many off-line fashion brands currently has construct hompage in the form of digital contents at the website. The purpose of this study is to confirm that fashion item of avartar can be applicate to react for consumer desires by a process of construction for hompage digital contents of fashion brand, and develop various avartar fashion item to satisfy consumer's wants using the computer graphics. The results of this study are as followings. First, it should be the first to decide whether hompage contents can be used for any purposes. And it will offer initial brand concept, followed by the contents of event, blog, avatar, fashion information. Second, portal sites currently service avatar fashion item, but it just bounds the limit of indirect effect. Many fashion brands face a challenge to differenciate themselves, so avatar fashion item should be planned to coordinate the contents and brand concept. Also it is certainly possible that fashion brand communicates larger consumers with a avartar fashion item that appeal to a consumer's sensibility. Third, this study propose design development and application as 3 of the avartar fashion item using the computer graphics. Avatar Fashion item using the computer graphics was presented by application as promotion through event garment, item coordinate, cellular phone service.

This study is to examine how big data collects user's information and is used; the status quo of exposures of user's information, and various measures of self-control by the user. This study is also to look their ethical issues and discuss problems of privacy concerning big data. As a way for users to self-control their information, they need to check the log-in state of web portal sites and set up their account so that customized advertisement and location information cannot be tracked. When posting a blog, the value of posting should be controlled. When becoming a member of a web site, users must check the access terms before agreement and beware of chained agreements and/or membership joins in order to control the exposure of their personal information. To prevent information abuse through big data through which user's information is collected and analyzed, all users must have the right to control, block or allow personal information. For an individual to have the right to control over his information, users must understand the concept of user's information and practice ethics accompanied by newly given roles in the Internet space, which will lead to the establishment of the sound and mature information society on the Internet.

This study analyzed a correlation between crime and meteorological changes and discomfort index of Seoul and p resented a prediction expression through the regression analysis. For data used in this study, crime data from Januar y 2008 to December 2012 of Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency and meteorological records and discomfort index recor ded in the Meteorological Agency through the portal sites were used. Based on this data, SPSS 18.0 was used for the regression analysis and the analysis of correlation between crime and meteorological changes and discomfort index and a prediction expression was derived through the analysis and the risk index was shown in 5 steps depending on predicted values obtained through the prediction expression derived. The risk index of 5 steps classified like this is considered to be used as important data for crime prevention activities.

As the existing strategy of preventing DDoS(Distributed Denial of Service) attacks has limitations, this study is intended to suggest the more effective method of preventing DDoS attacks which reduces attack power and distributes attack targets. Currently, DDoS attacks have a wide range of targets such as individuals, businesses, labs, universities, major portal sites and financial institutions. In addition, types of attacks change from exhausting layer 3, network band to primarily targeting layer 7. In response to DDoS attacks, this study suggests how to distribute and decrease DDoS threats effectively and efficiently using Proxy Server Group and Dynamic DNS.

This study examined relationship between the major five crimes(murder, robbery, rape, theft and violence) and elements of meteorological change(weather, temperature, precipitation, wind velocity and humidity). Elements of meteoro logical change corresponding to the date recorded by a meteorological office and the number of occurrences from January $1^{st}$ 2010 to October $19^{th}$ 2012 collected from major portal sites were used for this study. Based on this data, SPSS 12.0 was utilized to analyze relationship between crimes and elements of meteorological change, allowing us to find out relationship between crimes and elements of meteorological change. This analysis finding is sure to pave the way for research of this field.

Objectives Recently, the demand for complementary & alternative and personalized medical service has increased in the world. The purpose of this study was to predict the future market size of constitutional medical service in Korea through past surveyed studies Methods The portal sites of OASIS, NDSL, RISS, KISS, Koreamed, were used to select the researches related with constitutional medical service market. Total 1,477 papers were identified and 43 of them were fully reviewed. Finally, three of them picked up. Two specialists joined this review. Results and Conclusion The rate of constitutional medical service market among Korean medical service market was 23.2% in 2004 survey, 26.6% in 2007, and 23.5% in 2010. The number of Korean medical clinics and hospital was assumed 17,118 in 2020. The market size of Korean medicine was predicted 698,929 ten million won and among them, the scale of constitutional market size was 181,171 ten million won which meaned 25.9% proportion of Korean medical market size. Conclusion Constitutional medical market seems to be developed faster than Korean medical market in future.

The all inside anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction technique places an anterior ligament substitutes within two bony sockets rather than hone tunnel. This approach is accomplished through arthroscopic three portal which avoids the surgical exposure and morbidity associated with creating traditional bone tunnel. This technique has several distinct advantages when compared with the traditional ACL reconstruction through the bone tunnels. It offers the surgeon a less morbid method for ACL reconstruction that positions an ACL substitute at the anatomic attachment sites of the original ACL with two bone sockets, obviating the need for traditional bone tunnels. Graft fixation at or near the anatomic attachment points of the original ACL minimizes creep with early range of motion and reduces the abrasive 'wind-shield wipe' motion of the graft which occur with bone plugs positioned inside bone tunnels. The sagittal posterior angle to the tibial socket increases fixation strength to pullout with anterior translation force for the tibia on the femur. This technique is not graft specific and can accomodate any graft in which graft length can be customized to the intraarticular native ACL length.
