최근 항만물류산업의 고부가가치화에 관한 논의가 활발한 가운데, 항만물류산업의 e-비즈니스화에 대한 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 그러나, 두드러진 연구의 성과는 아직까지 나와 있지 않은 실정이며, e-비즈니스화 자체에 대한 회의적인 견해도 적지않은 것이 현실이다. 게다가, e-비즈니스화의 활성화를 위한 기술적 측면에서의 여러 가지 방안들은 업계의 이용실적이 미비하여, 실효를 거두고 있지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 문제에 주목하여, 실증적인 차원에서 인지 모델링 기법을 바탕으로 항만물류산업의 f-비즈니스에 영향을 미치는 요인을 추출하고, 그 체계를 수립하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 한다. 이러한 과정을 통해, 항만물류산업의 성공적인 e-비즈니스 도입을 위해 선행되어야 할 사항들을 파악하고, 주요 핵심 사항들을 제안하고자 한다.

In order to effectively relieve the traffic pressure of the city, ensure the smooth flow of freight and promote the development of the logistics industry, the selection of appropriate port logistics location is the basis of giving full play to the port logistics function. In order to better realize the selection of port logistics, this paper adopts the entropy weight method to set up a multi-dimensional evaluation index, and constructs the evaluation model of port logistics location. Then through the actual case, from the environmental dimension and economic competition dimension to make choices and analysis. The results show that port d has the largest logistics competitiveness and the highest relative proximity among the three indicators of hinterland city economic activity, hinterland economic structure, and port operation capacity of different port logistics locations, which has absolute advantages. It is hoped that the research results can provide a reference for the multi-dimensional selection of port logistics site selections.

This study comprehensively reviews the research conducted until recently in order to derive realistic alternatives in consideration of local industries. The case analysis was performed on a competitive port of similar size, and strategies and revitalization measures were suggested in consideration of the conditions of Gunsan Port. Literature review focused on papers and major reports. The case of similar size were analyzed for Daesan port, Boryeong port, and Mokpo port. In order to find strategies to revitalize the regional port logistics industry behind Gunsan Port, the recent opportunities and threat factors of Gunsan Port were derived. In order to foster the regional port logistics industry with Gunsan Port as its main base, this study proposes a three-step development strategy. It is necessary to increase the effectiveness of the public-private joint port sales and maintain the incentive system, but use it as a means to strengthen the competitiveness of Gunsan Port. Since the possibility of opening various routes is not high due to the conditions of Gunsan Port, various business models can be devised to link the currently opened routes. Start-up in the logistics field can stand out if they provide predictive data or provide consulting services by securing and analyzing logistics data, not directly providing logistics services.

Recently, the role of container ports is radically changing, These changes are largely driven by the innovation process of Logistics such as Supply Chain Logistics and Global Logistics due to the international expansional of industry. Under this environment, It is required that the container port should act as a integral part of a Supply Logistics Chain especially to provide the customer-oriented logistics service. This paper deals with the development strategy of container ports coping with these changes in the view point of container ports as a Logistics infrastructure to provide customer-response services and necessary to the economic promotion of hinterlands. Strategy is suggested in the phases of the customers desire, the pattern of container cargo, the economic promotion of hinterlands, and interrelation of container ports in north-east Asia and also domestics through the analysis of competiveness of container ports.

본 논문는 환동해권에서 입지적 우위를 갖는 강원도의 항만물류산업 활성화 방안을 모색함으로써 지역경제발전에 기여하고자 하였다. 본 논문은 강원도 항만물류산업의 활성화방안을 강원도와 정부 측면으로 구분하여 제시하였다. 강원도 차원에서는 국제물류 환경변화에 따른 거점 항만의 지정 및 개발, 환동해권 주요 항만간 네트워크 및 전자항만 시스템의 구축, 그리고 항만배후지 지원을 위한 자유무역지대나 경제자유지역 같은 경제특구의 조성 및 확대 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 배후단지에는 환동해권의 자원과 관련된 산업을 유치 및 육성하는 것이 효과적이라는 것과 적극적인 항만물류마케팅 활동의 추진을 주문하였다. 정부 차원에서는 강원도 항만에 대한 직접적인 접근성 및 연계성 확대를 위한 SOC 투자 확대 방안과 정부의 서남해안 위주 항만개발정책의 전환을 통한 강원도 항만에 대한 적극적이고 효율적인 지원을 요구하였다. 끝으로 항만물류 분야의 첨단화와 글로벌화가 급속히 확대되는 상황에서 종합적인 전문물류인력양성 기관의 설치 및 지원이 필요함을 제시하였다.

In the field of logistics, the maritime shipping industry plays a critical role as the backbone of global trade activities. Nevertheless, previous studies on the commercialization and benefits of blockchain technology are limited in the field of marine logistics. Thus, the purpose of this study was to predict the benefit for each group involved in marine logistics when blockchain technology is applied. As such, 21 factors of benefits were selected for seven major logistics groups (financial institutions, freight forwarders, inland transportation, ocean carriers, port operators, port-related government authorities, and shippers) to study the benefit expected for each through the commercialization of blockchain technology. Based on the results, a different benefit level is expected for each group when blockchain technology is used. In order, ocean carriers (0.155), inland transportation (0.150), financial institutions (0.153), port operators (0.145), freight forwarders (0.142), port-related government authorities (0.129), and shippers (0.126) were found to benefit most from the use of blockchain technology. This study has industrial implications in that it presents the benefits expected when blockchain technology is realized and used in marine logistics by groups involved in logistics transactions.

본 연구의 목적은 한국의 항만물류산업의 성장회계분석을 통하여 경제성장의 기여요인을 분석하는 것이다. $1990{\sim}2003$년간 항만물류산업은 전 산업 평균에 비하여 총요소생산성과 노동의 기여도는 높고 자본스톡 기여도는 낮다. 외환위기 전후로 항만물류산업의 성장 패턴은 크게 변화하였다. 외환위기 이전, $1990{\sim}1998$년간 항만물류산업의 경제성장률은 14.1%로 전 산업 평균 경제성장률 7.7%보다 크게 높고 그 주된 기여요인도 자본스톡과 총요소생산성으로 나타나지만 이들의 기여도는 전 산업 평균에 미치지 못하였다. 외환위기 이후, $1998{\sim}2003$년간 항만물류산업의 경제성장률은 5.4%로 전 산업 평균(10.1%)에 크게 미치지 못하였고 경제성장에 대한 기여도는 자본스톡 13.1%, 노동 57.0%, 총요소생산성(성장률) 29.9%로 노동에 의존한 성장패턴이 총요소생산성의 성장률 저하와 함께 경제성장률을 격감시키는 결과를 초래하였다.

According to the analysis results, first, the purpose of information system is usually internal-oriented (decrease of employees and increase of productivity) in the port-logistics industry. Second, the success factor of information system for internal strategy group is different for its external strategy group. Third, the external enviornment factors affect on the information strategy and the success factor in the port-logistics industry. Therefore, I think that it is necessary for the port-logistics industry to consider the information strategy direction and its affecting factors in the port-MIS.

공급망을 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서는 공급망의 특성과 구조에 대한 이해가 선행되어야 하는데, 이를 위해서는 공급망을 분석할 수 있는 프레임워크가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 공급망을 관계유형의 관점에서 분석할 수 있는 프레임워크를 제시하고 있다. 이러한 프레임워크를 토대로 공급망 관계 유형을 분석함으로써 공급망 상에 놓여있는 각 주체들의 공급망 수준을 파악할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 프레임워크를 항만물류산업에 적용함으로써 우리나라 항만물류산업의 공급망 수준이 어느 정도인지 파악하고 앞으로 발전적인 공급망을 형성하기 위해 고려해야 할 사항들을 도출하였다.
