최근 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술발달과 더불어 새로운 기술을 적용한 다양한 매체들이 개발되고 있다. 특히, 증강현실(Augmented Reality) 기술은 3차원 입체영상을 통해 현실감 있는 정보를 제공하고, 학습자의 직접적인 조작활동을 통하여 학습자들에게 새로운 학습 경험을 확장시킬 수 있는 교육매체로 높은 관심을 받고 있다. 이와 같이 증강현실이 주목을 받고 있는 가장 큰 이유는 기존의 교육 매체들과 달리 증강현실은 사용자가 실제 사물의 모습을 보면서 그것에 추가적으로 디지털화된 정보를 제공해 줄 수 있다는 독특한 학습정보의 제시방법 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 증강현실을 이용한 교육용 콘텐츠의 국내외 개발사례를 바탕으로 증강현실의 교육적 효과를 극대화 시킬 수 있는 방법인 Pop-up book 활용 및 멀티증강 디지로그북을 제안하고 최근 빠른 속도로 보급되고 있는 스마트폰용 어플리케이션으로 개발하여 사용자들이 보다 쉽게 증강현실 교육용 콘텐츠를 사용할 수 있도록 하였다.

Recently, the pop-up satellite archival tag (PSAT) is being used in studies as a method of using satellites for monitoring organisms. Because PSATs are attached directly on the organism being monitored, it is used mostly on larger species since the health of the organism is an important concern. For this reason, PSAT-based surveys are lacking in Korea with no studies on the physiological responses of organisms with PSAT attached. Accordingly, as a basic biomonitoring study using PSAT, the present study investigated the physiological changes in fish in response to the attachment of PSAT. The present study used red seabream (Pagrus major) and Korean rockfish (Sebastes schlegelii) as the experimental fish. The PSAT was attached to the muscle below the experimental fish's dorsal fin using a mono filament (n = 3). To investigate the changes in physiological responses according to PSAT attachment, blood samples were collected from all experimental fish, including the control (n = 3), at 1, 7, 14 and 21 days after the attachment. Upon blood sample collection, whole blood was used to measure hematocrit and hemoglobin levels. After separating the plasma, the separated plasma was used to measure the GOT, GPT, glucose, total protein, and cholesterol levels. Meanwhile, the plasma cortisol, superoxide dismutase, and catalase levels were measured using the ELISA method. The results showed that attaching the tag did not have any impact on the immunity and stress response of the experimental fish. The findings in this study also demonstrated the possibility of using PSAT for studying relatively smaller species living in the coastal waters of Korea.

This study aimed to determine the effect of the pop-up satellite archival tag (PSAT) tagging method on the blood indices and PSAT attachment efficiency of yellowtail Seriola quinqueradiata (mean body weight 10.2 kg). Based on tagging method, the fishes were divided in four different groups: untagged (control), single anchor (SA), dual anchor (DA), and silicon tube (ST). The blood indices and PSAT attachment efficiency were investigated on days 1, 14, and 28 after tagging PSAT on the muscle below the dorsal fin for each tagging method in triplicates. After 28 days of tagging with PSAT, a significant increase was observed in plasma glucose level in the ST group and in total protein level in the DA and ST groups. The levels of glucose, total protein, and total cholesterol in the SA group after 28 days of tagging were significantly lower than in the control group. The efficiencies of PSAT attachment were 0% in the SA and DA groups on 14 days post-tagging, and 66.7% in the ST group on 28 days post-tagging. The study results indicate that the proper PSAT tagging method is the ST type. The information obtained in this study presents valuable data that provide the required PSAT operational tool for industrial development and ecological monitoring of yellowtail.

This paper proposes a solution to the problems of manufacturing cost and processability by applying discrete material and thickness optimization (DMTO) and minimizing the use of high-strength, lightweight materials in the optimization process. A simple infant pop-up seat model was selected as the application target, and the weight reduction effect and variation in strength according to the optimization results were observed. In this study, a simplified finite element model of an infant pop-up seat frame was first constructed. The model was used to perform a static structural analysis to verify the weight and strength of each part. The D-optimal design of the experimental method was then used to observe the influence of each part on the weight and strength. This process was applied using discrete thickness optimization (DTO) (which applies high-strength, lightweight materials and optimizes only the thickness) and DMTO (which considers both the material and thickness). The DTO and DMTO results were compared to verify the design method that determines the major parts and simultaneously considers the material and thickness. Accordingly, in this study, an optimal lightweight design that satisfied the strength standards of the seat frame was derived. Furthermore, discretization parameters were used to minimize the application of high-strength, lightweight materials.

This study aimed to examine the effect of external pop-up satellite archival tags (PSATs) attachment and water temperature on the oxygen consumption rate (OCR) of the olive flounder (mean body weight 2281.7 g). The OCRs of fish were measured under conditions of three different water temperature conditions (15, 20, and 25℃) and two different tagging methods [non-tagging, control; bio-logger external attachment with a miniature PSAT (dummy mrPAT), BEA] using a closed flow-through respirometer. The OCRs of fish linearly increased with the increase in water temperature in both the control and BEA (P<0.001); however, the OCRs of BEA were approximately 1.8-1.9 times lower than those of the control at each water temperature (P<0.001). The Q₁₀ values of the control and BEA were the highest in the water temperature range of 15 to 20℃, but sensitivity to water temperature changes was higher in BEA than in the control. The metabolic energy loss rate (MEL) of fish increased with increasing water temperature regardless of external tagging, but the MEL of the control was higher than that of BEA (P<0.001). These results demonstrate that OCR, thermal sensitivity, and energy expenditure are all affected in adult olive flounder with external PSAT attachment.

본 연구는 유튜브 케이팝 콘텐츠 이용과 확산에 대한 연구로, 빅데이터와 사회네트워크 방법론을 활용해 실증적으로 분석했다. 구체적으로 주요 케이팝 콘텐츠 게시채널 60개를 선정하고 이들이 중복 조회자들(co-viewers)에 의해 어떻게 연결되어 있는지를 살펴보았다. 60개 게시자들 각각의 양자 관계를 보여주는 스퀘어 매트릭스(60×60)를 만들고, 그것에 근거해 네트워크 연결정도인 네트워크 밀도(Density), 하위 군집(Component), 군집 간 연결 정도를 파악했다. 분석된 60개 유튜브 케이팝 게시자들 중 2개를 제외한 58개의 게시자들은 커다란 하나의 연결망을 구성하고 있었다. 전체 연결망은 다시, 방송사 중심의 군집, 기획사·가수 중심의 군집, UGC 중심의 군집 등 3개의 서로 다른 하위 군집을 만들고 있었다. 또 각 게시자들은 네트워크 위치와 특성을 소속군집, 내외향중심도(In-out DegreeCentrality),매개중심도(Betweenness Centrality)와 같은 네트워크 변수들을 이용 측정했다. 방송사 중심 군집과 기획사·가수 중심의 군집에 비해 독립적인 UGC 군집은 상대적으로 규모도 작고 밀도도 낮았다. 연결빈도의 절대적 크기를 설명하는 내외향중심도(In-out Degree Centrality)를 보면 국내 방송사나 기획사, 가수 유튜브가 참여적 개인 유튜브에 비해 전반적으로 높은 것으로 파악되었으나, 일부 해외의 기업형 UGC 채널들의 중심도는 국내 방송사나 기획사 못지않았다. 서로 다른 채널과 군집을 이어주는 매개적 역할 정도를 보여주는 매개 중심도는 절대적 연결량과는 다른 결과를 보였다. 국내 방송사나 기획사, 가수 유튜브 중 매개 중심도 상위 10위 속하는 것은 7위 tvN이 유일했다. 네트워크를 하나로 이어주는 중요한 매개적 역할은 버즈피드(Buzzfeed)와 같은 해외 UGC 채널들이 담당 하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 유튜브 케이팝 네트워크의 글로벌 확산 과정에 다양한 유형의 적극적 참여자들이 활동하는 트랜스미디어 환경이 영향을 미치고 있음을 보여주는 결과다.

Contemporary people can form a broad social sympathy on cultural products based on the present Korean image. K-pop is good material to use to share korean culture, and fans who are enthusiastic here are increasingly demanding cultural products. The visual materials of Bangtan Boys are collected from their album covers, and a concept book, and divided into specific and symbolic images. Based on this motif, three specific images: 'bulletproof vest', 'army house + superhero extract image', and 'Wings symbol', six designs were proposed. In addition, six motifs from the music videos for recent popular songs, 'Spring Day', 'Blood, Sweat and Tears' and 'Burning Up' were selected as symbolic images. Each selected image is divided into a normal line and a special line. The former is a relatively small, stable, and popular style, and the latter is a large, original, and bold style. By drawing and transforming extracted images and motifs using Adobe Illustrator CS6 and Adobe Photoshop CS6 program, a full-width umbrella design was developed. The messages that the Bangtan Boys wants to convey through their music are put into cultural products that contemporaries can sympathize with. By developing umbrellas, a variety of items and design goods can become desirable points of consumption as high-value products by domestic and foreign fandom. If designs that incorporate various elements of future K-pop contents as well as other Korean Wave contents are developed, it will be possible to develop original design products that will form global understanding.

이미지 기반 3차원 장면은 비전 시스템, 게임, 가상현실 체험 등의 분야에서 쉽게 찾아볼 수 있다. 본 논문은 단일 영상으로부터 자동으로 3차원 가상 장면을 생성하기 위한 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 어린이용 도서의 팝업 이미지의 생성과 유사하다. 특히, 단일 외부 영상으로부터 장면의 3차원 기하학적 구조를 평가하기 위한 과분할 영상을 얻기 위해 텐서 보팅을 적용하였다. 텐서 보팅은 이미지의 균질 영역을 더욱더 부드러운 영역에 가깝게 만들며 영역 중심의 토큰은 매우 큰 saliency 값을 갖게 된다. 그리고 각 분할된 영역을 지면, 하늘, 수직성분 등의 대략적인 카테고리로 분류하고 라벨을 부여한다. 이 라벨은 간단한 가정 하에서 이미지를 팝업 모델로 변환시키기 위한 "잘라내기"와 "접기" 로 이용된다. 실험결과 제안된 방법은 복잡한 자연 영상에서도 성공적으로 영역 분할을 수행하였으며 분할된 영역 정보를 기반으로 구조 정보를 추론하여 3차원 팝업 영상으로 모델링하였다.

자가 산부식 프라이머는 세포독성이 있는 것으로 알려져 있어 교정치료를 하는 동안 치주조직에 손상을 일으킬 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 자가 산부식 프라이머가 치주조직에 미치는 영향을 평가해 보고 이를 전통적인 접착법에 사용되는 프라이머와 비교하기 위하여 시행되었다. 시편은 임상에서 브라켓 접착 시 사용하는 Transbond XT Adhesive (3M Unitek, Monrovia, CA, USA)를 각각 Transbond XT Primer (3M Unitek, Monrovia, CA, USA), Clearfil SE bond (Kuraray, Osaka, Japan), Transbond Plus Self Etching Primer, Adper Prompt L-Pop (3M Unitek, Monrovia, CA, USA)과 혼합한 후 광중합하여 제작하였고, Transbond XT Adhesive를 중합한 대조군과 비교하였다. 이를 배양된 HGF-1 (Human eingiva Fibroblast), HaCaT (Human Keratinocyte cell line), RHEK (immorialized Human Epidermal Keratinocyte)에 노출시킨 후 세포의 형태 변화를 관찰하였고, MTT assay를 시행하여 세포독성을 비교, 평가하였다. 실험결과 72시간 후 HGF-1, HaCaT, RHEK를 이용한 실험에서 모든 프라이머의 세포독성이 높게 나타나 세포 돌기의 위축, 세포 형태의 변화, 세포 수의 감소, 세포의 괴사가 관찰되었다. MTT assay 실험 시 HGF-1 을 이용한 실험에서 Clearfil SE Bond, Transbond XT Primer, Transbond Plus SEP, Adper Prompt L-Pop의 순으로 세포독성이 높게 나타났고, HaCaT를 이용한 실험에서 Cleafil SE Bond, Adper Prompt L-Pop, Transbond Plus SEP, Transbond XT Primer 순으로 세포독성이 높게 나타났으며, RHEK를 이용한 실험에서 Clearfil SE Bond, Transbond XT Primer, Adper Prompt L-Pop, Transbond Plus SEP 순으로 세포독성이 높게 나타났다. 자가 산부식프라이머는 전통적으로 사용되는 프라이머와 마찬가지로 세포독성이 유의하게 높으므로 구강내 사용시 주의가 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to show the textile designers how to be creative and how to accept other ideas which are not necessarily of their own, and to show what exactly creating anything means. During the 1950's and'60s. America and Europe reached their peak in developing their consumption culture. After World War II, America achieved an astonished feat in developing its thechnology and industry to cause the economy to a rapid ascendence. The U.S. government adopted the Keynsian theory in its economic policy. The Keynsian theory advocates the consumer spending. And during this time period the American public developed consumption habit. Mass production and mass media went in hand to induce the public to buy. The public became an important target for the advertising stratages of the industry. In order for the industry to advertise the mass produced products, it had to utilize the mass media such as television, newspaper, and magazine. And mass media came into play an important role not to advertise the products, but to imform and educate the public about the products. This corporate stratege is further enhanced by the desire of the American public to climb up the ladder by way of material possession. Pop Art was born not only in reflecting the ideology of the consumption culture, but acted as a catalyst for more spending. The subjects of Pop Art are cars, foods, comics, Hollywood actors and movie scenes, the famous singers or persons. Andy Warhol specifically used the chosen image repeatedly to emphasize the redundacy of the image. The common factors which exist between Andy Warhol's Pop Art and textile design is the repetition in form, and the way of transferring an image to a canvas - Warhol used the frotttage technique to transfer an image to a canvas and textile design is transferred to a paper by way of transferring technique. Also the way Warhol thought of his paintings as a decorative elements and made a couple of his paintings into wallpapers or exhibits his painstings wall to wall demonstrates his close alliance with the textile design, let alone his comercial design background. In this study, I examined the inter-relationship between textile design and Pop Art. To carry out this study, I examined the comsumption culture: and the biomorphic relationship of culture and art: and Pop art and its transience stage. The major finding of this study is there exists a common denomenator between textile design and Pop Art, especially of Andy Warhol's.
