폐콘크리트 미분말을 충전재로 재활용한 폴리머 모르타르의 물성 (Physical Properties of Polymer Mortar Recycling Waste Concrete Powder as a Filler)

  • 오늘날 대규모 건설사업에 따른 골재의 고갈과 환경보호 측면에서 폐콘크리트 골재의 재활용이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 페콘크리트의 분쇄공정에서 발생되는 페콘크리트 미분말을 폴리머 모르타르의 충전재 대용으로 재활용하고자 하였다. 폴리머 모르타르의 공시체는 폴리머 결합재의 첨가율을 9~15 wt%, 실리카 미분말 충전재 대용의 폐콘크리트 미분말 치환율을 0~20 wt%, 0.1~0.3 mm 잔골재(21~24 wt%)와 0.7~1.2 mm 잔골재(44~47 wt%)의 첨가율을 65~71 wt% 범위로 다양하게 변화시켜 제조하였다. 폴리머 모르타르의 물성을 평가하기 위하여 압축 및 휨강도, 흡수율, 내열수성, 내산성, 세공분포특성, 전자현미경에 의한 미세조직 관찰시험을 행하였다. 시험결과, 폴리머 모르타르의 물성은 폴리머 결합재의 첨가율 증가에 따라 현저히 증가되었으나 페콘크리트 미분말의 치환율 증가에 따라서는 크게 저하되었다.

  • 사회적 관심이 되고 있는 전력선과 휴대폰의 전자파 영향에 의한 인체 유해성 문제에 대한 상대적 개념으로 암 치료에 있어서 보조요법의 일환으로 제시될 수 있는 전자파를 이용한 온열치료법 개발을 위한 기초연구로서 고분자계의 젤리팬텀을 제작하였다. 폴리에틸렌을 비롯한 다양한 구성비를 가지는 팬텀 재료의 조합을 통해 CDMA와 PCS 대역에 적용되는 인체 두뇌의 젤리팬텀을 제작한 후 전기적 특성을 분석하였다. 본 연구는 향후 제조된 젤리팬텀을 비롯한 각종 장기의 모의인체에 대한 전기적 특성 값을 분석한 다음, 자성유체를 젤리팬텀에 주입시킨 후 실제 온도상승을 온도감지 적외선 카메라로 촬영하여 확인, 젤리팬텀의 전자기적 특성 분석을 통한 암 치료에 있어서의 새로운 방법론을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

열 나노임프린트 리소그래피에서의 몰드와 열가소성 폴리머 필름 사이의 응착 특성 (Adhesion Characteristics between Mold and Thermoplastic Polymer Film in Thermal Nanoimprint Lithography)

  • Adhesion tests were conducted to investigate the adhesion characteristics between mold and thermoplastic polymer film. Coating of anti-sticking layer (ASL), a kind of polymer material, imprint pressure, and separation velocity were considered as the process conditions. A piece of fused silica without patterns on its surface was used as a mold and the thermoplastic polymer films were made on Si substrate by spin-coating the commercial polymer solution such as mr-I PMMA and mr-I 7020. The ASL was derived from (1H, 1H, 2H, 2H - perfluorooctyl) trichlorosilane($F_{13}$-OTS) and coated on the fused silica mold in vapor phase. The pull-off force was measured in various process conditions and the surfaces of the mold and the polymer film were observed after separation. It was found that the adhesion characteristics between the mold and the thermoplastic polymer film and the release performance of ASL were changed according to the process conditions. The ASL was effective to reduce the pull-off force and the damage of polymer film. In cases of the mold coated with ASL, the pull-off force did not depend on imprint pressure and separation velocity.

고무분말을 혼입한 폴리우레탄 도막방수재에 대한 연구 (A Study on Polyurethane Waterproof Material Containing Rubber Particles)

  • Recently, the develpment of waterproof techniques has been required in morden building field. It is undoubt that one of the best materials for waterproof is polyurethane. Polyurethanes have advantages such as good adhesive ability, durability, weatherproof. However, they have disadvantages like high cost, delicate varnish layer, swelling problem. In this study, we found that the polyurethane with rubber particle of waste tire can solve those problems. We concluded that 10% of rubber particles containing polyurethane was recommened as the waterproof materials.

  • This paper describes the performance of the widely used polymeric insulating material for outdoor insulation. Various methods to describe the surface aging of polymer materials such as the peak and average of the leakage current, the cumulative charge, the weight loss have been investigated. The relationship between surface current, time are plotted and discussed.

  • A rectifying heterojunction consisting of polyparaphenylene(PPP) and polypyrrole(PPY) films was prepared by the electrochemical method. The photoresponse in the heterojunction of PPY and PPP is similar to the absorption spectrum of undoped PPP. This fact suggests that photoresponse depends strongly upon polyparaphenylene of semiconductor. The fill-factor was calculated from the photo current-voltage curve to be 0.19, which is relatively small compared to polyacetylene-polythiophene heterojunctions.

  • In this study, the influences of organic solvent viscosity on absorption properties of split-type micro fiber fabrics is examined with real time absorption measurement device built by our research group recently. And the absorption behavior of these fabrics is analyzed by material, fineness, construction, weight, thickness, and density of fabrics.

  • The development of dental materials has widened the scope of materials by changes in processing methods. CAD/CAM processing enables the use of zirconia as a dental material. Recent esthetic materials development has been made. For aesthetic purposes, a block for CAD/CAM processing by mixing polymer and ceramic materials are fabricated. However there is no guideline of how these materials should be used in actual clinical practice. Mechanical properties, wear and clinical studies were reviewed.
