The purpose of this research is to analyze the effects of social support on the job performance of workers at care facilities for elderly. For the study, a survey was conducted on 176 workers at care facilities for elderly in Gyeongsangbuk-do from the 5th of September of 5th of November, 2016. For the analysis, SPSS WIN 18.0 and Amos 21.0 programs were used to conduct t-test, one-way analysis of variance, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis at a significance level of 5%. The research results were as follows. First, the level of social support on the workers varied depending on their marital status, religions and years of service, while no difference was found for different genders, ages, education levels, positions, monthly incomes and workloads. Second, the job performance of the workers varied with their marital status, with the married workers performing at higher level then single workers. Third, it was found that the job performance of workers at care facilities for elderly has positive correlation with the level of social support. This paper is required to be used as a primary source for political development on the job performance of workers at care facilities for elderly.

In this paper, the pattern of extracting the same expression is proposed by using the Android intelligent device to identify the facial expression. The understanding and expression of expression are very important to human computer interaction, and the technology to identify human expressions is very popular. Instead of searching for the emoticons that users often use, you can identify facial expressions with acamera, which is a useful technique that can be used now. This thesis puts forward the technology of the third data is available on the website of the set, use the content to improve the infrastructure of the facial expression recognition accuracy, in order to improve the synthesis of neural network algorithm, making the facial expression recognition model, the user's facial expressions and similar e xpressions, reached 66%.It doesn't need to search for emoticons. If you use the camera to recognize the expression, itwill appear emoticons immediately. So this service is the emoticons used when people send messages to others, and it can feel a lot of convenience. In countless emoticons, there is no need to find emoticons, which is an increasing trend in deep learning. So we need to use more suitable algorithm for expression recognition, and then improve accuracy.

In order to cope with the ill-defined problem of human behavior being immanent uncertainty, several methodologies have been studied in game theoretic, social psychological and political science frameworks. As methods to arrange system elements systematically and draw out the consenting structural model concretively, ISM, FSM and DEMATEL based on graph theory etc. have been proposed. In this paper, we propose a modified structural modeling method to recognize the nature of problem. We introduce the statistical method to adjust the establishment levels in group decision situation. From this, it will become possible to obtain effectively and smoothly the structural model of group members in comparison with the traditional methods. Further we propose a procedure for achieving the consenting structural model of group members based on the structural modeling method. By applying the method to recognize the nature of ill-defined problems, it will be possible to solve the given problem effectively and rationally. In order to inspect the effectiveness of the method, we conduct a practical problem as an empirical study: "Behavior analysis of passengers for the Joban line of East Japan Railway Company after new railway service of Tsukuba Express opened".

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the effect of macroeconomic and non-macroeconomic determinants of capital flight. Research design, data and methodology: With five determinants, this survey was conducted by Eviews 10, and the ordinary least squares (OLS) as a statistical method was applied for examining the research hypothesis. The five determinants are a budget deficit, economic growth, inflation rate, the exchange rate, and sovereign rating. The capital flight measurement uses the World Bank residual approach. The data derive from the Central Bank of Indonesia, BPS-Statistics Indonesia, OECD, and Moody's Investor Service. Results: The result considers that economic growth, the exchange rate, and the sovereign rating will decrease capital flight. In addition, the budget deficit and the inflation rate will increase capital flight. The sovereign rating decreases capital flight bigger than the other determinants. In addition, the exchange rate is statistically significant. Conclusions: The most influential problem of capital flight in Indonesia is because of non-macroeconomics factor political issue, corruption, bad regulation, and others. That's why the investment climate in Indonesia is still not secure. We propose that the regime would have to amend the business rule for reducing capital, raising the investment climate, and demonstrating the creative industry.

Living Lab is one of open movements regarding social innovation, which mainly utilizes scientific technology to improve local residents' life value. Even though various attempts have been made, Living Lab projects that deal with actual life-related problems of local communities are not sufficiently being made. This study aims at organizing existing Living Lab studies and to draw political issues in perspective of solving regional problems and developing local communities. Above all, policies should be proceeded in a way that fully understands and reflects local problem since communication with local residents or end-users will be increased. It is required to support certain products or solution development that fits specific local situation based on their resource and demands. In addition, local small businesses or start-up companies should be given opportunities to conduct experiment and revise new technology, product or service on the spot. It would be a useful example to utilize ICT technology and contents such as local cable TV network, for Living Lab. Living Lab can establish itself as an effective reformation process only if it remains to function for the sake of solving issues of local community and residents. Practical undertones would be able to be obtained once this exploratory study turns into empirical case study.

Recently, CRM has been integrated with e-CRM based on information and technology and its introduction is increasing. In particular, as a-CRM effectively collects information of customers with low cost and consolidates relations with customers through interactions with them, it is easier to achieve the marketing goals of companies. This study examines theories of CRM and a-CRM, and discusses development plan for successful introduction of e-CRM based on case studies on its introductions. Political suggestions are presented as follows: First, the basic rule to manage customers in respect to e-CRM is customer-oriented management. For optimal customer management, various customer service channels that support customers in real world as well as online should be provided for the best e-CRM system. Second, of increasing online customers, important customers should be sorted out for which individualized services should be provided and if so, they can be faithful customers. It is believed to be a true development direction of e-CRM appropriate to current society. With introduction of e-CRM, values and needs of customers should be analysed through various sorts of communication and information activities, and segmental marketing activities should be developed.

The purpose of this study is to verify the economic effects of the on going Korea-EU FTA negotiations upon the regional economy and to present some strategic economic countermeasures to deal with the forthcoming changes on the economic environments. In comparing with the industrial structure between Korea and EU, due to the different specific part of their industrial competitiveness both parts would have complementary cooperative transactions and trade as well. And also Korea and EU would have the similar understanding of the importance of the field of agriculture and service in accordance with the economic standpoint respectively. The level of degree and magnitude of the effect of Korea-EU FTA upon the regional economy would be decided in accordance with the industrial structure and the level of income of the regional economy. We are not to confirm and specify the economic influences of Korea-EU FTA negotiations on the economic conditions of Gangwon province but to prepare rational economic countermeasures fit to its structural character. One of the political strategies that might be feasible is the inflow of foreign direct investment from the developed European countries to the regional economy. This developing model would mean a new experiment to activate any regional economy and a new formation of the policy of economic growth.

A single window platform must be successfully established by implementing CDM/UCR in WCO and UNeDocs in UN/CEFACT, which is part of the framework of standards for secure and facilitate global trade. Core success factors in single window platform for international trade depend on political innovative capacity, advanced leadership of high ranking officials and departments in charge, effective collaborations between the ministries and offices concerned which are supported by supreme executives, self-controlled coordinations between users, convenience and access availability to users, promotion and marketing, identification on predictive impediments, financial raising and revenue model payable, communication's strategy, valid legal basis etc. To settle a stable ubiquitous e-trade platform, firstly, procedures and practices of customs clearance which different from one another mutually must be standardized globally. Secondly, the international standard electronic data exchanges must be introduced to facilitate and simplify customs clearing procedures by holding administrative informations in common between public institutions. thirdly, cooperative work model must be accepted with enhancing outsourcing business between reference groups (export-import firms and IT service providers).

The purpose of this paper is to overview the administrative system and legislation of Russia's libraries with priority given to public library. After the breakup of the Soviet Union in 1991, Russia began to set up a new political, legal, and economic system. Russia has about 51,000 public libraries. Most towns and large villages have a public library As a rule, public libraries are unified in centralized systems coincident in their location with administrative regions. The great majority of public libraries are part of a network subordinated to the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation. Library legislation is an important guarantee of the success of library service. Two definitive federal laws were enacted in 1994, Library Law and Legal Deposit Copy Law. In 2001, the Russian Library Association adopted the Model Standard for Public Library. It has a recommendatory character and it is addressed to both librarians and local authorities.
