In particular, the focus of this study falls on figuring out whether individual characteristics of the participants play a role in moderating effect over transfer intension factors and its link path structure. The research results drive out two significant findings. First, in terms of relationship between the influence of transfer intension by self-efficacy and the validity of training content with the learner's readiness, the moderating effect of demographic features of the participants is effective partially by the sex and fully by their working position, but not statistically significant by age, education, and the prior startup career. This research deliver the following significant implication that the active participation of CEO level, decision-maker guarantee the higher performance of the training program like QFD program, more stresses falling on practical implementation in real business rather than just ending up with career training. This study gives significant policy implication to quasi-government organization running all public startup training projects.

  • The main goal of the research is to develop instructional consulting manual to help math teachers improve classroom teaching. Improving the quality of teaching in schools is stressed as a central focus of meaningful classroom instruction and high quality education. In this research, teaching consulting was defined as an activity that covers reflection process oriented towards formative assessment and continuing professional development. Within this context, subject-specific teaching consulting and teaching professionalism with focus on PCK was reviewed. Further, the questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the current situation of teaching consulting and teachers' needs for consulting. And also, specific examples of subject-specific consulting based on our previous consulting experiences in math classes were shown. Alternative ways to improve subject teaching were derived through the conferences where consultants and consultees analyze video-taped lessons conducted by the consultees. By those results, a manual for invigorating teaching consulting was developed. The contents of the manual consists of setting conditions of teaching consulting and its implementation in the classroom teaching. The first part of the manual contains steps to establish teaching consulting system, the qualification and role of the consultant, system evaluation, etc. The second part of the manual presents the pre-preparation, prescription and implementation and follow-up management steps. Each part of the manual provides consultants with specific guidelines for each step. Finally, recommendations for making policy related to ways to invigorate teaching consulting was suggested. It is expected that specific examples and cases of subject-specific teaching consulting presented in this research will be used to narrow the gap between theory and practice of teaching consulting, and to help math, science and English teachers develop teaching professionalism.

  • The purpose of the present study is to determine the occurrence of dyslipidemia and the effects of health life practices among Korean males and females. The study subjects were 4,036 persons aged at least 19 years, as selected from the health questionnaire data out of the third year data(2012) Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. They were divided into a dyslipidemia group of 2,092 subjects (male 1,042, female 1,050) and a normal group of 1,944 subjects (male 740, female 1,204) by applying the dyslipidemia treatment guidelines of the Korean Society of Lipidology and Atherosclerosis. In the present study, the SPSS 18.0 program was used to conduct t-tests, a ${\chi}^2-test$, and a logistic regression analysis of descriptive statistics. Therefore, dyslipidemia-related healthy life practice programs should apply the characteristics of Korean males and females that show differences in serum lipid concentrations and to this end, continued studies, and national-level customized education applying the effects of healthy life practices is considered necessary.

The objective of this study is to reexamine and redefine digital poverty targets of digital divide survey for multicultural families. The results suggest to reexamine multicultural families rather than limiting to Immigrant women for digital poverty. The results were as follows. First, the current survey has been limited to the migrant women for information gap survey of married migrants. But, It is expected to increase immigrant men in the future. It should include migrant men in the marginalized target in terms of preparation for a multicultural society. Second, the current survey has been limited to the migrant women for information gap survey. But, It is expected to increase children of multicultural families. This information gap is likely to be linked to differences in education or future economic disparities for children of multicultural families. It should include children of multicultural families in the marginalized target in digital divide survey.

  • This study aims to analyze whether there are mediating effects of emotional labor on the relationship between job characteristics of elderly caregivers and their job satisfaction and burnouts. The sample was consisted of 299 elderly caregivers working for the long-term elderly care centers from Seoul and Kyunggi areas. Both hierarchical multiple regression analysis and mediated regression analysis are used for statistical analysis. The findings from the study are as follow. First, the job characteristics of elderly caregivers have significant effects on their job satisfaction, burnouts, and emotional labor levels after controlling for background variables. Second, emotional labor has a significant effect on burnout, but it has no effect on job satisfaction. Third, there are mediating effects of emotional labor on the relationship between job characteristics of elderly caregivers and their job satisfaction/burnouts. These results suggest that enhanced supervision and stress management education as well as job improvement for elderly caregivers be carried out for the improvement of both their job satisfaction and burnouts. Furthermore, the improvement of the working conditions of elderly caregivers should be paid attention by the government as well as individual elderly care centers.

  • Digital accessibility of the middle-aged and elderly has been increasing at a faster pace than other groups such as the handicapped and adolescents. However, studies related to the digital accessibility of middle and older adults are scarce. In order to examine variables affecting accessibility to digital information of the middle-aged and elderly people, this study researches the impacts of sociodemographic, physical and mental health and social activity variables on the accessibility of digital information. We analyzed data of 1,661 people between the ages of 55 and 84 from the 2018 Status Survey on Digital Divide conducted by the National Information Society Agency. The hierarchical multiple regression analysis shows the higher education, economic, and life satisfaction levels are, the higher digital accessibility levels of both male and female are. The result of the analysis also shows that the aged male has a higher accessibility level when he does not live alone; meanwhile, the aged female has higher digital capability as her age is lower, which describes that there are differences between gender. We expect the result of this study to be used as an important reference to understand factors related to digital accessibility level and active intervention for improving digital accessibility of the middle-aged and elderly male and female.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the research published in Korea on the live atrium of Toegye Lee Hwang and present its applicability as a health dance program. To this end, Korean academic journals, the Korean Institute of Information Scientists and Engineers, and DBpia searched Korean journal publications with the keyword 'active visit', and 24 articles published from 1974 to December 2018 were classified into the Korean Research Foundation.According to the criteria, they were classified and analyzed into subclasses. As a result, first, the research trends of academic disciplines by year tended to increase the participation of various academic disciplines in the atrium. The interests of the live atrium differed in the order of physical education.Second, in terms of research subjects, more researches attempted to identify active atria as a research topic than research suggesting a plan.Third, the trends of the research topics were in order to study academic definition of live atrium, to find out the relationship between live atrium and other disciplines, to propose ways to use them, and to develop programs.Fourth, by applying the live atrium to a dance program, we found the potential as a dance program for health promotion. It is expected that these findings will not only provide the basic data for the possibility of a health dance program integrated with various fields, but also contribute to the search for the direction of health dance program research.

The survey was conducted on 274 administrative staff at 22 hospitals in J regions randomly selected using self-administered questionnaires. The survey period took about a month from July 1 to July 31, 2019. The hierarchical multiple regression analysis shows the following results. The organizational citizenship behavior of respondents turned out to be significantly higher in following groups: The higher the procedure justice, sub-areas of organization justice, the higher the intragroup trust, and the higher the organizational commitment. Their explanatory power was 41.9%. The results of the study indicate that the efforts, to increase organization justice, intragroup trust and organizational commitment, are required to improve organizational citizenship behavior among HAS. The above results are expected to be utilized in human resource management and industrial health education of medical institutions that enhance organizational citizenship behavior of HAS. Later research requires the establishment of a structural equation model that affects organizational citizenship behavior of HAS.
