Since it was found out that the degree of medical contribution to health was timid. the direction of health policy studies has been focused on the personal health behavior. Participation in health has been closely related to the behavior. Those who have insisted on the new direction believe that the health policy laying stress on low cost and personal responsibility can avoid the pathology of medical policy and medical crisis. Participation in health has been very important method of changing health behaviors. It is certainly important to change bad health behaviors. But there is no deliberation of social structure here. Most health behaviors are the adaptation to social structure. The attempt to change the established adaptation behaviors without considering social structure is difficult to succeed. It is little meaningful to say the importance of the health behavior to those who have no choice but to be ill due to the poor environment and health risks. What can guarantee the real direction of community participation at least is the consciousness and behaviors of people's right.

We aimed to understand how English textbooks in Korea reflect English education policies for improving the English language learners' cultural ability. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, we used the method of analyzing English textbooks because English textbooks are an important tool that most specifically reflects the English policy of a country. This study analyzed middle school English textbooks currently used in Korea. We analyzed nouns/pronouns related to cultures presented in the reading section included in each unit, and compared cultural diversity and cultural identity included in English textbooks in Korea. As a result, it was found that Korea tried to introduce the diverse cultures from the world and promote Korean traditional cultures into the world. So the cultural policy of English education in Korea can be evaluated to be appropriate for cultivating Korea young learners with the cultural capabilities which are essential to be successful leaders in the globalized world.

In this repect, the article recommend the policy alternatives such as the promotion of the education program R & D, the knowledge and information system, training system and the establishment of the governance system.

This thesis compares and analyzes the dynamics between policy, knowledge and power of Myanmar's higher education development. The papers begins by exploring the dynamics during the Socialist Military Regime(1962~1988), the Collapse of Higher Education Era(1988~2010), Thein Sein's Reform Era(2010~2015) and the current Aung San Suu Kyi's Civilian Era(2015~Now). By highlighting recent dramatic policy changes, the article argues that the policy discourse on the subject of internationalization of higher education and the technocratization of education development policy by the current Civilian Government in its new policy discourse, that resulted in the active participation as well as the contributions of international donors has directly impacted on the policy dynamics around the Comprehensive Education Sector Review and the introduction of the National Education Strategic Plan 2016~2020. Further, by examining complex interaction between the current domestic education stakeholders and international donors in education sector in Myanmar, this thesis argues that the new analytical framework on the understanding of policy dynamics in developing countries goes beyond the national level. The paper argues that there needs to be broadening of the analytical framework towards the multidimensional analysis perspective that includes global, national as well as local level policy, knowledge and power dynamics in Myanmar's dynamically changing higher education sector.

The web-search mainly focused on the web site of the departments and organizations relevant to PA policy and was supplemented by the literature searching. Results: The results of this study are as follows: First, the goal of PA does not match the established number of the Health Plan(HP). Second, the recommended levels of PA is not the same as levels of the year of establishment of the HP. Third, the questions of monitoring tool were inconsistent across years. The purpose of this study is to offer essential information related to early childhood education and care policy. Using the Korea Labor and Income Panel Study(KLIPS) Vol.5., this study analyzed sociodemographic factors that decide the use and type of institute for early childhood education and care. The following results are obtained: First, it is not easy for young children under three years old to use education and care institutes because of their preference for home care. Second, the mother's job status affects the child's use of child care centers and private institutes for education except for the using of early child education centers. Third, the affecting main factors for the use of child care centers are quite similar to critical factors for use of the private institute for education. Thus, young children using the private institute for education could be interpreted as coming from a low-income class compared with the children using the early child education centers.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for a more reasonable health teacher placement policy sending teachers to more appropriate sites, by analyzing the change process of the health teacher placement standards and the problems caused by an unreasonable placement policy. Methods: This study mainly analyzed relevant research data and existing studies focusing on a literature analysis. Results: To date, the placement policy for health teachers has changed, going through expansion, reduction, and retrogression, since its establishment. The standard, placing health teachers only in elementary schools with more than 18 classes, was created in 1952. Despite the expansion of the role of health teachers and the revision of the school health law in 2007, this standard has been applied to date without modification. In the meantime, there have been many problems caused by inappropriate placement of health teachers. It was difficult for health teachers in large schools to carry out proper health education; and, in many schools, passive health management, such as first aid, health tests, and student health management, was mainly executed rather than active health management. Students in small schools were not even given an opportunity to receive health education and health management owing to the absence of health teachers. Also, compared to teachers teaching other subjects, health teachers have had very unfair placement standards. Conclusion: The placement policy for health teachers, which has been applied to the present, has never reflected social change, the increase of student health issues, and the demand from the school area. Although the role of health teachers expanded with the execution of health education, the current placement standards for health teachers are very unreasonable. Accordingly, it is necessary to review the health teacher placement policy in a reasonable manner and to revise the standards considering the reality.
This study analyses the effects of the major educational policies, focusing on the private tutoring prohibition policy(PTPP), on the intergenerational class mobility(ICM) by using Korea Labor and Income Panel Study(KLIPS) 1st-12th surveys. Because private tutoring(shadow education) can be effective for academic achievement of children of above middle classes that spend most private tutoring expenditure and have more information on education, the private tutoring prohibition policy can increase the intergenerational mobility. This study confirms this possibility. Even when the overlapping effect of the middle school equalization polity is controlled for, there is still high effect of the PTPP. We think that we still need to examine the level of intergenerational mobility with PTPP cohort with that of later cohorts in the future. We also emphasize the compositive effect of the several consistent policies such as middle school and high school equalization polices and the PTPP and length and continuity of the policies for the higher mobility.
