As a domestic traffic control signal system, either the system with which a traffic signal turns into green at regular intervals or the system with which an amber or a red signal flickers on local roads without heavy traffic at midnight has been utilized. However, when the former system is used for roads with light traffic at midnight, delays and congestion can be incurred. Besides, in case of the latter signal system, the risk of vehicle crash is high. This study proposes a response type of flickering green signal system that rearranges signal system after analyzing beacon messages including sensor data. The proposed system, on a trunk road or a branch road at midnight, makes the signal keep flickering in green; When a vehicle enters the range of RSE, the transfer coverage, it transmits beacon messages regularly and Agent System analyzes the messages and alters the signal. It is a system by which vehicles move following the altered signal system, which will not only ensure smooth flow but also prevent vehicles from crashing on a road with light traffic. As a result of a simulation, traffic throughput and the average waiting time displayed 10 to 30 percent better improvement than existing signal systems, in terms of performance.

Since 2016, the VR market has been on the rapid growth. The most critical and arising issue in the VR market is VR contents. That is because it is necessary to develop making techniques and various VR contents to satisfy users' immersion and interaction as much as possible. Therefore, this study focused on VR image contents, conducted domestic and foreign cases of the components of visual and auditory inducement to keep and improve immersion, and thereby tried to find a right direction of visual and auditory inducement. As a result, the visual and auditory components of visual and auditory inducement were found to be photographing, edition, lighting, stitching, graphics, effect, voice actor's narration, dubbing, character voice, background sound, and sound effect; its technical and content components were found to be photographing technique, edition technique, lighting, stitching, graphics and effect, sound and sound effect, and theatric direction based on Mise-en-Scene, lines and narration of characters, and movements of characters and objets. For VR image contents, not only visual and auditory components, but technical and content components are necessary to improve immersion. In the future, it will be necessary to continue to research them.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the glass ceiling induction factors on the improvement of the job Commitment on the glass ceiling perception and to analyze the effect of the organizational Commitment on the influence of the local medical institute and private medical institute employees. Purpose. As a research method, structural equation model analysis was carried out to investigate the influence relationship of each factor. In particular, multiple group analysis was performed to analyze the difference of influence relations between public and private medical personnel. Respectively. Result, First, empirical studies on the effect of the glass ceiling inducing factors on job Commitment showed that job Commitment was influenced by stereotype and organizational culture, and the magnitude of the influence was different. Second, the employees of the room medical center were influenced by perceived promotion, job placement, education and training, reward, and job satisfaction. Third, in the hypothesis that job Commitment will be affected by the perception of glass ceiling, only the workers of the private medical center showed significant results. Based on the results of this study, it will be necessary to plan policies to improve the perception of the glass ceiling phenomenon and improve its status in order to improve the personnel and system that women workers in the medical field can enter more senior management positions.

This study is for a search for methods of development of marine leisure sports. As worldwide trend of marine leisure sports is developing rapidly and people more concern about their quality of life and leisure in Korea, the ear of marine leisure sports should be coming in Korea soon. This study is for a search for methods of development though the SWOT analysis. The results of the study are as below. First, the Strength of enlargement of the base in Korea are elation of concern of government and local governments, expanding local event of marine leisure sports with existing facilities and various programs. Second, the weakness of enlargement of the base in Korea are lack of awareness of marine leisure sports, frequent accident occurrence and lack of experts of marine leisure sports. Third, the Opportunity of enlargement of the base in Korea are more budget due to elation of concern of government and local governments and more preference of people in Korea. Fourth, the Threaten of enlargement of the base in Korea are low efficiency of high cost investment construction from government and local governments, huge fee of using facilities due to high cost investment construction and requiring treatment improvement of instructors of leisure sports facilities.

In this study investigated the factors for the career preparation behaviors of social welfare major students based on Lent et al. (1994)'s Social-cognitive Career Theory so as to provide essential baseline data for establishing proper career support strategies that suit the distinctive nature of social welfare studies. The participants of this study are 132 social welfare major students from three colleges who have completed social welfare field education. This study analyzed the relationship between cognitive factor (outcome expectation), vocational interest factor (major selection satisfaction), goal factor (career decision level), and work performance factor (career preparation behavior). For analysis, SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 were used. The analysis results are as follows. First, the model's goodness of fit was found to be at a statistically ideal level with CFI=.904, TLI=.887, and RMSEA=.068. Second, the result of analyzing the correlation between the primary variables is as follows: as outcome expectation increased, major selection satisfaction grew, which then increased the career decision level and led to the improvement in career preparation behavior. These results indicate the importance of developing a customized route support program considering the perceived and interesting factors of individual students to improve their career preparation behavior for social welfare majors.

This is a convergence study to investigate the factors affecting the psychological happiness of leisure sports participants(social baseball club) and to present a strategy for effective program development. The subjects of this study were 151 participants of social baseball clubs in J-do area and collected data by self-reported questionnaire. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were the explanatory power was 54.1% with psychological happiness, quality of life, self-efficacy. As a result, it was confirmed that strengthening interpersonal relationship ability, positive reinforcement of self-efficacy, and quality of life were important for improvement of psychological happiness. and in the future, it is necessary to study repeatedly to confirm the influence of psychological through objective measurement.

본 논문은 우리나라 청소년들의 경제교육을 좀더 효과적이며 내실 있는 교육방법을 찾는 데에 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 세계적 무한경쟁시대(無限競爭時代)에 주역이 되어야 할 우리나라 청소년들에게 어릴 때부터 체계적인 경제 지식과 마인드를 심어줌으로써 미래지향적이고 세계주도적인 인재로 성장할 수 있는 기틀을 잡아주고, 어떻게 교육하는 것이 가장 효과적이며 내실 있는 방법인가를 고찰하였다. 현재 우리나라 초 중 고에서의 경제교육에 관한 현황을 살펴보고, 실태조사를 바탕으로 경제교육의 방향과 활성화에 시사점을 두었으며, 특히 디지털 매스미디어를 중심으로 한 교육방법을 살펴보았다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 디지털 시대의 청소년 경제교육 방향을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청년실업자의 활용이라는 측면에서 청소년경제교육을 직접 지도할 수 있는 전문가를 양성하여야 한다. 정년실업자를 청소년 경제교육에 관한 skill 교육을 통해 전문경제교육자로 양성한 후 현장에 투입하여 활용하는 방안이다. 현재 학교교육에서의 경제교육을 전문적으로 도와줄 수 있는 전문가의 부재를 청년실업자를 바탕으로 정책적, 민간기관의 지원을 바탕으로 자격증을 취득한 전문경제교육자를 현장에서 활용하는 것이다. 둘째, 청소년들의 환경에서 가장 큰 영향력을 행사하는 디지털 매스미디어를 경제교육의 도구로 활용하는 웹 활용교육(WBI)이 되어야 한다. 디지털을 이용한 경제교육의 매력은 매스미디어에 대한 청소년들의 거부감이 없다는데 있다. 그리고 웹 활용 교육(WBI)과 프로그램 개발을 통하여 인터넷과 홈페이지 그리고 다양한 경제교육과 학교 수업에 효율적으로 사용될 수 있다.식품으로서 사료의 위생적인 생산을 가져올 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. 서비스에 대한 인지된 유용성과 UI의 편의성은 사용자 선호에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 정보 품질, 서비스 연계성, 흥미 성, 시스템 품질은 사용자 선호에 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 정보 품질과 시스템 품질의 결과는 유의 수준에서 크게 넘어가지 않는 결과가 나와 반드시 영향을 미치지 못하는 것은 아니라고 조사되었다. 본 연구는 검색 서비스라는 특정 서비스에 대해서 사용자 선호에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해서 알아보고자 하였다. 이는 학문적인 측면에서 기존의 통합적인 웹사이트 평가에 대한 연구의 확장을 가능케 하였고, 개인사용자 측면에서는 좀더 좋은 정보를 제공하는 검색 서비스에 대한 이해를 높일 수 있는 계기가 되었다고 할 수 있다. did not showed any characterized sign of acute or subacute liver damage or intestine lesion. In this study, IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis) techniques were used to suggest improvement plans and implications for convergent medical tourism services which medical tourists can be satisfied in Medical institutions. For this study, a total of 244 questionnaires among collected data for customers who experience a medical tourism service (a health checkup) at four hospitals located in Gangneung, Gangwon Province from September 1, 2014 to October 30, 2014 was to ensure a valid sample. As a result of the experiments which conducted by paired sample t-test analysis to learn corresponding to the difference between importance and satisfaction of the medical tourism services, it shows significant differences in all entries In the importance and satisfaction of the medical tourism services. As a result of the experiments which conducted by the IPA, the importance is high awareness but among service items which satisfaction is not actually high, service items that requires intensive care in the future are derived in items of "exact medical tourism services", "rapid response to the needs of the patient", "rapid medical tourism services", "communication with medical tourism coordinator". Therefore, medical institutions may need to be arranged in the Medical Tourism Coordinator with the agility and expertise of the medical tourism.

This study aims to verify the effect of the strength note program by comparing and analyzing the effect of the strength note program on self-esteem and self-efficacy of university students in Convergence Age. This study targeted 70 male and female university students in G area and the subjects were asked to find their and other people's positive characteristics or strengths once a week and record them. For analysis of the collected data, frequency and percentage analysis and paired-t-test were conducted using SPSS WIN 20.0. As the result, the strength note program significantly influenced the improvement in self-esteem and self-efficacy of university students. This result demonstrates the necessity of the strength note program for improving self-esteem and self-efficacy of university students. Therefore, there is a need to provide a specific and systematic strength note program to help university students get over diverse problems. It is considered that this will help mental health, academic achievement and career search of university students and contribute to the enhancement in happiness and the quality of life. Also it will be the basis for future longitudinal studies through interdisciplinary convergency research.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the research trends and present future research directions in the field of Cyber Physical System (CPS), a key element in the 4th Industrial Revolution, Industry 4.0, and Smart Manufacturing that are currently promoted as important innovation agenda both at home and abroad. In this study, (1) the concepts of industry 4.0, smart manufacturing and CPS are summarized; (2) analysis criteria of these fields are established; and 3) analysis results are presented and future research direction is proposed. 74 overseas and 8 domestic literature on manufacturing CPS from 2013 to 2017 are identified through 'Google Scholar Search'. Major results of the analysis are summarized as follows: (1) research on a common methodology and framework for the manufacturing CPS needs to be done based on the analysis of the existing methodologies and frameworks of various perspectives; (2) in order to improve the maturity of the manufacturing CPS, it is necessary to study actual deployment and operations of CPS, including the existing systems; (3) it is necessary to study the diagnostic methodology that can evaluate manufacturing CPS and suggest improvement strategy; and (4) as for the detailed model and tool, it is necessary to reinforce research on SCM production planning and human-machine collaboration while considering the characteristics of CPS.
