The purpose of this study is to give a help organizations facing various crises establish effective crisis preparedness plans by confirming the effect of an organization's crisis management system on crisis preparedness, and by confirming the multiple mediating effects of crisis monitoring and learning from failure. The survey for the empirical study was conducted targeting 121 executives, directors, mangers and mid-level employees of the MBA program of the P National University. Confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis were performed using SPSS 25 and Amos 25, and mediating effect analysis was performed using the boot-strapping technique using process macro. As a result of the study, it was found that the crisis management system had a positive (+) effect on crisis preparedness, and learning from failure and crisis monitoring multi-mediate between the crisis management system and crisis preparedness. Through the research results, it was confirmed that there was a significant effect of learning from failure and crisis monitoring that had an effect on crisis preparedness. As an implication, a crisis preparedness plan suitable for the organizational situation was presented, and the limitations of the study and future research directions were presented.

The purpose of this study was to identify research trends related to nursing informatics competency and to present further directions. This study was scoping review designed and used methodological framework by Arksey and O'Mally. The reviewed study were found through electronic databases and published from January 2000 to December 2021. There were a total of 18 studies that were included in the analysis. The framework is comprised of evaluating the characteristics and the topic of research conducted. Research in regards to nursing informatics competency has increased after 2010, and quantitative research and research with nurses as the primary subject accounted for the majority of the studies performed. Factors that influenced the outcome for the nursing informatics competency were education, position, and key variables were work performance, self-leadership, job satisfaction, nursing work achievements, nursing organizational culture, and working environment. This research is significant that it systematically reviewed the nursing informatics competency and set a direction for further studies. In the further study, it is necessary to reflect changes in the health care system and nursing work environment and it is suggested to develop educational programs to improve nursing informatis competency for nurses and nursing students.

Recently, the metaverse has been receiving a lot of attention. Metaverse means a virtual space, and various events can be held in this space. In particular, 360-degree video, a format optimized for the metaverse space, is attracting attention. A 360-degree video image is created by stitching images taken with multiple cameras or lenses in all 360-degree directions. When shooting a 360-degree video, a variety of shooting equipment, including a shooting staff to take a picture of a subject in front of the camera, is displayed on the video. Therefore, when shooting a 360-degree video, you have to hide everything except the subject around the camera. There are several problems with this shooting method. Among them, lighting is the biggest problem. This is because it is very difficult to install a fixture that focuses on the subject from behind the camera as in conventional image shooting. This study is an experimental study to find the optimal angle for 360-degree images by adjusting the angle of indoor lighting. We propose a method to record 360-degree video without installing additional lighting. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that experiments will be conducted through more various shooting angles in the future, and furthermore, it is expected that it will be helpful when using 360-degree images in the metaverse space.

This preliminary study examined the degree programs in data science at the School of Information in the States. The focus of this study was the data science degrees offered at the School of Information awarded by the 64 Library and Information Science (LIS) programs accredited by the American Library Association (ALA) in 2022. In addition, this study examined the degrees, majors, minors, specialized tracks, and certificates in data science, as well as the potential careers after earning a data science degree. Overall, eight Schools of Information (iSchools) offered 12 data science degrees. Data science courses at the School of Information focus on topics such as introduction to data science, information retrieval, data mining, database, data and humanities, machine learning, metadata, research methods, data analysis and visualization, internship/capstone, ethics and security, user, policy, and curation and management. Most schools did not offer traditional LIS courses. After earning the data science degree in the School of Information, the potential careers included data scientists, data engineers and data analysts. The researcher hopes the findings of this study can be used as a starting point to discuss the directions of data science programs from the perspectives of the information field, specifically the degrees, majors, minors, specialized tracks and certificates in data science.

Objectives In this study, a scoping review was conducted to inform decision-making related to traditional Korean medicine for people with disabilities in the future. Methods Seven databases were searched to find previous studies on traditional Korean medicine for people with disabilities. Studies published until August 2021 were considered. Using the methodology of scoping review, research on traditional Korean medicine for people with disabilities was reviewed with the following steps: 1) drawing research questions, 2) searching for related studies, 3) selecting studies, 4) extracting data, and 5) analyzing and reporting results. Results Out of 2,072 studies, 7 research papers and 10 reports were finally selected. The research papers included 5 cases studies, 1 survey study, and 1 chart review. Most studies used herbal medicine and acupuncture treatment, but the reports on the interventions were not detailed. The reports included policy studies, project performance guidelines, and project results reports, and most of the evaluation indicators tended to be standardized. Conclusions This study reviewed the literature on traditional Korean medicine for people with disabilities. It presents future directions for clinical research on traditional Korean medicine for people with disabilities and can be used to inform healthcare policies and clinical practice. In the future, quantitative research such as clinical trials, meta-analysis, and health insurance big data analysis is needed to understand the current status and effects of traditional Korean medicine for people with disabilities. In addition, qualitative research is necessary to identify unmet demands of traditional Korean medicine for people with disabilities.

Over the past 20 years, Korea's number of international passengers and freight transportation records has increased by 8.6% per year, respectively. However, despite the development of sea lanes and increased voyages, there have been constant calls for improving the inefficient management of international passenger ports. Hence, this paper presents improvements and further directions for international passenger port management. Focusing on the Incheon International passenger port as a representative case study, the main results show that the most important, urgent, possible measures for improving the port management include (i) the expansion of customs personnel and implementation of a 24-hours customs clearance system in operation, (ii) installation of buffer facilities between the ferry and ferry cargo and establishment of hinterland specialized in car ferry freight in a facility, and (iii) clear standards for cost-bearing subjects and limitation of high cost related to terminal use in institution. These results imply the need for government policy access and investment reflecting stakeholder opinions at various levels, such as operation, facilities, institution, and so forth, for efficient management of international passenger ports.

This study is a study that collects and analyzes data through An autoethnographyon as one of method of qualitative research, through which researcher have experienced firsthand in the process of developmenting and counseling there a new concept professional mental health mobile service platform as a mental health social welfare expert. The results of this study are as follows.First, there are people in Korea who are directly exposed to mental health issues and need to receive professional medical services, but there are also quite a few members of the public who have a desire for general mental health services, although the level of therapeutic intervention is not required. Second, considering the characteristics of modern society and especially in the pandemic situation of infectious diseases such as COVID-19, more and more people are preferring various mental health service platforms using mobile devices. Third, all generations complain of mental health issues such as family problems, stress, interpersonal relationships, and occupations, and other mental health problems such as self-harm and suicide accidents are frequently mentioned in connection with mental disorders such as depression, anxiety disorder, addiction, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Fourth, youngth s were exposed to various mental health-related issues, and above all, they were complaining of serious mental health problems such as self-harm and suicide accidents. Fifth, in delivering professional mental health services, mental health experts with the ability also to provide professional services online through mobile devices are needed as well offline. Finally, based on the results of this study, policy and practical suggestions related to the provision of mental health services in the future, and directions for follow-up studies were suggested.

The Minister of Education has officially announced that the Ministry of Education will promote the integration of early childhood education and care. The core of integration is the integration of kindergartens and child care centers, and it is necessary to develop the specific model, so this study was conducted. After the discussion of integration, the discussion has focused on the "Young Children School", and there were differences of opinion on specific issues. Therefore, this study was conducted to propose the specific model for the "Young Children School" after kindergartens and child care centers were integrated with the Ministry of Education. The research question is to find out what the model of the 0-5-year-old young children school model centered on the Ministry of Education. In this study, assuming that integration of early childhood education and care was realized, a plan for integrating early childhood education institutions by type of establishment was proposed. As a conclusion of this study, first, a model of a 0-5-year-old young children school centered the Ministry of Education under the government responsibility is required. Second, a detailed school model that reflects the characteristics of each type of establishment should be developed. Finally, specific measures such as the reform of the teacher training system, the after-school course operation model, and the integration plan with the office of education and local governments should be presented during the young children school system.

This study investigated that customer satisfaction based on the effects of perceived value (innovative value, practical value, symbolic value) and innovation characteristics (innovative resistance, visibility) of wearable healthcare device users on purchase attitude. A survey was conducted on actual users who are currently using wearable healthcare devices, and the final 201 copies were analyzed using SPSS 25 and SmartPLS 3.0. The summary of research results is following here. First, it was found that the perceived values, innovative and practical values had a positive (+) effect on the user's purchasing attitude, while symbolic values did not affect the user's purchasing attitude. Second, among the innovation characteristics, innovation resistance was came out negative (-) effect on the user's purchasing attitude, and among the innovation characteristics, visibility did not affect the user's purchasing attitude. Third, it was found that perceived price had a positive (+) effect on the user's purchase attitude. Fourth, it was clarified that the perceived price and purchase attitude had a positive (+) effect on the user's customer satisfaction. Based on these research results, theoretical, practical, and future research directions were proposed.

Laws, administrative rules, and task manuals have been revised to build a modern river maintenance system in Korea for the last decade. And various researches and technology developments have been carried out to resolve related issues. However, the recent enactment of the new Act and the catastrophe of flood damage in 2020 have accelerated more emphasis on the reorganization and reinforcement of the river maintenance system in terms of political and social aspects. In this study, we suggested promising directions for strengthening the technical and institutional competencies of river maintenance with respect to policy, R&D, planning, and technology. The open discussion was held with the participation of industry, academia, research institutes, and government officials, and all participants conducted the related survey to collect their opinions effectively. These results are expected to be used as a reference to secure the justification for integration of government organizations, planning of R&D, the introduction of new river maintenance, and related technology development when reestablishing and reinforcing the river management system in the future.
