  • The purpose of this paper is to review the direction of the slicing security policy, which is a major consideration in the context of standardization in 5G communication network security, to derive security vulnerability diagnosis items, and to present about analyzing and presenting the issues of discussion for 5G communication network virtualization. As for the research method, the direction of virtualization security policy of 5G communication network of ENISA (European Union Agency for Cybersecurity), a European core security research institute, and research contents such as virtualization security policy and vulnerability analysis of 5G communication network from related journals were used for analysis. In the research result of this paper, the security structure in virtualization security of 5G communication network is arranged, and security threats and risk management factors are derived. In addition, vulnerability diagnosis items were derived for each security service in the risk management area. The contribution of this study is to summarize the security threat items in 5G communication network virtualization security that is still being discussed, to be able to gain insights of the direction of European 5G communication network cybersecurity, and to derive vulnerabilities diagnosis items to be considered for virtualization security of 5G communication network. In addition, the results of this study can be used as basic data to develop vulnerability diagnosis items for virtualization security of domestic 5G communication networks. In the future, it is necessary to study the detailed diagnosis process for the vulnerability diagnosis items of 5G communication network virtualization security.

  • In order to examine the causes of the social policy changes in Korea during the late of 1990s, this study tries to compare the social policy decision-making structure between Kim Yong-Sam Government and Kim Dae-Jung Government. This study applies policy network analysis method which measures the relation and power structures of policy actors and as a result shows the characteristics of the policy making structure. Analysing the 6 policy domains and 52 policy events, this study finds that the importance and location of veto points which were created by the social policy decision processes have changed. In Korea, social policy decision processes have been produced power structures in which Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning Board have played a decisive role. In result, these executives can have controlled policy making processes and had veto power, i. e. veto points in policy decision-making structure. But, during Kim Dae-Jung government, accountability issues of financial crisis and reorganization of ministries have changed the importance and location of veto points. Pro-welfare groups of civil society got a chance to penetrate policy decision-making structure during that time. This study argues that these changes of policy decision-making structure may be associated with the social policy changes in Korea during the late of 1990s.

  • A organization of social enterprises is to achieve various goals such as private interests, the public nature, and social policy. For fulfilling these goals, we have to understand the various success factors. These success factors were shared among peoples. This study explored a position of structure of social network formed by success factors of Social Enterprises with importance. A position within social network defined a number of link connected other nodes. A position is closely associated with to individual's behaviors, opinions and thinking. We used social network analysis with two mode method for explaining feathers of structure of social network formed by success factors shared among peoples. We choose degree centrality for determining a position within social network. Centrality is a key measure in social network analysis. Results is that shared success factors are operation capital(15.15%) totally, and by Buying experience of products of Social Enterprises, Business Compliance(14.39%) and planning(12.88%), and by usage time of smart devices, Business Support(17.05%) and planning(16.10%). and the dominant success factor was not explored.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the residential environment satisfaction of young women's one-person households and the characteristics of young one-person households, and to present policy implications for their housing problems. Research design, data, and methodology: This study used 11th Korea Financial Panel Data. Analysis methods in this study include basic statistical analysis, frequency analysis, multiple regression analysis, and artificial neural network analysis. Results: As a result of the analysis of this study, 1) young one-person households showed that women had higher ratios of non-regular workers, real estate debt than men, and lower average income. The percentage of young people owning their own homes was very low at about 5%. 2) For young women, the higher the education level and monthly consumption, the lower the housing satisfaction. 3) Young women living in rental housing had lower housing satisfaction than their own. Conclusions: Women are paying more for housing security than men in young one-person households. In addition, the proportion of their own houses is very low. Therefore, there is a need for a policy on the housing safety issue of young women's one-person households. And policies to support young one-person households to own their own homes are required.

  • This study analyzed keyword networks and Author's Affiliation networks of hydrogen-related papers published in Korea Citation Index (KCI) journals from 2016 to 2020. The study investigated co-occurrence patterns of institutions over time to examine collaboration trends of hydrogen scholars. The study also conducted frequency analysis of keyword networks to identify key topics and visualized keyword networks to explore topic trends. The result showed Collaborative research between institutions has not yet been extensively expanded. However, collaboration trends were much more pronounced with local universities. Keyword network analysis exhibited continuing diversification of topics in hydrogen research of Korea. In addition centrality analysis found hydrogen research mostly deals with multi-disciplinary and complex aspects like hydrogen production, transportation, and public policy.

  • This study aims to analyze research topics within the domain of archival studies by examining bibliographic information from academic papers in archival science, library and information science, and history. After collecting 1,173 academic papers, network analysis was performed based on author keyword data, topic modeling was conducted from abstract data, and the analysis results were organized over time. The network analysis results based on author keywords confirmed that the research topic network actively changed according to variations in major laws and policies. Moreover, topic modeling from the abstract showed that the subjects of the entire academic paper were divided into "Records Management," "Archiving," and "National Records Policy." Notably, from 2002 to 2009, "Records Management" and "National Records Policy" were relatively dominant, but it has achieved balanced quantitative growth since 2009, peaking in 2019.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify relationships between acculturation, social network, and health-related quality of life (HRQOL) among Korean-Chinese immigrants. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted with 147 Korean-Chinese immigrants who were residing more than 1 year in Korea. Physical and mental dimensions of HRQOL were assessed by Short Form-12 Health Survey that consisted of a physical component summary (PCS) and a mental component summary (MCS). Data were analyzed with Pearson's correlation and multiple regression. Results: The mean PCS score was $41.14{\pm}10.72$ and the mean MCS score was $49.09{\pm}11.31$ (possible range 10-70). Depression (${\beta}$=-6.43) and Social network frequency (${\beta}$=2.44) explained 28.4% of the variance in PCS while depression (${\beta}$=-11.54) and visiting clinic/hospital (${\beta}$=-4.00) explained 34.3% of the variance in MCS. Acculturation was not significantly associated with HRQOL. Conclusion: This study confirmed that the social network frequency influences HRQOL among Korean-Chinese Immigrants. The findings suggest that social network analysis should be considered in the process of developing health intervention strategies for Korean-Chinese immigrants.

  • Recently, government agencies are actively adopting the platform model as a means of public policy. However, existing studies on the public platform are minimal and have focused on user experiences or the possibility of public usage of the platform model. Now the research concerning building governance structure and utilizing network effects of the platform after adopting the platform model in the public sector is keenly required. This study intended to ignite academic dialogue on the governance of public platforms in the context of digital transformation. This study focused on a case of the 'Special delivery,' a public delivery app established by Gyeonggi-do. In order to analyze the characteristics of the public platform and its governance structure, data were collected from press releases, policy reports, and news articles. Data was analyzed using the frame of Hagui's platform design factors and Ansell & Gash's collaborative governance model. The results of the public platform analyses showed 1) incompleteness in the value trade-off accounting, which was designed for platform business based on general cost-benefit analysis, and 2) a closed governance structure that limits direct participation of diverse user groups(i.e., service provider, customer) in order to enhance providers' utility by preventing customers' excessive online activities. The results of this study provided theoretical and policy implications regarding designing the strategy for accounting for value trade-offs and functioning governance structure for public platforms.
