  • The study aims to analyze the factors affecting citizens' willingness to cooperate in police activities and to verify the intermediation effects of citizens' trust in police in these relationships. In order to achieve the purpose of such research, we selected factors that are expected to affect cooperation in police activities and police confidence by conducting a survey of 502 adult men and women living in Seoul and utilized them for analysis. The results from the analysis are summarized as follows. First, procedural fairness was confirmed as an influence factor on the cooperative history of police activities. In other words, it is necessary to have police activities conducted more fairly and citizens recognize them in order to induce cooperation from citizens, as the fairer police activities are shown to increase the willingness of citizens to cooperate. Second, it was confirmed that the level of citizen awareness of patrol activities and level of disorder in the community affected cooperation in police activities through the medium of police trust. It can be said that the more positively citizens evaluate police patrol activities, the more police confidence increases and this trust leads to citizens' cooperation in police activities. In addition, as the disorderly environment in the community improves, citizens' trust in the police increases, leading to civic cooperation in police activities. Based on this, the police trust was able to confirm that it had a fully operational effect. Third, if the procedural fairness of police activities increases, citizens trust the police, and this police trust leads to cooperation in police activities. In addition, it was found that procedural fairness had a direct impact on citizens' cooperation in police activities, so it was able to confirm that there was a partial selling effect.

  • With the growth of airline management, as well as computer and IT security, the international trade in this modern society has been rapidly increasing, Along with the advancing, airplanes have become a universal means of communication. However, the complications associated with airplane safety have also been brought up as a result, the most concerning of which is terrorism. One of the main counterplans for preventing terrorism is Ground security activities the core of Ground security activities is absolute safety for passengers in both passenger terminal and freight terminal. Subastral security refers to physical protection, proximity control and 100% security search and freight guarding of the passengers' possessions, and the personnel's duties to perform such jobs are be! coming more crucial. On the other hand, Airport security check has bee n gradually developing since the 1960's, when hijacking began to take place. Although the airports have been providing more safe and comfortable services to their customers, terrorism is still happening today. When Ground security activities is minute, the users feel displeasure and discomfort, yet considering solely their convenience can brings problems in achieving safety. Since the 9.11 terror in 2001, the idea of improving and strengthening airport security was reinforced and a considerable amount of estate is being spent today for invention and application of new technology. Various nations, including the United States, have been improving their systems of security through public services; public police department is actively carrying out their duties in airports as well. • In the situation that crime is diversified qualitatively and quantitatively, the mutual cooperation system between police and private security is very important to cope with the change of policing environment properly. The primary purpose of this study is to suggest the method to improve the policing service quality of police and advance sound security industry by analyzing the case of close mutual cooperation system between police and private security of USA, which can be called the best country in the field of private security. When considering the cases of USA synthetically, we can know that as the most basic characteristic, the discussion over actual cooperation method is performed on the basis of positive recognition over mutual existence of police or private security. It means that the mutual relationship is based on the basic recognition over partner relationship to meet citizen's desire for safety. While reviewing the cases of USA, Korea shall refer to the fact that social safety activities of advanced countries display effects because of many factors such as various mutual cooperation programs between police and private security, efforts of local government, high quality of private security, reliance of citizen and general understanding of police, private security and citizen to solve crime problem. As shown in the review of USA cases, when considering the fact that the mutual cooperation between police and private security is performed in the level of autonomous police, Korea shall perform autonomous police system to provide better policing service, which is close to citizen.

  • Violence in the Internet era poses a new challenge to the current counter-riot work, and according to research and analysis, most of the violent incidents occurring are related to the dissemination of violence images. The use of the popular deep learning neural network to automatically analyze the massive amount of images on the Internet has become one of the important tools in the current counter-violence work. This paper focuses on the use of transfer learning techniques and the introduction of an attention mechanism to the residual network (ResNet) model for the classification and identification of violence images. Firstly, the feature elements of the violence images are identified and a targeted dataset is constructed; secondly, due to the small number of positive samples of violence images, pre-training and attention mechanisms are introduced to suggest improvements to the traditional residual network; finally, the improved model is trained and tested on the constructed dedicated dataset. The research results show that the improved network model can quickly and accurately identify violence images with an average accuracy rate of 92.20%, thus effectively reducing the cost of manual identification and providing decision support for combating rebel organization activities.

  • In modern society, there are diverse sorts of VIPs including a king and individuals. Some like a king or president are in need of professional secret services, and others become VIPs by being guarded by a bodyguard company at their own request. The former is called a public guard, and the latter is a private one. In the field of the public guard, the nation should be furnished with a guard system in consideration of political circumstances to protect VIPs. That is, the parliamentary cabinet system and presidential system call for a different guard system, and the guard system's professional features vary to some degree with political situations and cultural climate. If the ultimate goal of guard is to protect the chief of the democratic and open state in a most efficient and safe manner, it's mandatorily necessary to set up a professional and specialized guard organization to provide democratic and efficient secret services. It's desired that the domestic presidential guard division should be staffed with not only expert guards but other personnels dispatched from the military and police. In the police, guard mission is splitted among various guard and security agencies, including the National Police Agency's public security bureau or the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency's public security division, 101 security unit, mobile police and 22 special guard division. As a chain of command is separated and it's difficult to manage such organizations effectively, the National Police Agency should be exclusively in charge of VIP guard and security. In the area of private guard, the private police system has shared national security task as a middle organization between the private police and private guard. But now its intent has gradually weakened, and its mission should be redefined. In addition, the way people look at private guard should change, and they should be well informed that it could serve to prevent possible crimes, protect them against crimes and get rid of their inconveniences. To make a good impression on people, the guard associations and businesses should put their efforts into reinforcing publicity activities, and the government, academic circles and press should team up with them as well.

  • School Violence is one of the most serious problems faced by Korean. As this serious problem becomes social issue in nation, many researchers have tried to find out the most effective solution of that problem and the reasons for why prevention of school violence are failed in such mind-hurting activities. The government and NGO proposed many the alternative to prevent the school violence. But the effectiveness of the alternatives art questionable. Last year Busan Metropolitan Police Agency and Busan Education Administration proposed new alternative in united cooperation which is namely Administration proposed new alternative in united cooperation which is namely 'school police' for school violence. School Police is composed of the retired teachers and ex-police officer, to do a prevention activity of school violence, which is expected to effectively curtail school violence in the assigned school. It is first networking try to prevent of school violence as a team of police and teachers in Korea. But the type of Korean school police system is different from American's school police, like as LASPD which is of sworn police officers. Korean school police is to employ a kind of school liaison officers. Though 'School Police System' got good reaction from students and citizen in Busan, It has some defects to be solved in future. So it hard to note that their efforts have been successful in curtailing the prevalence of school violence. In this paper, I present the new type of new 'Social Security Network Model' for school violence by repairing of 'korean school police system'. The problem of the school violence is not the problem of the school but the problem of society. In such viewpoints, It is important to plan a security network model which is participate in police officers, teachers, community and government. To prevent school violence effectively, I propose this new social security network model which based on theory of Community Oriented Policing, aggressive policing and CPTED technique.

  • Important crime prevention is emphasized. Depending on the type of criminal act itself, but with many material and human damage because it is a threat to the safety of civil life. The traditional police power of the police in patrolling the derailment by the diversification of the crime, globalization, organizing, specialization, and ferocious anger by far exceeds the capabilities of the police crime prevention are occurring. Civilian police crime prevention organizations in the area of the region as a base for complementary activities, and even if the purpose of commercial availability, but many organizations is the autonomous and spontaneous personality voluntary work civic life is to serve as the safety fence. But that suits the role of these organizations and social support and lack of institutional support and practical and effective crime prevention activities has not been effective. Law reform and the role of the Organization for the maintenance of redundancy, or a series of systematic effort to equip networks and take advantage of the functional and has been factory.
