This paper presents a calculation method of an induced voltage on telecommunication lines using primitive impedance matrix. The advantages of the method are using actual neutral current value and not using screening factor for considering the overhead ground wire and neutral wire. To verify the effectiveness and accuracy of the method, case studies are performed with EMTP (Electro-Magnatic Transient Program).

22.9kV-y 3상 4선식 다중접지 배전계통에 사용하는 단상의 표준형 주상변압기의 규격이 2003. 03에 제정이되었다. 표준형 주상변압기는 기존의 일반형, 저손실형, tap형, tapless형, 내염형 등의 다양한 종류의 제품을 기준치와 구조를 통일하여 표준화된 규격이다. 표준형 주상변압기에 사용하는 재료의 평가는 외함, 접지단자, 압착단자, 개스킷 절연유 붓싱단자, 애자의 홉습, 및 기타시험을 실시하며, 평가시험은 한전규격 KS 및 IEEE 등의 국제 표준규격을 기본으로 평가를 하여야 한다. 본 평가기술에서는 재료시험에 대한 시험방법을 검토하고 시험에 적용하여 시험 시 문제점을 도출하고 시험방법을 정립하여 주요업체의 재료에 대한 비교평가하고자 한다.

This paper presents the design of a narrow-band channel filter and its group-delay equalizer for a Ka-band satellite transponder. We used an 8th order channel filter for high selectivity with an elliptic-integral function response and an inline configuration. We designed a 2-pole, reflection-type, group-delay equalizer to compensate for the steep variation of the group-delay at the output of the channel filter, keeping the thermal stability at ${\pm}7$ ns of group-delay variation at the band edges over 15-55$^{\circ}C$. We devised a new tuning technique using short-ended dummy cavities and used it for tuning both the filter and equalizer; this removes the necessity of additional tuning after the cavities are assembled. Through measurement, we demonstrate that the group-delay-equalized filter meets the equipment requirements and is appropriate for satellite input multiplexers.

This paper deals with the relationship between zeros and step response of the second and third order LTI(Linear Time Invariant) SISO(Single-Input and Single-Output) systems. As well known, if a system has a single unstable zero, it shows the step response with undershoot and, on the other hand, a stable zero slower than the dominant pole causes the system to have the step response with overshoot. Generally, in the case of a system with two unstable real zeros, it is known to have B type undershoot[7]. But there are many complex cases of the step response extrema corresponding to zeros location in third order systems. This paper investigates the whole cases depending on DC gains of the additive equivalence systems and they are to be classified by the region of zeros which are related to the shape of the step response. Moreover, monotone nondecreasing conditions are proposed in the case of complex conjugate zeros as well as the case of two stable zeros.

Spill light by street lighting is a kind of light pollution creating cozy night atmosphere, interfere visual private and cause insomnia at night. This study was to survey light trespass of the windows in residential buildings. According to outdoor lighting control guidance in Seoul, three different areas were selected to investigate the trespass light to windows. The results were as follows: 37% of the buildings of 386 buildings were influenced by street lighting, and 47% of windows were occurred light trespass. Therefore, the street lighting affected light trespass at night in survey area. The main reasons of light trespass were luminaire type, luminaire pole height, and street width. For protecting the light trespass to windows, it is necessary to non-cutoff fixture to full cutoff fixture by the street width.

In this paper, we propose a bearing redundant coordinates and decoupled PD controller for 5-axes active magnetic bearing system, which consists of two bearing parts such as three-pole hybrid active magnetic bearing for stabilize the radial direction and ring-type permanent magnetic bearing stabilizing in axial and tilting motion. Based on derived system equation with decoupled control scheme, we conduct the modal analysis and measure of modal controllability and observability.

$\alpha$ - 및 $\beta$-SiC를 출발원료로 하여 일축성형한 후 $1800^{\circ}C$에서 고온가압법으로 소결한 탄화규소에 나타난 우선방위의 정도를 X-ray pole figure analysis로 조사하였다. $\alpha$-SiC를 출발원료로 사용한 경우에 고온 가압소결 후 약한 집합조직을 보인 반면, $\beta$ - SiC를 출발원료로 사용한 경우 고온가압소결 후 강한 집합조직을 보였으며, 이 경우 ${\beta} {\rightarrow} {\alpha}$ 상변태에 기인한 이중미세구조를 나타내었다. 또한, 집합조직의 강도는 고온가압소결 후 행해진 열처리 조건에 따라서도 변화를 보였다.

It is well known that making electric motors is very difficult in chapter 2, "Electric Current and Magnetic Field", natural science textbook 6-1 in primary school. In the present paper, we propose a new and successful method for making them. The most important point is that iron cores are not used in making electromagnets. This resolves the problem that both poles of electromagnet can be attracted by any pole of permanent magnet because of iron core in the electromagnet. The thick enamel wire is used as arms of armature so that they can support the electromagnet stably and we can reliably strip off the skin of the enamel wires, completely for one end and half for the other end of the enamel wires coming from the electromagnet. In addition, we suggest the ring-type support made of aluminum foil and the M-shaped support made of thick enamel wire that can substitute for the M-shaped copper wire support for armature. armature.

This letter presents a small-sized, high-power single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switch with defected ground structure (DGS) for wireless broadband Internet application. To reduce the circuit size by using a slow-wave characteristic, the DGS is used for the quarter-wave (${\lambda}$/4) transmission line of the switch. To secure a high degree of isolation, the switch with DGS is composed of shunt-connected PIN diodes. It shows an insertion loss of 0.8 dB, an isolation of 50 dB or more, and power capability of at least 50 W at 2.3 GHz. The switch shows very similar performance to the conventional shunt-type switch, but the circuit size is reduced by about 50% simply with the use of DGS patterns.

The formation of preferred orientations in cold rolled and recrystallized Inconel 690 sheets was studied by the x-ray texture measurements and TEM observations. The increasing{220} pole intensity in the plane normal at the higher reductions was related to the{110}<112> texture component. The rolling texture of the Inconel 690 was the pure metal type. THe dislocation cells were found in the near{110}<112> oriented grains. The onset of deformation twins in the {112}<111>oriented grains. The onset of deformation twins in the {112}<111> oriented grains. The onset of deformation twins in the {112}<111> oriented grains caused the weakening of {112}<111> and the development of {552}<115> in the rolling texture. The annealing texture of the Inconel 690 sheets was dependent on the annealing temperature. The annealing texture of 750$^{\circ}C$ annealed sheets was similar to the cold rolling texture. The major preferred orientations of the 950$^{\circ}C$ annealed specimens were {112}<110> and {001}<110>. The formation of fine and closely spaced annealing twins in the specimen annealed at 1150$^{\circ}C$ led to the randomization of the annealing texture.
