컨테이너화물 모니터링을 위한 스마트폰 애플리케이션 개발 (Development of Smartphone Application for Monitoring Container Cargo)

  • Most of monitoring systems in logistics industry have limitations on monitoring container information in real-time. And customers only could check information gathered from certain points through web browser. That is why it is very hard to take actions in advance when emergency situation has happened. But if customers could check information such as position and status of freight in real-time through their mobile devices, they could take prompt actions. So, in this study, mobile application based on mobile devices is developed to monitor position and status information of the container in real-time. Entire devices monitoring container in aspect of logistics security are handled by workers in the field. So it is strongly required to develop monitoring system operated in mobile devices. For that reason this study aims to develop mobile application in order to monitor information related to container security and safety in real-time.

개정 문화재보호법 해설 -'99년 1월 ~ 2001년 9월 기간 개정사항- (Explanations of the Revised Protection of Cultural Properties Act)

  • The purpose of this document is to explain the revisions of the Protection of Cultural Properties Act and its sub-laws which have been mad from Jan. 1999 to Sep. 2001. The Protection of Cultural Properties Act and its sub-laws have been revised three times from 1999 to 2001, before and after the Office of Cultural Properties was raised to Cultural Properties Administration on May 24, 1999. The main points of the revisions are as follows. First of all, the role of the local autonomous entities has been increased. The governor of the local autonomous entities is entitled to announce administrative orders related to the preservation of State-designated Cultural Properties. Also, the local autonomous entities has the authorities to examine whether the construction work which will be made in the outer boundaries, which is provided by regulations, of the protected area of the cultural properties might have any effect on preservation of cultural properties or not. Second, preventive actions to protect the cultural properties have been strengthened. If the scale of construction work is more than some scale, the preliminary survey of the surface of the earth to confirm the existence of buried cultural properties and their distribution is obligated. One who is promoting the development plan more than some scale must discuss the plan with the Administrator of Cultural Properties Administration in the process of planning. These actions would be effective to prevent the cultural properties from being damaged because of the development. Third, relaxation of the restrictions has been proceeded. On the basis of regulations which specify the actions to affect the preservation of cultural properties, negative system that does not limit the actions which are not specified in the regulations is introduced. The appropriateness of both protected structure and area should be regularly reviewed and adjusted. Also, most of the restrictions which was made only for administrative convenience and over-regulated the people's living have been revised. Finally, the number of cultural properties to be protected has been increased. Besides the State-designated Cultural Properties, the other cultural properties which are worthy to be protected as City-or-Province-designated Cultural Properties can be designated provisionally and protected. The system of registration and maintenance of the buildings and facilities which are not designated as the Modern Cultural Heritages is established. The penalty for damaging and stealing the cultural Properties which are not designated to be protected was strengthened. Even a dead natural monument can be acknowledged as an natural monument and it is limited to make a specimen or stuffing of the dead natural monument. All of these actions are fit to the high level of understanding of the public about the cultural properties and as the result of these actions, the number of cultural properties to be preserved has been increased. To sum up, the directions of revisions of the Protection of Cultural Properties Act and its sub­laws which have been made from Jan. 1999 to Sep. 2001. are the localization of the protection of the cultural properties, the strengthening of protective actions, the relaxation of various regulations and the increasing of the number fo the protected cultural properties. Also, various problems raised in the processes of implementations of the laws have been reviewed and revised.

시공간 2D 특징 설명자를 사용한 BOF 방식의 동작인식 (BoF based Action Recognition using Spatio-Temporal 2D Descriptor)

  • 동작인식 연구에서 비디오를 표현하는 시공간 부분 특징이 모델 없는 상향식 방식의 주요 주제가 되면서 동작 특징을 검출하고 표현하는 방법이 여러 연구를 통해 다양하게 제안되고 있다. 그 중에서 BoF(bag of features)방식은 가장 일관성 있는 인식 결과를 보여주고 있다. 비디오의 동작을 BoF로 나타내기 위해서는 어떻게 동작의 역동적 정보를 표현할 것인가가 가장 중요한 부분이다. 그래서 기존 연구에서는 비디오를 시공간 볼륨으로 간주하고 3D 동작 특징점 주변의 볼륨 패치를 복잡하게 설명하는 것이 가장 일반적인 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 기존 3D 기반 방식을 간략화하여 비디오의 동작을 BoF로 표현할 때 비디오에서 2D 특징점을 직접 수집하는 방식을 제안한다. 제안 방식의 기본 아이디어는 일반적 공간프레임의 2D xy 평면뿐만 아니라 시공간 프레임으로 불리는 시간축 평면에서 동작 특징점을 추출하여 표현하는 것으로 특징점이 비디오에서 역동적 동작 정보를 포착하기 때문에 동작 표현 특징 설명자를 3D로 확장할 필요 없이 2D 설명자만으로 간단하게 동작인식이 가능하다. SIFT, SURF 특징 표현 설명자로 표현하는 시공간 BoF 방식을 주요 동작인식 데이터에 적용하여 우수한 동작 인식율을 보였다. 3D기반의 HoG/HoF 설명자와 비교한 경우에도 제안 방식이 더 계산하기 쉽고 단순하게 이해할 수 있다.

치위생과 학생들의 건강-신념 모형에 의한 근골격계 질환 예방 행위 관련성 (Connections of Preventive Actions against Musculoskeletal Diseases by Dental Hygiene Students according to the Health Belief Model)

  • 본 연구는 치위생과 학생들이 건강-신념에 의한 근골격계 질환 지식과 예방행위를 알아보고 건강증진과 근골격계 질환 예방 프로그램의 필요성을 제안하고자 그 관련성을 조사하였다. 경기도 소재 치위생과 2학년 학생 83명, 3학년 학생 114명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 건강-신념 중 민감성은 2학년 학생이 $22.50{\pm}2.37$점, 3학년 학생이 $22.29{\pm}3.01$점으로 유의한 차이가 있었으며(P < 0.01), 유익성은 2학년 학생이 $18.82{\pm}2.60$점, 3학년 학생이 $18.64{\pm}2.77$점으로 유의한 차이가 있었다.(P < 0.05) 2. 신체부위별 통증은 3학년 학생이 2학년 학생보다 통증 정도가 높았다. 통계학적으로 유의한 신체 부위는 목, 어깨, 허리, 무릎, 발, 발목이었다(P < 0.05). 3. 심각성은 목, 어깨, 팔꿈치, 등, 허리, 엉덩이, 무릎, 발목, 발이 양의 상관관계가 있었다(P < 0.01). 장애성은 무릎, 발목, 발이 음의 상관관계가 있다(P < 0.01). 건강-동기는 목, 어깨, 등, 허리, 엉덩이가 양의 상관관계가 있었으며(P < 0.01), 무릎이 음의 상관관계가 있었다(P < 0.01). 4. 건강-신념 중 심각성은 사용빈도가 높은 기구는 시술자 가까이 편리한 곳에 둔다, 가능한 한 같은 업무를 반복하지 않고 업무를 다양하게 한다와 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다(P < 0.01). 유익성은 진료 시 구부리기와 뻗치기 자세를 줄인다, 가급적 목, 등, 팔과 손목이 많이 기울어 지지 않도록 한다, 상체자세를 중립으로 유지하려고 한다와 유의한 상관관계가 있었다(P < 0.01).

Procedure of drawing fragility curve as a function of material parameters

  • Generally, fragility curve has been used in predicting failure of structures due to seismic actions. In this research, the method of drawing fragility curve has been applied to evaluating success/failure of structures and satisfactory/unsatisfactory of concrete mixture performance based on material parameters. In the paper, a detailed explanation of the procedure of drawing fragility curve based on material parameter has been introduced. Fragility curve generating procedure includes generation of virtual data points from limited number of actual data points by bell curve implementation, determination of success/failure status of each data point by assigned criterion, and completion of final fragility curve. For practical applications, workability of concrete mixture content based on "unit water" has been used to obtain fragility curve. Detailed explanation of fragility curve drawing procedure for material parameters is presented.

Soccer Image Sequences Mosaicing Using Reverse Affine Transform

  • In this paper, we develop an algorithm of soccer image sequences mosaicing using reverse affine transform. The continuous mosaic images of soccer ground field allows the user/viewer to view a “wide picture” of the player’s actions The first step of our algorithm is to automatic detection and tracking player, ball and some lines such as center circle, sideline, penalty line and so on. For this purpose, we use the ground field extraction algorithm using color information and player and line detection algorithm using four P-rules and two L-rules. The second step is Affine transform to map the points from image to model coordinate using predefined and pre-detected four points. General Affine transformation has many holes in target image. In order to delete these holes, we use reverse Affine transform. We tested our method in real image sequence and the experimental results are given.

열화상 카메라를 이용한 택견 동작의 온도 특성 분석 기초 연구 (A Basic Study on Temperature Characteristic Analysis of Taekgyeon Motion by Infrared Rays Camera)

  • The purpose of this study is to visually confirm on variation of temperature changes according to the basic of Taekgyoen by using infrared rays camera and to obtain difference of temperature distribution according to the warm up procedure. We selected randomly two Taekgyeon players, and recorded twice continuously their actions of three basic motions of Taekgyeon. In other to obtain effect of warm up procedure, we recorded again their actions including warm-up motions. Four measuring points on the body were selected in each motion considering the error on continuous recoding. Temperature distributions of the before and after warming up procedure were analyzed at two measuring point. Temperature distributions of skin of players body in two cases are shown a similar tendency. It can be predicted that the parts of large physical movement result in the large changes of temperature according to the warm up motion.
