In this study, change of the view of love was analyzed by big data analysis in TV drama of married person's love. Two dramas were selected for analysis with opposite theme of love story. The sympathy of audience for the one month period from the end of the drama was analyzed by text mining and sentiment analysis. In particular, changes in the meaning of home meaning are identified. Home is not 'a place where a husband and wife play a social role', but 'a place where they can share real sympathy and one can be happy'. If individuals are not happy, they need to break their homes. In this study, the current divorce rate and the question regarding the matter should be considered. But based on Google Trends, in Korean society, interest in marriage were still higher than romance. It means that people prefer to 'a love to get marriage' in Korean modern society, than 'love for love affair'. It seems to be reflection of cognition change, marriage should be based on true love. This study is expected to be applied to the study of trend change through social media.
This study aimed to confirm the status of media reports on space hazards using topic modeling analysis of media articles that are related to space hazards for the past 12 years. Therefore, Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) analysis was performed by collecting over 1200 space hazards articles between 2010 and 2021 on solar storm, artificial space objects, and natural space objects from BIGKins news platform. The articles related to solar storm focused on three topics: the effect of solar explosion on satellites; effect of solar explosion on radio communication in Korea, centered on the Korean Space Weather Center; and relationship between aircrew and space radiation. The articles related to artificial space objects focused on three topics: the threat of space garbage to satellite and space stations and the transition of useful objects into space junk; the relationship between space garbage and humanity as shown in movies; and the effort of developed countries for tracking, monitoring, and disposing of space garbage. The articles related to natural space objects focused on two topics: International Space Agency's tracking and monitoring of near-Earth asteroids and the countermeasures of collisions, and the evolution and extinction of dinosaurs and mammals, with a focus on the collisions of asteroids or comets. Therefore, this study confirmed that domestic media play a role in conveying dangers of space hazards and arousing the attention of public using a total of eight themes in various fields such as society and culture, and derived education method and policy on space hazards.

In this study, we developed a virtual artist play lesson model using gamification concepts and AI-generated art programs to foster creative thinking in freshman art majors. Targeting first-year students in the Digital Media Art Department at Sichuan Film & Television University in China, this course aims to alleviate fear of artistic creation and enhance problem-solving abilities. The educational model consists of four stages: persona creation, creative writing, text visualization, and virtual exhibitions. Through persona creation, students established their artist identities, and by introducing game-like elements into writing experiences, they discovered their latent creativity. Using AI-generated art programs for text visualization, students gained confidence in their creations, and in the virtual exhibitions, they were able to enhance their self-esteem as artists by appreciating and evaluating each other's works. This educational model offers a new approach to promoting creative thinking and problem-solving skills while increasing learner engagement and interest. Based on these research findings, we expect that by developing and implementing educational strategies that cultivate creative thinking, more students will grow their artistic capacities and creativity, benefiting not only art majors but also students from various fields.
The low birth rate and shortened military service period are causing concerns about selecting excellent military officers. The Republic of Korea entered a low birth rate society in 1984 and an aged society in 2018 respectively, and is expected to be in a super-aged society in 2025. In addition, the troop-oriented military is changed as a state-of-the-art weapons-oriented military, and the reduction of the military service period was implemented in 2018 to ease the burden of military service for young people and play a role in the society early. Some observe that the application rate for military officers is falling due to a decrease of manpower resources and a preference for shortened mandatory military service over military officers. This requires further consideration of the policy of securing excellent military officers. Most of the related studies have used social scientists' methodologies, but this study applies the methodology of text mining suitable for large-scale documents analysis. This study extracts words of discriminative characteristics from the Republic of Korea Air Force Non-Commissioned Officer Applicant cover letters and analyzes the polarity of pass and fail. It consists of three steps in total. First, the application is divided into general and technical fields, and the words characterized in the cover letter are ordered according to the difference in the frequency ratio of each field. The greater the difference in the proportion of each application field, the field character is defined as 'more discriminative'. Based on this, we extract the top 50 words representing discriminative characteristics in general fields and the top 50 words representing discriminative characteristics in technology fields. Second, the number of appropriate topics in the overall cover letter is calculated through the LDA. It uses perplexity score and coherence score. Based on the appropriate number of topics, we then use LDA to generate topic and probability, and estimate which topic words of discriminative characteristic belong to. Subsequently, the keyword indicators of questions used to set the labeling candidate index, and the most appropriate index indicator is set as the label for the topic when considering the topic-specific word distribution. Third, using L-LDA, which sets the cover letter and label as pass and fail, we generate topics and probabilities for each field of pass and fail labels. Furthermore, we extract only words of discriminative characteristics that give labeled topics among generated topics and probabilities by pass and fail labels. Next, we extract the difference between the probability on the pass label and the probability on the fail label by word of the labeled discriminative characteristic. A positive figure can be seen as having the polarity of pass, and a negative figure can be seen as having the polarity of fail. This study is the first research to reflect the characteristics of cover letters of Republic of Korea Air Force non-commissioned officer applicants, not in the private sector. Moreover, these methodologies can apply text mining techniques for multiple documents, rather survey or interview methods, to reduce analysis time and increase reliability for the entire population. For this reason, the methodology proposed in the study is also applicable to other forms of multiple documents in the field of military personnel. This study shows that L-LDA is more suitable than LDA to extract discriminative characteristics of Republic of Korea Air Force Noncommissioned cover letters. Furthermore, this study proposes a methodology that uses a combination of LDA and L-LDA. Therefore, through the analysis of the results of the acquisition of non-commissioned Republic of Korea Air Force officers, we would like to provide information available for acquisition and promotional policies and propose a methodology available for research in the field of military manpower acquisition.

Today, the transition to the era of "post-drama" brought a change in the position of text, which was considered the center of the play, and the expansion of the role of actors. After entering the post-drama era, the actor no longer transforms himself into "delivering" the fixed meaning of text, but "producing" the valid meaning of "now, here" meeting the audience. In other words, actors in the post-drama era have expanded their roles as "performers" who can become the subject of narratives themselves and create various theatrical languages. Despite the expansion of the actor's role, verbal-centered actor training through text, which still forms the basis of acting education, does not satisfy the newly changing contemporary theatricality and creates a gap between education and the field. Therefore, the researcher argued that non-verbal-centered acting education needs to be discussed, and highlighted the actors' physical training on the "empty" side. The researchers first compare and analyze the characteristics of modern theater people's training methods from an "empty" perspective. Based on this, researchers about the meaning and direction of the training "empty". Furthermore, the study concludes with an emphasis on the direction of acting education in the post-drama era, which is free from language that can respond to stimuli and interact freely.
As above, as theoretical basis of critiques against School of Mohism, the researcher summarized the positions of the elder Confucian scholars including Meng Zi. In the body of text, taking it as promises, the researcher examined the critiques against Mo Tzu and School of Mohism as well focusing on the aspects and development of the theory of rejecting heterodoxy which had been introduced and strongly argued from the end of Goryeo kingdom to the late Joseon period. The summary of the body of this text is as follows: In the old literatures prior to Goryeo Kingdom, the researcher couldn't find any cases that either the School of Mohism or Mo Tzu including the Hundred Schools of Thought had been rejected explicitly. Having reached the end of Goryeo and the beginning of Joseon period, Meng Zi's viewpoints on the theory of rejecting heterodoxy had begun to emerge and come into play with the progress of accepting Neo-Confucianism, and, these critiques against Yang Zhu and Mo Tzu being given, the scholar-literati circle had started rejecting Buddhism and Lao Tzu. Basically the contents of the critiques against the School of Mohism in the early period of Joseon were in succession to Meng Zi's theory of rejecting heterodoxy and the views and thoughts of the elder Confucian scholars including Han Yu rather than any specific critiques against Mo Tzu' ideology itself. Until entering the middle of Joseon period, the critiques against the School of Mohism had been used as a tool to promote Confucianism in an affirmative manner, while arguing strongly against the viewpoint of Han Yu in the first place. Particularly, not only the original text of the Mo Tzu's writings were directly quoted, although it was partial, but also the contents of the critiques against the School of Mohism had been developed and stretched to the extent of their entire ideological system. Having approached to the late period of Joseon, the critiques against the School of Mohism had begun to be linked to those critiques against the study of state examination or of sentence patterns including Catholic Church, furthermore the critics raised their harsh tones against the irregularities of the society at large like the issue of corruptions of the government officials of those days instead, although they still had firmly stood on the ground of the theory of rejecting heterodoxy. Those scholars that belonged to the School of Practical Learning, in particular, said in justification of the School of Mohism arguing that the major ideologies of Mo Zi had usefulness in the real world, also they even evaluated that Meng Zi ' critiques against the School of Mohism were immoderate. To sum up, characteristics of scholars in the Joseon period to understand and critique the School of Mohism are that ideologies of Mo Tzu were mostly used as a tool for the sake of critiques against heresies in other sectors of society based mainly on Meng Zi's theory of rejecting heterodoxy, rather than opposing views against the ideologies or philosophies of the School of Mohism itself. Meanwhile, however, on the plus side, the critics praised Mo Tzu's individual efforts in order to put his ideology of peace into practice apart from the ideological system of the School of Mohism. Also, having reached the late period of Joseon, the researcher was able to have discovered the fact that the writings of Mo Tzu had been used as historical materials in order to ascertain historical truths of Confucian Scriptures, rather not having it regarded as an ideology text.
The Synchronized Multimedia Integration Language (SMIL), recommended by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) in 1998, is an XML-based declarative language to synchronize and present multimedia documents. SMIL can create new multimedia data integrating various types of multimedia objects which exist separately such as text, video, graphics and audio. It can support synchronization of multimedia data which are limited in current HTML-based Web technology. For its popularity, it is required to develop a multimedia server guaranteeing Quality of Service (QoS), authoring tool and player. For developing a SMIL authoring tool and player, the technologies are essentially required to read and analyze a SMIL document and to play synchronized various types of media objects in a timeline. In this paper, we describe a design and implementation of an event processor which supports SMIL 2.0 timing model. Moreover, we also develop a SMIL 2.0 player using the proposed event processor. This will facilitate the play of SMIL contents, so that it can contribute to the prosperity of SMIL technology It is possible to reuse in various language profiles defined in the SMIL standard. This player is expected to be utilized in other standard integrating SMIL such as XHTML+SMIL and SMIL Animation.

Because of the characteristics of game software, it is important to quickly identify and reflect users' needs into game software after its launch. However, most sites such as the Google Play Store, where users can download games and post reviews, provide only very limited and ambiguous classification categories for game reviews. Therefore, in this paper, we develop an automatic classification system for game reviews that categorizes reviews into categories that are clearer and more useful for game providers. The developed system converts words in reviews into vectors using word2vec, which is a representative word embedding model, and classifies reviews into the most relevant categories by measuring the similarity between those vectors and each category. Especially, in order to choose the best similarity measure that directly affects the classification performance of the system, we have compared the performance of three representative similarity measures, the Euclidean similarity, cosine similarity, and the extended Jaccard similarity, in a real environment. Furthermore, to allow a review to be classified into multiple categories, we use a threshold-based multi-category classification method. Through experiments on real reviews collected from Google Play Store, we have confirmed that the system achieved up to 95% accuracy.
In order to improve the performance of the existing relation extraction approaches, we propose a method for combining two pivotal concepts which play an important role in classifying semantic relationships between entities in text. Having built a composite kernel-based relation extraction system, which incorporates both entity features and syntactic structured information of relation instances, we define nine classes of lexical features and synthetically apply them to the system. Evaluation on the ACE RDC corpus shows that our approach boosts the effectiveness of the existing composite kernels in relation extraction. It also confirms that by integrating the three important features (entity features, syntactic structures and contextual lexical features), we can improve the performance of a relation extraction process.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the aspect of variation of the texts in elementary and secondary school science textbooks at each grade level in terms of linguistic features. Data included some of the written texts related to 'Volcano and Earthquake' in Korean elementary and secondary school science textbooks in the seventh National Curriculum. The written texts were comparatively analyzed in terms of textual meaning, interpersonal meaning, and ideational meaning. Results revealed that there were different structures and linguistic features of the texts in school science textbooks depending on the grade level. Therefore, we argue that the differences in this study may make students feel difficult and strange when they read and understand science textbooks. We suggest that science teachers need to play the role of a mediator between students' understanding and the structural features of the scientific language in science learning.
